This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on organizational commitment withwork stress as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was undertaken forthis research. This research was conducted at PT. INDOLAKTO Purwosari with a total sample of 88 employees. Data collection was carried out using a survey questionnaire. The hypotheses in this study were tested by path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of hypothesis testing showed that workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job stress mediates the relationship between workload and organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, job satisfaction and work environment on keluarga sehat clinic wedoro sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative, where researchers distribute questionnaires as a medium for data collection and then processed into interval data which is then processed using SPSS18. The population and sample of this study are 36 employees of keluarga sehat clinic wedoro sidoarjo. Hypothesis test results partially work stress partially negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and work environment partially does not significantly influence organizational commitment. And the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test was calculated to be 11.570 and included to be greater than Ftable = 2.92. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and the significant value is 0,000 less than 0.05. So job stress, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment. While the determination test obtained by the coefficient R Square 0.5202 means that the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction and work environment on organizational commitment has an effect of 52.0%, while the remaining 48.0% is explained by other variables not included in the modeling.

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of locus of control on employee discipline and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship of locus of control on employee discipline. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research was conducted at YPI Miftahul Huda Papar, Kediri Regency, data was collected using a questionnaire filled out by all employees. Locus of control is measured by the ability, interest, effort, fate, and influence of others. Job satisfaction is measured by using 2 factors motivation, the last work discipline includes goals, justice, inherent supervision, sanctions and punishments. Data were analyzed for hypothesis testing using Path Analysis. The results of the analysis reveal that locus of control and job satisfaction have an effect on employee discipline. Another finding is that job satisfaction plays a role in mediating the influence of locus of control on work discipline. Suggestions for further research is to develop this research in a different place and examine the consequences of work discipline.

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

A person's condition when experiencing physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion is called burnout. This study aims to measure the level of burnout which is influenced by workload and is mediated by work stress. The research location is located at the Regional Hospital (RSD) Mangusada Badung, especially in the Oleg Room with a total sample of 50 nurses with the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques using interview and dissemination systems. The type of data analysis used was path analysis and single test. The results showed that workload and work stress each had a positive and significant effect on burnout and work stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. This study also provides an understanding that workload and work stress can have a significant effect on burnout, when the workload perceived by nurses is higher, the work stress felt by nurses will be higher so that it has the potential to increase burnout. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of spirituality in teacher performance seen from the organizational commitment of Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency. This research is a quantitative study that is correlational, namely research that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency with 370 teachers, while the total sample in this study was 185 teachers. To conduct data analysis in this study, then: (1) analysis techniques with descriptive statistics; (2) technical analysis of multiple regression; and (3) path analysis techniques. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been conducted, the results of this study are (1) Spirituality has a very significant role in influencing teacher performance through organizational commitment, Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency; (2) Spirituality directly affect teacher performance, although not as much as if it is through organizational commitment variables; and (3) Teachers who have high spirituality will have good performance because they have high organizational commitment. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran spiritualitas dalam kinerja guru dilihat dari komitmen organisasi pada guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 370 guru, sedang jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 guru. Untuk melakukan analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka digunakan (1) teknik analisis dengan statistik deskriptif; (2) teknis analisis regresi ganda; dan (3) teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Spiritualitas mempunyai peran sangat signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui komitmen organisasi, guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang; (2) Spiritualitas secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja guru meskipun tidak sebesar jika melalui variabel komitmen organisasi; dan (3) Guru yang memiliki spiritualitas yang tinggi akan memiliki kinerja yang bagus karena memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Queen’s Tandoor Seminyak restaurant in Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 79 employees, through the nonprobability sampling method, especially saturated samples. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the imposition of work so as not to exceed the ability of employees who can lead to job stress and increase employee involvement in the company. The research aimed to investigate and test the attitude toward mobile shopping as a mediating variable at the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived risk against repurchase intention. The research used a quantitative approach to explain the relationship between research variables. The used sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 200 mobile shopping users in Central Java. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The obtained data were processed using the SPSS 16. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived risk affect attitude in mobile shopping and repurchase intention significantly. Then, attitude toward mobile shopping also influence repurchase intention. Last, it also finds that attitude toward mobile shopping can mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived risk against repurchase intention.
