Agroforestry management is land management by combining forestry crops with agricultural crops or animals (livestock) in ecologically, socially and economically sustainable systems. Agroforestry in Paraduan Village is a traditional agroforestry. This research The purpose of this research is to examine the traditional agroforestry patterns applied by the community and analyze the traditional agroforestry management system applied by the people of Paraduan Village Ronggurnihuta sub-district of Samosir Regency. Repondent determination is done by taking purposive sampling method (example) against households that carry out the management of traditional agroforestry, namely households that own land that is as many as 40 respondents. The stratification of the land ownership of the village community as a sample is divided into 4 patterns namely agrisilviculture, silvopastura, agrosilvastura and silvofishery. Data and information collection methods are carried out using various approaches according to research needs, namely literature studies, interviews and field observations. Agroforestry plants grown in one land are grouped into forestry crops namely Pinus, Suren, Ares, Jati, Mahoni, Kemiri grown on the edge of the land, agricultural crops namely Coffee plant, Onion, Chili, Chocolate, Ginger, Corn, Beans, Bananas, Rias, Betel, Dutch Eggplant, Turmeric, Cassava, farm animals that are raised are Cows, Buffaloes, Chickens village And Pigs,  in the fishery sector are Catfish and Mujair. The management system implemented by Paraduan villagers is a traditional system with manual management using roughing tools and seeds available with a management system starting from soil management and seed procurement, Planting, Maintenance, Eradication of pests, Harvesting and marketing.Keywords: Agroforestry Patterns; Management; Land processing

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. Abstract accountability are characteristics of Good Governance. Accountability are very important in managing an entity, especially for entities that carry out the mandate of the people and manage public funds such as BUMDes. BUMDes that have the mandate of capital, have large roles and duties, BUMDes must be able to account for and report the results of their financial management as a form of accountability to the government and society. This study aims to determine how the financial management of BUMDes To analyze the level of accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari’s financial management in 2019. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The data collection methods used were interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that: The financial management of BUMDes Mekar Lestari consists of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability and supervision stages. Some indicators for the financial management accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari in 2019 have also not been fulfilled as regulated in the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2015 and Banyuwangi Governor Regulation No. 17 of 2019

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  (1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan keaksaraan dasar, (2) Hasil dari pendidikan keaksaraan dasar, dan (3) Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaaan pendidikan keaksaraan dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengelola PKBM Bina Sekar Melati, tutor pendidikan keaksaraan dan warga belajar pendidikan keaksaraan dasar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data menggunakan miles dan huberman. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Pelaksanaan Pendidikan keaksaraan dasar di Desa Triharjo, Kecamatan Pandak, Kabupaten Bantul berjalan dengan baik, (2) Hasil dari pendidikan keaksaraan dasar ialah warga belajar mampu membaca, menulis dan berhitung sederhana setelah diberikan pembelajaran, dan (3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan keaksaraan dasar ialah (a) Kemampuan tutor, (b) dukungan dari pemerintah pusat, (c) dukungan dari pemerintah setempat, (d) motivasi dari warga belajar, dan (e) sarana dan prasarana yang memadai . Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya ialah (a) daya tangkap warga belajar berbeda-beda, (b) Kegiatan di desa seperti arisan PKK, Membantu tetangga yang mempunyai hajatan serta mati listrik membuat warga belajar tidak berangkat pembelajaran Basic Literacy Learning PKBM Bina Sekar Melati in Triharjo Village, Pandak District, Bantul AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) Implementation of basic literacy education, (2) Results of basic literacy education, and (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing basic literacy education. This study uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the manager of PKBM Bina Sekar Melati, literacy education tutors and residents learning basic literacy education. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques using miles and Huberman. The results of the study are (1) The implementation of basic literacy education in Triharjo Village, Pandak Subdistrict, Bantul Regency is going well, (2) The results of basic literacy education are the people learning to be able to read, write and count simple after learning, and (3) Factors supporters of the implementation of basic literacy education are (a) Tutor ability, (b) support from the central government, (c) support from local government, (d) motivation from learning citizens, and (e) adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are (a) the different learning capacities of the residents of learning, (b) Activities in the village such as the PKK social gathering, helping neighbors who have a celebration and power outages make learning residents not go to learning.

Village Fund Allocation Management System in Tinggimae Village, Baromobong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine how the village fund allocation management system is in Tinggimae village, Barombong Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research data used is qualitative data using a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection methods are used with questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This study was conducted for three months from December 2017 to February 2018. The results of the study showed no significant effect of education on the performance of teachers at Majene 2 High School and there was a significant influence on work discipline on the performance of Majene 2 High School teachers.

Introduction: The proportion of open defecation behavior in Indonesia ranks second highest after India. Stop open defecation is the first pillar of the Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) program as the main focus. Disposing feces that not eligible with sanitation requirements can cause soil pollution, the provision of clean water, and trigger the disease vectors. Aim of study: This study describes the characteristics of the people in Jatirejoyoso Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency regarding the ownership of healthy latrines, and the behavior of open defecation. This research sample was taken using a purposive sampling method of 46 households. Results and Discussion: The results showed 42 respondents (91.3%) understood the importance of healthy latrines. Meanwhile, 32 respondents (69.56%) behaved defecate in the river, and 14 (30.44%) of respondents conducted defecation in a neighbor's toilet. Residents who don’t have latrines because of the cost factor, as many as 40 respondents (86.96%), and the remaining 6 respondents due to lack of house land. 28 respondents (60.86%) experienced diarrhea within 1 year. All respondents (100%) claimed to have received information about BABS and PHBS from health workers in the village. Conclusion: The conclusion that can be drawn is the knowledge of the people of Jatirejoyoso Village about the importance of good healthy latrines, but the cost and land constraints are a factor for residents not to have private healthy latrines.

Pepper is a world commodity that has long been traded. One of the pepper producers is Lampung. Since the classical period, the Lampung pepper trade has filled world trade activities through the Sunda Kingdom. During the Islamic period, Lampung was under the control of Banten. Banten in meeting the need for pepper utilizes the Lampung area. This study aims to reveal how to zoning between villages and umbul for pepper cultivation in East Lampung. It also reveals how the condition of the people of Lampung at that time, and how the pepper cultivation management system was. The research method to uncover the problem was carried out through exploratory and descriptive methods. The results showed that the fields as the location for pepper cultivation were in the vicinity of the village. Most of the people at that time had embraced Islam but there were still those who practiced the megalithic tradition. The management of pepper cultivation is entirely by Banten through local authorities who are appointed as retainers as representatives of Banten in Lampung. The implementation of tourism in Law No. 10 of 2009 in detail is explained in Chapter III of article 5 on the principle of the implementation of tourism. Stating that tourism is carried out with the principle of upholding religious norms and cultural values as an embodiment of the Tri Hita Karana concept; uphold human rights, cultural diversity and local wisdom; maintain the preservation of nature and the environment; empower the local community; ensuring integration between sectors, between regions, between the center and regions which constitutes a systemic unit within the framework of regional autonomy, as well as integration among stakeholders. Basically the organization of tourism in the village is aimed at improving the standard of living and welfare of the people through economic development through the development and development of sustainable tourism based on local wisdom. The implementation of tourism is then carried out by tourism institutions in order to create sustainable tourism development.This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were determined through purposive techniques and snowball sampling. This research was conducted in Jatiluwih Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. There are three indicators used in the study, namely: Implementation of policies consisting of Communication, Resources, Disposition, bureaucratic structures have been applied properly. This study aims to determine the factors - factors that affect tourist visits to the ecotourism area in the village of Bahoi. This research was conducted in May - July 2016, in Bahoi Village, West Likupang Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The location of this study was chosen with several considerations, namely: Bahoi Village is one of the areas that have ecotourism area that is enough to attract the interest of the surrounding community and even the foreign community. Where this ecotourism area is one of the livelihood for the people of Bahoi Village. The method used in this study is the accidental sampling method by accidental interviewing technique, ie anyone who by chance there is a research location used as a sample or research respondents. The results obtained that factors affecting tourist visits are distance traveled, age level, travel expenses, and entrance fees. Where the tendency of tourists to ecotourism diving is strongly influenced by the age level because the statistical test states that the age level is very significant. While the tendency to visit ecotourism mangrove factor that most influence is the age level, because statistical test states that age is very significant.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the intensity and the prevalence of ectoparasites found in catfish biofloc aquaculture ponds and traditional catfish in Aceh Besar. The research was conducted at the Fish Quarantine Agency for Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products (BPKIPM) Blang Bintang. This research used a descriptive method while the catfish samples were taken using a random sampling method. The sample of catfish is 100 samples which are devided into 50 catfish with biofloc system and 50 catfish using the traditional system. The organs observed in catfish are fins (back, chest, tail, anal, stomach), gills, and mucus. The results of this study indicate that there were 3 types of ectoparasites have been identified, Vorticella sp., Trichodina sp., and Dactylogyrus sp. The highest prevalence rate is infection parasite by Dactylogyrus sp. in Leubok village, Aceh Besar which use a traditional system, and it is categorized as “always” or “very severe infection” (100%) while for the biofloc system in the village of Reukih Dayah, Indrapuri, Aceh Besar it is categorized as “moderate or “moderate infection”(88%). For the lowest prevalence rate in ectoparasites is Vorticella sp. It is found in biofloc ponds and categorized as “rare” infections about (2%). The highest level of parasite intensity is infection with Dactylogyrus sp. Both media are categorized as “medium”. The differences in the intensity value of the two media are biofloc media has an intensity of 22.7 meanwhile the traditional has 11.3.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai pemahaman, tindakan, sumbangan dan kepedulian masyarakat tentang ancaman kerusakan terumbu karang di Kecamatan Sikakap. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah masyarakat Kecamatan Sikakap yang dipilih menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh; 1) secara umum masyarakat telah mampu menjelaskan dengan baik arti dan fungsi terumbu karang, namun masih kurang menyadari ancaman yang dapat ditimbulkan terhadap kelangsungan hidup terumbu karang. 2) Sumbangan masyarakat terhadap kelangsungan hidup terumbu karang hanya dalam bentuk moril saja sedangkan materil tidak. 3) Tindakan masyarakat terhadap sebab-sebab kerusakan terumbu karang yaitu penyalahgunaan alat tangkap perikanan, pencemaran laut oleh sampah rumah tangga, penambangan karang, dan aktivitas perahu. 4) Kepedulian masyarakat terhadap ancaman kerusakan terumbu karang lebih ditunjukkan oleh masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di perkampungan. Kata Kunci: Kepedulian, Ancaman Kerusakan, Terumbu Karang ABSTRACK This research of aims are provided informations on understanding, actions, contributions and public careness about the threat of coral reef damage in Sikakap subdistrict. This research is a qualitative research. The research informant is the Sikakap subdistrict people selected by the snowball sampling method. The results obtained 1) generally, public has been able to explain well the meaning and function of the coral reefs, but they still not aware of the threats can be impact to the survival of coral reefs. 2) Public contributions to the survival of coral reefs are only in moral, form while materil is non-existent. 3) Public actions on the causes of damage to coral reefs is abuse of fishing gear, sea pollution by household waste, exploitation of corals and boat activities. 4) Public careness to the threat of coral reef damage is more showed by the people who lived in the village.
