In modern era every one in the family exposed to western culture they prefer to order foods from favourite restaurants through online applications like swiggy, Zomato, food panda etc., Generally, people consume food from hotels which takes a lot of time for it delivery. The time factor will be more when people going to restaurants and buy foods and cost will also be more. This study is conducted to study the consumer satisfaction towards online food ordering using online applications, how it bridges the gap between the consumer and the hotels. In this study an attempt has been made to analyse the factors influencing consumers to buy food through food ordering applications and their satisfaction level towards those applications. Sample of 45 has been selected on the basis of simple random sampling. Questionnaire has been used to collect primary data from the respondent. SPSS has been used to test statistical viability of the study.

Now-a-days developing countries like India converting their traditional marketing strategy into modern electronic mode or online marketing us people in India also felt comfortable in online shopping, Madurai is a business city where can find lot of business emerging here and there. People in Madurai are considerably tradition in their virtues. This study has been taken to analyse the satisfaction level of the customer towards online shopping; objective of the study is to find satisfaction level and the factor influencing online shopping. Using simple random sampling method, data has been collected from 45 respondents from Madurai city. Data analysed with the help of SPSS software.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify  he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students. The result of this research was based on the F-test is the quality of service which consists of Reliability (reliability), the Responsivenss (responsiveness), Assurane (Assurance), Emphaty (empathy) and Tangible (physical evidence) take effect simultaneously and significantly to student satisfactionKeywords : Service quality, student satisfaction  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik yang dimiliki oleh Prodi Administrasi Bisnis terhadap kepuasan mahasisiswa angkatan 2013. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan uji F adalah Kualitas Pelayanan yang terdiri dari Reliability (kehandalan) , Responsivenss (daya tanggap), Assurane (Jaminan) , Emphaty (empati) dan Tangible (bukti fisik) berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswaKata kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa

The performance level of Field Agriculture Instructor (FAI) is the level of FAI success in carrying out their duties. The level of satisfaction is the difference between expectation and performance performed. The purposes of this study were to determine FAI performance level, farmer satisfaction level, and the relationship between the FAI performance level and farmer satisfaction in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity, Samarinda City. This research was conducted from May to July 2019. The research location was in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity, Samarinda City. The sampling method used is the simple random sampling method with total respondents of 42 farmers. Data analysis was done by the correlation test of Rank Spearman and t test. The results of this research showed that the FAI performance level in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity, Samarinda City was quite good with a score of 67.5. Farmers were satisfy to FAI performance in Loa Janan Ilir Subcity with total score 67.35. There is a strong relationship and significant between the FAI performance level and farmer satisfaction in Loa Janan Ilir District based on rscount = 0.63 and tcalculated > ttable (5.15 ˃ 1.68).

  Penempatan peran yang baik bagi Family Caregiver sangatlah membantu lansia dalam meningkatkah qualitas hidupnya, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menjalankan hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui hubungan peran Family Caregiver dalam pemenuhan qualitas hidup bagi lansia di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kabupaten Kendal. DesainPenelitianDeskriptifKorelasional menggunakan pendekatan Krosectional,tehnikSamplingStratified Simple Random Sampling dengan karakteristik heterogen, dari populasi mempunyai hak yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel teknik undianPengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji statistik Chi-square, dengan taraf signifikasi 5%jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 70 sampel pada Family Caregiver dari 213 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian dari 70 responden didapatkan Peran Family Caregiver tidak baik dengan qualitas hidup tidak baik 33 (47,1%), sedangkan Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik 3 (4,3%). Untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik sebanyak 6 responden (8,6%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik sebanyak 23 responden (32,9%). Terakhir, untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik didapatkan hasil 2 responden (2, 9%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik didapatkan hasil 3 responden (4,3%)Menunjukkan nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan lansia dalam keikutsertaan posyandu lansia. Disarankan kepada semua Family Cregiver lansia untuk mampu memahami pentingnya perhatian, dukungan bagi lansia dalammeningkatkan qualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi lansia.   Kata kunci : Peran family caregiver, qualitas hidup, lansia.   ABSTRACT Placement of a good role for Family Caregiver is very helpful for the elderly to improve their quality of life, increase motivation in living life Research Objective: To know the relationship between the role of Family Caregiver in fulfilling quality of life for the elderly in Langenharjo Village, Kendal Regency. Descriptive Correlational Research Design uses a cross sectional approach, Sampling Stratified Simple Random Sampling technique with heterogeneous characteristics, from the population has the same right to be selected as a sample lottery technique Retrieving data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Test Chi-square statistics, with a significance level of 5% the number of samples in this study 70 samples on the Family Caregiver from 213 populations. Results of the Study Of 70 respondents found the role of Family Caregiver was not good with poor quality of life 33 (47.1%) , while the role of the Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of a good elderly 3 (4.3%). For the distribution of the role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of the poor family as many as 6 respondents (8.6%) while for the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of good elderly as many as 23 respondents (32.9%). Finally, the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the poor is obtained by 2 respondents (2, 9%), while the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the elderly is obtained by 3 respondents (4.3%). 0.001 (ρ <0.05) means that there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of the elderly in the participation of the elderly posyandu. It is recommended to all elderly Cregiver families to be able to understand the importance of attention, support for the elderly in improving the quality of life better for the elderly   Keywords: Role of Family Caregiver, Quality of Life, Elderly

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

This is an empirical and quantitative study conducted on small scale live entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs of university level students of Bangladesh. The main purpose of this study is to identify and examine the factors influencing decision of becoming an entrepreneur. For fulfilling the study purpose, by using simple random sampling technique a total of 600 questionnaires were administered; 300 were distributed to the students who were interested to become entrepreneurs and 300 questionnaires were also distributed to small scale live entrepreneurs who formed their business during the last two years and more. Data were analyzed according to objectivity. The results indicated that need for achievement is highly influential factor in picking up decision of becoming an entrepreneur of potential entrepreneurs of university level students and family business background is the main influential factor in taking decision of becoming an entrepreneur of the small scale live entrepreneurs. Parallel factors, e.g., locus of control, risk taking propensity and proactive personality also acted as the influential factors of creating entrepreneurial affinity in both of them.Journal of Business and Technology (Dhaka) Vol.10(1) 2015; 1-20

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mendeskripsikan saluran pemasaran setiap produk yang dihasilakan pengrajin anyaman purun dan (2) mengitung marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share dari setiap produk yang dihasilkan pengrajin anyaman purun di Desa Tajung Atap Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan.  Waktu pelaksanaan praktik lapangan ini dilaksanaan pada bulan Januari 2018. Dara yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data primer dan metode pengumpulan data sekunder.  Penarikan contoh di Desa Tanjung Atap Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dilakukan secara sederhana (Simple Random Sampling).  Pemasaran aneka kreasi anyaman purun di Desa Tanjung Atap terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran. yaitu saluran pemasaran langsung yakni saluran pemasaran dari produsen ke konsumen tanpa menggunakan perantara. dan saluran pemasaran satu perantara yaitu menggunakan satu perantara pengecer dalam hal ini adalah pihak Universitas Sriwijaya Program Studi Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian dimana memang dari awal pembentukan kelompok pihak Unsri yang membantu membimbing para pengrajin sehingga aneka kreasi anyaman tikar purun mampu bersaing dipasaran. Dari setiap perhitungan marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share untuk setiap produk yang dihasilkan dapat kita ketahui bahwasanya perbedaan harga ditingkat pengrajin dan konsumen rata-rata kurang lebih sebesar Rp 5.000/produk.   Kata Kunci : Aneka produk anyaman purun. Tanjung Batu Subdistrict. Ogan Ilir Regency of South Sumatra. The timing of implementation of this practice was carried out on January 2018. The comprehensive data on this research was the method of primary data and methods. Sampling in Tanjung Atap Village. Tanjung Batu Subdistrict. Ogan Ilir Regency is done by Simple Random Sampling. Marketing of various wicker creations in the village of Tanjung Atap There was two patterns of marketing channels. namely direct marketing channels from marketing sales from producers to consumers without the use of booths. and marketing channels one thing was a single retailer in this case was the Sriwijaya University Economic Social Studies Program Agriculture where it was from the beginning of the formation of groups of Unsri who helped guide the craftsmen so that various creations mat woven purun able to compete in the market. Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan Model SERVQUAL dan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) pada Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Gajah Putih. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan Model Sequential Explanatory, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1576 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, sembilan atribut layanan yang berkategori layanan yang baik tetapi mempunyai tingkat prioritas yang rendah, sepuluh atribut layanan yang berkategori atribut layanan yang mempunyai harapan dan persepsi yang rendah serta empat atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori kinerja yang baik  dan telah melampui harapan dari para mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SERVQUAThis study examines the quality of service using the SERVQUAL and IPA Models (Important Performance Analysis) at the STAIN Gajah Putih Tarbiyah Department. The dimensions of the services used are: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The research approach used was Mix Method with Model Sequential Explanatory, the number of population in this study amounted to 1576 students with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling using Slovin Formula with a total sample of 94 students. The data used are primary data using a Likert Scale. Based on the results of the study there are three service attributes that have special attention categories, nine service categories that are categorized as good but have a low priority level, ten service attribute categories that have low expectations and perceptions and four service attributes has a good performance category and has exceeded the expectations of the students.Keywords : Service Quality, SERVQUAL And IPA

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.
