This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in compiling learning devices in the Primary school of Sungai Majo and Teluk Nilap, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in Primary schools. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in Primary schools. The action to be taken is to provide a workshop on the formulation of learning devices in Primary schools. The results of the study show, in the assessment of the first cycle syllabus, The average value obtained by the Sungai Majo Elementary School 006 teacher is 67 with sufficient categories. While teachers at Elementary School 002 Teluk Nilap get an average score of 69 in the good category. cycle II, the average syllabus for teachers in Sungai Majo Primary School 006 was 89 with very good categories. While the teachers of Elementary School 002 in the Teluk Nilap amounted to 90 with very good categories. Whereas the assessment in the RPP of the first cycle, teachers in Elementary School 006 Sungai Majo and SDN 002 Teluk Nilap received the same score, which amounted to 67.14 with sufficient categories. After the second cycle, Sungai Majo Primary School 006 got an average score of 90 with a very good category, while the teachers of Elementary School 002 Teluk Nilap scored 91.42 with a very good category. With the results of this study, it can be concluded that with the help of workshops, it can improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in the Sungai Majo and Teluk Nilap, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency.

This study aimed to determine the age at menarche and its influencing factors and the pattern of menstrual cycles in elementary school students in Medan. Subjects were 227 female students in six primary schools (private and government) in Medan municipal, during October until November 1995. Most students experienced menarche in government primary school (GPS: 35.8%) and private primary school (PPS: 24%), at the age of 10-12 years. The mean age at menarche of these students in government primary school was 11.41 (SD 0.95) years while in private primary school it was 10.65 (SD 0.78) years. Subjects who had had menarche had better nutritional status than who had not (p<0.001). Sports activities are also associated with age at menarche (p<0.001). On the other hand family's economical status and maternal age at menarche were not significantly associated with age at menarche (p>0.05). Most students who had had menarche had regular menstrual cycle; the duration of menarche was 4-6 days for GPS and 3 days for PPS. Dysmenorrhea was a common finding in the first three months of menstruation cycle but gradually diminishing with time. The duration of menstrual cycle was 25-34 days. These findings are useful as a guide for the parents, especially when mothers planning the best time/ the moment to discuss about reproduction and sexual counseling with her daughter.

[Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. This article aimed to improve the understanding of the concept of purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III through the application of information multiliterasi learning models. This research was  classroom action research. This research was conducted in three cycles. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle has average 63.2 with the percentage of classical completeness which was 48.5%. In the second cycle the average score of students were 70 with the percentage of classical completeness  63.6%. In the third cycle the average value of students were  81.2 with the percentage of classical completeness 87.9%. Then it can be concluded that the application of the multiliteration learning model of information on social studies subjects has success to increase the understanding of the concept purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III District Majalengka. This study aims to form the characters of Indonesian students through the implementation of Value-clarified Techniques with the help of folklore. The implementation of this lesson is based on the dynamics and problematics of characters that occur today in primary schools and intends to bridge the issues. The research design used is the type of action research with the subject of the study of grade V of Pontianak Elementary School Pontianak amounted to 32 people in the first semester. Data collection methods are observation and interview, while to analyze the data with qualitative descriptive. From the analysis of the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion that the implementation of Value-assisted Clarification Technique folklore can improve the formation of the character of Indonesian students in primary schools.

<p class="Abstract"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>.</em><em> </em><em>The purpose of research design was to improve the understanding about concepts the struggle to defend Indonesia's independence by applying Group Invetigation models. Two cycles was used in this research design amount teacher and 5th grade of primary school of SD N Pulisen Boyolali conduct of 35 students as the subject research. The data collecting techniques were test, observation, interview, and documentation. And the analyze data used interactive technique. The average score of class before action (pre-cycle) is 31, in cycle 1 the average score increase become improves 64,8, and in cycle 2 increase 75,1. The conclusion was drawn that applying GI model can work up the understanding about concepts the struggle to defend Indonesia's independence in 5th grade of primary school of SD N Pulisen Boyolali 2018/2019.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Group Investigation, understanding about concepts, the struggle to defend Indonesia's independence, Elementary School.</em>

Suicide primary school girls, 2 reporting discourses, and zoning system require that each elementary school has books that attract students and teachers to read them. Negative content and typing errors written in the book will cause different understandings experienced by elementary school students. Elementary school student who have good linguistic intelligence will be easy to memorize and have extensive vocabulary. Elementary school student with high visual-spatial intelligence will be active in the imagination. Books used by primary schools must meet the values and norms applicable in the community. Primary schools are required to evaluate all the books used in primary schools. Sanctions are granted to authors and publishers if any incorrect information is written in the book. Primary school students will think positively or negatively by looking at textbooks. Eligibility of elementary school textbooks is the responsibility of many parties in the field of education even though teachers are an important component that should assess the appropriateness of textbooks.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers in preparing questions on google forms. Building teachers' practical ways of thinking in solving problems related to the preparation of HOTS questions, as well as increasing the professionalism of school principals in organizing In House Training (IHT) and increasing the motivation and competence of school principals during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive qualitative through school action research which further deepens the teacher development process related to writing HOTS questions on the google form. The data of this study are qualitative data, while the research subjects are Candirejo State Elementary School teachers, totaling 8 teachers consisting of 6 classroom teachers and 2 study teachers. The results showed that the teacher's ability to write written test questions was initially only 2 people (20%), after the research was carried out with the first cycle of activities from 2 teachers to 8 teachers (100%), while the research activities at the end the implementation of the second cycle of activities with an average score of 69.00 and an average score of 3.80, while based on presentation it reached 94.91%. As for the stage of the second cycle of meeting 1 the teacher's ability in preparing questions through In House Training (IHT) on Google Form there was an increase of 2.14% and at the second meeting of cycle II it rose to 91.79% in the "Very Good" category. And the average score increased in the second cycle of meeting 2 to 64.25 from 61.38. While the activities of IHT participants at the second meeting of the second cycle reached 22.50, the average value of the second cycle of the second meeting reached 3.75 while the percentage-based score reached 93.75% in the "Very Good" category. So that the research can be ended at the stage of cycle II for the second meeting.

Reading is one of the basic skills needed to be enhance at the primary school level. Early research shows that pupils lack the interest in reading and this affected their ability to grasp vocab and understanding. Thus, Pintar Baca cards were introduced to help increase interest and level up pupils’ ability to understand the texts read. The Pintar Baca cards comprises of teaching and learning tools published by the Malay Language Centre of Singapore. These resources were designed to help primary school pupils improve their language mastery through reading. These cards were developed for Primary 2 to 4 and consists of 12 stories on the names of origins of places of Singapore. It is hoped that through these historical stories, we are able to instil interest and strengthen pupils’ knowledge on the historical background of some places in Singapore in a simpler and more interesting way. In addition, each story comes with a set of comprehension questions which can develop pupils’ understanding on the reading materials. A trialling session was done at 9 primary schools involving around 189 pupils. A thinking routine strategy were applied in the teaching and learning during the trialling sessions to support the use of the Pintar Baca cards. Research findings showed an increase in reading interest amongst pupils. In addition, the application of the thinking routines has helped improve pupils’ understanding of the contents of the stories and their language mastery.

Teachers’ job satisfaction is the teacher's perception of what he has obtained, through the indicators compiled. In this study the indicators used are the fields of promotion, salary and incentives, promotions, coworkers as well as supervisory and leadership evaluation. The purpose of this research is to look at the level of satisfaction of teachers who teach in public  primary schools on Pulau Rimau. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative (mixed method). The number of objects in this study were five public  primary schools. The results obtained from the research that has been done are stated that the level of satisfaction of teachers who teach in public  primary schools in the Pulau Rimau region is included in the quite high category, but in the field of salary and incentives is an area with the highest average value of job satisfaction low.

This research reveals the subject matter concerning science learning result of third grade students at Datok Sulaiman Islamic Elementary School Palopo City. Thus, this study aims to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes that are applied through the use of Make a Macth model in third grade students of Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman in Palopo City. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approach with Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is designed through two cycles. Research subjects, students of Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman class III which amounted to 24 students. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, documentation, and tests. The research data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistic formula (percentage) to express descriptively the research result. Furthermore, to discuss and explain the results of research that is quantitative descriptive then used techniques of data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion. From the research results found that in the prasiklus stage, with the average score of students' learning outcomes is 53.75 with 20% classical learning completeness. After implemented the learning by applying the Make a macth learning model, in the first cycle, the average value of science learning achievement is 63.75 with 50% classical learning completeness. Furthermore, in cycle II with the average value of increased interest in science learning is 75 with 66% complete classical learning. Thus, the improvement of science learning outcomes in class III Islamic elementary school Datok Sulaiman Palopo.
