This study aims to describe the pattern of interaction between teachers and students and between students with other students on learning VII grade SMPLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. This research is a qualitative research. The subject of this research is one teacher and all students of class VII SMPLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung, amounting to 5 people where 1 student is light blind (low vision) and 4 students total blind. The technique of validity of data used is by triangulation time, that is by seeing the data of an interaction between a teacher with the student and between student on two observations done on a different day. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of interaction of teachers and students with visual impairment in learning VII grade SMPLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung is a two-way interaction but without the interaction between students with one student, either in the category of information (BIn) (UIn), as well as delay information (TIn).

Self-concept is an opinion, feeling or perception of someone about his/herself that is related to the physical appearance, social, emotional, moral, and cognitive. This research is based on the visual impairment people who judge themselves in negative way. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive approach. The subject of this research is 50 visual impairment people which consist of 30 blind people, and 20 low vision people. The instrument of this research is questionnaire. The result of this research shows that the self-concept of all of those visual impairment people are in the medium category. It is expected to all of guidance and counseling teachers to give their service based on the need of those people for keeping their self-concept good and helping to develop their self-concept in the positive way.

The potential relationship between visual impairment and adolescents’ self-concept has been the subject of much controversy. Several studies, as a result of poor methodology and questionable interpretation, failed to shed new light on this relationship. This study, utilizing a group of blind and low vision adolescents and sighted peers from an urban environment, reveals significant differences in global self-concept, as well as specific components of self-concept among these groups. The need for still more research in this area is stressed.

<p><em>This research aims to describe the speech act of locussion, illocussion, and perlocussion in Bahasa Indonesia subject for students grade X SMAN 8 Kerinci. Speech act is a crucial aspect which is used in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Therefore, it is important to concern the use of speech act done by both teachers and the students in order to accomplish the learning goals. The theories used to analize the speech act of the teachers and students in the learning process of Bahasa Indonesia subject in this research are proposed by Nadar (2008), Suadi (2014), Chaer (2010), Bonodari (20115), and Rehardi (2005). The type of this research is qualitative research. The subject of the research are teachers and students grade X in SMaN 8 Kerinci in the process of teaching and learning in Bahasa Indonesia subject. The technique of data collection are namely listening freely and speaking involved, recording techinque, and writing down technique. The technique of data analysis is equal pragmatics. The result of the research can be described as follow: it is found the speech act in form of locussion, illocussion, and perlocussion. The speech act of locussion includes the forms of news, questions forms and commands forms. The speech act of illocussion includes assertive illocussion, directive, expressive, commisive, and declarative. The speech act of perlocussion that was found is giving influences</em><em>.</em></p>

Este artigo refere-se à utilização de recursos didáticos e inclusivos para o ensino de Meio Ambiente, experiência realizada em uma turma de discentes do PARFOR que atuam no Ensino Fundamental com a disciplina Biologia. Tem por objetivo analisar as dificuldades enfrentadas por esses professores em formação que atuam com alunos com deficiência visual (cegos/baixa visão). A metodologia com base na pesquisa qualitativa, se deu em três diferentes etapas e culminou com a realização do workshop intitulado de “Recursos Didáticos e Inclusivos para o Ensino de Meio Ambiente”, onde foi construído e experimentado o uso de um “Dominó Inclusivo Sobre Meio Ambiente”. Os resultados apontam  que os acadêmicos apresentam experiências na educação dos alunos deficientes visuais. Porém, ainda há dificuldades em promover a educação inclusiva no ensino regular.Palavras-chave: Deficiência Visual. Educação Inclusiva. Meio Ambiente. The study aimed to find out kinds and the effects of students’ learning autonomy. This research is qualitative research. The subject of study is 11th graders Science 4 SMAN 1 Mempawah Hilir. To obtained data, researcher used indirect and direct method, there are questionnaire and interview guidelines. The analyzed data obtained from questionnaire by grouping kinds of students’ learning autonomy then to know the effects, researcher conducted interviews to 8 students. The results are vocabulary notebook is a kind of learning autonomy sometimes used (17.9%) while the most frequently used is English songs (63%). The effects they feel are gain new vocabulary, familiar with environment that uses English, enhances confidence and fluency. In conclusion, there are some kinds of learning autonomy students often do, like using vocabulary notebooks and Youtube, listening English podcasts, audiobooks or English dramas and English songs, speaking exercise focuses on fluency, not on grammar, talking to myself, playing English games, and watching English movies or TV programs. From those kinds of learning autonomy, students can improve speaking skill in terms of vocabulary and fluency and can be recommendations to improve speaking skill. In addition, teachers and students must also share ideas to find other interesting kinds of ways in English speaking learning.

ABSTRACT Objective: to understand the experience of families of children and adolescents with visual impairment with an emphasis on the adaptations made in daily life. Method: qualitative, research, which used as a theoretical reference the Symbolic Interactionism and analysis of narrative as method. Data collection through a semi-structured interview, recorded with 18 families of children and adolescents with visual impairment, totaling 61 participants from two municipalities in the interior of the state of São Paulo. Results: the analysis of the narratives allowed the understanding of 2 themes: diagnosis: an unexpected and daily process in front of the knowledge of DV. Final considerations: the family makes its own movement of modifications that have been present throughout the trajectory traveled by the members, which are full of interactions and meanings. It is necessary to train health professionals so that they can support the families of children and adolescents with visual impairment with the necessary information and support.

The problem of this research rises from the Culture and Arts instruction of music at SMP 14 South Solok which is carried out during a Covid-19 pandemic situation, so there is no face-to-face learning except for the implementation of online learning which is indirectly conducted by teachers and students. This research aims to explain the implementation of recording learning with the help of WhatsApp application in learning music at SMP Negeri 14 South Solok during the Covid-19 pandemic.This is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis approach. The research’s object was the teacher and 24 students of class VII-3 who conducted recording learning using the WA application. The learning was guided by the teacher from the school for students studying at home. The research instruments were observation, interview, and documentation study.The results of the study explain that the use of WA application for recording learning in class VII-3 students at SMP Negeri 14 South Solok has advantage and weaknesses. The advantage is the ease of using the applications in learning.  This is due to the fact that it can easily send and receive chats, photos, audio, and videos related to the subject matter. However, the weaknesses exist in the unavailability of cellphone devices, unstable internet connection, and expensive internet loads to facilitate WA usage for learning.Keyword : Study, Application, Learning, Music Art, Pandemic, Covid-19

This research departs from the view that education is an effort to preserve, transfer and transform values in all its aspects. In the context of improving education in pesantren institutions there needs to be developed. This study applies qualitative research methods. Therefore, the source of the data and the type of data determined by the researcher himself as the center of information and are purposive as long as they are considered representative. The researcher participated with the teachers and students in the implementation of educational learning at the Kebon Jambu al-Islami Islamic Boarding School in Ciwaringin Cirebon. The results showed that the background of the establishment of the Kebon Jambu al-Islami Islamic Boarding School in Ciwaringin Cirebon was due to the demands of the people who needed guidance to understand and practice Islamic teachings. The purpose of education is to form an intellectual cadre of ulama and asatidz. The subject matter taught is in the form of salaf and Khalaf books. The learning process consists of scheduled teaching and religious activities. Supporting factors for the implementation of activities are wise and sincere Kiai, many asatidz levels of education that have scholars, strategic geographical location, support of alumni.

The School Literacy Movement (GLS) is a policy issued by the government to overcome the problem of education and improve the basic literacy abilities of students. SDN 6 Pekanbaru is one of the schools that has implemented GLS at the familiarization stage well. Therefore, this study aims to determine the basic literacy skills of students in low classes through the implementation of GLS in SDN 6 Pekanbaru. This study used qualitative research conducted through observation and interviews about the implementation of GLS and students’ basic literacy skills with teachers and students in classes I and II. The results showed that GLS was able to improve the phonetic abilities of students by achieving a very good level of the ability to read and pronounce combinations of letters. The increase of students' vocabulary comprehension ability was seen where most students were able to know the meaning of words and retell the contents of books with theme daily activities. From the research findings, it was concluded that GLS improved the basic literacy ability of low-class students at SDN 6 Pekanbaru.

This study aims at describing how the teachers teach reading comprehension of narrative text to the tenth grade students in Sibolangit and revealing the underlying reasons of why do they do that way. This study was conducted by using qualitative research design. The subject of this study were two english teachers who taught at tenth grade students of two SMA in Sibolangit they are : SMA Negeri  1 Sibolangit  and SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru in academic year 2016/ 2017. The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The  technique of collecting the data was recorded from the classroom process in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text. The findings of the study show that most of teachers’ ways are not yet focusing on teaching reading comprehension but rather focusing teaching the knowledge of genre. The underlying reason of the teachers’ ways in teaching reading comprehension did not facilitate reading comprehension. It was due to the misperception of the concept of teaching reading comprehension.  Keywords : Teaching,Reading Comprehension,Narrative Text.
