Tourist village of Tete Batu is located at Sikur District in East Lombok Regency, Nusa Tenggara Barat Province. With its scenic beauty along the southern foot of Rinjani Mountain and its green, natural, beautiful and mild countryside atmosphere, Tete Batu Village offers economic potential to its community. Tourism sector needs a good tourism development that can develop existing potential with a maximum result. This research was aimed to find the effect of natural attraction development in Tete Batu Village that adopted Ecotourism Model in the interest of increasing the number of tourist arrivals. Technique of data analysis being used was SWOT analysis with qualitative approach. There were two types of data that were collected, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through field observation, interview and questionnaire, while secondary data was collected from related literature study. The result showed that natural attractions in Tete Batu village could be developed by using Ecotourism model because its condition could attract tourists and the management was done by the society and based on local nature and culture.

This research was made to build a design of destination branding for Tourist Village Kerta in Payangan Districts, Gianyar Regency. The Method that being used is qualitative description. The informant determination technique that being used are purposive sampling technique. The data sources that being used are secondary data sources and primary data sources. The Primary data on this report is a data that comes from the observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. While the secondary data on this report comes from the documentation and literature study to completed the primary data. The result from this research showing us that a brand from Tourist Village Kerta is a Climatic Village. Climatic Village was choosen as Tourist Village Kerta brand because Kerta Village has won many awards as Climatic Village. The logo design of Kerta Village as Climatic Village is described with four components such as a bamboo, a cow or a cattle, human and a temple. The bamboo, cattle and human was connected to the Tri Hita Karana concept, while the temple showing us the connection between human and the God. The development of marine tourism area is one of the forms of tourist management areas which strive and aim to provide benefits, especially for the protection, preservation and utilization of tourism potential and environmental services of natural resources, specifically in coastal areas. In the development of marine tourism areas, it is necessary to determine the exact location of each region so that there is no imbalance between the residential growth with marine tourism areas which being managed and utilized for recreational activities. The welfare of the community can be seen from various components that can describe whether the community is already in a prosperous life or not. Visible components include the state of housing in which they live, the level of education, and health. The role of the tourism sector, especially marine tourism in Lamongan City, can be seen from its contribution to gross regional domestic product (PDRB) in terms of labor absorption and business opportunities. The increasing contribution of the trade sector, hotels, and restaurants donated to gross regional domestic product (PDRB), are an overview of the role of the tourism sector. The purpose of this study can be described as follows: 1). To find out how extent the influence of marine tourism development on community welfare in Lamongan District. 2). To find out how extent the influence of marine tourism development on GDRP growth in Lamongan District. For the method of the study, primary data collection was conducted by interview and observation, while secondary data was obtained from Lamongan Tourism Office as well as literature study, who’s the data is in the form of general conditions and the number of visitors in the area.

Kota Semarang adalah ibukota Jawa Tengah yang lebih dikenal sebagai kota bisnis dan industri, tetapi bukan berarti Kota Semarang tidak memiliki obyek wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi. Salah satu obyek wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi adalah Obyek Wisata Puri Maerakaca yang memiliki konsep sebagai Taman Mini Jawa Tengah, tetapi obyek wisata ini belum dikembangkan secara optimal sehingga menjadikan obyek wisata ini kurang menarik untuk dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan yang perlu dilakukan dalam mengembangkan Obyek Wisata Puri Maerakaca untuk meningkatkan pendapatan obyek wisata tersebut dan melihat kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan sector pariwisata Kota Semarang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil deskriptif kualitatif menunjukkan profil dan kondisi Obyek Wisata Puri Maerakaca, sedangkan hasil perhitungan analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Puri Maerakaca berada pada kuadran I, memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang dominan sehingga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pelayanan kepada wisatawan dengan tetap menjaga kebersihan lingkungan obyek wisata sehingga memberikan kenyamanan bagi wisatawan, Selain itu pemerintah juga harus mendukung pengembangan Obyek Wisata Puri Maerakaca dengan cara meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana serta infrastruktur yang menunjang untuk mengembangkan Obyek Wisata Puri Maerakaca. Semarang city as a capital city of Central Java better known as industrial and business city, but it doesn’t mean Semarang City doesn’t have interesting attractions to visited. One of the attraction is Puri Maerakaca that have a concept as miniature of Central Java, but this attraction haven’t developed optimally so it make Puri Maerakaca less interesting to visited by tourist. The purpose of this research is to knowing the strategy to develop Puri Maerkaca and raise Puri Maerakaca revenue, also knowing the contribution of Puri Maerakaca revenue to tourism sector revenue of Semarang City. The data on this research is primary data and secondary data. The method of this research are descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. The result of the descriptive qualitative is indicated the profil and condition of Puri Maerakaca, while the SWOT analysis indicated Puri Maerakaca be in first quadrant that have strengths and opportunities more dominant so it makes Puri Maerakaca potential to develop. The advice of this research is increase the services to thr tourists with remain maintaining the cleanliness of the attraction so it will make the tourists feel comfort. In addition the government must be support the development of Puri Maerakaca with increasing infrastructure support.

Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. Synergy in the management of Serang Tourism Village area identified based on several stages, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.   Keywords:Tourism Vilage, Synergy, Management, Mapping Of Territories

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. Ndao Regency is one of the regencies that prioritizes the direction of development for 2019-2024 in the tourism sector. The problem in Rote Ndao District is the absence of asset management that focuses on potential tourism assets. In this study, the formulation of the problem is to place a tourism asset management strategy in Rote Ndao Regency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate, identify and describe the management of regional assets. This study also formulates priority strategies to improve local asset management of the Rote Ndao District Government. The data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observation, interviews and questionnaires using purposive sampling method. While secondary data obtained from literature and documents relevant to the research. The analysis in this study uses a SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that the weak competence of human resources in asset management is due to the lack of guidance, supervision, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure and the lack of cooperation involving the private sector and the community to develop tourism potential. The control system affects the performance of regional asset management. The prioritized strategy is to improve the quality of human resources in managing and reporting local government assets.

The purpose of this research is to know the existence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, as well as synergies between tourism stakeholder in the Baha tourism village in making Baha as a tourism village in Badung Regency This research is located in Bahavillage, MengwiSubdistrict, BadungRegency.The type of research is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources obtained from the primary data and secondary data. The method of data collecting used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study revealed that the presence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, that consists of: (1) Government (Tourism Office of Badung Regency and the Dinas village of Baha). (2) The organizers of tourism business, comes from the local community who made their houses as homestays, and (3) local communities play a role in tourist attraction, which is coordinated by POKDARWIS. Based on the synergy between stakeholder involved in Baha tourism, can be said that the synergies between tourism stakeholder in Baha tourism village has not been maximum yet.   Keywords:Synergies,Stakeholder,Baha Tourism Village

The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.
