The research aimed to investigate and test the attitude toward mobile shopping as a mediating variable at the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived risk against repurchase intention. The research used a quantitative approach to explain the relationship between research variables. The used sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 200 mobile shopping users in Central Java. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The obtained data were processed using the SPSS 16. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived risk affect attitude in mobile shopping and repurchase intention significantly. Then, attitude toward mobile shopping also influence repurchase intention. Last, it also finds that attitude toward mobile shopping can mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived risk against repurchase intention.

<p align="justify">The objectives of this study were determining the effect of tangibles, empathy, and assurance on the decision to buy at PT Raden auto, Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection techniques using questionnaires. The populations used in this study are the consumer at PT. Raden Auto Jakarta, while the sample using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample by chance, in order to obtain the total sample of 100 people. The results showed that the tangibles, empathy, and assurance were predicted by decision to buy. In other words, learning strategies has been a role in increasing tangibles, empathy, and assurance customers in the PT Raden Auto, Jakarta. The results proved that decision to buy was simultaneous affected by tangible, empathy, and asssurance.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on organizational commitment withwork stress as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was undertaken forthis research. This research was conducted at PT. INDOLAKTO Purwosari with a total sample of 88 employees. Data collection was carried out using a survey questionnaire. The hypotheses in this study were tested by path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of hypothesis testing showed that workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job stress mediates the relationship between workload and organizational commitment.

The world has now entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, where in this era the world was colored by artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence), genetic engineering, nanotechnology, innovation, and changes that occurred rapidly had an impact on the economy, industry, government, and politics. Industry 4.0 is more likely to lead to business activities using digital platforms such as mobile shopping, e-commerce, marketplaces, and so on. The characteristic of online shopping is that it must be simple and fun, and with a very varied platform can increase its own trust in consumers to shop online. This study aims to develop the concept of a business platform that can affect the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment of the millennial generation in online shopping. This concept focuses on one's repurchase intention to do online shopping which is influenced by the existence of so many business platforms and provide different services. The population used is characteristic of the millennial generation in Central Java. This sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The samples used amounted to more than 100 millennials in Central Java, and who frequently use business platforms/applications in online shopping. <p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh <em>Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk melalui E Trust, E Saticfaction,terhadap Online Repurchase Intention </em>pada pengguna Gopay yang bertransaksi di UMKM. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dan analisis jalur. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Gojek pada layanan Gopay yang telah menggunakan untuk bertransaksi UMKM pada wilayah sekitar Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 1 bulan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan sekitar 150 Responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik <em>Non Probability Sampling</em> dengan cara <em>Purposive Sampling. </em>Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur pada variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil Sub struktur I adalah <em>Perceived Ease of Use</em>,<em> Perceived Usefulness,</em> dan <em>Perceived Risk</em> memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap <em>E Trust. </em>Sub struktur II menunjukkan <em>Perceived Ease of Use </em>dan<em> Perceived Usefulness</em> memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap <em>E Satisfaction, Perceived Risk </em>memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap <em>E Satisfaction.</em> Sub Struktur III menunjukkan <em>Perceived Ease of Use </em>dan <em>Perceived Usefulness</em> memiliki hubungan signifikan pada <em>Online Repurchase Intention,</em> sementara<em> Perceived Risk, e-Trust, dan e-satisfaction</em> tidak<em> </em>memiliki hubungan signifikan pada<em> Online Repurchase Intention.</em></strong></p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk through E Trust, E Saticfaction, on Online Repurchase Intention on Gopay users who transact at UMKM.. The sample of this research is Go-Jek application users on Go-Pay services who have used MSME transactions in the area around Al Azhar University in Indonesia within 1 month. For this reason, this research requires around 150 Respondents. Sampling in this study is to use the Non Probability Sampling technique by Purposive Sampling. From the results of the study using path analysis on these variables. Sub-structure I shown that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk has a significant relationship to E Trust. Sub-structure II shown that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk has a significant relationship to E Satisfaction. Background: The aim of the study was to study the relationship between coronavirus anxiety, panic buying, work and social adjustment. It also examines how adjustment mediates the relationship between coronavirus anxiety and panic buying.  Methods: The study's total sample size was 450 participants aged 21-76 years. Both genders were equally represented in the sample, with 225 males and 225 females. An incidental sampling technique was adopted for data collection. Data was collected using a Google form survey from participants who consented to participate in the research from various Uttar Pradesh, India cities. The socio-demographic details and corona anxiety, panic buying and work and social adjustment related responses were recorded.Results: The results indicated that coronavirus anxiety, work and social adjustment, and panic buying are significantly correlated with each other. Results showed that coronavirus anxiety and work and social adjustment would significantly variance in panic buying scores. It was also found that work and social adjustment mediated the relationship between coronavirus anxiety and panic buying.Conclusions: It was evident from the results that panic buying results from fear and negative emotions. This demonstrates the importance of adjustment training to cope with sudden or future uncertainties in a better manner. This could help alleviate the wave of anxiety and panic, leading to better emotional well-being and adjustment to unexpected and adverse circumstances.

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between students' Passing Ability and the level of Accuracy of Soccer Shooting Class XI in North Cikarang High School. In this study, a hypothesis was proposed, namely that there was a significant relationship between students' Passing Ability and the level of Accuracy in Shooting Soccer Class XI in North Cikarang High School,This research uses descriptive method with correlational studies. There is a sampling using a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 30 students of class XI in North Cikarang High School. Data collection tools used are: 1). A tool to measure Passing using a passing ability test. 2). Tool for measuring the Accuracy of Shooting Soccer using the Shooting Ball Test to Target. From the calculation of the product moment correlation test obtained by the correlation coefficient value on the relationship between Passing Ability and Football Shooting Accuracyof 0.743. This means that the relationship between the ability to pass with the accuracy of shooting soccer students can be said to be positive.

E-commerce is one of the industries that are able to grow in the middle of the crisis because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to investigate the factors that influence the continuance intention of online shopping services in the scope of e-commerce. This research uses perceived ease of use as an independent variable that affects the intention with perceived usefulness and trust as mediating variables. This research is categorized as explanatory research. Respondents in this study are Klikindomaret users and the determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 170 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust have a significant effect on continuance intention. Perceived usefulness and trust also play a role in mediating the relationship between perceived ease of use and continuance intention.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Work motivation is an influential condition for arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior related to the work environment including nurse work motivation. The purpose of this study was to edit the Nurses' Work Motivation in the Inpatient Room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. This type of research uses analytic survey methods. The sampling method uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 55 nurses in 6 inpatients. Data collection techniques using a work motivation questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate. The results of the study 28 people (50.9%) have high work motivation. The conclusion of the results of this study some nurses have work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the study are expected to require motivation support to increase work motivation of nurses.
