This article is based on research that aimed to evaluate the implementation of Training Program for English teachers of Ministry of Religions Affair (MoRA) Indonesia in 2018. This study uses a descriptive evaluative research; CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research sample uses purposive sampling technique with affordable samples (trainers, committees, participants). Data collection techniques are: tests, observations, document studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used by researcher is: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the implementation of the CIPP model in the English Language Substantive National Examination Training Program at Center Education and Training, MoRA in the 2018 have been running well (systematic, planned, organized, and continuous).

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. This research aims to identify learning problems and the parents’roles in overcoming learning difficulties of 5<sup>th</sup>-grade students of Muhammadiyah Karangturi Elementary School, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Research participants were six students with learning difficulties, six parents, and four teachers. Selection of subjects used purposive sampling technique. Research object was the parents’ roles in overcoming students’ learning difficulties. This research was a qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique was the interactive model (data collection, data reduction, data models, and drawing conclusions). The results showed that the problems experienced by students with learning difficulties in Muhammadiyah Karangturi Elementary School were lower than average learning outcomes, slow understanding, and lack of reasonable attitudes, behavior, and emotional symptoms during the learning process. The parents’ roles in overcoming students’ learning difficulties are finding tutoring institutions for children, accompanying children when coming and going home from school, being good listeners, accompanying learning activities at home, taking children on the first day of school, meeting with teachers through parents association, and present at the distribution of learning outcomes report card.

This research was motivated by the success of the Hoshi Hikari Skills and Training Institute in Padang City in managing the Japanese language training program. This can be seen from the number of participants who passed each training, namely 95% of the participants who attended the training passed and 5% of most participants did not pass the medical test. This achievement cannot be separated from the program manager who is very competent in the field of training management at LPK Hoshi Hikaro, Padang City. This study aims to see an overview of the use of audio-visual learning media in the Japanese Language Training program based on aspects of preparation, implementation and evaluation. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were training participants at LPK Hoshi Hikari Padang City, totaling 24 people. The sampling technique is Cluster Random Sampling, the sample is taken as many as 20 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) the description of the use of audio-visual learning media in the Japanese language training program at the Hoshi Hikari Training and Skills Institute (LPK) of Padang City in the preparation aspect was good, (2) the description of the use of audio-visual learning media in the Japanese language training program. at the Hoshi Hikari Training and Skills Institute (LPK) Padang City in the implementation aspect it was good, and (3) the description of the use of audio visual learning media in the Japanese Language training program at the Hoshi Hikari Training and Skills Institute (LPK) Padang City in the evaluation aspect was good

In improving the English language skills of students, the Pondok Pesantren modern Al-istiqamah Ngata Baru has a language strategy. Students are required to communicate using English. However, in fact there are still some students whose English is still weak and left behind. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the modern Al-istiqamah Ngata Baru Islamic boarding school in applying the speaking skills of the students. This research is used qualitative research. The research subjects were the head of the language field, the English teacher, the dormitory musyrif, the CLI (Central Language Improvement) board, and the students of the Al-istiqamah Ngata Baru Modern Islamic Boarding School. The technique used in determining the research subject is purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of the strategy in English at Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-istiqamah Ngata Baru has been going well. With the English language strategy, the students 'English language skills continue to improve and with it the students understand better the lessons in class and the students' achievement increases, and they are able to win the English competition.

This study aims to determine whether the application of Classroom Approach Management can improve the Discipline of Class VB Students at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang in 2020. This research was conducted at SDN 002 Sungai Pinang from April to July 2020. This research design used a qualitative research design. The population of this study used students of class VB SDN 002 Sungai Pinang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the research subjects namely the teacher, the principal and four students. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. Based on the results of research and interviews, it is known that there are ten approaches that are applied by teachers in the classroom in improving discipline. The teacher takes this approach in turn according to the classroom situation. However, of the ten applied approaches that are more widely applied and have an influence in increasing student discipline, namely the power approach, for example, the imposition of sanctions, the freedom approach, for example, including students in making rules in class, teaching approaches.

<p><em>This study aims to describe: (1) gender inequalities experienced by Javanese women in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini; (2) the emancipation of Javanese women in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini; (3) the value of character education contained in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini. The research was conducted in October 2017 until March 2018. This research is a qualitative research using feminism approach. The source of this research data is a novel entitled The Chronicle OF Kartini by Wiwid Prasetyo totaling 415 pages. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are document analysis. Data validation techniques use triangulation theory. Data analysis technique used is interactive analysis model, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) gender inequalities experienced by Javanese women in the form of maginalization, subordination, stereotype, and violence; (2) the emancipation of women contained in the novel The Chronicle OF Kartini in the form of freedom of choice for women, the struggle and resistance of women, and the independence and ferocity of women: (3) in the novel The Chronicle Of Kartini contains 18 types of representation of the value of character education.</em></p>

The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach The data<br />analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction and data <br />presentation conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This article highlights how English language teachers professional development and training programmes fosters teachers’ professional competences in the teaching of the subject. English Language is vital in developing communication and social skills in learners as it does empower learners to compete favorably with their peers around the world. The ex-post factor approach of the survey design was adopted in the study. A random sampling technique was used to select twenty primary schools in Oyo state, Nigeria, with 168 English teachers who were currently undergoing the SUBEB/UBEC teacher professional development programme (2018). Two instruments: Teacher Teaching Competence Scale (TTCS) with Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient of 0.68 and the Teachers Checklist Observation Scale (TCOS) with Scott Pi reliability coefficient of 0.71 were used for data collection. The data collection lasted for a period of fourteen weeks. Data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics and correlation at 0.05 level of significance. Results revealed that teacher’ attendance and exposure to a professional development and training programme; does enhance their professional teaching competences. It is therefore expedient that stakeholders in the education sector; especially governmental agencies, sponsor and encourage practicing primary teachers in attending and participating in professional development programmes; incentives should also be given to these teachers. This will go a long way at ensuring that these teachers look forward to attending such programmes at any time in the future
