Pepper is a world commodity that has long been traded. One of the pepper producers is Lampung. Since the classical period, the Lampung pepper trade has filled world trade activities through the Sunda Kingdom. During the Islamic period, Lampung was under the control of Banten. Banten in meeting the need for pepper utilizes the Lampung area. This study aims to reveal how to zoning between villages and umbul for pepper cultivation in East Lampung. It also reveals how the condition of the people of Lampung at that time, and how the pepper cultivation management system was. The research method to uncover the problem was carried out through exploratory and descriptive methods. The results showed that the fields as the location for pepper cultivation were in the vicinity of the village. Most of the people at that time had embraced Islam but there were still those who practiced the megalithic tradition. The management of pepper cultivation is entirely by Banten through local authorities who are appointed as retainers as representatives of Banten in Lampung. The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Responsibility of Village Fund Allocation in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. Theoretical Benefits, as reference material for research in the field of future accountability. In discussing and reviewing the issue of implementation, the accountability of village fund allocation in Tambat Tanah Miring District Merauke Regency the author uses a qualitative research method, namely data collection can be from interviews, observation notes, photo taking, audio and video recording. This type of descriptive research is a research that is sought to observe problems systematically accurate funds regarding the facts and characteristics of certain objects, with the number of informants as many as 13 people.The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund allocation in the implementation of village funds in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, runs well but there are still a number of problems that occur, planning, realization of the program and not in accordance with the details and calculations in the RAB. Kampung, Implementation of Village Fund Allocation conducted by Kampung Tambat Officials has not gone well and has not been carried out in accordance with the procedure because the village head of Tambat was considered not transparent regarding Village Fund Allocation to the people of Tambat Village, Reporting indicators, Village Fund Allocation has not been implemented properly due to reports what has been made is not maximal with what is done in Tambat and indicators, the accountability of the village head regarding the Village Fund Allocation also does not work with planning, implementation and reporting, this is evidenced by the making of the first report and the answer to ADD ADK, PROSPECTS made by other parties not by village officials have not been implemented with the reality that happened at Tambat.

Bundesma empowerment is the  process of developing a village's economy. This program took the initiative to start a process of Social Economy activities that could improve the economic situation and conditions of the village community in Sukabumi, especially in the Warungkiara. In the  Empowerment activities, the participation of the Bundesma and the village community as a driving force for economic development is overseen by the Government.  The main objective of empowering Bundes and Bundesma is an independent village. This activity intends that rural communities in the Warungkiara area can turn their village into an independent village. The definition of an Independent Village is a village that is able to manage the economy of each citizen without the assistance of other parties. The creation of this condition reflects the strong willingness of the people of the village to move forward, the village that produces their products / works that are proud of and the ability of the village to meet their needs. In empowering Bundes and Bundesma  there are several problems that hamper them including; Difficulties in product marketing, financial limitations and limited human resources (HR).  In this study, the researchers used qualitative naturalistic methods. Qualitative naturalistic is a method that is carried out in the actual conditions that occur at the research location. This research method offers convenience and freedom for researchers to obtain accurate information from informants in the warungkiara sub-district. The results showed that in Warungkiara sub-district there were 12 Bundes in 12 villages and 2 Bundesma.  Keywords : Empowerment, Bundes, qualitative, marketing, financial, HRD

Buleleng Regency is one of eight regencies in Bali that is known by foreign tourists as an attractive tourist destination, where the area has a variety of arts, culture and natural tour- ist attractions. Munduk Village has a variety of tourist attractions consisting of arts or culture and natural scenery, in the form of hills, rice fields, and waterfalls that are characteristic of the village. The concept of Tri Hita Karana is the basis for living the daily lives of local people in Munduk Village. Village tourism is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a structure of community life that integrates with the prevailing procedures and traditions where tourists can stay in or close to the village to learn and enjoy life in the village.From the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem in this paper is: what is the role of tourism villages in the development of villages in Munduk Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The research method is done using interviews.Conclusions from the results of the study indicate that the role of the tourist village munduk in Munduk Village, Banjar Subdistrict, Buleleng Regency is as a source of income for the people in Munduk Village other than as farmers, considering the Munduk village area as a tourist vil- lage that is visited by many tourists which in turn can increase the income of the surrounding community. The suggestions that can be asked are: For the Munduk village government should be able to support tourism villages in Munduk by helping to provide funding facilities for devel- opment in order to develop. In addition, the community is given facilities for capital in order to build a business to support tourist villages in the village of Munduk, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.

Abstract Bawean is an archipelago administratively included in Gresik Regency, where the main occupation of the people is farming and fishing, but not all of the people have land to farm and ships to go to sea, and not a few who work in Malaysia and Singapore have even become citizens of that country. so that the land and rice fields below are unproductive, so there is cooperation between landowners and tenants or cultivators, in agricultural practices, landowners and processors or workers often make contracts and agreements in such cooperation, as well as in the village of Lebak, the agreement sees to the weather, or irrigation used to irrigate rice fields, and the yields obtained during the rainy season in certain months are different, there are at least three cooperation systems in the muzara'ah contract implemented there, in this study the three systems were analyzed to determine which in accordance with Islamic law , of the three, there are two agreements that use the muzara’ah contract, and the other one uses the ijarah agreement or lease agreement. Agroforestry management is land management by combining forestry crops with agricultural crops or animals (livestock) in ecologically, socially and economically sustainable systems. Agroforestry in Paraduan Village is a traditional agroforestry. This research The purpose of this research is to examine the traditional agroforestry patterns applied by the community and analyze the traditional agroforestry management system applied by the people of Paraduan Village Ronggurnihuta sub-district of Samosir Regency. Repondent determination is done by taking purposive sampling method (example) against households that carry out the management of traditional agroforestry, namely households that own land that is as many as 40 respondents. The stratification of the land ownership of the village community as a sample is divided into 4 patterns namely agrisilviculture, silvopastura, agrosilvastura and silvofishery. Data and information collection methods are carried out using various approaches according to research needs, namely literature studies, interviews and field observations. Agroforestry plants grown in one land are grouped into forestry crops namely Pinus, Suren, Ares, Jati, Mahoni, Kemiri grown on the edge of the land, agricultural crops namely Coffee plant, Onion, Chili, Chocolate, Ginger, Corn, Beans, Bananas, Rias, Betel, Dutch Eggplant, Turmeric, Cassava, farm animals that are raised are Cows, Buffaloes, Chickens village And Pigs,  in the fishery sector are Catfish and Mujair. The management system implemented by Paraduan villagers is a traditional system with manual management using roughing tools and seeds available with a management system starting from soil management and seed procurement, Planting, Maintenance, Eradication of pests, Harvesting and marketing.Keywords: Agroforestry Patterns; Management; Land processing

One of the traditions that is still preserved today in the village of Gurng Liwut is the wuat wa'i tradition. The procession of the Wuat Wa'i tradition emphasizes the participation of the local community. The preservation of the tradition of wuat wa'i is based on community behavior which upholds the value of solidarity and integrity towards an innovative society in advancing and prospering social life.  The formulation of the problems in this study include (1). How is the function of wa'i in the community of Gurung Liwut Village, Borong District, East Manggarai Regency? (2). What is the existence of the Wuat Wa'i tradition in the people of Gurung Liwut Village? This study aims to determine the function of the Wuat Wa'i tradition and explain the meaning of the Wuat Wa'i tradition for the people of Gurung Liwut Village. This research uses functional theory from Bronislaw Malinowski and Giving from Marcel Mauss. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature study. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative.  The results of this study reveal that in the tradition of wuat wa'i there is a relationship between moral values, economic improvement, and improvement in formal education. The implementation of the Wuat Wa'i tradition is a social movement that raises funds to finance formal education and increase capital for someone who goes abroad, both at home and abroad. There are various processes in carrying out the tradition of wuat wa'i, namely the deliberation of the event organizers, determining the good day, the completeness of the event material.  The conclusion of this research is that the tradition of wuat  wa'i is a clear proof of the motivation of the local community for the importance of learning through formal education and desires to improve the community's economy through experience gained in the land of thechain.

Pembatasan pemberlakuan kegiatan masyarakat is one of the government's programs in tackling and breaking the chain of covid-19 spread that continues to grow in Indonesia. Covid-19 is rapidly developing and becoming a global issue that impacts all lives in different countries. This makes the government both central and village level must think about various strategies in an effort to prevent its spread. In addition to strategic from the government, participation from the community is also indispensable in efforts to prevent its spread. In addition, we also found participation from the people of Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut who participated in the prevention of Covid-19 by implementing policies that have been set by the government. The purpose of this research is to know in detail the form of community participation in the handling of Covid-19 in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. The research method is descriptive and uses qualitative methods. Meanwhile, for data collection is used library studies derived from data sources derived from scientific journals, book literature, and official websites that are then described through analysis that describes the application of government policies, namely with Pembatasan pemberlakuan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) in the response to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. The results of this study explain that the application of government policies through PPKM in the district of Banjarwangi, Garut includes participation in planning, participation in the implementation, with the use of masks when traveling, restrictions on community activities without clear purpose, and restrictions on the operating hours of vehicle activities and business activities (shops). The implementation of PPKM activities in countering the Covid-19 pandemic in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut seems to have been running effectively. With the involvement of the village community is very petrified this government program in tackling Covid-19, because the villagers are very understanding of the situation and conditions of the community in the environment. After the involvement of other agencies such as the TNI / POLRI is also very helpful smoothly this program with the creation of security and order during the activities. The purpose of restrictions on the implementation of community activities is to suppress and stop the positive number of Covid-19 in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut.
