This research was motivated by the success of the Hoshi Hikari Skills and Training Institute in Padang City in managing the Japanese language training program. This can be seen from the number of participants who passed each training, namely 95% of the participants who attended the training passed and 5% of most participants did not pass the medical test. This achievement cannot be separated from the program manager who is very competent in the field of training management at LPK Hoshi Hikaro, Padang City. This study aims to see an overview of the use of audio-visual learning media in the Japanese Language Training program based on aspects of preparation, implementation and evaluation. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were training participants at LPK Hoshi Hikari Padang City, totaling 24 people. The sampling technique is Cluster Random Sampling, the sample is taken as many as 20 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) the description of the use of audio-visual learning media in the Japanese language training program at the Hoshi Hikari Training and Skills Institute (LPK) of Padang City in the preparation aspect was good, (2) the description of the use of audio-visual learning media in the Japanese language training program. at the Hoshi Hikari Training and Skills Institute (LPK) Padang City in the implementation aspect it was good, and (3) the description of the use of audio visual learning media in the Japanese Language training program at the Hoshi Hikari Training and Skills Institute (LPK) Padang City in the evaluation aspect was good

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

THE CONTRIBUTION OF PARENTS MONITORING TO THE INDEPENDENCE OF STUDENTS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLThe research objective is to examine the contribution of parental monitoring to learning outcomes indirectly through student independence. Type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study with parental monitoring, contribute simultaneously to independence. Partially, parental monitoring does not contribute directly to learning outcomes and indirectly contributes positively through independence. Partially, parental monitoring affects independence by 7.34%.

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students of package C class XI in computer subjects in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This is presumably because it has something to do with the learning enviroment in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to look at the description of learning motivation, learning environment and the relationship between learning motivation and learning environment of package C class XI students in computer subject at PKBM SAKATO, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive corerelational. The study population was 40 students of package C in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district and a sample of 75% namely 30 people with the sampling technique is a random sample. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the formula for the percentage of product moment correlation. The results of this study show that the learning environment of students is categorized as less conducive, then the learning motivation of students in the package C class XI in PKBM SAKATO is still categorized as low, this can be observed through the answers that have been given by respondents to the indicators of the statements that were examined. Then there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning motivation of the XI class C package students in PKBM SAKATO. Suggestions to the management of the SAKATO PKBM institution to further improve the qualityy of the environment for learning. It is hoped that other studies will be able to see several other factors that have not been examined in this study.  Keywords : learning environment, learning motivation

This research is motivated by the low attitude of the students participating in the PMW (Student Entrepreneurial Program) in running a business, this is presumably because it has something to do with the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training held by UPKK UNP properly. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training; 2) describe the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business; and 3) see the relationship between the Smart Entrepreneur Model Training and the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were all participants of the Smart Entrepreneur Model training, totaling 85 students. While the research population was 43 students who were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale with data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product-moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training had not been carried out properly, (2) The attitude of the PMW participant students in running a business was relatively low, (3) There was a significant relationship between the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training and the attitude of PMW participants in running a business. It is recommended to UPKK UNP as the organizer of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) Training to improve and further improve the implementation of the training to improve students' abilities in entrepreneurship and to PMW participating students to be more active in participating in training so that knowledge and knowledge in entrepreneurship will increase.

This research was motivated by the low interest of participants in the Taklim Syuhada' Fisabilillah Council of Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study aims to 1) describe the learning material needs of the participants of theFisabilillahTaklim Martyrs' Council of Peisisir Selatan Regency, 2) describe the learning interest of the participants of the Taklim Martyrs' Council of Fisabilillah, Peisisir Selatan Regency, and 3) find out the relationship between the needs of learning materials and the interests of the participants of the Taklim Syuhada Council participants. ' Fisabillah Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was 60 people. The number of samples in this study was 30 people. The simple random sampling technique was taken as many as 50% of the participants. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, while the data collection tool uses a questionnaire containing a list of statements. Data analysis technique using percentage and product moment. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning material needs of the participants of the Taklim Syuhada' Fisabilillah Council of Peisisisir Selatan Regency are categorized as low, (2) the learning interest of the participants of the Majelis Taklim Syuhada' Fisabilillah of Peisisisir Selatan Regency is categorized as low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the needs of learning materials with the interest of participants in the Taklim Martyrs' Council of Fisabilillah, Peisisir Selatan Regency.

This research aims to understand the Influence of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The purpose of this research are: (1) the effect of security toward trust in online shopping consumer, (2) The effect of privacy toward trust in online shopping consumer, (3) The effect of reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer, (4) The effect of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The type of research used in this study was a causal quantitative research. The population in this study was citizens of Padang city, that has been to online shopping. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire that has been tested for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that partially independent variable security (X1) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, privacy variable (X2) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, and reputation variable (X3) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer. Simultaneously, variables security, privacy, and reputation significantly influenced trust in online shopping consumer.Keyword: Trust In Online Shopping Consumer, Security, Privacy, and Reputation.

This article is based on research that aimed to evaluate the implementation of Training Program for English teachers of Ministry of Religions Affair (MoRA) Indonesia in 2018. This study uses a descriptive evaluative research; CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research sample uses purposive sampling technique with affordable samples (trainers, committees, participants). Data collection techniques are: tests, observations, document studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used by researcher is: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the implementation of the CIPP model in the English Language Substantive National Examination Training Program at Center Education and Training, MoRA in the 2018 have been running well (systematic, planned, organized, and continuous).

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and auditor independence on auditor performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 35 respondents from 14 Public Accounting Firms in the Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 24 program. The results show that: role conflict does not affect auditor performance, role ambiguity does not affect auditor performance, and auditor independence do not affect auditor performance.
