Abstract: Semarang Regency Land Office implemented community empowerment after asset legalization activities in 2009 in Sumogawe Village, namely by providing access to reforms aimed at increasing the potential of community businesses in Sumogawe Village to improve welfare. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of participation of the Semarang Regency Land Office, and the level of welfare after community empowerment in Sumogawe Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, that is by describing as clearly as possible the implementation of community empowerment as an effort to improve the welfare of post-adjudication activities. Data is collected through observation, study of document, and interviews with people of the community. The results of this research are 1) the form of community empowerment in Sumogawe Village after the adjudication activity by providing access to capital to develop the dairy cattle dairy business, 2) the role of Semarang Regency Land Office, by mass land treaties, assisting access to business capital from banks, counseling and mentoring of dairy cattle businesses, and marketing of dairy cow products, 3) The enhancement welfare of Sumogawe Village community is marked by the increase of people's income from the business sector of dairy cow milk.Keyword: community welfare, community empowerment, agrarian reform, access reform. Intisari: Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat pasca kegiatan legalisasi aset tahun 2009 di Desa Sumogawe yaitu dengan memberikan akses reform yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi usaha masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk peran serta Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang, serta tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pasca kegiatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Sumogawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu dengan menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan pasca kegiatan ajudikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu 1) bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumogawe pasca kegiatan ajudikasi yaitu dengan memberikan akses modal untuk mengembangkan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, 2) peran Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang yaitu dengan pensertipikatan tanah massal, membantu akses modal usaha dari perbankan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan usaha ternak susu sapi perah, dan pemasaran produk olahan susu sapi perah, 3) meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sumogawe yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor usaha susu sapi perah.Kata Kunci: kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, reforma agraria, akses reform.

The social laboratory functions for the expansion and strengthening of social science knowledge in universities. This study aims to determine the role and function of social laboratories in strengthening religious values in Tanah Datar District. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research found that social laboratory activities started in preparation, programming, implementation, and evaluation. Laboratory activities include religious social literacy, religious social activities, and religious social documentation. The implication of the activity can be seen from the role of the social laboratory in helping the community to develop religious activities. A social laboratory is a place for applying science, especially in the field of community empowerment. The presence of social laboratories is the contribution of universities in the field of developing religious activities.

The Village

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the Village Fund in empowering villagers and to find out the results of managing village fund allocations in community empowerment. The Village Fund Allocation Management Research in Community Empowerment was conducted at the Deket Kulon Village, the Deket District, Lamongan Regency. Village fund allocations are central and regional financial balance funds received by regencies / cities which are distributed in proportion to each village proportionally, at least 10% (ten percent). The allocation of village funds is intended for the administration of village government and community empowerment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results show that the results of village fund management can be used for environmental, economic and community empowerment. By emphasizing community participation as the key through the role of stakeholders so that the planned program can work effectively.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of the Web Series in discussing and delivering messages to audiences about the "value" of the product, where the web series published on digital media such as Youtube that becomes the attractive promotional strategies for the consumers. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that explains the promotion strategy and brand engagement through the web series that became a new content marketing campaign. The results of this study are the increased proximity between customers and brand as well as the increased understanding brand which leads to brand awareness because attractive promotional strategies can attract the attention of consumers. The use of web series to build engagement with customers also has its own added value, where the web series can also be used as a product campaign such as Ax Indonesia, which released a Web Series Axelerate the series: Kostan AX/3 that is in conjunction with the launch of their new product, Pomade, and Facial Wash. This study concludes that the approach to consumers must be adjusted to the characteristics of consumers themselves so that messages can be conveyed more effectively and on target.

The implementation of agrarian reform to date has not been maximized due to the existence of sectoral egos and lack of coordination between related sectors / ministries. The institutional formation of the GTRA is expected to be able to unite across sectors of the relevant ministries / institutions. In Central Lampung Regency there are many land issues on HGU land and transmigration land which will later become the priority location of the Agrarian Reform Land (TORA). The Central Lampung BPN target in 2020 as many as 3,000 plots of land will be distributed to the public. It is hoped that the existence of GTRA can support the achievement of these targets. This study aims to determine the role of GTRA, obstacles and how to overcome obstacles in implementing agrarian reform in Central Lampung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that budget limitations and the existence of an institutional sectoral ego led to impeded implementation of asset management and access structuring. A strong commitment from all GTRA implementers is needed in carrying out all agrarian reform programs. If not, the GTRA will be the same as the previous institution which only changed its name.Keywords: Agrarian Reform, GTRA, TORA Intisari: Pelaksanaan reforma agraria sampai saat ini belum maksimal dikarenakan adanya ego sektoral dan kurangnya koordinasi antara lintas sektor kementerian/lembaga terkait. Pembentukan kelembagaan Gugus Tugas Reforma Agraria (GTRA) diharapkan mampu menyatukan lintas sektor kementerian/lembaga terkait. Di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah terdapat banyak permasalahan tanah pada tanah HGU dan tanah transmigrasi yang nantinya dijadikan lokasi prioritas Tanah Objek Reforma Agraria (TORA). Target BPN Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tahun 2020 sebanyak 3.000 bidang tanah akan direditribusikan ke masyarakat. Harapannya dengan adanya GTRA dapat mendukung capaian target tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran GTRA, kendala dan cara mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan reforma agraria di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterbatasan anggaran dan adanya ego sektoral kelembagaan menyebabkan terhambatnya pelaksanaan penataan aset dan penataan akses. Dibutuhkan komitmen yang kuat dari seluruh pelaksana GTRA dalam menjalankan seluruh program reforma agraria. Jika tidak maka GTRA akan sama saja dengan kelembagaan sebelumnya yang hanya berganti nama.Kata Kunci: Reforma Agraria, GTRA, TORA

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Ohoidertawun villagers in the management of coastal tourism objects in the Ohoidertawun Village, Kei Kecil District, Southeast Maluku Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques through observation, filling questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study explained that the role of the Ohoidertawun village community was categorized as interactive and independent participation. The form of participation is given in the form of ideas and energy. At the planning stage the community is involved in providing ideas that are made as a joint decision by the whole community to develop the potential of an existing attraction in the village into a destination that has a value of attraction for tourists. The community management stage took its own initiative to develop and carry out regional spatial planning in supporting tourism facilities by setting up shelters, food stalls, toilets, trash bins, guard posts. The tourist facilities at the Ohoidertawun beach object are carried out independently by the community themselves, without any assistance from investors or the tourism office in Southeast Maluku. While at the development stage, the community prepares cultural events that are elaborated with natural tourism, and culinary tourism becomes a tour package

Muslims believe that marriage is the best way to have children and maintain self-respect. In the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 3 paragraph (1) it is explained: the purpose of marriage is to realize a sakinah, mawaddah, warohmah household life. There are many ways to form a family, but the people of Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency, and also other people do not know how to form a harmonious family. This study aims to (1) determine the understanding of the Ngabar Village community towards Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare, (2) to determine the role of KUA Siman District in the formation of a sakinah family in Ngabar Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. This type of research is Field Research. A descriptive approach is used in this study. The results of this study indicate: The people of Ngabar Village do not understand the meaning of social welfare even though the employees of the Siman District Religious Affairs Office have socialized Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare. As a result, the formation of a sakinah family in Ngabar Village has not been carried out as much as expected.

This study aims to see the role of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Ulee Kareng in developing halal tourism in the city of Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. This research uses primary data and secondary data, namely by conducting interviews and centering studies and documentation which is analyzed in several stages, namely editing data, classifying, reducing, presenting data, and finally verifying. The results showed that Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Ulee Kareng has a role in developing halal tourism, namely in the Culinary Business Sector, Travel Service Providers and Lodging Providers. The financing provided to business actors is the financing of Micro Businesses. With the financing provided by this institution to players in the halal tourism industry, it has an impact on improving the economic welfare of the people.

The goal of community service in the second year (2020) in Pelaga village is to increase the role of tourism aware groups (Pokdarwis) and small business groups (SMEs) for the development of Pelaga Agrotourism Park-based on community. Through mentoring done by the team has been successfully created preferred tour packages and promotional tools online on Youtube, Facebook and Instagram. Agricultural products as supporting tourism produced by SME groups have been successfully improved quality and performance by using the brand Pelaga Agrotourism Park. It is hoped that the use of destination branding will increase the promotion and marketing of agribusiness products and Pelaga village as an agrotourism destination. Keywords: Pelaga Agrotourism Park, village community empowerment.
