The features of the formation of an adherent negative assessment of neologism on the material of the headlines of electronic media are considered. The results of structural-semantic, contextual and pragmatic analysis of media neologisms expressing an adherent negative assessment are presented. The analysis of the main methods of forming an adherent negative assessment of neologisms under the influence of narrow (title context) and wide (context of an integral media product) verbal contexts, as well as under the influence of extra-linguistic conditions of use (communicative-pragmatic settings of the author, features of the subject of evaluation, specificity of the value system). It is concluded that the adherent negative evaluation of the neologisms is formed in the context due to the updating and intensification of the negative evaluation components of the semantics of the producing word, at the same time, due to the conditions of use, it is possible to de-intensify the estimated semantics of the structural components of the neologism, up to the neutralization of the evaluation of the neologism, as well as reversal (change of sign) of the assessment from positive to negative. Cases of the formation of adherent negative evaluation semantics in neologisms created on the basis of evaluation-neutral components are also analyzed. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying its results in journalistic practice, as well as in the practice of teaching university courses in morphemic, lexicology and special courses on the study of the language of the media, pragmalinguistics.

The relevance of the article is connected with the prevalence of aggressive materials in the media space, the significance of their role in influencing the audience. The purpose of the work is to identify and describe the lexical means of expressing speech aggression in the Russian-language press of the Soviet era. The research material consists of 500 articles on international topics published from 1946 to 1989 in the newspaper Soviet Belarus, published in Belarus in Russian. The methods of semantic, contextual and discursive analysis have been used. In the course of the study, the semantic groups of words used in the press of the indicated time to express speech aggression have been identified. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that determining the specifics of aggression explication in the newspaper texts of a particular period contributes to understanding the characteristics of media discourse as a type of institutional communication. The practical significance lies in identifying aggressive semantic dominants of the post-war Soviet press. It has been established that speech aggression in analyzed texts is expressed with the help of lexemes denoting certain ideologies, aggressive and military actions, crimes and criminals, desire for enrichment, non-compliance with law, violation of communicative behavior, social and economic problems, negative emotions and negative evaluation. The prospects for further studies in the direction are indicated: identifying language means of expressing aggression in the press of other periods, as well as studying strategic and tactical dominants of aggressive speech behavior in the articles of different genres and on different topics.

The paper addresses the issue of lexical creativity in the context of language communication. The subject of the discussion is modern Polish vocabulary as an element of the linguistic concretization of the media images of the world effected in Internet comments. The authors are of the opinion that, as a crucial component of the Internet discourse, lexical creativity is connected with the issue of esthetics on the one hand and the problem of morality set in the framework of the true or false image of the world presented in the media on the other. The analysis of the linguistic material derived from Internet comments on articles about politics is meant to demonstrate connections between the creative use of lexis and evaluation. The authors provide a typology of expressions displaying features of lexical creativity and describe the types of motivation behind the linguistic activity of the senders. They demonstrate how the senders use the language mechanisms that allow them to create ambiguous expressions in which the poetic and ludic functions are subjected to a negative evaluation of real events and do not affect the reception of these expressions in terms of esthetics.

Microtubules are involved in a number of forms of intracellular motility, including mitosis and bidirectional organelle transport. Purified microtubules from brain and other sources contain tubulin and a diversity of microtubule associated proteins (MAPs). Some of the high molecular weight MAPs - MAP 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B - are long, fibrous molecules that serve as structural components of the cytamatrix. Three MAPs have recently been identified that show microtubule activated ATPase activity and produce force in association with microtubules. These proteins - kinesin, cytoplasmic dynein, and dynamin - are referred to as cytoplasmic motors. The latter two will be the subject of this talk.Cytoplasmic dynein was first identified as one of the high molecular weight brain MAPs, MAP 1C. It was determined to be structurally equivalent to ciliary and flagellar dynein, and to produce force toward the minus ends of microtubules, opposite to kinesin.

When designing a layout, the designer must be aware of fundamental principles so as to make the design structured and consistent. When planning layout, a designer cannot be random and must consider essential factors, such as the media type, the readers, the design elements and so on. Electronic media, like web pages and electronic books, is a newer media than the print media, and is different in several aspects. Yet, the basic principles of the design are still identical. A solid layout is a great tool in communicating messages visually.

Subject. The article focuses on the advanced time-driven tools for allocating overhead expenses, which are based on process-based budgeting. Objectives. We articulate a technique for cost allocation so as to assess the cost of each process with reference to the common time driver. Methods. The study relies upon methods of systematization, classification, analogy and comparison, and summarizes the scientific literature on the subject. Results. The article presents our own suggestions on implementing TD-ABC and TD-ABB into the strategic management accounting process of developer companies. The principles were proved to help more effectively allocate overhead expenses and assess the capacity load of each process performed by functions, departments and employees. Carrying out a comparative analysis, we found certain reserves for utilizing resources more effectively. Conclusions and Relevance. The findings are of scientific and practical significance and can be used by developer and construction businesses. The conclusions can prove helpful for scientific papers, student books, and further research.

Introduction. Based on modern social trends, the demand becomes not only for professionally trained people, but also for the level of their general culture, value system and, ultimately, intelligence. At the same time, there is no place for intellectuals and educating intellectuals in program documents on educational activities, although this task is very logical for the pedagogical practice of a developed society. This work presents the experience of the author's analysis of the psychological nature of the intelligence of an officer. Consistently considering the essence and structure of such a complex phenomenon, the structure and the real functioning of the values that allow characterizing the subject as an intellectual are ascertained.Materials and methods. As the main research methodology, the authors use sociological (I.S. Kon), culturological adapted to solve the problems of this work (M.S. Kagan), historiographic (A.V. Popov), systemic (I.V. Blauberg, V.A. Lektersky, V.N. Sadovsky, S.L. Rubinstein, M.S. Kagan, N.V. Kuzmina) and functional approaches (P.K. Anokhin, M.S. Kagan, N. Wiener). The main research methods were: hypothetical-deductive method; analysis, synthesis, comparison, analogy and abstraction; systemic method and modeling.Results. The result of the study is that the authors identified and justified the structural psychological qualities of intelligence as the subjective characteristics of an officer and examined the basic mechanisms of formation of intellectual values.Discussion and Conclusions. The required criteria for being intelligent as a  subject characteristics of an officer is the level of education (self education)of an officer, his manners, the scope of his values , existential assessment –correlating every fact he faces with general life-span problems of objective reality, having respect for values of others and being ready for talk to employees and  superiors as well as the representatives of other social groups, other cultures, nationalities, confessions and professions which requires dialog in search of optimal forms and options of interaction. The cornerstone principle for intelligence of the officer are, therefore, his education and upbringing, ideological conviction in his own values and readiness for self-sacrifice for their sake.
