Local beliefs and cultural values are still attached to the Javanese community, especially in the countryside. Karangpuri Village still preserves the tradition of its general, especially in political terms. Next April there will be a village head election. cakades carries on the tradition of iajen for the smooth running of the pilkades. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with the foundation of Peter L. Berger's sosial construction theory. This research was conducted in Karangpuri Village, Sidoarjo. The goal is to find out the Karangpuri village community construction against the tradition of the generalthe results of this study are that the community sees this as normal and should be done by everyone who has a desire for fluency, pangestu to ancestors, and as a form of preserving local culture and beliefs inherited from previous ancestors.

Abstract: Semarang Regency Land Office implemented community empowerment after asset legalization activities in 2009 in Sumogawe Village, namely by providing access to reforms aimed at increasing the potential of community businesses in Sumogawe Village to improve welfare. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of participation of the Semarang Regency Land Office, and the level of welfare after community empowerment in Sumogawe Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, that is by describing as clearly as possible the implementation of community empowerment as an effort to improve the welfare of post-adjudication activities. Data is collected through observation, study of document, and interviews with people of the community. The results of this research are 1) the form of community empowerment in Sumogawe Village after the adjudication activity by providing access to capital to develop the dairy cattle dairy business, 2) the role of Semarang Regency Land Office, by mass land treaties, assisting access to business capital from banks, counseling and mentoring of dairy cattle businesses, and marketing of dairy cow products, 3) The enhancement welfare of Sumogawe Village community is marked by the increase of people's income from the business sector of dairy cow milk.Keyword: community welfare, community empowerment, agrarian reform, access reform. Intisari: Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat pasca kegiatan legalisasi aset tahun 2009 di Desa Sumogawe yaitu dengan memberikan akses reform yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi usaha masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk peran serta Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang, serta tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pasca kegiatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Sumogawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu dengan menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pasca kegiatan ajudikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu 1) bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe pasca kegiatan ajudikasi yaitu dengan memberikan akses modal untuk mengembangkan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, 2) peran Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang yaitu dengan pensertipikatan tanah massal, membantu akses modal usaha dari perbankan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, dan pemasaran produk olahan susu sapi perah, 3) meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumogawe yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor usaha susu sapi perah.Kata Kunci: kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, reforma agraria, akses reform.

The purpose of this research is to find out; The value of Islamic education and traditional values contained in the Mandi Safardi procession, Jin City Village, Atinggola District, North Gorontalo Regency.The method used is a qualitative method, the data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using reduction, display, and verification techniques, while the validity of the data was obtained by using triangulation techniques with methods and sources.The results of this study indicate that the Safar Bathing Tradition is believed to have existed since their ancestors first occupied the Jin City Village area. The Safar Bathing tradition carried out by the Jin City Village community contains Islamic educational values, namely: Worship Values, Moral Values, Moral Values, and Aqidah Values, 4) The Safar Bathing Tradition is maintained and passed down from generation to generation by the Jin City Village community. can be seen as an expressive symbol of the Jin City Village community Inspired by constitutive (religious) symbols that have a corelative-integrative and dynamic relationshipSuggestions from this research include; The Mandi Safar tradition as an ancestral cultural heritage should continue to be preserved for future generations by not eliminating the local Indonesian religious and cultural values contained in it as a medium for introducing ancestral traditions that are full of moral and religious values without ignoring the shari'ah.   Globalization affects all aspects of people's lives, including changes in cultural values. This threatens the diversity and uniqueness of the existing local culture. In general, culture is more focused on universal form and uniformity. For this reason, efforts are needed to introduce and redevelop the cultural diversity of the local area. One of the strategies is to promote traditional culture as a source of inspiration in the interior design concept of a city hotel. This interior design uses the Jaipong Kawung Anten dance as a source of inspiration for City Hotel's interior design. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Processing the design concept takes the character and philosophy of the Jaipong Kawung Anten dance. The Jaipong Kawung Anten dance tells the story of the daughter of Kawung Anten from the Sumedang Larang kingdom. The character of the dance is dynamic, varied, energetic, and masculine. The elements of the dance are implemented in the treatment of walls, floors, and the selection of furniture. Some elements of the Jaipong Kawung Anten dance are also processed into artwork and hotel interior ornaments. The choice of interior materials and colors also refers to the visualization of the Jaipong Kawung Anten dance. The results of this interior design are expected to become an iconic hotel in Bandung with the theme "Jaipong Kawung Anten". Through interior design, this can also be an effort to help preserve traditional Sundanese culture.

Budaya merupakan cipta, rasa dan karsa manusia atau, dapat diartikan dengan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan budi atau akal. Hasil akal atau pemikiran, cipta dan karya manusia merupakan suatu wujud kebudayaan yang selalu berkembang dalam masyarakat, yang dimana pemikiran, perbuatan atau tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan oleh manusia secara terus-menerus pada akhirnyaakan melahirkan sebuah tradisi. Tradisi Paru Udu memiliki nilai yang berbeda dengan tradisi dengan daerah lainnya yang ada di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tradisi Paru Udu dalam ritual Joka Ju di Desa Mbuliwaralau, dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam pelaksanaan tradisi Paru Udu dalam ritual Joka Ju. Subyek penelitian yaitu ketua adat, tokoh adat dan tokoh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tradisi tersebut mengandung nilai sosial, nilai budaya, dan nilai ekonomi. Nilai social meliputi nilai material nilai vital dan nilai rohani. Nilai rohani meliputi nilai religius dan nilai moral yang didalamnya terdapat nilai kerukunan, nilai musyawarah, nilai kebersamaan dan nilai gotong-royong. Culture is human creativity, taste and intention or, can be interpreted with matters relating to reason or reason. The results of reason or thought, human creativity and work is a form of culture that is always developing in society, where thoughts, actions or actions carried out by humans continuously will eventually give birth to a tradition. The Paru Udu tradition has a different value from the tradition with other regions in Indonesia. The research objective is to determine the implementation of the Paru Udu tradition in the Joka Ju ritual in Mbuliwaralau Village, and the values contained in the implementation of the Paru Udu tradition in the Joka Ju ritual. The subjects of the study were the traditional leaders, traditional leaders and community leaders. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the tradition contained social values, cultural values, and economic values. Social values include material values, vital values and spiritual values. Spiritual values include religious values and moral values in which there are values of harmony, values of deliberation, values of togetherness and values of mutual cooperation..

This study discusses the development of Berinjam material in Akidah Akhlak subject. It is expected that the importance of mutual cooperation material in Akidah Akhlak subject drives students to apply commendable behavior in their daily lives both to themselves and to others. The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials in the form of lesson plans on the basis of local wisdom. This study used a qualitative method by explaining the development of mutual cooperation material in Akidah Akhlak subject. Based on the findings, Berinjam is a form of sense of helping each other and the community performs its duties properly in accordance with habits and traditions and is carried out jointly. Material development must also refer to the 2013 curriculum. In the matter of mutual cooperation, SD / MI is contained in aspects of morality. The material from Berinjam is intended to make everyone becomes educated in the sense of thinking, listening and be righteous. Berinjam material which is contextualized in mutual cooperation material seizes to shape smart and educated students. In addition, efforts to bring students closer to the peculiarities of the local culture in their homes will not work well if teachers cannot convey it properly. Therefore, teachers must have an adequate understanding of the local cultural values, in addition to their ability to develop the subject matter must be accompanied by contextual so that learning can be achieved. Thus, Berinjam material must be developed through internalization by helping, cooperating and respecting each other.

This paper discussed what values exist in the ceremony of Maccera Tappareng in Wajo Regency. This is intended to express all kinds of values in the ritual system of Maccera Tappareng, especially in Wajo Regency. This paper used the qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the data collection was done using triangulation are interviews, observation, and documents. The results of this study show the ceremony of Maccera Tappareng as local culture gives information about the values still exist in this culture in preserving the ceremony of Maccera Tappareng in Wajo regency.

Rumah Tradisional masyrakat suku sasak yang ada di pulau Lombok provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dimana masih menjaga keaslian rumah tradisonal dan memperkuat Lanti (Belulut) dengan kotoran kerbau. Menjaga nilai-nilai yang ada dalam kepercayaan turun-temurun dari nenek moyang, namun seiring perkembangan zaman dan globalisasi telah mempengaruhi keaslian rumah dan nilai-nilai budaya masyarakat Sade. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang ditimbulkan globalisasi terhadap nilai-nilai budaya pada rumah teradisional masyarakat Sade Lombok Tengah dan masalah-masalah yang ditimbulkan oleh gelobalisasi terhadap nilai-nilai budaya pada rumah tradisional masyaraakt Sade Lombok Tengah. Metode Penelitian adalah metode kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dusun Sade, Desa Rambitan Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat, tokoh adat, dan pemerhati budaya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dilapangan bahwa pengaruh globalisasi terhdap nilai-nilai budya pada masyarakat sudah mulai terpengaruh dimana nilai-nilai atau kebiasaan yang sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat setempat yang merekat dan memperkuat lantai menggunakan kotoran kerbau. Juga terlihat dari bentuk bangunan rumah masyarakat yang sudah banyak meniggalkan keaslian dari rumah teradisional tersebut. Hal ini membuat nilai-nilai budaya pada rumah tradisional masyarakat sedikit mengalami perubahan.Traditional Houses of the Sasak tribe people on the island of Lombok in the province of West Nusa Tenggara where they still maintain the authenticity of traditional homes and strengthen Lanti (Belulut) with buffalo dung. Research Method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in Sade Hamlet, Rambitan Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, informants in this study were the community, traditional leaders, and cultural observers. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis techniques using interactive analysis models. Based on the results of research obtained in the field that the influence of globalization on cultural values in the community has begun to be affected where the values or habits that have been carried out by local communities that glue and strengthen the floor using buffalo dung. It can also be seen from the shape of the community house building that has abandoned the authenticity of the traditional house. This makes the cultural values of traditional houses change slightly.

Setiap negara memiliki perangkat militer, namun bila negara lain menggunakannya sebagai alat mempertahankan kedaulatan wilayah dan bangsanya, tapi di Yogyakarta berbeda. Prajurit kraton di sini memiliki peran sebagai suatu kelengkapan dalam upacara-upacara dan pada kesempatan lain yang dilakukan oleh Kraton .Selain hal itu nanti akan hanya  membahas  empat prajurit yang menggunakan lurik sebagai bahan utama dalam kostumnya yaitu, prajurit Patang puluh, Jagakarya, Ketanggung, dan Mantri jero. Keempat prajurit yang dipilih memiliki kesamaan akan  motif yang dikenakan walaupun memiliki atribut-atribut yang berbeda pada setiap kostumnya, baik ada yang memiliki warna pendukung pada kostum  hitam  maupun merah.Metode yang akan digunakan   metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sedangkan kajian yang akan digunakan berupa nilai peran dan teori simbolik yang ada pada kostumnya. Teori semiotika yang akan digunakan milik Charles S. Peirce. Semiotika memiliki definisi sebagai suatu kajian tanda-tanda, pada dasarnya merupakan sebuah studi atas kode-kode, yaitu sistem apapun yang memungkinkan kita memandang entitas-entitas tertentu sebagai tanda atau sebagai suatu yang bermakna. Maka dari itu nilai simbol yang dapat dipetik dari kostum ini adanya nilai budaya yang  tak lepas, seperti lurik yang saling diteruskan lagi dengan warna lain, penggambaran kesetiaan prajurit dengan tuannya yang jangan sampai akan adanya kerenggangan. Kata kunci: Kostum, prajurit, Kraton Yogyakarta Each country has a military device, but if other countries use it as a means of maintaining the sovereignty of the region and its people, but in Yogyakarta is different. Semiotics has a definition as a study of signs, essentially a study of codes, ie any system that allows us to view certain entities as signs or as meaningful. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village.
