The purpose of this article is to analyze the Opera legacy of Giacomo Puccini from the standpoint of philosophy and practical vocal pedagogy, which, according to the authors, is necessary for the formation of vocal and performing skills of young singers of the academic direction. The authors suggest a historical overview of the main works of the composer in this genre, based on the study of their vocal characteristics, the author reveals the features of his unique Arioso-recitative style. On the basis of various research methods (among which the special place is occupied by the philosophical, aesthetic, vocal-technical and methodological analysis) concluded, that vocal performance the point of view of the works G. Puccini are useful for the development of vocalists ' singing breath, musicality, imaginative thinking, mastering of the technique of cantilena, continuous legato (as the basis of belcanto), improving the timbral colors of the voice, its dynamic nuances, developing the right senses of agogics. The above is confirmed by the analysis of the peculiarities of the technique of performance and interpretation of one of the composer's most famous works for the tenor repertoire – Calaf's Aria "Nessun dorma" from the Opera "Turandot" (which was the main subject of this study).

Statement of the problem. Within the frameworks of interpretology, the performing style appears as the relation of two subjects (the performer and the subject of the music itself, recorded in the text), a meeting of the composing and performing thinking. It is every performance by Jonas Kaufmann, a prominent singer of the present, that becomes this meeting. According to the singer’s words, the «chamber form» invented by him and called Liederabend is the favourite form of his expression. Liederabend always demonstrates the singer’s outstanding acting skills, stage presence, strong voice and impeccable technique. Among the outstanding events there are the performances of G. Mahler’s chamber opuses (romances, «Song of the Earth», «Songs of the Dead Children», R. Strauss; Liederabends in Bamberg, Munich and the Metropolitan Opera with F. Liszt’s songs «Three Sonnets of Petrarch», G. Mahler, A. Dupark (including on Heine’s and Goethe’s verses), R. Wagner (Five Songs on Matilda Wesendonk’s verses), B. Britten (Seven Sonnets by Michelangelo). The singer’s attention to the AustrianGerman repertoire is the special trait of such chamber evenings. Analysis of recent publications on the topic. The main material on J. Kaufmann’s creative work is contained in numerous interviews, official site materials, Thomas Voigt’s book called «Meinen die wirklich mich», nonfiction articles and reviews on the performance of, in particular, Liederabends (T. Belova, T. Yelagin, E. Shapinska, Tim Ashley, and Christie Franke). From the studies of chamber and vocal performance (I. Gersamiya, T. Madysheva, T. Lymareva), the classification of dialogue quality (E. Stepanidina) in chamber music is involved. The systematic approach allows (based on G. Tsypin’s research) to identify the phenomenon of J. Kaufmann’s creativity. The purpose of the study is the formulation of the basic parameters of his performing style based on the analysis of J. Kaufmann’s Liederabends. Presentation of the main research material. In «The Winter Way» the singer resorts to such expressive means as a little exaggerated, chanted diction of the initial phrases («Sleep quietly»), radically contrasting dynamics of opera ff and subtle pp («Flood»), extremely slow tempo and filigree breathing («Inn»), «performance on the verge» of sound and silence («Loneliness», «Grey Hair», «Crow», and «Last Hope»). The centre of the performance concept is «Loneliness» (according to the singer himself). K. Frank sees the performance by Kaufmann as a rich spectrum of emotions; many listeners note the introversion of his expression. Concerning the conceptual dimension of J. Kaufmann’s interpretation of “The Winter Way”, the following facts were noted: the integrity and the construction of the performance form; the conscious avoidance of unnecessary expressiveness, monologue quality (the master connects the songs, creating an extended monologue), and artistry. Conclusions of the study. The analysis of Liederabends made it possible to find the components of J. Kaufmann’s performing style that characterize his individuality. 1. Intellectualism, conceptual design and «cyclicality» of the embodiment. For Liederabends the singer always chooses sophisticated programs, dominated by song cycles, or even the evenings devoted to the creative work of one composer. From the point of view of dramaturgy, the singer combines several songs into a kind of a micro-cycle, which enhances the monologue of the expression (dialogue «I-I»); the performance by the singer of any composition or cycle is always integral and intends for the catharsis. 2. The system of vocal expressive means that allow the singer to simulate different facets of images. Liederabends reflect the main features of J. Kaufmann’s style, which can also be noted in terms of opera interpretations: the economy of the performer, the singer’s commitment to conducting the cantilena, the role of the rhythmic component in the vocal score, the ability to tune his voice in different vocal ensembles, brilliant piano and mezzo voce, the brightness of forte, the filigree diminuendo and more. Kaufmann’s outwardly restrained manner of performance allows conveying the shades of poetic and musical text, reaching the heights peculiar to him as the performer of the tragic roles of the opera repertoire. In the chamber performance, some things sound even more pronounced. This applies to timbre (the singer can choose the desired colour of the voice, in particular, a matte or «steel» hue), the dynamic hue of ppp (sometimes a barely audible sound of the voice in the vocal cycle by F. Schubert gave a sense of boundary between the worlds, which is as if crossed by the lyric hero), diction (the singer speaks words clearly, and sometimes even sings in a recitative manner, in particular F. Schubert’s «Warrant»), and rhythm (he has a specific «acuteness» with certain disturbances of a uniform course, which has a powerful influence on the audience). Analysing the method of J. Kaufmann’s work with the author’s musical material, it is noted that he respectfully treats the text of the performed compositions, never exaggerates with “liberties” (agogic deviations, text notes, and fioritures). In terms of behavioural characteristics, J. Kaufmann’s performance always prevails in masculinity; from the point of view of the dialogue of the vocal and piano parties in J. Kaufmann’s Liederabends, the monologue quality is of great importance. All of the above allows us to identify another feature of Kaufmann’s performing style – his artistry. Due to his unstoppable artistic energy, which is felt by the listeners and visitors of Liederabends, the singer creates vivid, conceptual song evenings that are generally distinguished by the thoughtfulness of interpretations and which will surely be included in the collection of the world chamber performance. The prospect of further study of the topic is related to the study of J. Kaufmann’s performing style from the standpoint of interpretology.

We examine letters texts of Sidonius Apollinaris, Bishop of Augustonemetum (modern Clermont) in Roman Gaul, affecting the issues of elections and consecration of bishops in Gallic cities. We consider the problem of determining the circle of persons participating in the election and consecration of bishops in the Christian Church of the last third of the 5th century, persons who may be elected as proteges to the bishop’s departments, and the process of ordination. In the literature there are various points of view on the problem. Some researchers believe that the elec-tions were democratic, almost national, while others say that the voice of the people (laiks) did not have a decisive significance: the right to make a final decision belonged to the episcopate. Most authors do not give exhaustive arguments based directly on historical practice in favor of their point of view, and if they give them, they are fragmentary, therefore, the indicated problems seem relevant at the present time. A study of the materials presented by Sidonius shows that the choice of a provincial bishop is made by the metropolitan together with other bishops of the province, and the metropolitan performs the consecration individually. Participation of people is mostly purely formal. The election of the metropolitan is carried out only by the bishops of his province, although if they are insufficient, the consent of the metropolitans of neighboring provinces is re-quired, moreover, it can be distant. The issue of the possibility of a national election of the metro-politan remains open, but the likelihood of such an election seems very small. The consecration of the metropolitan can also be performed by one bishop: the rule of conciliarity is not strictly enforced.

There has been a consistent interest in how people perform gender vocally. An under-utilized source of insight into the vocal presentation of self can be found in the passing guides transgender people circulate amongst themselves that analyze how cisgender people perform gender through the voice. This chapter uses transgender passing guides, feminist sociolinguistics, and vocal pedagogy literature to present a consolidated set of tools to analyze the construction of normative gender vocal performance. After presenting these tools, the chapter then uses them to analyze the musical performances of cisgender artists trying to pass as a different gender, cisgender queer artists twisting those vocal norms in order to make themselves audible as queer, and cisgender artists trying to pass as their own gender.

This chapter examines the law governing the transfer of contract rights that allows the new creditor to take the place of the old and enforce the right against the debtor in the same way. Legal systems differ as to when and how the debtor is to be apprised of the transfer of contract rights. One issue is whether informing the debtor not only makes sense from the assignee’s point of view, but is actually required. The chapter first provides a historical overview of assignment and considers its economic importance before discussing the requirements of an effective assignment, focusing on substantive validity, non-assignable rights, and how courts deal with disputes over priorities of claims. It also tackles the question of what obligations may arise between assignor and assignee when the agreement effects a change of creditor. Finally, it reviews the rules to prevent the debtor being prejudiced by a change of creditor.

Research background: Electronic communication fundamentally influences social behavior of the society. An unlimited virtual connection to the outside world and the minimal costs needed to reach out to a particular subject cause personal contact to become of marginal importance. The starting point may be, in certain cases, the ability of a mobile device to provide interested parties with relatively accurate geographical data mapping the distribution of objects in space. Therefore, localization of individual participants in the communication process becomes a prerequisite for establishing a contact in the real world. Moreover, localization also serves as a tool for creating highly personalized messages based on a combination of geographical, demographic, psychographic and behavioral characteristics. Purpose of the article: The aim of the paper is to research the peculiarities associated with the localization of portable electronic devices in the space and the associated efforts to improve the level of personalized communication in line with the right timing of wireless distribution of advertising content to the recipient. Methods: In order to achieve the stated goal, the author made use of several research methods to research the use of localization technologies in software products supporting social interaction between users of portable electronic devices. In particular, the author used analytical, inductive, deductive and comparative research methods. The paper also contains the results of several scientific studies presenting the latest market trends reflecting on research from abroad. Findings & Value added: The paper contributes to the definition of the specifics that characterize the various types of localization technologies which convey information to the target audience within SoLoMo marketing.

Overcoming cognitive dismoderate intercourse in children is actually achieved by placing children in a gambling situation where choosing artists are oriented not on the acting abilities of their comrades but on their personal qualities, in their daily behavior, there is a dialogue-reflection, which involves changing positions and reflections from the point of view of the other in order to correctly read the feedback in the communication process. The parent gives a lesson to students with a preventive educational nature based on perceptual reflection. By choosing the artists, children are oriented not on the acting abilities of their comrades, but on their personal qualities that appear in their everyday behavior, there is a dialogue-reflection involving changing positions and reflections from the point of view of the other in order to correctly read the feedback in the process of communication and interpersonal interactions. The parent in the lesson, it is the parent who stands before the students and reads an unfamiliar story of a preventive nature. After reading the story, the parent and the children together make an analysis of what the heroes are in the story, making it a characteristic of every hero. Collectively, a child is selected as a director, with the assistance of which children choose which artist to offer their peers. As a consequence of the suggestions, children have the right to accept or not the role they have suggested if they do not agree with the role they choose to play themselves. Which character to represent personally. Once the roles are selected, action is taken. A preventative gaming situation with a story-storyline is done preventively, and after choosing the roles, the children together read the tale of roles with an artistic accent of the voice. The parent as a pedagogue asks the following questions to the children after pre-role reading: Write to which character do you see your acquaintance and why (according to the first criteria - relation to others based on reflection)?. Describe a case or situation with a similar problematic context defining the role (negative or positive) in which you see your acquaintance (on a second criterion - analyzing different behavioral reactions in a similar context of interactions)? How do they see and appreciate your comrades?; What do others think about you?; What qualities do you most appreciate ?; How did you feel in this role? (on the third criterion - explaining the specificity of the real judgment for himself on the basis of reflection in the interlocutor's view, by changing positions and reflections from the point of view of the other). How do you think, why did you suggest this role? Why did you play this role? Fourth criteria - correct reading of the feedback in the process of communication. Indicator one is to the first question, indicator two is to the second question. The attitudes in the processes of perception of the world by the children from inside to outside and from inside to outside are considered. The research is in the field of socio-pedagogical sciences.Very often, the difference in perceptual attitudes in children leads them to misinterpretation of behavioral signals in the person of the person with whom they communicate; prevention of cognitive dismoderate intercourse, a cause of aggressive manifestations in children of primary school age.

In the discipline of Islamic law research, strong proofing and clear Istinbat method are key pillars in the construction of Islamic law based on the application of the science of usul al-fiqh and maqasid al-shari'ah. However, what happens at the state of Johor’s fatwa institution is the opposite. The fatwa research methods applied by the Fatwa Committee of Johor in resolving current fatwa issues is not based on the right and true discipline of Islamic law research. In fact, current inputs related to fatwa issues are not explicitly stated in the method of determining the law either in the form of reality or scientifically verified. Therefore, this paper will discuss the fatwa procedures undertaken by the Fatwa Committee of Johor based on the methods applied in resolving current issues. The research methodology adopted is library and interview methods. This study shows that fatwa management and production in the state of Johor is placed under the jurisdiction of the Mufti of Johor’s Department. The methods adopted by the Fatwa Committee of Johor covers two methods, namely: internal research methods including literature review through the application of original source and proofs based on syarak. Second: field research method that includes an external review or going to the location of study such as conducting observation, questionnaires and interviews including referrals to specialists of different fields. Maslahah and mafsdah consideration are also implemented by the Fatwa Committee in every fatwa decision based on the standard that meets the interests of maqasid al-shari'ah. ABSTRACT Parental perception will affect the fulfillment of children’s participation rights. Fullfilment of children’s participation rights will be fulfilled optimally if parents pay anttention to opinions while providing opportunities for children to make and make decisions about the child’s goals and self-interest. The subjects studied consisted of 5 subjects consisting of father and mother who had children aged 9- 12 years. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data retrieval tools in teh form of interviews, observation and documentation. From the research found data were the subjects do not fulfill the right of participation of children up to the maximum ladder where children’s participation rights range from the first ladder to the third ladder. The first ladder to the third ladder is actually a non- participating ladder. This means that children is manipulated, dominated by parents, there is direct communation and the severity of the parent. The children felt disappointed, sad, and angry with the parents but they still tried to hear and obey the parent’s decision. Children from third and fourth subjects experienced excessive fear to speak to their parent (father). Suggestions for parents to be more caring and fulfill the rights of children’s participation so as not to affect the growth and development of children. Keywords: participation rights, children, parents

AbstractThe hegemony of colonialism in the culture of postcolonial society is the reason this studythen examines the colonial discourse in the novel Max Havellar (MH) in particular the impactit brings. The impact in question is the implied position of thought in the work. The resultsof the discussion show that, temporarily or permanently, MH voiced injustice in the colonialconditions regarding the oppression of the colonist against the colonized. However, the effort toname or represent the voice of the colonized has proven to imply a static ideological characterin the framework of colonialism (orientalism); ie Eropacentric point of view, in which “West” asself is superior, and “East” as the other is the inferior. In the context of postcolonialism, MH withits critical nature that seeks to “voice” the fate of the colonized natives, actually presents thestigma of strengthening coloniality itself hegemonicly. That is, “voicing” the fate of the pribumiis interpreted as a contradictory colonial flare, where the stigma of strengthening colonialityis more pronounced, which ultimately perpetuates the hegemony of colonialism. No longerdefending the colonized, but refining the workings of the colonial machinery.

Abstract. Many Muslims in the Riau Islands do not know the history of the development of Islamic theory from the center of power to spread to various corners. This is as the existence of the Great Mosque of Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) on Buru Island, Karimun. Thus, to uncover the existence of this mosque, qualitative research methods are used so that history, architecture, and socio-religious functions can be known. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the establishment of MBRHAG was initiated by Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. He was the first Amir (sub-district level government) of the kingdom of Riau-Lingga on Buru Island, in the 19th century. The architecture is a Chinese. Therefore, on the right side of this mosque is around 200 m, there is also the Sam Po Teng Temple and the Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Thus, the close location of the mosque with Chinese and Confucian worship houses's shows a harmonious relationship between Malay Muslims and Chinese Buddhists. In fact, in the continuation of this relationship there was information that a Chinese Buddhist had joined a Muslim friend to fast for half a month of Ramadan. Keywords: Mosque, Malay Muslims, Chinese Buddhists/Confucians, Harmonious RelationsAbstrak.
