AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi model pendidikan anti korupsi pada program studi PGMI IAIN Kendari, mengetahui dampak dari implementasi model pendidikan anti korupsi tersebut, dan mengetahui model kurikulum pendidikan anti korupsi mana yang lebih memahamkan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah 75 mahasiswa program studi PGMI IAIN Kendari semester IV. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model kurikulum pendidikan anti korupsi tidak 100% murni menerapkan model mata kuliah sendiri, tetapi mengintegrasikan pembelajaran tidak langsung, seperti pembiasaan dan pemberian nasihat. Implementasi model pendidikan anti korupsi tersebut sudah cukup memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa mengenai kajian korupsi. Model kurikulum dengan mata kuliah sendiri masih merupakan model yang paling memberi pengetahuan bagi mahasiswa terhadap materi anti korupsi, namun dengan penambahan program pembelajaran di luar kelas. Abstract This study aimed to analyze the model of anti-corruption education implemented in PGMI (Islamic elementary school teacher) department at IAIN Kendari, to know the impact of the implementation of anti-corruption education model, and to find the most effective curriculum model of anti-corruption education. This research used qualitative descriptive method and the research subject was the 4th semester students of PGMI department at IAIN Kendari. The data collecting used were questionnaire and depth interview. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The findings indicated that anti-corruption education as regular subject in department of PGMI IAN Kendari was not the only method applied,but it integrated into indirect teaching such as getting them wonted and giving them advice. The implementation of anti-corruption education model made the students understand about corruption studies. Anti-corruption education as regular subject was the effective model to help the students understand the corruption, although an additional teaching method should be considered.

Tourism is known as a borderless sector or has no separating boundaries. It is important to facilitate accessibility for tourist with disability, so the development of a destination will increase as it can be enjoyed by anyone. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. Then the data are analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results revealed that the needs of tourists with visual impairment include: guide tiles, tacticle map, signs, showroom lighting, audio availability, Braille text and hands on. The needs of tourist with mobility impairment include: accessibility in parking areas, ramps, doors, toilets, pathways, signs, plenty of seats, enough space in exhibit room, and displays are in suitable height. This study aimed to describe teachers’ readiness, teachers’ obstacles, and teachers’ efforts to overcome the obstacles in online learning in pandemic period of SMP Negeri 1 Sorkam.  The research was conducted by applying qualitative descriptive method. Interview, questionnaire, and documentation were used in collecting the data. The data was analysis by applying data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusion. The result of Sthe research showed (1) the average of teachers’ readiness in online learning in pandemic period was 3.00 (good category), 2) teachers’ obstacles in online learning in pandemic period were included the internet network was not good and the electricity network often went out, and 3) teachers’ efforts to overcome the obstacles in online learning in pandemic period was conducted offline.

Background of the study: the use of the YouTube platform as a medium for learning information literacy in students.Purpose: to find out the implementation and use of the YouTube platform as a learning medium to help students understand information literacy.Method: Using a qualitative descriptive method with the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model approach, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.Findings: Using YouTube as an information literacy learning media helps students understand information literacy material, this can be seen from the average access to information literacy material above 5000 times.Conclusion: YouTube can be used as a medium for learning information literacy even though it is a supplement or supplement.

This research aims to describe the implementation, the role of actor, and the proponent factors and resistor factors of Law Policy 2011 No. 20 about Flat in Rental Simple Flat of Sidoarjo Subdistrict and Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data accumulation technique is made by abservation, interview and documentation. While the analysing technique started from data accumulation, data reduction, data presentation, and getting the conclusion. The result shows that the implementation of flat development policy hasn’t been running well, socialiszation to the society hasn’t been overall, and the resources to manage flat haven’t been quite enough, but the employees are discipline enough and responsible to do their duties, the bureaucracy structure has been good, the authority distribution has been fair and definite. The actor who has a role is the government as a main implementator, private party as a construction service provider and society as the user. The proponent factors are discipline employees on doing disposition and bureaucracy structure is affirming the duties distribution. While, the resistor factors are the less socialiszation to the society and the minimizing of flat operational resources.

This paper discusses the problems of public budgets, particularly in government spending. The discussion will be more emphasized on aspects of government and discussed about the issue of the effectiveness of public spending, especially in the case studies of Magetan district. This paper used qualitative descriptive method. The collection of data obtained through secondary data and analysis document. Data were analyzed with interactive model, through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Discussion of the results shows that overall government spending and areas in Indonesia can not be said to be healthy and in accordance with the needs of the community. Their dominance of indirect expenditure in the form of personnel expenditure sector remains deeply embedded in the budget. Both on the expenditure and the shopping area, both have similarities in personnel expenditure dominance were very swollen. Besides government spending and shopping area cannot provide the impact poverty reduction and improvement of people's welfare.Keywords: Public Expenditure, Government Budgets, APBD, APBN.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Batik Tanah Liek Citra Monalisa mengangkat dan mengembangkan kembali Batik Tanah Liek yang dulu sempat punah dengan cara membuat kembali motif-motif yang memang sudah menjadi ciri khas dari  Minangkabau. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bentuk motif Batik Liek Citra Monalisa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data berupa data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknikanalisa data dilakukan model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu Motif  Tanah Liek  Citra Monalisa dianataranya motif alam benda meliputi motif Rumah Gadang, Jam Gadang, Tabuik, Kapal Malin Kundang dan Rangkiang.  Motif flora meliputi motif Sirih Gadang, Bungo Melati dan Bungo Rayo. Motif fauna meliputi motif Kabau Padati dan Burung Hong.Kata Kunci: motif batik, tanah like.AbstractThe problem in this study is the Citra Liek Batik Monalisa raised and redeveloped the Tanah Liek Batik which used to be extinct by making motifs that had become the hallmark of Minangkabau. The aim of the study was to describe the shape of the Batik Liek Citra Monalisa motif. The method of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Types of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Techniques of data analysis carried out interactive models related to the subject matter, namely by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study were the Monalisa Image Liek Motif, which included natural motifs of objects including the motifs of the Gadang House, Gadang Clock, Tabuik, Malin Kundang Ship and Rangkiang. Flora motifs include Sirih Gadang motifs, Bungo Melati and Bungo Rayo. The fauna motif includes the Kabau Padati and Hong Bird motifs.  Keywords: batik motif, liek soil.

This journal discusses the cultivation of a culture of discipline towards students of class VI MIS GUPPI Laikang, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative and the research subject is students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Analysis of the data used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.Based on the results of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis, it was stated that (1) forms of disciplinary culture including students wearing complete uniforms, students entering class on time, students lining up before entering class, students carrying complete learning equipment, students doing assignments well, students do not eat and drink in class, the hair of male students is cut short, students do not make noise if it has nothing to do with the lesson, students have good manners, students do not leave seats if there is no need, participants students do not dispose of garbage in the classroom, students maintain neatness in clothes, students ask permission from the teacher when they want to leave the class, students do not speak when the teacher is explaining; (2) The school has instilled a culture of discipline by fulfilling the elements of discipline, namely, making regulations, teaching habits, giving punishments, giving awards and setting examples; (3) factors that hinder the cultivation of disciplinary culture, namely family environment factors (parents), and how to overcome them, namely by giving penalties, giving warnings and giving awards so that students are motivated to behave discipline.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p>This study focuses on deliberative democracy practices in Caturtunggal village, specifically in the sub-village (<em>dusun</em>) of Seturan, Karangwuni, and Ambarukmo. The study assesses the quality of deliberation in these dusun by applying the three out of  five indicators of deliberative democracy theory by Fishkin (2009), namely information, subtantantive balance, and equal consideration. This study deploys qualitative descriptive method and case-study approach with in-depth interview as the main data gathering technique. This deliberation has put Village Consultative Board (BPD) period of 2013-2019 as a mediator and to consider arguments and deliberative results. Based on the indicators which proposed by Fishkin, Seturan and Ambarukmo are categorized for having semi-ideal deliberation, meanwhile Karangwuni is categorized as not ideal. The study also finds elite capture practices in Seturan and Karangwuni, but they do not impact significantly. </p></div></div></div>

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.
