The population and sample is: recorded file ofGubang music and Gondang Porang music, music instructor, four Gondang Porang musicplayers, traditional self players, and sample is: recorded file of Gubang music and GondangPorang music, music instructor all at once traditional self instructor, four Gondang Porang musicplayers . The method used in this research isqualitative descriptive. Data collection techniquesused were library research, laboratory work, field observations, interviews, anddocumentation.Processing techniques and data analysis using qualitative descriptive researchtype.According to the research results,Gubang music have many fungtion from last period, howeverbecome accompaniment for entertainment at now period. Existence Gondang Porang music fromlast period until now stil like accompaniment Bapuncak. Form Gubang music is two motif m1 andm2, no have frase and sentence, because all of it is repeating rithym. Form Gondang Porangmusic is two sentence, that is sentence A with a like question frase and x like answer frase. Frommotif A have two motif, that is m1 and m2. In Sentence B found two frase that is b like questionfrase and y as answer frase, be found two motif at sentence B that is m3 and m4.

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

The BEA acquisition of Rights over the land and building tax is imposed on the acquisition of land rights and buildings. The tax was enacted by the Central Government into tax areas since January 2011. Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia this tax set forth in applicable local Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia number 5 in 2011 about tax areas. The purpose of the study to analyze the tax collection mechanism BPHTB Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia. Methods of analysis used qualitative descriptive. Data collection is done by the method of interview, observation and documentation. The research results of the tax collection mechanism BPHTB through stage charging SSPD BPHTB, stage counting BPHTB payable, the payment stage, verification has not been effective. To improve the understanding of the taxpayers of the County Financial Agency then BPHTB Siau In Indonesia more being proactive by increasing the activities of socialization, because of taxpayer compliance in reporting the Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings in the Regency Siau In Indonesia is still lacking.Keywords: tax collection Mechanisms, BPHTB, buying and selling land and buildings

This study aims to determine aspects of satisfaction and increase knowledge of participants in participating in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) in the Micro and Tsunami Recovery Program for the Disasters of the Earthquake and Tsunami conducted by the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in collaboration with Solidar Suisse. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive, data collection methods of observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques through interpretive analysis approach techniques. The results of the study showed that most of the Sirenja people who participated in the Business Recovery Plan Training (RPU) were satisfied and had understood about the preparation of the RPU on good performance. But it is still low in the practice of preparing RPU.

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. This study aims to determine the practice of product contracts and a review of Islamic law on gold savings products in Sharia pawnshops. The research method used a field research approach (filed reaserch) which was qualitative descriptive, and data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and library research (library reaserch), and the research locus was carried out at the Pinrang Syariah Pegadaian Branch. The research results found that; First, regarding the practice, the Pinrang Branch of the Sharia Pegadaian provides many facilities for customers who want to start investing in gold. In addition, Pegadaian Syariah also offers products in the form of Gold Savings, which is a gold buying and selling service with deposit facilities. As for the process of liquidating (selling) gold, it is carried out in two ways, namely by reselling it if the customer wants cash and printing if the customer wants it in the form of gold bullion. Second, the Gold Savings scheme in Sharia Pawnshops is a problematic contract because one of the contracts has an element of usury, to be precise in the murabahah contract, where scholars have different opinions about its abilities. Jumhur ulama agree on the prohibition (because some scholars from syafi'iyyah and malikiyyah argue that gold is included as ṡaman (price, means of payment, money) which cannot be exchanged in installments, because it causes usury and must be done in cash at the time of the contract. Third, DSN MUI and other contemporary scholars consider that the sale and purchase of gold / murabahah gold is permissible both in cash and credit as long as they are not intended as security (price) but sil'ah (goods).

Abstract   This study aims to determine the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 35 people and a sample of 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling (census). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results showed that government accountability was 60% less good, covering 57% law, 66% honesty, 55% managerial, 61% program, 56% policy, and 64% financial. While public services 65% are good, covering simple 58%, clear 58%, security 68%, open 73%, efficient 66%, economical 67%, and justice 63%. This shows that the government's accountability for public services in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District is 62% of the 100% expected result, which is classified as "good".   Keywords: Government Accountability and Public Services

Qur'anic learning is needed by all Muslims. The learning process starts from studying the Qur'an, reading the verses of the Qur'an, understanding the contents and content of the verses of the Qur'an, practicing the content of the verses. Learning requires media or an effective intermediary. The learning of the Qur'an uses the Qur'an's media. Particularly for blind disability students, students who experience obstacles in their vision either do not function one or do not function both, the Qur'anic learning requires media that are in accordance with the abilities of students. The media used in the Al-Qur'an learning for net disabilities is the Al-Qur'an Braille. The researcher conducted a study of community organizations in the city of Surakarta, the organization of the Indonesian Muslim Blind Association in the Surakarta Regional Leadership Council in 2018 which organizes Qur'anic learning with the media of the Qur’an Braille book and the digital Braille Qur'an. Problems begin with (1) How can the use of the Koran Braille book and al-Qur'an digital Braille (2) what are the advantages and disadvantages of using digital Braille book and al-Qur'an Braille media ( 3) how successful is the use of the Braille book and digital Braille al-Qur'an media. Aim to find out the uses, strengths and weaknesses, and the level of success of the Koran Braille book and the digital Braille Qur'an. This study uses qualitative descriptive data collection through field observations, interviews with a number of resource persons, documentation of events in the field. The results of this study are expected for educators to master the media used in learning, as well as for educators and observers of education to develop and innovate the learning process for blind disability learners. Pembelajaran al-Qur’an diperlukan seluruh umat muslim. Proses pembelajaran bermula dari mempelajari al-Qur’an, membaca ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, memahami isi dan kandungan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, mengamalkan kandungan ayat-ayat tersebut. Pembelajaran memerlukan media atau perantara yang tepat guna. Pembelajaran al-Qur’an menggunakan media al-Qur’an. Khusus peserta didik disabilitas netra, peserta didik yang mengalami hambatan dalam penglihatannya baik tidak berfungsi salah satu atau tidak berfungsi keduanya, pembelajaran al-Qur’an memerlukan media yang sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik. Media yang digunakan pada pembelajaran al-Qur’an bagi disabilitas netra adalah al-Qur’an Braille. Peneliti melakukan penelitian terhadap organisasi masyarakat di kota Surakarta, organisasi Ikatan Tunanetra Muslim Indonesia Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Surakarta Tahun 2018 yang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran al-Qur’an dengan media al-Qur’an Braille book dan al-Qur’an Braille digital. Permasalahan berawal dari (1) Bagaimana penggunaan media al-Qur’an Braille book dan al-Qur’an Braille digital (2) Apa kelebihan dan kekurangan dari penggunaan media al-Qur’an Braille book dan al-Qur’an Braille digital (3) Bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan dari penggunaan media al-Qur’an Braille book dan al-Qur’an Braille digital. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan, kelebihan dan kekurangan, dan tingkat keberhasilan dari media al-Qur’an Braille book dan al-Qur’an Braille digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan diskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan sejumlah nara sumber, dokumentasi kejadian di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan untuk pendidik menguasai media-media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran, serta untuk pendidik dan pemerhati pendidikan untuk mengembangkan dan menginovasi proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik disabilitas netra.

This study aims to know about the competence of teachers, and what the concept of the Qur'an about the competence of teachers in Surat Al-Qalam Verses 1 - 4. This research is a library review (library research) which is qualitative descriptive, using documentation techniques in data collection. While the method of data analysis used is the tafsir maudlu'iy method. The results show that: Firstly, the qualities that an educator must have are (a) zuhud not putting matter and teaching because of seeking God's mercy; (b) to cleanse his body, away from sin and guilt, to escape from great sin, ridicity, envy, hostility, strife and other disgraceful nature; (c) Ikhlas in the work; (d) forgiving; (e) loving his disciples just as he loved his own son; (f) knowing the student's nature; (g) mastering subjects; (h) have competence in the ways of teaching. Second, the competence that must be owned by the teacher according to the Qur'an letter Al-Qalam verses 1-4 is to have the personality as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, master and utilize information technology and communications for self-development and science and have the ability paper for the development of science and communication media with others.Keywords: Competence of teachers, Concepts of the Qur'an, Tafseer of al-Alaq

Lipstick is one of makeup elements used to give color to the lips to beautify women’s appearance. The purpose of this study is to describe expression units for the naming and similarity of colors in lipstick products. It focuses on semantic aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used is observation and notes taking. It applies the data analysis techniques in three stages, namely the process of finding, managing, and presenting the data. The results of the study show that there are (a) expression units of color in the lipstick products, (b) expression units of labeling the lipstick colors, and (c) expression units of the lipstick color likeness.
