This type of research is R&D Research (Research and Development). This study uses a 4-D development model, which consists of the stages of definition (define), design (design), development (develop), dissemination (disseminate). The instrument used is expert validation, teacher and student responses. The results of the developed media research show: (1) Interactive multimedia based on macromedia flash on theme 8 sub-theme 2 in elementary school is declared very valid with an average score of 90.6% media experts, experts material 92% and linguists 88%, (2) The responses of teachers and students to the interactive multimedia trial based on macromedia flash 8 on theme 8 sub-theme 2 in elementary school obtained a very practical category with an average value of 92.5% and 88% (3 ) The response of teachers and students to the distribution of interactive multimedia based on macromedia flash 8 on theme 8 sub-theme 2 in elementary school obtained a very practical category with average values of 95% and 82.6% Keywords: Development, Macromedia Flash, 4-D Model

The results of the analysis of the fifth-grade elementary school students' books in the second-semester Theme 7 and the results of observations in elementary schools state that the manuals used by teachers and students in the learning process are still limited especially in science material. The appearance of the book also less attractive, so students become less understanding of the material explained. In addition, the lack of use and development of media in the teaching and learning process also underlies the implementation of this research. The purpose of this research was to develop a pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects with validity tested. This research was conducted using the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). However, due to limited time, resources, and finances, the research was only carried out until the development stage. The subject in this research was the pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects. Whereas the object of this research was the validity of the pop-up book media on the topic of changing objects. The method used in this study was a questionnaire given to two teachers and two lecturers as experts. The instrument used was a rating scale in the form of media assessment sheets for experts. The data analyzed with the mean formula to find out its validity. The average score of the pop-up book media after being reviewed by experts was 4.87 with very good qualifications. The implication of this research was the existence of pop-up book media that have very good qualifications. Based on the results of the analysis, the developed media was valid and can be used by the teacher to facilitate the teacher in explaining the material, especially on the topic of changing the form of objects in the fifth grade of elementary school.

Based on the needs analysis, it is necessary to develop interactive learning media. This research and development aims to produce products in the form of articulate storyline web-based interactive learning media for natural science learning and to find out the validation of web articulated storyline-based interactive learning media for science learning in grade V Elementary School. The samples in this study were 9 grade 5 elementary school students in the neighborhood around the researcher's house. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman model analysis. The trial results of developing interactive learning media based on web articulate storylines with media experts, materials experts, and learning design experts obtained an average value of 95% with the criteria "very feasible". The results of the one to one trial get an average score of 98.8% and the results of the small group trial get an average value of 99.4%. Referring to the results of data analysis of the Miles and Huberman’s model, the articulate storyline web-based interactive learning media is very suitable for use by fifth grade students in science learning in elementary schools.

Abstrak: Pengajaran matematika di kota Mataram dominan masih terpusat pada guru, partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa masih rendah yang salah satunya disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa serta dapat mengkonstruksi pemahaman siswa. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis GeoGebra berupa RPP, Buku Guru dan LKS yang valid, praktif dan efektif. Hasil validasi perangkat: RPP (4.55), Buku Guru (4.17), LKS (4.44). Analisis efektifitas termasuk kategori efektif dimana: 1) Nilai siswa di atas KKM sebesar 86.84 % ; 2) Rata-rata aktivitas guru dan siswa berada pada rentang batas toleransi yang ditentukan; 3) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran berkategori baik; 4) Rata-rata respon positif siswa yaitu 92.65%. Serta berkategori praktis dengan kriteria: 1) Memiliki nilai IP baik; 2) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berkategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4.34; 3) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran berkategori baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, perangkat pembelajaran, pendekatan saintifik, GeoGebra   Abstract : Teaching mathematics in Mataram City is still dominant by learning teacher-centered, the student participation in learning and students’ mathematics achievement are still low. One of which is due to a lack of students' understanding of the material being taught. Overcoming this, we need a student-centered learning and can construct students' understanding. For this reason, this study aim to develop a mathematical learning kit through a scientific approach based GeoGebra including the lesson plan (RPP), Teacher's Books and worksheets (LKS) that were valid, practive and effective. The result of the research show that the validation average score for : RPP (4.55), Teacher's Book (4.17), LKS (4.44). Effectiveness analysis included effective categories where : 1) Student scores above KKM were 86.84%; 2) The average activity of teachers and students is within the specified tolerance range; 3) The ability of teachers to manage learning in good category; 4) The average of students positive response is 92.65%. As well as practical categories with criteria: 1) Having a good IP value; 2) Implementation of high category learning with an average value of 4.34; 3) The ability of teachers to manage learning in good category. Thus, this research can be concluded that learning kit that are developed are valid, practical and effective so they can be used in classroom learning. Online learning during this pandemic has an impact on students' low mathematics learning outcomes caused by the difficulty of teachers in explaining the material and the lack of learning media. This development research aimed to develop a valid and practical educational game media Android-based on the integers topic for grade VI Elementary School. This research was carried out using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The educational game entitled “Ayo Selamatkan Bumi”. This game contained math subject on the topic of integers. The data collection method used a questionnaire involving experts, teachers, and students. The validity test of educational games was conducted by two material experts, two learning media experts, and two practitioners. A limited trial was conducted online at 9 grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Banjar Anyar to determine the practicality of the educational game. The results of the validity test and limited trial were analyzed using the mean formula to determine the average score. The results showed that the material expert score was 4.85 and media expert score was 4.88 which means superfine. As for practicality, the score was 4.5 with superfine criteria. It can be concluded that this educational game can be used as a mathematics learning media on the integers topic for grade VI students of Elementary School.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Lectora Inspire assisted mathematics learning media on the number sense ability of elementary school fifth grade students. This research is a development research using 4-D design that is Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate or adapted to 4-D model that is defining, designing, developing and distributing. The test sample was the fifth grade students of Medan Kartika I-2 Private Elementary School. Products developed after being declared valid by experts / experts, then tested. Product validation results are stated to be very valid. Based on the results of the validation of learning materials by 93.82%, instructional design by 91.03%, media experts on Lectora Inspire by 87.5%, student responses to Lectora Inspire amounted to 95.57% and the teacher's response to the Lectora Inspire amounted to 89.56 % in very good category. Based on the average value of the data gain the ability of the student's number sense is 0.70 in the high category. Increased ability of student number sense is 0.27. From the results of the analysis, it can be stated that by using Lectora Inspire assisted mathematics learning media in learning related to fractional materials can increase the number sense ability of students.

An Education in the 4.0 era requires teachers and students to be literate in technological developments. Conventional methods that are not relevant to technological advances must be updated. There are many teachers who have not mastered information technology in the learning process. Boredom to do learning activities that emphasize student textbooks and worksheets, ultimately have an impact on students’ enthusiasm for learning that that are less than optimal. In order to achieve the maximum learning process, one of the alternatives offered is to use learning media with the help of the Flipbook application. This study aims to determine the validity of flipbook-based learning media and to measure the practicality of flipbook-assisted learning media in overcoming boredom. This research is a research and development that uses the ADDIE model (analyzing, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Researcher Collected data by means of observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The research subjects were 30 students of grade V SDN Sumput Sidoarjo. Based on the validation test from material experts, the average value is 84% ​​which means very valid, while the media expert test is 80% with the valid category. The practicality test of the development product obtained an average score of 80% in the attractive category. The results of the study showed that the development product is in the valid and attractive category. It can be concluded that the flipbook-based PAI learning media is practical and interesting to use as learning media.  Keywords: Learning Media, PAI, Flipbook

IPA Integrated is a place for students to study themselves and the surrounding environment applied in daily life. Integrated IPA Learning provides a direct experience to students through the use and development of scientific skills and attitudes. The importance of integrated IPA requires to pack learning well, integrated IPA integration with the preparation of modules combined with learning strategy can maximize the learning process in school. In SMP 209 Jakarta, the value of the integrated IPA is obtained from 34 students there are 10 students completed and 24 students are not complete because they get the value below the KKM of 68. This research is a development study with the development model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The use of KPS-based integrated IPA modules (Science Process sSkills) on the theme of rainbow phenomenon obtained by media expert validation results with an average score of 84.38%, average material expert 82.18%, average linguist 75.37%. So the average of all aspects obtained by 80.55% is worth using and tested to students. The results of the teacher response obtained 88.69% value with excellent criteria. Student responses on a small scale acquired an average score of 85.19% with highly agreed criteria and on the large-scale student response gained a yield of 86.44% with very agreed criteria. So the module can be concluded receiving a good response by the teacher and students.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in compiling learning devices in the Primary school of Sungai Majo and Teluk Nilap, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in Primary schools. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in Primary schools. The action to be taken is to provide a workshop on the formulation of learning devices in Primary schools. The results of the study show, in the assessment of the first cycle syllabus, The average value obtained by the Sungai Majo Elementary School 006 teacher is 67 with sufficient categories. While teachers at Elementary School 002 Teluk Nilap get an average score of 69 in the good category. cycle II, the average syllabus for teachers in Sungai Majo Primary School 006 was 89 with very good categories. While the teachers of Elementary School 002 in the Teluk Nilap amounted to 90 with very good categories. Whereas the assessment in the RPP of the first cycle, teachers in Elementary School 006 Sungai Majo and SDN 002 Teluk Nilap received the same score, which amounted to 67.14 with sufficient categories. After the second cycle, Sungai Majo Primary School 006 got an average score of 90 with a very good category, while the teachers of Elementary School 002 Teluk Nilap scored 91.42 with a very good category. With the results of this study, it can be concluded that with the help of workshops, it can improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in the Sungai Majo and Teluk Nilap, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency.

This study aimed to describe effecitivity of the learning outcome IPA using inquiry method. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). Research procedures conducted through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. Subjects were teachers and students of fourth class in elementary school 08 Padang City. Data was obtained from the results of observations and test results of learning. The research was conducted by two cycles and each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the research that has been conducted every cycle seen an increasein the average value of student learning outcomes are: (a) the cognitive aspects of 75 to 93, (b) the affective aspects of 74 to 95, and (c) psychomotor aspects from 76 to 94. It can be concluded that the CAR using the inquiry method can improve learning outcomes of science fourth grade students of fourth class in the state elementary school 08 Padang City.Key words: Learning competency; science learning; inquiry method

Abstract This development research generally aims to (1) develop interactive multimedia-based learning media for Private Vocational School Imelda Medan, (2) to know the assessment of media experts and material experts on learning media, and (3) to know the feasibility of learning media based on the assessment of media experts and material experts. The method used in this research is Research and Development. This research was conducted at Imelda Private Vocational School Medan. Research and Development Results: (1) This development research process is carried out with several stages adapted from the borg and gall version development research model simplified into 4D. There are stages such as: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Define stage includes definition, design stage includes storyboarding, development stage includes development of interactive multimedia-based learning media, validation of media experts and material experts, as well as revision of learning media from media experts and material experts and disseminate stage covering the trial stage. The target of this research is the Expert Lecturer of Medan State University. Testing of interactive multimedia by material validators showed that multimedia learning resulted both in material validation with an average score of 4.52 and for media validation with an average score of 4.59. Then obtained the conclusion that developed media is worth to use. Keywords : Interactive Media, Interactive Multimedia Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini secara umum bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk SMK Swasta Imelda Medan, (2) mengetahui penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi terhadap media pembelajaran, dan (3) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi . Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development ) . Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Swasta Imelda Medan. Hasil Penelitian  dan Pengembangan : (1) Proses Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yang diadaptasi dari model penelitian pengembangan versi borg and gall yang disederhanakan menjadi 4D. Adapaun tahapan tersebut yaitu : Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Tahap define meliputi pendefenisian , tahap design meliputi pembuatan storyboard, tahap development meliputi pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif ,validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta revisi media pembelajaran dari ahli media dan ahli materi dan tahap disseminate meliputi tahap uji coba. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah Dosen Ahli Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengujian terhadap multimedia interaktif oleh validator materi menunjukan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran  yang dihasilkan baik pada validasi materi dengan skor rata-rata 4.52 dan untuk validasi media dengan skor rata-rata 4.59. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan media yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci : Media Interaktif, Multimedia Interaktif
