Abstract This article aims to describe the implementation of learning music pianika using peer tutors in Class VII.5 at 5 SMP Negeri 9 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive method. The main instrument in this study is the researchers themselves and assisted with the instrument's supporters such as stationery and photo cameras. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection is done by way of observation, interview, documentation and study of the literature. Stages of analyzing data is grouped data, clarifying data and describes the data. The results showed that Learning pianika, using the method of Peer Tutors SMP Negeri 9 Padang Kelas VII.5 already carried out in accordance with what is expected. Results achieved students from daily value 95% student satisfaction in learning material pianika and also can we compare with the results of student learning using conventional methods before learning the results with only 70%. Art Learning culture can be summed up with a peer tutor methods approach with the basic concept of the game a simple musical instrument individually very precisely made. Keywords: learning, peer tutor methods pianika

AbstractThis article aims to disclose and describe the Minangkabau society about the reasons consider dance dance Rantak as the Minangkabau traditions and looking for answers as to why the Rantak can dance mentradisi in Minangkabau society. This type of research in the study was qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument in the penelitia this is the researcher himself, and assisted with the supporting instruments such as stationery, tape and camera rekorder photos. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection is done with the study of librarianship, observation observation, interview and documentation. And the steps undertaken to analyze data is grouped data, analyze data, describe the data and create reports. The results showed that among the general public is currently not many know the existence of the dance Rantak dance berakarkan to creations that dance traditions. At the moment it is rare in Rantak dance pull again by society because of the lack of public knowledge about the existence of the dance Rantak, the influence of modern art, education, culture and the lack of demand from the public for showing that Rantak Dance on its own. Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the existence of Tarea-rea dance in Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk Kecamatan Gunung Talang  Kabupaten Solok. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument of this research is its own research and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and Handycam.  Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations and interviews. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, analyzing data, describing data and making conclusions. The results showed that Tarea-rea dance is a art carried by the ancestors of the Guguk people who inherited hereditary with the traditional system. Tarea-rea dance was originally used as a dance at the time of the decline ceremony of rice harvesting. Since 2015 This dance is increasingly popular in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk as the performing arts. The existence of Tarea-rea dance is still recognized and cultivated by the community and local people also have recognized the existence of the dance in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk. Keywords: existence, Tarea-Rea dance

Good employee performance will be achieved if you pay attention to what factors can influence it. The case that occurred at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan was that employees complained about work facilities and the compensation system. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of leaders and all employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass and secondary data sources consisting of documents both in writing and photos at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument in the research, observation guide and interview guide. The results showed that the facilities provided by Bank BJB KCP. Kuningan is inadequate, the internet network is often disturbed, the lack of operational vehicles, the parking area is not large enough, thus disrupting employee performance. As for compensation, the institution has given it fairly and fairly well in accordance with existing regulations. Both of these things certainly have an impact on employee performance, so that it can be said that the failure of the BJB Syariah Bank, Kuningan Sub-Branch Office, has not been able to meet the needs to improve employee performance.

The phenomenon happening nowadays is that, colleges become commodities needed by society in order to improve people’s lives. A quality college is literally seen by the public from its facilities and infrastructures as well as by the satisfaction of the students at that college or university. So the purpose of this study is to observe the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the Extension Program Faculty of Economics, University of Jambi, either simultaneously or partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires disseminated to 100 students which were selected as research sample. The method used is descriptive method of verification, while the research tool used is path analysis. The result of this research shows that there is significant effect of service quality on student satisfaction both simultaneously (by 54.2%) and partially. The partial effect on reliability is 19.98%, responsiveness is 23.25%, physical evidence is 25.34%, empathy is 21.57%, and assurance is 18.10%.

This research aims to describe and explain the governance of the organization of Rumah Gadang Dance Art in managing the order well to be able to achieve achievement both national and international so that it remains exist and survive to date. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers and assisted with supporting instruments such as notebooks, note taking tools, video cameras, photo cameras, and tape recorders. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation, interviews, documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the governance of the organization run by Sanggar Rumah Gadang can run well so that it produces good achievements. The research is included in a line organization (a form of organization where direct authority delegation is vertically and completely from leadership to its subordinates). The advantage of the line organization, all decisions can be resolved directly because in a particular situation the leader becomes one of the main targets in problem solving. Disadvantages of the line organization, if there is an issue or problem can not be resolved quickly because the leader is not in place. Thus the governance of the line Oganisasi to solve the problem or problems in the workshop, the head of the workshop became the first person to complete and resolve the issue.Keywords: achievement, Rumah Gadang, performing Arts

This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers and assisted with supporting instruments such as notebooks, note taking tools, video cameras, photo cameras, and tape recorders. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation, interviews, documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the management system run by the Art Gallery of Sarai Sarumpun can run well. The management system carried out by the art Snggar Sarai Sarumpun is included in the organization of the line (a form of organization where direct authority is in a vertical and fully from leadership to its subordinates). The research aims to: examine the quality of academic service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) influencing student satisfaction at the Malang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. The subjects in this study are Business Administration students, there are 2 (two) academic services, namely Academic Administration for D3 Business Administration Program and DIV Marketing Management. The type of data used is primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. The results show that the influence of the variables studied is 72.2%. and each Service Quality variable, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Assurance and Emphaty has a significantly positive effect on Student Satisfaction, but for the Responsiveness variable it shows a significant negative effect on Student Satisfaction.

Management is a tool to achieve the desired goals, with good management it will facilitate the realization of the goals of a company or organization. The effective and efficient use of elements in management owned by a business will be able to bring advantages to businesses and consumers. The management elements consist of Material, Method, Man, Machine, Money, and Market, known as 6M. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of 6M at Artebo MSMEs. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, namely research in the form of words, sentences, schemes, and descriptions. The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Primary data comes from information, statements, and information from informants. Secondary data comes from documentation review. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself with the aid of a mobile recorder; observation sheet; and interview sheets. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is checked by triangulation, namely checking the validity of the data using something other than the data concerned for checking purposes or as a comparison. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The stages in data analysis taken in this study include data reduction; presentation of data; validation test; and verification. As for the results of the study, namely MSME Artebo has implemented the elements of 6M management effectively, this is adjusted to the conditions of the micro-business being run. The man that is owned is one person, namely the owner. Money used in production activities can be explored because the material is easy to use and affordable. The materials used mostly comes from nature, namely wood. The machine used is a simple machine because of the limited resources that can be utilized. The method used is a traditional method. And the market that is used to sell products is done in a Word of Mouth manner.

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived price and its implication towards student satisfaction in Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). This research is quantitative in nature. Both primary and secondary data were obtained from various source such as journals. Primary data were gathered using questionnaire which were distributed to the target respondent. The population consists of active students from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Economy actively studying in 2017 using a purposive sampling. Total sample of 100 students were obtained. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The research found that the brand image, service quality and perceived price are affecting students satisfaction of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Researcher suggests UMT to improve their brand image, also to improve administration services and lecturer quality. In addition UMT shall adjust their tuition costing structure to win the competition in pricingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT). Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan bersifat explanatory, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan dokumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari fakultas teknik dan fakultas ekonomi yang aktif berkuliah pada tahun 2017. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan metode probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang diambil sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Layanan dan Persepsi Harga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di UMT. Peneliti menyarankan UMT perlu meningkatkan citra merek, dan juga melakukan peningkatan di kualitas staf administrasi dan pengajar. Selain itu UMT perlu meninjau kembali biaya perkuliahan yang dikenakan ke mahasiswa agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing
