This article aims to describe the shift in the function of the Hombo Batu tradition in the people of Nias Selatan. The problem in this research is focused on the shape of the shift in the function of the Hombo Batu tradition and the factors that cause the shift in the Hombo Batu tradition. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques.Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. The results of the study found that there had been a shift in the function of the Hombo Batu tradition from a physical training function for war to become a tourism icon. The factors causing the shift are internal factors and external factors. This study concludes that there has been a shift in the function of the Hombo Batu tradition with its internal factors concerning the growing idea of the people of South Nias making the Hombo Batu tradition a tourist icon with its income and commercial. External factors were found in the arrival of German missionaries, the entry and advancement of national education, and the presence of tourists.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

This research aims to describe the stages and driving factors the formation of ethnic identity of Madurese adolescents who live in Surabaya. This research used qualitative approach with narrative analysis. Participants in this study were Madurese adolescents who lived in Surabaya aged 12-20 years. Data collection uses observation and interview techniques. Data were analyzed by stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1) Adolescents form their Madura ethnic identity in Surabaya with the stage; bring back identity, intense interaction in ethnic groups, and implementation of Madurese cultural elements in the Surabaya environment, (2) Factors that encourage them in the formation of ethnic identity come from internal factors (sense of belonging and sense of pride to ethnic identity) and factors of brotherhood solidarity in ethnic groups. Suggestions for further research is to extend the context of research. The next discussion is expected to find obstacles and expand the studies that have been studied previously.

Speech acts are actions that are displayed through speech. This means that something like that contains an assumption that the utterances we speak are not really empty speeches without any action content in them, or empty of the current context. Speech acts are divided into three types, namely speech acts of locus, illocution and perlocution. The problems discussed in this research are 1) What are the forms of speech acts between the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market, Muncar Banyuwangi? 2) It is included in the category of speech acts whether the utterances uttered by sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market. This study aims to determine the forms of speech acts between sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market, and to find out the meaning contained in the the form of speech acts and including the category of speech acts whether the utterances spoken by the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market Muncar Banyuwangi. Researchers here use a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is an approach based on a natural or naturalist background. Research data collection techniques using observation techniques and note-taking techniques, data analysis techniques flow analysis methods which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification. The results of the study were speech acts which consisted of 19 forms of conversation consisting of 86 locusive speech acts, 20 illocutionary speech acts, and 14 perlocutionary speech acts which were spoken between sellers and buyers consisting of vegetable sellers, fruit-fruit sellers, ampok rice sellers, traditional hawker sellers, soybean sellers and others.

This research examines the application of customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District, Sigi Regency. This research focuses on solving problems about how to apply customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews or interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Then check the validity of the data. What is found in this research is that the solution to prevent conflict in society must involve the roles of all elements, not only the Dolo District government, but the community itself, especially the facilitators, because the progress of an area cannot be separated from the participation of the youth in the area itself. Apart from that, there are obstacles to implementing customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages and what methods or approaches are used in implementing customary law. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview atau wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data.kemudian melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data. Adapun yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik di masyarakat harus dilibatkan peran dari semua elemen, bukan hanya pemerintah Kecamatan Dolo, tetepi masyarakat sendiri, khususnya pemudah, karenan kemajuan suatu daerah tidak lepas peran serta dari pemuda yang ada diderah itu sendiri. Selain itu, kendala-kendala penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung.serta metode atau pendekatan apa yang digunakan dalam menerapkan hukum adat.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Padangsidimpuan City. In this study using the George C Edward III implementation model that is considered very appropriate and has detailed variables. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate, the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy has been running since 2015. However, there are still some problems encountered. Of the 4 variables in the George C Edward III implementation model namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucrat structure. The results showed that the Disduk Capil Kota Padang Sidempuan only fulfilled 2 variables. The 2 variables are fulfilled namely disposition and bureaucrat structure. While two more variables that are not fulfilled are communication and resources.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. <p><em><span lang="IN">The purpose of this study is to know the management of productive zakat for the economic empowerment of society in LAZISNU Kudus. This study uses a qualitative approach and is described descriptively. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis using data reduction, data display and verification. From the results of the study concluded that the management of productive zakat funds conducted by LAZISNU Kudus using the stages in management science. The steps in the empowerment of productive zakat by LAZISNU Kudus include data collection, supervision and supervision. There are two obstacles facing LAZISNU, internal and external factors. Among the internal factors are limited funds provided, lack of coordination, lack of adequate human resources and administrative management that is still traditional. While external factors include is still a lot of muzakki who pay zakat outside amil institutions and mustahik less know management business.</span></em></p>

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.
