Implementasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengolahan jagung melalui kegiatan KKN PPM tahun 2019 dilaksanakan di desa Ilohungayo. Adapun tujuan dari program ini adalah menyerap tenaga kerja, menambah pendapatan masyarakat melalui Usaha Kecil Menengah, meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi lokal yang dapat dijadikan produk khas daerah Gorontalo dan meningkatkan nilai jual komoditas Jagung di Desa Ilohungayo, Kecamatan Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui pengolahan bahan mentah jagung menjadi produk yang lezat, bergizi dan disukai serta bisa menjadi produk khas daerah yang dapat bersaing dengan daerah lain. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Program ini bekerja sama dengan KUBE Melati Desa Ilohungayo sebagai mitra dalam pusat pengolahan jagung menjadi stik jagung dan Plaza Amanda Jaya Gorontalo sebagai mitra dalam proses pemasaran produk cemilan. Alur kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan berupa observasi ke dinas  instansi terkait dan pembekalan mahasiswa KKN-PPM. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan, yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan pada masyarakat di 4 dusun yakni Dusun Ilito, Ilito Barat, Hungayo, Hungayo Timur, dan Hungayo Selatan  yang berpusat di Desa Ilohungayo. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Produk, Jagung.  Abstract The Implementation of a community service program through the processing of corn through the community service program 2019 is conducted at Ilohungayo Village. This program aims to absorb labors, add community income through small and medium enterprises, improve creativity and local innovation that can be the typical products from Gorontalo and increase the selling value of corn commodities at Ilohungayo Village, Batudaa Sub-district, Gorontalo District. The solution that can be done is through the processing of the raw corn into the delicious, nutritious and preferredproduct as well as to be the typical local product that can compete with products from other areas. The methods used in this program are counseling and training. This program cooperates with Melati joint venture at Ilohungayo village as a partner in the center of corn processing into corn stick as well as Plaza Amanda Jaya Gorontalo as a partner in the marketing process of the snack products. The flow of activities includes a preparation phase in the form of observation to the related institutions and students’ Community Service Program briefing. The next phase is implementation which is counseling and training to the community at 4 orchards; Ilito Orchard, Ilito Barat, Hungayo, Hungayo Timur, and Hungayo Selatan which centered on Ilohungayo Village. ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP. ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. This problem is caused by the lack of knowledge and managerial skills about the business owned by human resources in the MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. Background: This program begins with observation on SME of traditional herbal and beverages in Kampung Genteng Candirejo Surabaya. Early observation shows difficulties faced by SME to market their products. Objective: This program is expected to provide information and education about marketing communication strategies for SME of traditional herbal and beverages in Kampung Herbal Candirejo Surabaya. Method: Early observation is to find problems, conducting seminar and workshop, and also evaluating community empowerment. Results: Audiences understand about the impotances of marketing communication and innovation. They also improve their skills in using integrated marketing communication to sell their products to customers. Conclusion: This community service program has achieved its goals.

The role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) includes job creation, increase competitiveness, and serve as revenue source for low-income earners. Institutional strategies are necessary in promoting the innovation and creativity of MSME actors. The purpose of this study is to equip new entrepreneurial cadres in the working area of Lima Puluh Health Center for increased productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to create a community service team to stimulate further development and generate tempeh-based snack products with attractive features and designs. A field survey involving 5 cadres and 5 alumni was employed to identify partner problems, engage cadres and alumni, as well as plan trainings.  The present study resulted in the production of various processed tempeh products, including brownies, balls, cookies and nuggets.

Community service programs are programs that aim to help the community without expecting anything in return. This service program seeks to help the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) group "Anugerah Foods, Various Chips Center" located in Jungke Village, Karas District, Magetan Regency in dealing with various problems. Anugerah Foods is currently still constrained by a marketing strategy that still uses a personal selling strategy or is sold around Jungke Village. The main objective of this community service program is to provide innovation by introducing an online marketing system. The innovation introduced to Anugerah Foods is an online marketing strategy through a website, namely WordPress and social media in the form of Facebook and Instagram. By conducting visits and training on online strategy operations to Anugerah Foods members, it is our effort to convey innovation to be able to compete in the market and maintain good product quality. For students, this community service program is intended to fulfill entrepreneurial learning tasks and learn about entrepreneurship that they upload. Tegalwaru Village has tried to develop by making itself a tourism village for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) since 2018. However, MSMEs of Tegalwaru Village have difficulty establishing their identity in the business world due to the lack of specialty products that are unique in the market. Therefore, there is a need to innovate the regional specialty products as one of the efforts to improve the village's economy through the development of science and technology by considering the potential and uniqueness of the resources available in Tegalwaru Village. As part of the community service program, research on specialty products in this area uses qualitative methods in the form of field studies through observation and in-depth interviews. The result shows that one of the potential MSMEs of Tegalwaru Village that can be developed as a regional specialty product is Wayang Golek craft. This potential is supported by thre factors which are natural resource in the form of Pulai trees which grow around Pulekan road, human resources who have expertise in handicrafts, and the uniqueness of the product compared to the MSME around the area. However, there were major problems in the ability of MSME production and diversity of products regarding Wayang Golek in Tegalwaru Village. The implication of this study is to offer solution regarding the ability to increase MSME production and to innovate a diverse Wayang Golek product to strengthen the position of Tegalwaru Village MSMEs in market competition.

Progam KKN PPM Desa Barakati Kecamatan Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan limbah Kulit Pisang. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui pengolahan Kulit Pisang menjadi Tepung yang berkualitas serta memiliki nilai jual yang berkompeten dipasaran. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah metode penyuluhan, pelatihan, teori dan praktek. Program ini bekerja sama dengan kelompok masyarakat UP. FMA Desa Barakati sebagai mitra dalam pusat pengolahan Kulit Pisang menjadi Tepung. Alur kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan berupa observasi ke dinas instansi terkait dan pembekalan mahasiswa KKN-PPM. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan, yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan pada masyarakat di 4 dusun yakni Dusun I Hungayo,  Dusun II Botuhuwayo, Dusun III Hutamela dan Dusun IV Bontula, yang berpusat di UP-FMA Desa Barakati. Adapun diantara hasil yang telah dicapai adalah 1) meingkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok masyarakat sasaran dalam pengolahan limbah kulit pisang, 2) meningkatnya pendapatan kelompok sasaran sebagai akibat dari penjualan hasil produksi, 3) Mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di tingkat desa. Oleh karena itu program ini telah memberikan dampak positif bagi kelompok masyarakat sebagai sasaran, pemerintah desa setempat, tim dosen pelaksana dan mahasiswa peserta KKN PPM Tahun 2019. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Pengolahan, Kulit Pisang. AbstractThe community service at Barakati Village, Batudaa Sub-district, Gorontalo District is conducted to improve the community’s income through the processing of banana peel waste. The effort made is through the processing of banana peel into a quality and high selling flour. The methods used are counseling, training, theory,and practice. This program cooperates with a community group of UP. FMA Barakati village as a partner in the center of banana peel processing into flour. The flow of activities includes a preparation phase in the form of observation to the related institutions and students’ Community Service Program briefing. The next phase is implementation which is counseling and training to the community at 4 orchards; Orchard I Hungayo, Orchard II Botuhuwayu, Orchard III Hutamela and Orchard IV Bontula which centered on UP-FMA Barakati Village. The achieved results, among others, are: 1) the increase of knowledge and skill of targeted community group in processing banana peel waste, 2) the increase of targeted community’s income as a result of product sales, 3) decrease the level of unemployment within the village. Therefore, this program has shown a positive impact on the targeted community group, the local village government, the team of implementing lecturers and students who are participants of the community service program 2019.  Keywords : Empowerment, Processing, Banana Peel.

The Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi program through the collaboration of lecturers from various departments and students in the Community Service Program, through the media information website Ayokedesa The purpose of the long-term Community Service Program implementation in this program is to produce a partnership model. This strategy is carried out to build partnerships with related parties that can increase success in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector as well as communities in the Campakamulya and Pasirmulya Banjaran Villages of Bandung and the Thousand Islands of DKI Jakarta, by implementing strategies through online marketing of products through the UMKMGool website. This Online Marketing Partnership application aims to accelerate business development in the village so as to increase sales. The method to be used is the fact finding method, in addition to collecting data in the literature, also conducting interviews with MSMEs and the community and business process surveys to collect supporting data. The output of this service is the Online Marketing Partnership Application in the form of the UMKMGool website and the ayokedesa information media website, as a means of business idea media, entrepreneurial spirit, business concepts. In addition, through the development of the ayokedesa website, optimizing the implementation of higher education Tridharma namely Teaching, Research and Community Service can help accelerate the development of prosperous villages

The title of this paper is the presentation of potential data for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the Food Sector at vilage office website. The purpose of this paper is the existence of MSME data in food as a source of information for development needs, especially in the food sector. The implementation method consists of preparation and briefing, data collection and data collection to the Village Website. Food MSME data presented on the Website consists of Pipang MSME profiles, the current market and the stabilization of food prices in the market. The Community Service Program 1 UMS Rappang  is expected to benefit the community. By providing MSME data on this website, it is expected to be information for MSME development strategies in particular and the Environment Kampung Pisang in general.

In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business groups that have the largest number. In addition, this group is proven to be resistant to various shocks of economic crisis. So it is imperative to strengthen groups of micro, small and medium enterprises that involve many groups. The criteria for businesses that are included in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises have been regulated in a legal umbrella based on law. The development of the number of MSMEs from year to year is increasing. The development of MSMEs can only be seen in terms of numbers. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few MSMEs have experienced developments in terms of their financial performance. This is inseparable from the unconsciousness of MSME players of the importance of corporate financial management. The training program offered is in the form of simple accounting training for MSMEs. The accounting taught is simple accounting that is adjusted to the conditions in MSMEs but does not deviate from existing standards and regulations. This training is intended for MSME players who are members of the Delima District Business Group. With this training, it is hoped that MSME players will be able to know the development of the company and be able to take advantage of accounting to support the progress of their MSMEs. Based on the description above, basically, the community service program through service activities is divided into three activities, namely by using the lecture, tutorial, and discussion method and followed by the Delima District Business Group of 10 people.
