STAI Tuanku Tambusai Pasir Pangaraian is a high school for Islamic religious education, which in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is currently trying to apply the concept of blended learning by using e-learning. The purpose of this research is to build a Learning Management System (LMS) that can assist lecturers and students in conducting PBM with the help of computer technology. This is felt to have become a necessity during the pandemic and industrial revolution 4.0, STAI should have an e-larning that is able to answer challenges. The online learning system service architecture (e-learning) can be used as an appropriate design in the development of learning methods where the level of flexibility, scalability and functionality can make PBM easier to do anywhere and anytime. The designed online learning system (e-learning) at STAI Tuanku Tambusai is used by two actors, namely students and lecturers.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education.Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19. Abstrak Internet dapat dijadikan cara untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dari Dosen kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Adapun Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran E-Learning. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

Abstrac The student learning model during the COVID 19 pandemic must be done virtually, a model of distance learning between teachers and students.  Among them only utilize the network and also learning media such as E-learning and also WA Group. With the various obstacles experienced by teachers when going to do the teaching and learning system, it certainly spurs teachers to be creative in the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, the student's response to the material delivered by the teacher in online learning, becomes a challenge for teachers when there are obstacles in the teaching and learning process of students at MTsN 3 Pamekasan. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, documentation and information obtained from teachers and students. While checking the validity of data is done through the extension of participation, perseverance of observation and triangulation. The results showed that the creativity of IPS teachers in running the Self-Learning Work Unit system, students are also directed to know more about COVID 19 by researching the environment and making a map of the distribution and prevention methods. Last asked to make a simple report in the form of mind mapp or learning model through youtube. The response of students in online learning will be in the same direction as the teacher's response, if the teacher's response is good it will increase the student's learning spirit. Furthermore, there are factors inhibiting teacher creativity in online learning, namely: networks, devices and knowledge of students. In addition, the supporting factor is the willingness of teachers to stay aware and learn about the learning media used as material for achieving effective and efficient learning. Keywords: teacher creativity, e-learning, learning media             Abstrak Model pembelajaran siswa dimasa pandemi COVID 19 harus harus dilakukan secara virtual, model pembelajaran jarak jauh antara guru dan siswa.  Diantara mereka hanya memanfaatkan jaringan dan juga media pembelajaran seperti E-learning dan juga WA Group. Dengan berbagai kendala yang dialami guru ketika akan melakukan sistem belajar mengajar, tentu memacu guru untuk kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Disisi lain respon siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru dalam pembelajaran daring, menjadi tantangan bagi guru ketika terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa di MTsN 3 Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan informasi yang diperoleh dari guru dan siswa. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas guru IPS dalam menjalankan sistem Unit Kerja Belajar Mandiri, peserta didik juga diarahkan untuk lebih mengetahui tentang COVID 19 dengan meneliti lingkungan dan membuat peta persebaran serta cara pencegahanya. Terakhir diminta membuat laporan sederhana berupa mind mapp atau model pembelajaran melalui youtube. Respon siswa dalam pembelajaran daring akan berbanding searah dengan respon guru, jika respon guru baik maka akan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Selanjutnya ada faktor penghambat kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu: jaringan, perangkat dan pengetahuan siswa. Selain itu, faktor pendukung yaitu adanya kemauan dari guru untuk tetap mengetahui dan belajar terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai bahan tercapainya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. This study aims to investigate the challenges and teaching strategies of English teachers in District Merauke. This study is a mix-method namely the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. 16 English teachers as the participants in the study from six high schools in Merauke district namely Senior High School 1 Merauke, Senior High School 2 Merauke, Senior High School 3 Merauke, Vocational High School 3 Merauke, Senior High School YPK Merauke, and MA Al-Munawwaroh. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires used consisted of 40 statements and the interview consisted of 14 questions related to challenges and strategy of teaching English in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. As a result, challenges in the teaching and learning process are, especially for online learning. Mostly the students are constrained in technology facilities and motivation of students. While for the strategy in teaching English in industrial revolution era 4.0, by motivating students about the importance of English, providing variations in learning such as the use of video, audio, practice variety questions, using the online application (WhatsApp, google classroom, google translate, zoom, google meet, etc). Besides, by using discussions, question and answer directly, blended learning method, discovery learning, using image media, audio Lingual Method, TPR, GT, using voice note. Thus, by merging cognitive, affective, and psychomotor processes. Besides, for strategies in creating interesting and creative learning in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, by using jokes, games, giving advice, giving praise, and collaborating with native speakers in online learning.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of teachers to utilize information technology for online learning. The current COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on education in Indonesia. Under these conditions, there will be a shift in the learning process from what is done in school to learning from home. One of the innovations made by the world of education during this pandemic is online learning. With this program and in the current pandemic conditions, of course SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi inevitably has to do online learning. However, online learning in secondary schools, not all students and teachers use the e-learning system synchronously in the teaching and learning process. The methods used in this service activity are in the form of training, discussions, and simulations conducted through webinars using the Zoom Meeting application. During the training, in addition to provide materials, pre-test and post-test were also given to participants. The training material was a google meet application for online learning. The result of this service activity was an increase in the ability of teachers to utilize information technology in online learning, namely synchronous e-learning using the Google Meet application. Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini berdampak besar pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka akan terjadi pergeseran proses pembelajaran dari apa yang dilakukan di sekolah menjadi belajar dari rumah. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan oleh dunia pendidikan selama pandemi ini adalah pembelajaran online. Dengan adanya program ini dan dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini tentunya SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi mau tidak mau harus melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Namun, pembelajaran online di sekolah menengah, tidak semua siswa dan guru menggunakan sistem e-learning secara sinkron dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan, diskusi, dan simulasi yang dilakukan melalui webinar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Selama pelatihan, selain pemberian materi, juga diberikan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta. Materi pelatihannya berupa aplikasi google meet untuk pembelajaran online. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran online yaitu e-learning sinkron dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet. Technology has experienced very rapid development at this time and has brought changes and has a positive and negative impact on human life. One of the fields currently contaminated by technological developments is the field of education, especially in Indonesia, where at first the learning system was still manual-based and is currently developing into an online learning system. It is clear that various levels of schools and universities have used technology to support their learning process and apply it. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is learning management systems (NGOs) such as e-learning. The use of e-learning as a learning medium has a function to improve the quality of student learning and help improve student understanding in learning. However, there are still many schools that have not implemented e-learning in their teaching and learning process, such as high school (SMA). Therefore, the design of this e-learning application web design is expected to help several schools that require an online learning system that is user friendly so that schools can be better prepared to follow current development trends.

The main purpose of this action research is to determine the effect of continuous supervision on improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in Planning and Implementing Online Learning at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya. In addition, because there are other alternative actions, this action research also aims to determine the class teacher's teaching preparation and the suitability, accuracy and integration of the online learning plans that have been prepared. Online or online learning is considered a solution for teaching and learning activities to continue in the midst of the corona pandemic. Online learning is learning without face to face directly between teachers and students, but is done online. Learning is done through video conferencing, e-learning or distance learning. Although it has been agreed, this method is controversial. For teachers, the online learning system is only effective for assignments. They consider that to make students understand the material, the online method is considered difficult. The implementation of continuous supervision in an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in Planning and Implementing Online Learning was carried out on 14 teachers at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya through a mechanism of 2 cycles, each of which used 11 effective school days. Cycle I, which was held on August 1-15, 2021, achieved 21% completeness in the poor category, while in cycle II, which was held on August 16-31, 2021, it was able to achieve 100% cycle completion in the very good category. From these results, the authors convey that the implementation of continuous supervision is very effective in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in Planning and Implementing Online Learning at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya. The increase in pedagogic competence is only limited to aspects of planning and implementing online learning and several other factors that influence besides continuous supervision are the quality of online learning plans, the existence of supporting school infrastructure and training.

The development of learning in education has now increased. As time goes on, technology has grown rapidly. With the development of technology today can help the learning process. One example of technological advancement in education is E-Learning. E-Learning provides the convenience of lecturers and students in distance learning so that learning runs effectively and efficiently. In an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, Raharja University has implemented an online learning system called iLearning. But iLearning's online learning system has not been the maximum, there are some students who have not been active in the classroom as the lecture took place and there are still students who are late working on the assignment given. To improve the performance of students while in the classroom and to perform timely assignments lecturers apply a method of gamification. Students will earn points when working on an assignment that has been given by the lecturer. The earning points are listed on the iDu Dashboard in order to provide motivation for students to do other tasks and compete with classmates. The methods used to address these problems include SWOT analysis methods, Literature Review, and Unified Modelling Language (UML) as a modeling design. This research aims to improve student performance in the process of teaching and learning activities.

E-learning is an electronic distance learning system that uses network and computer technology. There are many models of using e-learning, one of which is the use of e-learning at Bina Darma University during the COVID-19 pandemic, where more use of e-learning and online learning systems during the pandemic period, for this reason the quality of e-learning services can be measured using Webqual. Webqual is a method used to measure website quality based on end users. Webqual is structured in research on 3 dimensions, namely Usability, information, and service interaction. This study aims to determine the quality of the e-learning website of Bina Darma University as student learning taken by 101 students and to find out the most influential indicators in the quality of e-learning. If the alpha value is greater than the R table, then the consistency of the R table is declared valid. On the Likert test scale, it is known that the usability dimension or indicator gets the highest usability level, so the usability dimension has a positive effect on user satisfaction.

An online learning system (e-learning) at private tertiary institutions is built to facilitate lecturers and students in the teaching and learning process. Through the e-learning learning information system students can download course material, send assignments, work on daily and semester exam questions, find out the value of assignments and examinations. Bumigora University has been implementing e-learning since 2017. Thus to determine the usefulness and feasibility of applying the application must be evaluated in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. In this study the evaluation of the application of e-learning will use the COBIT 4.1 framework with the domain monitoring evaluation. The results of this study determine the level of maturity of the application of e-learning applications today (as-is) and the expected maturity (to-be).

Abstract The background of this research is to know how the e-learning system in the teaching and learning system at the public high school level, because the Covid 19 pandemic still allows us to learn online at home, with the e-learning system, the learning system can be very effective. remotely, because this research this time will discuss how a good system is applied to the learning process with an e-learning system. The method used in this research is to use the literature review method by referring to previously published books and journals, with the existence of books and journals that discuss this research before, it is certain that this research will produce the latest research and can become the basis for future research. . There are many remote learning method systems during the Covid 19 pandemic, with this remote learning system, the spread of the Corona virus will be greatly reduced, because students do not meet in person and cannot spread directly through physical contact, with the distance learning method. the teaching and learning system continues even though the Covid 19 pandemic spreads. In this research, we will produce a system proposal that will be the basis for the development of distance teaching and learning methods, using e-learning media at an educational level, namely public high schools with a proposed system, so it can be the best suggestion in the future. thiscovid 19 pandemic.
