This research purposes is to explain gender mark lingual units whether in Arabic or English on morphology level addressed to language pronounciation. Contrastive analysis results can be used to understand Arabic gender by making english as language connections. The data taken from relevant dictionaries because it is one of written language container. The data proceed using three stages : data supply, data analysis and data analysis results supply. On analysis stage: this research using contrastive methods. This research conclusion that both languages have more diffences than similarities. Arabic has dominated by bound morpheme while English has dominated by free morpheme or lexical.

AbstrakPewarisan budaya menjadi langkah kecil untuk dapat terus melestarikan budaya di suatu daerah. Namun, perkembangan teknologi terkadang mampu menggeser upaya pewarisan budaya tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pewarisan budaya keterampilan dalam pembuatan kerajinan marmer melalui kegiatan “manjing”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yakni (1) reduksi data, (2) display data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Penentuan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik perpanjangan waktu penelitian dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan manjing dilakukan secara rutin. Proses pewarisan dilakukan oleh pengrajin marmer junior mulai dari upaya mengamati, menirukan, dan mempraktekkan hal-hal apa saja yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin marmer senior. Proses pewarisan budaya difokuskan pada kreativitas pembuatan kerajinan marmer. Upaya ini terdapat unsur pembelajaran di dalamnya, dalam konsep pendidikan kemudian proses ini termasuk dalam ranah pendidikan informal.AbstractCultural inheritance is a small step to be able to continue to preserve culture in an area. However, technological developments are sometimes able to shift the effort of cultural inheritance. This study aims to describe the process of cultural inheritance of skills in making marble crafts through "manjing" activities. This research uses qualitative research methods through phenomenology studies. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using three stages namely (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing. Determination of the validity of the data by using research time extension and triangulation techniques. The results showed that the Manjing activities were carried out routinely. The process of inheritance is carried out by junior marble craftsmen from the effort of observing, imitating, and practicing what things are done by senior marble craftsmen. The process of cultural inheritance is focused on the creativity of making marble handicrafts. This effort has an element of learning in it, in the concept of education then this process is included in the realm of informal education.

Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the people in Nias Islands,North Sumatra province had used medicinal plants for a long time and had inheritedthem from generation to generation. So that many people still use medicinal plants.This study aims to determine the types of family medicinal plants used by thecommunity, how to mix or process family medicinal plants, and public perceptionsof family medicinal plants. This research is a type of qualitative research withdescriptive methods with 125 respondents. Collecting data by observation,interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namelydata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Fromthe research results, there were 23 plant species used by the community in NiasIsland as Family Medicinal Plants. The method of concocting family medicinalplants varies greatly, depending on the type of plant and disease, the people ofSambulu village have good perceptions about family medicinal plants. Suggestionsare expected to maintain the habit of using medicinal plants, and also teach them tochildren or young people.

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers in making lesson plans through guided discussions at SMKN 3 Gowa. The research used is school action research which is carried out in 2. This research instrument uses tests and non-tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive which was carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The results of this study indicate that the data in the first cycle with an average value of 59.7 with completeness of 43.3% and the ability of teachers to use lesson plans by 50% where these results have not reached the target set, then the action is taken in Cycle II by doing improvement of learning and lesson plans, so that learning outcomes increase to 72.0%. So it can be concluded that the guided discussion method can improve the ability of teachers in making lesson plans at SMKN 3 Gowa.

The problem in this study relates to the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures as well as direct and indirect expenditure in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) Garut district fiscal year 2013-2017. The aim of this study was to determine the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, as well as direct and indirect expenditure on Budget Realization Report (BRR) Garut regency Fiscal Year 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study is an analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) data, and 3) conclusion / verification. The result is the expenditures to Garut regency 2013-2017 fiscal year quite well.

PurposeThis study advances knowledge of interactive marketing strategies by examining the effect of different content types on the three stages of customer engagement (CE) in social media, namely, relationship formation, engagement creation and engagement contribution, for European wine brands.Design/methodology/approachBoth quantitative and qualitative content analyses are conducted; a panel data analysis validates the impact of content type on the three stages of CE in social media.FindingsThe results indicate that remunerative content is the most consistent and promising strategy for enhancing all three stages of CE in social media. Social content motivates consumers to interact with wine brands by commenting, which is the most demanding and time-consuming form of engagement.Practical implicationsThe empirical results offer valuable directions for managers and marketers of European wine brands on creating and maintaining optimal interactive engagement in all three stages with their Facebook communities over the long run.Originality/valueThis study is one of the first to empirically examine, through objective measurement, how content type affects the three stages of CE in social media. The case of European wine brands is examined, over time, through a panel data analysis.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye

The study of Satua I Srabeni I Srabena discusses the analysis of literary structure and anthropology. This analysis aims to reveal the building structures and values ??of Balinese culture embodied in Satua I Srabena I Srabeni.This research uses structural theory, text theory, and theory of Literary Anthropology. Methods and techniques used in this study are divided into three stages, namely 1) methods and techniques of data provision using simak method assisted by transcription techniques, record techniques, and translation techniques, 2) methods and techniques of data analysis using qualitative methods and descriptive analytic techniques , 3) methods and techniques of presenting the results of data analysis using informal methods and deductive and inductive techniques. The result of this research is narrative strutur which includes eight incident, using straight groove and groove is divided into five stages, namely: situation stage, generating circumstances stage, rising action stage, climax stage, and denouement stage. Characters and characterizations are divided into three namely: the main character is I Srabena I Srabeni, secondary figures namely Father, and complementary figures (complementary) ie a couple husband, wife of Anak Agung, Anak Agung, wife Jin, Jin. Background is divided into three, namely: the background of the place that is on the road, jumah, gerobag, park, alase, diwangan, punyan bingin, ampike, and pasisi, background time is peteng, ibi sanja, and weak and background atmosphere angry atmosphere, , longing, anxiety, fear, and threatening atmosphere. The theme of women, about women in good behavior should be done by women and contained a mandate on how to respect women and behave well in life. The results of the literary anthropological research in this satua reveal the values ??of the culture contained, namely the value of vital, social values, ethical values, human values, sacred values, and the value of rwa Bhinneda contained in the four elements of culture in the story.

In reality, the construction of local roads for housing in Badung Regency has faced barriers, which causes delay to the projects. Therefore, the projects cannot run based on the schedule. Although the constructions has been done on different road and by different contractors, the delay is still repeatedly occurred in every stage of the construction, started from the tender, constructions and post constructions stage. This study purposed to identify factors and the main factors that influence the delay of the construction of local roads for housing area. The identification was determined based on three stages of constructions. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, involved 54 respondents those are participated in the construction of local roads for housing area in Badung Regency in 2012 and 2013.  Data analysis covered factor analysis. The result shows that there are six factors that influence delay of the construction of local roads for housing in Badung Regency. This covers: one factor at the tender stage which is the unpreparedness of the contractor’s employees; four factors at the constructions stage, which are material and time schedule, alteration and controlling, lack of labour and equipment, and financial and weather; and one factor at the post construction stage, which is the penalty for the contractors. Among these six, the main factors that cause delays are: the unpreparedness of the contractor’s employees for submitting documents to the electronic procurement (at the tender stage); lack of paving block supply (at the construction stage); and the unclear penalty for the contractors (at the post construction stage).

The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively the effort to improving the spiritual student of RA Albidayah. The method that have been used in aim to improve spiritual quotient is role play. The data were collected trough participant using interview, observation and test. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that the role play method can be used to improv the spiritual student of RA Albidayah. The role play that have been use in this research have three stages which are preparation, execution, evaluation and discussion. The findings lead to the recommendation for the teacher to use the role play method in aim to improve the spiritual quotient in the RA Albidayah
