Abstrak: Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) merupakan salah satu kebijakan pemerintah untuk memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran virus covid-19 yang diterapkan pada seluruh jenjang pendidikan. Kegiatan PJJ ini mengakibatkan, dibutuhkannya bantuan dari teknologi dan media dalam penyampain materi pembelajaran, khususnya pada jenjang PAUD yang proses pembelajarannya sangat membutuhkan bimbingan secara intensif dari pendidik. Video based learning merupakan media yag dapat dipilih oleh pendidik sebagai alternatif PJJ pada jenjang PAUD. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendapatkan informasi terkait efektivitas penggunaan video based learning sebagai media pembelajaran pada anak usia dini di masa pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus eksplorasi dan pendekatan penelitiannya menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video based learning dinilai efektif sebagai salah satu alteratif media pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi anak usia dini, karena dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman peserta didik terkait materi yang disampaikan. Kata Kunci: anak usia dini , efektivitas, pembelajaran berbasis video, pembelajaran jarak jauh  Abstract: Distance learning is one of the government's policies to break the chain of  covid-19 virus which is applied to all levels of education. Distance learning activity involve technology and media for delivering learning materials, especially at the preschool where the learning process really needed intensive guidance from educators. Video based learning is a medium that can be chosen by educators as an alternative to distance learning at the preschool . The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information related to the effectiveness of using video-based learning as a learning medium for preschool in distance learning. The research uses an exploratory case study method and the research approach uses a qualitative case study method. The results showed that the use of video based learning was considered effective as an alternative media for distance learning for preschool, because it could increase students' motivation and understanding regarding the material presented. Keywords: preschool, effectiveness, video based learning, distance education

This study aims to identify the use of Mobile Learning by using Facebook Live Streaming in the student learning process at MTs Robithotul Ashfiya' Sidokumpul Bungah Gresik for Qur'an Hadith subjects. This is motivated by the activities of the Qur'an Hadith teacher at MTs Robithotul Ashfiya, who are busy outside the madrasa, so most of the teaching and learning process uses bold methods. This study involved students in grades 7 (seven) in grading 9 (nine) and 1 (one) education staff at MTs Robithotul Ashfiya as Madrasah Operators. The research uses an exploratory case study method. The research approach uses qualitative methods to obtain accurate information about the effectiveness of using mobile learning with Facebook live streaming on Qur'an Hadith subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Robithotul Ashfiya' Sidokumpul Bungah Gresik. The results of this study explain that the use of mobile learning with Facebook live streaming on Qur'an Hadith subjects at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah unit level runs effectively.

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative method used to obtain information on the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the number of respondents used was 10 employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Denpasar area. For purposes of confidentiality, respondents are given the initials K1 through K10 with semi-structured interview techniques and a list of questions compiled and developed based on the related literature. The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantage referred to is that employees can save on transportation costs so that this is used to divert transportation expenses to meet household needs and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. While the lack of work from home in this case both in terms of internet costs, home atmosphere distruction and decreased levels of employee motivation in completing work.

The research aims to analyze the communication practices of single mothers in carrying out their dual roles. This research approach is a critical qualitative case study method. The research data were collected through in-depth interviews with a number of informants and participatory observation. The research results show that there are five interaction arenas of single mothers in carrying out their dual roles, i.e. with their household, fellow single mothers, women, men, and with the environment / community. Communication practices that they are carrying out are interpersonal, avoiding conflict when interacting with men, and messages that tend to be emphatic when interacting with the community. Therefore, communicating their dual roles is a necessity because single mothers are frequently confused when they have to choose between housewife and modest public / productive role or they try to balance both roles if they have a larger productive role.

Abstrac: The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of “al-masyaqqoh al-tajlibu al-taisyiir”, the implementation of these principles during the Covid-19, to find out the understanding of the Manado people about these principles and finally to describe the response of the Manado Muslim community to the MUI fatwas, especially Friday prayers. 'at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used an exploratory case study method and the research approach was qualitative. The informants who were interviewed were 15 people from 5 mosques consisting of imams, ta'mir, and congregation of mosques, interviews were conducted by telephone, because they were worried about contracting the virus when interviewing face to face. Research results: People are still not familiar with the rules of al-masyaqqoh al-tajlibu al-taisyiir, what they know is the term 'emergency', but the term emergency is too narrow and has very limited meaning, which is only limited to life-threatening things that result. by the absence of food. In practice, al-masyaqqah must be adapted to the conditions and situations, at least there are two conditions, namely al-masyaqqah al-'Azhimmah, and al-masyaqqah al-Khafifah. Regarding the MUI fatwa, there are agree and disagree in the community, some have responded positively and some have refused.Key words: Understanding, Perception, Al-Masyaqqoh Al-Tajlibu Al-Taisyiir, MUI Fatwa, Covid-19 Pandemic. Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan makna al-masyaqqoh al-tajlibu al-taisyiir, implementasi kaedah tersebut pada masa pandemi covid-19, mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat Manado tentang kaedah tersebut dan yang terakhir  untuk mendeskripsikan respon masyakat muslim Manado terhadap fatwa MUI khususnya shalat jum’at di masa pendemi covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus eksplorasi dan pendekatan penelitiannya menggunakan kualitatif. Informan yang diwawancarai sebanyak 15 orang dari 5 mesjid terdiri dari imam, ta’mir, dan jama’ah masjid, wawancara dilakukan melalui telepon, pertimbangannya karena kekhawatiran terjangkit virus apabila wawancara dengan tatap muka. Hasil penelitian:  Masyarakat masih belum mengenal kaedah al-masyaqqoh al-tajlibu al-taisyiir, yang mereka tau adalah istilah ‘darurat’, tetapi istilah darurat pun terlalu sempit dan sangat terbatas dimaknainya, yaitu hanya terbatas pada hal-hal yang mengancam jiwa yang diakibatkan oleh ketiadaan makanan. Dalam prakteknya, al-masyaqqah harus disesuaiakan dengan kondisi dan situasi, minimal ada dua keadaan yakni al-masyaqqah al-‘Azhimmah, dan al-masyaqqah al-Khafifah. Terkait dengan fatwa MUI terjadi pro dan kontra di masyarakat ada yang menanggapi positif dan ada yang menolak.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman, Persepsi, Al-Masyaqqoh Al-Tajlibu Al-Taisyiir, Fatwa MUI, Pandemi Covid-19.

This article aims to identify the main advantages and disadvantages of distance education for both students and the educational enterprise. The methodological procedure chosen was an exploratory case study aiming at an analysis of how effective this modality can be in relation to other traditional forms of teaching. In the course of the research it was possible to identify that the main advantage for the institution is the increase in the number of students attended. From the student's point of view, the main advantage is the flexibility offered by distance learning courses. It is possible that the distance modality continues to grow steadily, but it still seems utopian to say that at some point in the history of education, face-to-face teaching will become obsolete and thus be totally replaced by EAD. Not all students have the profile required to enter a distance learning course.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine and understand the experiences of tourists in the Turkish coffee houses in Istanbul, Turkey. Design/methodology/approach In this study, a qualitative case study method was used to analyze tourists’ comments with user-generated content technique by analyzing tourists’ comments. The data used in the study was collected through TripAdvisor, which is considered one of the most famous websites with tourist reviews and comments, between 20 May and 10 June 2020 from tourists’ reviews (n:219). Findings The findings show that Turkish coffee house experiences are heterogeneous based on the dimensions of coffee characteristics, place, satisfaction, recommendation and revisit intention, value/price and value-added experience. Moreover, value-added experience includes some sub-themes such as a memorable experience, authentic experience and culture learning experience. Originality/value There are some studies on Turkish coffee and Turkish coffee culture in the literature, but there have been no empirical studies investigating the Turkish coffee house experiences of tourists. For this reason, this study aims to examine and understand the experiences of tourists in Turkish coffee houses. Therefore, it is believed that this study will fill the current gap in the literature on tourists’ experiences of Turkish coffee houses.

As práticas de formação que incentivam o desenvolvimento das habilidades afetivas em estudantes têm sido avaliadas no contexto de ensino a distância no Brasil. O estudo tem como objetivo apresentar práticas formativas e relacionais desenvolvidas no curso de Ciências Biológicas na modalidade a distância de uma universidade estadual no Ceará. É um estudo descritivo-reflexivo em forma de estudo de caso que discute experiências em andamento, sendo estas: Monitoria Acadêmica; Vida em Foco; Ciência na Escola e Musicalizando a Biologia. As atividades têm procurado desenvolver nos alunos o espírito de colaboração e da experiência de realidade em que, em um curto espaço de tempo, estarão inseridos. It is descriptive-reflective research in the form of case study that discusses the following ongoing experiments: Academic Monitoring; Life in Focus; Science in School and Musicalizing Biology. The activities have sought to develop in students the spirit of collaboration and the experience of reality in which they, in a short time, will be placed. Distance education is essentially the basis for the development of educational institutions that provide innovative services, which cannot be obtained elsewhere. It is believed that distance education is a substitute for the traditional as part of simplifying and cheapening the learning process. At the same time, the leading global trends suggest the need for the development of elements of self-education and the expansion of the geographical nature of educational offers. The relevance of the study is that it is necessary to distinguish between the use of distance education methods in the traditional sphere and the sphere of training professionals. The paper presents the concept of the need to integrate elements of distance education in the process of preparing university teachers. The authors believe that teachers in drawing up courses and applying learning technologies use the same techniques as in distance learning. Therefore, the use of distance learning technologies can be shown as the basis for the development of advanced training programs and additional professional education. The authors proposed a study on the need and sufficiency of the use of distance education technologies and the possibilities for their integration into the process of postgraduate education. The practical significance of the work is determined by the fact that the possibilities of self-development of teachers are fully disclosed, not only as subjects of the educational process but also as subjects of training.

Este artigo visa a apresentar, sob uma perspectiva ecológica de letramento, resultados da análise de práticas sociodiscursivas do processo de ensino-aprendizagem de Português Língua de Acolhimento, de imigrantes refugiados no Brasil, realizadas por meio do WhatsApp. Teoricamente, o estudo circunscreve-se às dimensões analíticas de letramento (MOREAU et al., 2013), sob a perspectiva ecológica dos estudos linguísticos (VAN LIER, 2004, 2010), fundamentando-se em pressupostos referentes aos recursos multimodais das tecnologias digitais (LEFFA, 2006; MORAN, 2013) e à função mediadora da linguagem (VIGOTSKI, 1971), em especial, do Português Língua de Acolhimento (BARBOSA; SÃO BERNARDO, 2017) e de suas implicações referentes à noção de afetividade (LEITE, 2012). Metodologicamente, trata-se de estudo qualitativo de caso (STAKE, 1994), de base etnográfica virtual (SANTOS; GOMES, 2013) cuja geração dos dados ocorreu por meio de observação participante (BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1998) e notas de campo (FETTERMAN, 1998). Sua relevância reside na urgência no processo de imersão de imigrantes refugiados em práticas sociodiscursivas que viabilizem a obtenção de condições mínimas de vida digna e a garantia de autonomia em sua agência no país de destino (COSTA; TAÑO, 2018). Os resultados da pesquisa sugerem que a abordagem ecológica de práticas de letramento em ambiente virtual amplia a compreensão das articulações inerentes ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem de línguas, propiciando ao docente melhores condições de promover a autonomia dos estudantes, em contexto de imigração, na condução de soluções que atendam às suas necessidades mais prementes, voltadas para as práticas sociais de imersão no país de chegada.   This article aims to present, in the light of an ecological perspective of literacy, the results of the analysis of sociodiscursive practices of the teaching-learning process of Portuguese as a Host Language, through WhatsApp by refugee immigrants in Brazil. Theoretically, the study is limited to the ecological perspective of linguistic studies (VAN LIER, 2004, 2010) and analytical literacy dimensions (MOREAU ET AL., 2013) based on assumptions regarding the multimodal resources of digital technologies (LEFFA, 2006; MORAN, 2013) and the mediating function of language (VIGOTSKI, 2009) in particular the Portuguese Host Language (BARBOSA; SÃO BERNARDO, 2017) and its implications regarding the notion of affectivity (LEITE, 2012). Methodologically, it is a qualitative case study (STAKE, 1994) with a virtual ethnographic basis (SANTOS; GOMES, 2013) whose data generation occurred through participant observation (BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1998) and field notes (FETTERMAN, 1998). Its relevance resides in the urgency in the process of refugee immigrants sociodiscursive practices that make it possible to obtain minimum conditions of dignified life and guarantee autonomy at their agency in the destination country (COSTA; TAÑO, 2018). The research results suggest that the ecological approach to literacy practices in a virtual environment broadens the understanding of the articulations inherent to the language teaching-learning process, providing the teacher better conditions to promote the autonomy of the students in the context of immigration, in driving solutions that meet their pressing sociodiscursive needs, focused on social immersion practices in the country of arrival.
