This study aims to determine the effect of supervision delivered by Madrasah Principal on teacher discipline in MTs Guppi Samata, Kec. Somba Opu, Gowa, South Sulawesi. This research is a field research with quantitative research design and quantitative approach. The research used questionnaire as a data collection technique that included three stages (preparation, implementation, and final stages), and were prepared using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an effect of the supervision of the Madrasah principal on the discipline of MTs Guppi Samata teachers in Kec. Somba Opu, Gowa, South Sulawesi.

The Relationship

This research is motivated by the low level of stimulus given by parents to children around the Tabing Indah Housing Market, Pasar Baru, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, this is presumably because parents' understanding of children's fine motor development is relatively low. This study aims to: 1) describe parents' understanding of fine motor development; 2) describe the provision of stimulus to children; and 3) looking at the relationship between parents' understanding of fine motor development and providing stimulus to children around the Tabing Indah Housing Market, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population in this study were parents of children around Tabing Indah Housing, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency as many as 20 people and a sample of 14 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Spearman rho proportion and correlation formula. The results showed that: (1) parents' understanding of fine motor development was low, (2) giving children a low stimulus, (3) there was a significant relationship between parents' understanding of fine motor development and providing stimulus to children around Tabing. Beautiful Housing Market. Bayangan Baru District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. It is recommended that parents increase knowledge about the effect of stimulation on children's fine motor development so that their development is maximized.

This research aims to develop media in arabic learning by using SparkolVideoscribe in order to make the learning process more effective and interesting.The research method used descriptive quantitative research. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the feasibility of learning media based on SparkolVideoscribe in Arabic according to media experts and material experts is proper.The validation results of media experts is 93% and material experts is 100%. This research aims to understand the Influence of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The purpose of this research are: (1) the effect of security toward trust in online shopping consumer, (2) The effect of privacy toward trust in online shopping consumer, (3) The effect of reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer, (4) The effect of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The type of research used in this study was a causal quantitative research. The population in this study was citizens of Padang city, that has been to online shopping. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire that has been tested for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that partially independent variable security (X1) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, privacy variable (X2) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, and reputation variable (X3) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer. Simultaneously, variables security, privacy, and reputation significantly influenced trust in online shopping consumer.Keyword: Trust In Online Shopping Consumer, Security, Privacy, and Reputation.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Nahwu learning by using the Qiyasi method in XI grade class of MA Ibnu Qoyyim Putra as well as students' responses regarding the Qiyasi method in nahwu learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with field research, the research subjects used are the students of XI grade, amounting to 42. While the data collection technique is observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The data obtained are sourced from nahwu teachers, XI grade students and other parties concerned. The result in this research shows that the Qiyasi method is suitable for the intermediate level because this method is practical and understanable for recognizing “Nahwu” but this method also has to be supported by the interaction of teachers and active students. Factors that influence learning are the enthusiasm of the teacher and his motivation in conveying. The inhibiting factor is inadequate facilities, especially the absence of an education manual and only relies on material from teachers.

Abstrak Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi UMKM yaitu pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Untuk memudahkan UMKM melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan, DSAK mengeluarkan SAK-EMKM. Restoran Delli Tomohon merupakan satu diantara banyak UMKM yang belum melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti melakukan riset dengan tujuan mengetahui dan menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis SAK-EMKM pada Restoran Delli Tomohon. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan field research, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan mengintregasikan data ke dalam kategori, memerincikan dan menyusun data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Restoran Delli Tomohon belum mampu melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Kata Kunci : SAK-EMKM, Restoran, Laporan Keuangan     Abstract One of the obstacles faced by MSMEs is financial recording and reporting. To make it easier for MSMEs to record and report financial, DSAK issued SAK-EMKM. Delli Tomohon Restaurant is one of the many MSMEs that have not done financial recording and reporting. Based on this, the researcher conducted research with the aim of knowing how to record and compiling SAK-EMKM-based financial reports at Delli Tomohon Restaurant. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used field research, while the data analysis technique was to integrate the data into categories, detailing and compiling the data. The research was motivated by the success of participant in training program at learning and training religious center Padang, this is may cause by credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication. The aim of this study is to see the credibility widyaiswara in learning communication seen from the aspect of ethos, pathos, and logos. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population sample of this research is the participant of training at at learning and training religious center Padang amount of 30 participants. The technique of this research is cluster random sampling, the sample that is taken about 15 participants. The data collection technique is by questionnaire. While the data collection tool is questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique by percentage formula. The research found that (1) the credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication seen ethos aspect is very credible, (2) the credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication seen pathos aspect is very credible, (3) the credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication seen logos aspect is very credible.Keywords: Widyaiswara, Credible, Communication Learning

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.

This article discusses the implementation of the reading of Surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly and the views of the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim congregation on the reading of Surah al-Mulk as well as an analysis of Max Weber on the recitation of surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly. This type of research is a field research (Field Research), the type of data used is qualitative with the study of living hadith. This study uses Max Weber's theory of social action related to four actions, namely, traditional action, affective action, value rationality action and instrumental rationality action. The subjects of this research are caregivers, administrators, ustaz and Jama'ah Majelis Ta'lim Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang. The data collection technique used observation by observing and paying attention to the implementation of the tradition of reading surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly. While the interview data, the researchers interviewed twelve Jama'ah as respondents, while the documentation was equipped with books, photos and books related to the research. Meanwhile, data analysis uses descriptions and explanations. This study found that the Jama'ah of the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly was enthusiastic about the tradition of reciting surah al-Mulk in the Assembly. The congregation of the assembly is of the view that having the reading of Surah al-Mulk before starting the assembly is a good and good thing as a form of imitating the Prophet Muhammad. The congregation of the assembly supported this activity because of the benefits of reading it as a barrier from the torment of the grave and there were some congregations who routinely read Surah al-Mulk. It can be said that the response of the congregation of the assembly tends to know the values ​​contained in the hadith of reading surah al-Mulk. This shows that the living hadith in the congregation of the assembly was carried out and the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly fulfilled Max Weber's theory of social action.
