Tax is one of the sources of state revenue used to carry out development for all the people of Indonesia. One of the implementations of the tax policy is swallowing cultivation. Swallow nest business is indeed a business that can bring in a decent income. Qualitative methods used in the form of library research, data collection obtained through journals, books, magazines, documents, and the web that are relevant to an investigation — data analysis techniques based on library data on the implementation of taxes on swallow cultivation in Indonesia. Assessment is carried out by looking at the implementation of the tax collection (results, costs, ease of application) with standard taxation criteria. These criteria are related to the adequacy, equity, and convenience.

  This article discusses waqf: fiqh review, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia. This study was written using qualitative method with library study as its approach. Data source is in the form of library publications (Library Research). Data types are written narrations or documents contained in publication sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracking the sources of such publications. Data analysis techniques use description analysis. The results of this study show that waqf is reviewed in terms of fiqh, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia has a mutually reinforcing relationship. From these findings, it can be concluded that waqf as an Islamic fiscal instrument has a strong foundation in terms of fiqh and ushul fiqh and its implementation, especially in Indonesia.

This study aims to find out the forms of ism kāna and khabar kāna wa-akhwātuhā. This research is qualitative with a type of library research. Data collection techniques are using the documentation method, while data analysis techniques are using content analysis. The results of this study prove that in al-‘Arabīyah li-al-Nāshi’īn book, volume 4, there are 161 types of ism kāna, while khabar kāna totaling 84 are analyzed based on (1) The i‘rāb aspect and its form there are 38 ism kāna in the form of ism mabnī consisting of 28 ḍamīr mustatir jawāzān, 7 ḍamīr bāriz which are composed of ḍamīr muṭṭaṣil and 3 ism al-ishārah. Likewise, 46 ism kāna in the form of ism mu‘rab; 41 ism mufrad, 3 jam‘ al-taksīr, 1 ism tahnīyah and 1 asmā’ al-khamsah. As for the aspects of its type, there are 77 ism kāna in the form of mudhakkar and mu’annath, 63 consisting of mudhakkar and 14 consisting of mu’annath. (2) 84 khabar kāna consists of 38 khabar mufrad in the form of ism jāmid and ism mushtaq, 33 khabar in the form of fi‘l mudhari‘ and 13 khabar shibh al-jumlah in the form of jār majrūr. This study contributes to the development of studyng Arabic grammar which can be applied in the use of Arabic as in the book.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study intend to analyze the creations of Syofyani Yusaf dance. Study methods using the phenomenological method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The study subject is Syofyani Yusaf. Data analysis techniques using evaluative descriptive. Syofyani Yusaf is one of the prominent artist from West Sumatera. At present there are around 20 dances created. These dances have been studied through dance studio, formal school, and study programs in art colleges. The results of an analysis of Syofyani’s dance shows; (1)  the dances theme originaly come from the life of the Minang cultures; (2) Preservation of dance creations is carried out through culture exchange programs and culture knowledge. The results of the study can be concluded that dance creations by Sofyani Yusaf are sill performed and studied by the people not only from the Minang tribe but also another tribes. It is recommended that teachers in formal and non-formal schools become agents of culture exchange programs and culture knowledge.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kebijakan pangan pada masa kepemimpinan presiden Soeharto dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Unit analisa data yang diambil berupa kepemimpinan Soeharto dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono serta kebijakan pangan, dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian sejarah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Studi dokumentasi. Kemudian, teknik analisa datanya terdiri dari: Heuristik, Kritik dan Analisis Saran, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi kebijakan pangan pada masa kepemimpinan Soeharto dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono baru berada bada posisi ketahanan pangan, tidak bisa mencapai kemandirian atau bahkan kedaulatan pangan. Soeharto memiliki kebijakan Swasembada beras dan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono memiliki kebijakan Revitalisasi Pertanian. Keduanya menggunakan strategi masing-masing dalam menjalankan kebijakan tersebut. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dan juga negatif dari kepemimpinan keduanya terhadap berjalannya kebijakan pangan. Kata kunci: Kebijakan, Pangan, Kepemimpinan, Soeharto, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonesia   ABSTRACT This study aims to identify comparative food policies during the presidency of President Soeharto and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The data analysis unit obtained is the management of Soeharto and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and the nutritional guidelines taken. The type of research is historical research. Data collection techniques are the study documents. Then the data analysis techniques consist of heuristics, critique and analysis of suggestions, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study show that the position of food policy during the leadership of Soeharto and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is unable to achieve independence or even the sovereignty of food. Suharto has a policy of self-sufficiency in rice and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has a policy of reviving agriculture. Both have their own strategies in implementing the policy. The problem in this study is poverty in the people of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. The purpose of this study was to assess poverty in the community of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Milles and Huberman technique. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results show that in general the Sofan Village community is a poor community, and the factor that causes poverty in the Sofan Village community is the low education factor, this lack of employment can be seen in general from the work of the community is farmers and fishermen. Another thing that causes poverty is the lack of income and the habit of some people who were still sitting before working. Another factor that causes poverty in the people of Sofan Village is the attitude of being dependent on other parties, especially the Government. This attitude of being too dependent on others is what causes them to live in poverty.

The research aims to describe the functions of humor used in an American comedy movie The Boss. The subject of the research was American comedy movie The Boss. Descriptive qualitative method was used to conduct the research. Data collection was done through library research and documentation. Data analysis was done through identification, coding, classification and description. The researcher found several findings. Supported by Meyers theory of joke, there are 6 functions of jokes found in the movie such as to insult someone, to express anger, to tease someone, to relieve tension, to get attention, and to amuse others. The dominant function was differentiation particularly to insult and to express anger 21 times, the second was clarification particularly to relieve tension humorous lines and amuse others 15 times, the third was enforcement particularly to tease 18 times, and the last was identification particularly to relieve tension and to get attention 27 times. These functions were also analyzed and discriminated by different setting and participant based on formality and participants distance. According to the analysis, most jokes occurred in informal situation with intimate relationship among the participants and functioned to tease someone and to relieve tension. This finding also proves that American humor is expressed with more slapstick and vulgarity as the characteristic of American humor used in daily communication. This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.

The research objective was to study the implementation of the Wafa method in Al-quran learning at the TKIT Ar-Royyan School of Nature. The Wafa method is an Al-quran learning method by maximizing the functions of the right brain without overriding the left brain which is combined in an interesting and fun way. The characteristic of Wafa's method is to read Al-quran with the strains of the hijaz and learning programs using movements that are in accordance with the verse translation. TKIT Ar-Royyan Nature School is a school that uses the Wafa method. The Wafa method is applied within a 5-year transfer period, previously using the Iqra 'method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques used since formulating data, explaining problems before going to the field and continuing to finish the research results. The technique of validating data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the implementation of the Wafa method used 5P, namely opening, meeting, meeting, meeting. The steps for implementing the Wafa method learning can be applied face to face for ± 60 minutes according to the mastery of the teacher.
