This article aims to examine the concept of ‘aql based on the neuroscience and the Qur’an perspective, the implications to the scientific approach in the Islamic education as well. This article is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of data collection was done by analytic descriptive by using the related themes as the data. The results of the study indicate that reasoning function is equivalent to brain function. Brain optimization not only makes students smart rationally but also emotionally and spiritually. The equality of ‘aql and brain functions will produce the students who have a good skill of life. These skills include specific skills and the three pillars of students' success such as knowledge, skills, and motivation. These three pillars form a superior personality, which called as ulil albab in the Qur’an perspective.

This study aims to elaborate the strengthening of Islamic moderateism through Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education. The researcher describes the behavior of Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education practiced by Islamic educational institutions as a basis for strengthening religious moderatism. The role of Islamic education institutions in applying moderate Islamic understanding in this disruption era is necessary. Because, students are faced with conditions of changing the order of values ​​and traditions that are very fast and unexpected. Through a descriptive-qualitative approach, data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Through the frame of character education theory, the data analyzed using the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Apparently, Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah's character education at MTs. Miftahul Huda Bulungan Pakis Aji Jepara was developed through teaching the value of tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh and i'tidal. The implementation as culture of madrasa, such as the obligation to pray before starting the lesson, orderly running pickets, praying dzuhur in congregation, wearing school uniforms, preserving ancestral culture, familiarizing greetings, sympathetic care routinely for yatama and dhuafa, maintaining the cleanliness of the madrasa environment, and a ban on littering the classroom walls. The limitation of this study has specific scope. That is the focus on strengthening religious moderateism in Islamic educational institutions which are under the shelter of the LP. Maarif NU Jepara Regency. There are still gaps for other researchers to conduct development research outside of that scope.

Essentially, education is the process of optimally guiding and developing human potentials, both the soul and mind or heart. Alquran provides comprehensive and integrative guidance for human beings in terms of their education, where there is no dichotomy, but rather unity and totality. The proof of this perfection of Alquran is reflected in the education concept from history of Nabi Khidir as with Nabi Musa as. In this research, the researcher attempts to explore and understand the education concept from history of Nabi Khidir as with Nabi Musa as in Alquran by referencing Tafsir Mu’tabaroħ. It adopted qualitative approach, employing the procedural methods of tahlīlī  and muqāran, with literature review as data collection technique. The data were analyzed textually, employing dilālaħ and munāsabaḥ. The implications of this history of Nabi Khidir as with Nabi Musa as concept on Islamic education concep apply to: educators, students, goals, roles, principles, methods, materials, and media of education.Pendidikan merupakan proses pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi manusia secara optimal, baik menyangkut jiwa, akal dan hatinya. Alquran memberikan bimbingan secara komprehensif dan integratif terhadap manusia dalam kaitannya terhadap pendidikan, di mana tidak ada dikotomi, melainkan kesatuan dan keseluruhan dalam pendidikan. Bukti dari kesempurnaan Alquran tersebut tergambar pada konsep pendidikan pada kisah Nabi Khidir as dengan Nabi Musa as. Di dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berupaya menggali dan memahami konsep pendidikan pada kisah Nabi Khidir as dengan Nabi Musa as dalam Alquran dengan merujuk kepada Kitab Tafsir  Mu’tabaroħ. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan secara prosedural metode yang digunakan adalah metode tahlīlī dan muqāran, dengan teknik studi pustaka dalam pengumpulkan data. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis teks dengan menggunakan dilālaħ dan munāsabaḥ. Adapun implikasi konsep pendidikan pada kisah Nabi Khidir as dengan Nabi Musa as dalam Alquran terhadap konsep pendidikan Islam meliputi; pendidik, peserta didik, tujuan, metode, materi dan media pendidikan.

This study aimed at finding out Islamic education values embedded in the tradition of Merti Deso in Suku Menanti Village, Sindang Jati District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study encompassed observation and interviews conducted periodically. After the data were collected, the data were further analyzed by means of Miles, Haberman, and Saldana’s version of stages, namely data selection, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study concluded that the Islamic education values embedded in the tradition of Merti Deso were religious and spiritual values, muamalah/social values, and economic values.

This research aims to knowing the students when solving mathematical problemsin learning used scientific approach in class VII C SMPN 11 Malang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in SMPN 11 Malang on 7, 11, and August 14, 2015. Object of this study is the activity of students in solving mathematical problems. The subjects were students of class VII C SMPN 11 Malang. Methods of data collection in this study of student observation sheet, interview, and documentation.The results showed that : Activity of students when solving mathematical problems in learning used scientific approach has been implemented properly in accordance syntax that has been planned although the results are still not optimal. The results of observations at the first meeting showed that there were 36 students who observed the problem, three students were asked 27 students to reason, 23 students tried to solve it, two students presenting answers. The second meeting of the study there were 36 students observe the problem, two students asked 33 students to reason, 29 students tried, 4 students present.The third meeting there were 36 students observe, 4 students asked, 32 reasoning, 28 tries,and no students were present.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

Pesan dakwah dapat disampaikan melalui media termasuk instagram. Trend  tersebut memiliki dua sisi seperti pisau bermata ganda (tantangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah dalam instagram dan mencari tahu kelebihan dan kekurangan penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya, melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari dua puluh unggahan yang diteliti, terdapat tiga unggahan yang termasuk bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah informatif, empatbelas unggahan yang termasuk persuasif, dan tiga unggahan yang termasuk koersif. Kelebihan penyajian pesan dakwah pada akun instagram ini ialah menyampaikan pesan dalam bahasa singkat dan mudah dipahami pembaca. Dan kekurangannya, yaitu penjelasan yang kurang lengkap dan singkat. Kelebihan dan kekurangannya ini juga memberikan dampak pada pemahaman  pembacanya. Da'wah messages can be conveyed through the media including Instagram. The trend has two sides like a double-edged knife (a challenge). This study aims to determine the presentation of preaching messages on social media Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of preaching messages on Instagram and find out the advantages and disadvantages of preaching messages in social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques, through observation and documentation. The results showed that of the twenty uploads examined, there were three uploads that included informative preaching messages, fourteen uploads that were persuasive, and three uploads which were coercive. The advantage of presenting da'wah messages on this Instagram account is that it conveys messages in short and easily understood language. And the shortcomings, namely an incomplete and concise explanation. These strengths and weaknesses also have an impact on the reader's understanding.

The research objectives were to find out the suitability of the murabahah contract on home ownership financing of Bank Jatim sharia business unit. The research objects were the employees of Bank Jatim Sharia who were competent in the field of financing analyst for Griya iB Barokah KPR (public housing loan). This research used descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection was conducted by interviewing five employees of Bank Jatim sharia business unit. The results of this study was, there were four points that were used as references for conducting research, namely prices, guarantees, fines, bad financing of KPR products which in practice were in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwas. <p class="15cKeywordsBInggris">This study focus on the problem of the pluralism concept based education by Maarif Institute in the Islamic perspective. The critical study will focus on three terms, namely: Foundations of Islamic Education, the Objectives of Islamic Education and its curriculum. The approach used in this study is the Descriptive Qualitative approach (Qualitative-Descriptive Research and Content Analitic-Kritic), which is include in a critical study by describing and analyzing the Maarif Institute’s thought related to the concept of pluralism based education. Materials and data obtained by studying books and journals published by the Maarif Institute, literatures related, so we get a picture of ( description ), thoughts, ideas, and insight to the object under study as well as a critical study of the research object. The results of this study indicates that the concept of pluralism based education by the Maarif Institute realized with three terms, which teaches the values of tolerance, non-violence values and values of inclusiveness. The concept of pluralism based education by the Maarif Institute has weaknesses and hidden dangers that can affect destroying religion and its teachings. Through the concept of pluralism based education will also let the doctrine from liberal secular to scrape out the power of Aqeedah of the Muslims.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16cKataKunci">Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kritis terhadap konsep pendidikan berbasis pluralisme oleh Maarif Institute dalam perspektif Islam. Studi kritis tersebut akan difokuskan pada tiga terma, yaitu: Landasan Pendidikan Islam, Tujuan Pendidikan Islam dan Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Qualitative-Descriptive Research and Content Analitic-Kritic (Penelitian Kualitatif-Deskriptif dan Analisis Konteks-Kritis), yaitu studi kritis dengan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pemikiran Maarif Institute terkait konsep pendidikan berbasis pluralisme. Bahan dan data didapatkan dengan menelaah buku dan jurnal terbitan Maarif Institute, literatul-literatul yang terkait, sehingga didapatkan gambaran (deskripsi), pemikiran, ide, dan penjelasan terhadap objek yang diteliti serta melakukan studi kritis terhadap objek penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan berbasis pluralisme oleh Maarif Institute direalisasikan dengan tiga terma, yaitu mengajarkan nilai-nilai toleransi, nilai-nilai anti kekerasan dan nilai-nilai inklusifitas. Konsep pendidikan berbasis pluralisme oleh Maarif Institute memiliki kelemahan dan berdampak bahaya tersembunyi yang dapat menghancurkan agama dan ajarannya. Melalui konsep pendidikan berbasis pluralisme ini juga akan membukan pintu yang lebar bagi sekularisasi-liberal untuk mengikis habis kekuatan aqidah kaum Muslimin.</p>

AbstractOnline Single Submission (OSS) is an application that can be used for all business registration and application processes as well as other licensing applications included in the business licensing service. This study aims to examine how the implementation of online single submissions on business licensing services in Bandung city and Bandung Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, with observation, interview, and documentation as its data collection techniques. The research results showed that business licensing services using online single submissions are already good, but these efforts have not been running optimally, there are still obstacles that are often faced by DPMPTSP Bandung City and Bandung Regency, especially regarding supporting facilities and disharmony between central and regional regulations related to the implementation of online single submission.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Online Single Submission, Public Service, Business Licensing Services

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The achievement in implementing all programs in the tahfidz al qur'an institution is the result of a combination of neat management, the cleverness of the educators and the availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the input of quality students, this research finds out how the management of santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor recruitment, a place in meticulous is Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool which has a focus and commitment in fostering its students to complete memorization of 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool which is equivalent to the level of Madrasah aliyah. Research shows the existence of santri recruitment management which is carried out in ma'had bina madani for adequate input attainment in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that ma'had bina madani had managed the recruitment of students which included (1) Planning for Santri Tahfidz (2) Implementation of the New Santri Tahfidz Recruitment which included one PSB committee formation, two determinations of the number of students received, three announcements of new santri admissions. Four Registration Five Entrance Selection Six Announcement of New Santri Admission (3) PSB Evaluation (4) New Student Orientation.   </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak    </strong>                              </p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Ketercapaian dalam melaksanakan semua program dalam lembaga tahfidz al qur'an merupakan hasil dari paduan antara menajemen yang rapih, keiklasan para pendidik dan ktersediaan sarana dan prasarana juga input peserta didik yang berkualitas, peneletian ini mengetahui bagaimana manajemen rekrutmen santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor, tempat yang di teliti merupakan Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool yang memiliki fokus dan komitmen dalam membina peserta didik nya untuk menyelesaikan hafalan 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool yang setara dengan jenjang Madrasah aliyah. Penelitian menunjukan adanya manajemen rekrutmen santri yang dilaksankan di ma'had bina madani untuk Ketecapaian Input yang memadai dalam mencapai target hafalan al quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa ma'had bina madani telah melakukan manjemen rekrutmen santri yang meliputi (1) Perencanaan Santri Tahfidz (2) Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Santri Tahfidz Baru yang Mencakup satu Pembetukan panitia PSB, Dua Penetuan Jumlah Santri yang di terima, tiga Pengumuman Penerimana santri Baru Empat Pendaftaran Lima Seleksi Masuk Enam Pengumuman Penerimaan Santri Baru (3)Evaluasi PSB (4) Orientasi Peserta didik Baru.    </p>
