This study aims to determine the effect of variables of price, sales locations and product quality toward dodol purchase decisions in Tanjung Pura Langkat. The number of population in this study are 7000 consumers and the number of samples determined by Slovin formula as many as 100 people.Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collected by Likert scale questionnaire. Questionnaire first tested the validity and reliability. Further data are analyzed by multiple regression. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and f test with data classical assumption tested first. Research findings are partially obtained that the price, product quality positively and significantly influence the purchase decision. However, the sales location has no effect towards the purhacasing decision. While joint test of price variables, location of sales and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of dodol. 49,4% variation in purchases of dodol is explained by the three variables. The remaining 50,6% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords : Price, Location, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

ABSTRACT Researchers conduct research to analyze and determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions Rich's Gold Label Whip Cream at PT. Rich's Product Indonesia, using quantitative descriptive method. According to the survey, the customer population of the at Medan city's Rich Gold Label Whipped Cream is 200 people. The sample obtained 133 customers and tested the validity and reliability of 30 respondents. Simple random sampling method used for sampling. The test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of data testing indicate that, Product Quality, Price, and Promotion as a whole have a significant and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Gold Label Whip Cream products at PT. Rich's Products Indonesia. The results of the research are Product Quality of 17,159 significant 0,000 which has a partial effect on Purchase Decisions, Price of 2,503 significant 0,014 has partial effect on Purchase Decisions, and Promotion of 2,947 significant 0,004 partially affects Purchase Decisions. Product quality, price and promotion of 104,241 significant value of 0,000 is simultaneously have a relevant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of brand influence to purchase decision of Larissa product (2) influence of price to decision of purchase of Larissa product (3) influence of product quality to decision of purchase of Larissa product (4) influence of brand, price, and product quality simultaneous decision to purchase Larissa products. This type of research is survey research. Population in this research is consumer of Larissa Aesthetic Center Galleria Mall. Sampling method with non probability sampling with convenience sampling with the number of 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that (1) there is influence between brand to decision of purchasing of Larissa product, this is proved by result of t test statistic for Brand variable (X ) obtained t value bigger than t table (3,104> 1,985) with significance 0,003 < 0.05. So partially the brand variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). (2) The result of t test statistic for Price variable (X‚ ) obtained t value count bigger than t table (2,905> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,005, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 0.005 <0.05). So partially variable brand (X‚ ) have a significant effect on purchase decision (Y). (3) The result of t test statistic for product quality variable (Xƒ ) is got t value bigger than t table (2,445> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,016, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 (0.016 <0.05). So partially variable brand (Xƒ ) have a significant effect on purchase decision (Y).

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. This research aims at (1) finding the effects before and after the eruption of Sinabung mountain on production of red chili (Capsicum annumL.) in research area, (2) finding the effects before and after the eruption of Sinabung mountain on price of red chili (Capsicum annumL.), (3) finding the income of red chilli ((Capsicum annumL.) after the eruption of Sinabung mountain in research area. This research was conducted in Beganding village, Simpang Empat Sub-district, Karo regency, province of Sumatera Utara. Research sample was done by using Simple Random Sampling as many as 35 respondents from the total population 167 families. Method of data analysis was by paire sample t-test  to find the difference between production and price of red chili(Capsicum annum L.)both before and after the eruption of Sinabung mountain and analysis of red chili farmers’ income. Research findings show that there is a significant effect of red chili production in research area both before and after the eruption of Sinabung mountain. The production of red chili before the eruption of Sinabung mountain is as many as 1.932 kg/farmer > 1.342 kg/farmer (after the eruption of Sinabung mountain) in which the difference is 2.237 kg/farmer. The income of chili farming before and after the eruption of Sinabung mountain was categorized “low” and the comparison indicator is UMK Karo Regency in 2017. It is Rp 2.051.267/month, meanwhile UMK Karo regency is Rp 2.619.234,41.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pokat kocok Barokah Medan. Sumber Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan melalui kuosioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1750 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling sehingga sampel di ambil berjumlah  95 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik analisis regresi dengan rumus Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + e . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan singnifikan kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pokat kocok Barokah Medan. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThis research aims to indentify and explaint The Influence Of Product Quality And Price To Customer Satisfaction Pokat Kocok Barokah Medan. ABSTRAK Upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan keperawatan khususnya untuk mendukung peserta didik menjadi perawat profesional memerlukan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan fasilitas keterampilan klinis. Practice based simulation model didasarkan pada teori belajar konstruktif yang menegaskan bahwa pengetahuan tidak pasif ditransfer dari pendidik kepada peserta didik, tetapi dibangun oleh peserta didik melalui pengolahan pengalaman dan interaksi dengan lingkungan mereka. Dengan metode simulasi di laboratorium dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk menggunakan critical thinking dalam mengambil keputusan dalam mengatasi masalah tanpa merugikan pasien yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh practice based simulation model terhadap critical thinking pada mahasiswa semester VI di FIK Unissula Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasy – Experiment dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik  simple random sampling dengan jumlah 21 responden baik kelompok intervensi maupun kelompok kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-Test dan Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil penelitian selisih peningkatan critical thinking pada kelompok intervensi sebanyak 11.95 poin dan pada kelompok kontrol 2.05. Practice based simulation model berpengaruh terhadap critical thinking dengan nilai p=0.00<0.05. Disimpulkan bahwa practice based simulation model mempengaruhi critical thinking pada mahasiswa semester VI FIK Unissula Semarang. Kata kunci: Practice based simulation model, critical thinking

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning discipline <br />and logical mathematical intelligence on mathematics achievement. This study is a survey design. This research did in student class XI IPA SMA Negeri 98 Jakarta semester 2012/2013. The sample taken by simple random sampling technique, involved 40 students. The instrument were in the forms of questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed first by test requirements, the normality test, linearity and multicollinearity. Based on the fulfillment of the criteria in terms of the tes analyzed, inferential analysis to the test the research hypothesis. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression. The findings showed that (1) learning discipline and logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant simultaneous impact on mathematics achievement. (2) learning discipline had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. (3) logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. </p>

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.
