The article analyzes current state and mechanisms of geopolitical struggle in postmodern information age that has come. The author judges from assumption that entirely new postmodern society appeared with expansion of information technology, accompanied by cardinal changes in mechanisms of political power. Information technologies have become one of the most important factors contributing to the transformation of modern society from industrial to informational (post-industrial). In modern conditions, ensuring national and global security is a comprehensive process that includes not only measures to ensure information and economic security individually, but also such an integrated component as providing both information and economic security. The author suggests that modem geopolitical confrontation is carried out based on the synergetic paradigm. The main tool is information and energy influence on enemy system weaknesses using information space control, organizing negative information campaigns and applying economic sanctions. If the main focus of geopolitical struggle in modern era was forced expansion of the territory, in information postmodern age control over economic and information space has become priority among forms of geopolitical struggle. Military expansion of modern era becomes substituted by information and economic expansionism of postmodern using synergetic paradigm of geopolitical confrontation in order to control and capture the opponent's political space.

At present, the issues of economic security seem to be relevant both for the economic development of the state and for complex scientific research. A wide range of the vital activities of society includes indicators that reflect the potential threats that can be encountered by economic agents. The problem of economic security is now becoming increasingly important, and this in turn is caused by the rapid development of a diversified alternative economy that uses the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress. It is quite difficult to predict the development of the country’s economy in the long term when the current challenges and threats are not taken into account. That is why in the information age, where information technology is the main basis for conducting economic activity, and information security is one of the main directions of state development, while the state itself acts as an economic institution. Therefore, the development of the digital economy in Russia poses both opportunities and significant threats.

Subject. The paper considers the current state and priorities of the transport infrastructure development of the Rostov-on-Don region with an emphasis on the effects of national and regional projects implementation. Objectives. The study overviews the statistical analysis of the current state of transport infrastructure in the Rostov-on-Don region, identifying key problems, determining the prospects and risks of implementing infrastructure transport projects. Methods. The methods of statistical and economic analysis are used. The available statistical indicators of the transport sector for 2000–2019 are analyzed. Results. The impact of infrastructure investment on economic growth is higher in regions with better-designed regional policies. At the same time, this conclusion only highlights the complexity of the channels through which infrastructure affects economic performance, as well as the problems that this complexity creates for empirical research. Studies on the relationship between infrastructure and economic growth have not produced definitive results. There is a positive correlation between the availability of regional transport infrastructure and availability of developed transport systems and economic indicators, for example, GRP. However, this correlation may reflect historical agglomeration processes, etc., rather than the current causal relationships. Conclusions and Relevance. The complex of infrastructural restrictions of the transport infrastructure of the Rostov region is the congestion of highways, the exhaustion of load-bearing road capacity and, as a result, the reduction of the transport permeability of the entire agglomeration. These problems put the implementation of projects to improve the transport and operational condition of the existing network of public roads, bringing the technical parameters and the level of engineering equipment of roads in line with the achieved traffic intensity levels among the priority tasks. The main tool for achieving the strategic goal is the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project. The implementation of the Rostov-on-Don Transport Ring project will also have a positive impact on the economic security of the region's road transport infrastructure.

. Gaming is a peculiar phenomenon of the information age, which combines the inherent human desire for competition, rivalry, play with the modern capabilities of in-formation technology. Gamers are not only game participants, they become part of vir-tual reality through identity with their avatars, game images, representing one of the "products" of electronic culture, by which we mean the totality of the results of creativi-ty and communication of people in the context of the introduction of IT innovations, characterized by the creation of a single information space, virtual form of expression, distance technology, content liberality. Gamers are both subjects of electronic culture, and at the same time its product, since their hobby and form of communication are generated by information technologies. The article examines a new social phenomenon of modern society - the phenomenon of "gaming" or as it is now commonly called in pedagogical literature - the phenomenon of "gamification", "gamification", "gamification". "Gamification" or "gamification" is a different application of approaches typical for computer games in software tools for non-game processes in order to attract users, consumers and students, increase their involvement in solving applied problems, using products and services. The article describes a new pedagogical technology - the technology of "gamification", which is a new way of organizing learning. This technology, according to scientists, has great pedagogical potential. Pedagogical technology of "gamification": - strengthens the motivation of schoolchildren to pay more attention to educational ac-tivities; - increases the likelihood of achieving the goal; - during the game, involvement in the educational process is maintained.

In this paper we present our procedure for digitising fieldwork information on the fly (data management), and its combination with the virtual reconstruction of the stratigraphy (virtualisation), of the Cueva de la Cocina site in Dos Aguas (Valencia, Spain). The main tool for the Geographic Information System (GIS) implementation has been OpenJUMP, whilst for the three-dimensional (3D) recreation of the cave virtual environment MeshLab, ParaView, CloudCompare and R open software have been used. According to the data recovered during the two last field seasons at the cave -2015 and 2016-, we present the current state of the stratigraphy virtualisation in the excavated sectors. We also provide not only a general view of the cave, but also different points of view to incorporate distinct geomatics tools into archaeological research. The computer treatment of the data collected in the field provides a better understanding of their spatial relations; which in turn facilitates its analysis and interpretation as well as the realisation of virtual profiles. In the same way, the differences in the frequency of materials belonging to adjacent and/or superimposed stratigraphical units, as well as the total quantities, volumetry and density of the artefacts, with respect to their own stratigraphical unit, or even the whole excavated area, can also be analysed. The combination of both approaches -data management and virtualisation- allows us to integrate geographic information technologies in the daily life of the Mesolithic and Neolithic communities, of which the virtual reconstruction of the different test pits carried out in Cueva de la Cocina constitutes a perfect example.

The article considers the current state of the Russian language. Information technologies in the twenty first century present diverse forms of linguistic knowledge and modalities of knowledge quantisation in a linguistic sign. The Russian language develops from a standard, direct expression of thoughts to a nonstandard, psychologically complex, associative deep statement of thoughts. In the early nineteenth century, during the democratisation of the Russian language, a national genius, Alexander Pushkin, emerged. Thanks to him, the unique informational, cultural, and artistic evolution of the language took place. Nowadays, while democratisation and globalisation, processes which resemble the language evolution 200 years ago, are occurring. These processes suggest some patterns: overcoming stylistic disparity, changes in linguistic sign boundaries and semantic extension.

Ensuring the economic security of municipalities is one of the key conditions for stable socio-economic de-velopment of the region. Recently, intraregional differentiation of territories has been growing, which increases the risk of the formation of negative factors that reduce the quality of life of the population. In order to neutralize and prevent acute social and economic problems, constant monitoring of the current state of the municipal econ-omy is necessary. As such a management tool, a rating assessment of the economic security of municipalities in the region can be used. The ranking of territories allows you to visualize the relative advantages and disadvantages of the development of territories. In addition, a systematic comparative analysis of controlled socio-economic pa-rameters will allow regional authorities to evaluate the results of the activities of local governments and improve the effectiveness of regional socio-economic policy. The article proposes a methodology for rating the economic security of municipalities, during which it is possible to visually assess the depth of the threats studied at the level of each territory. To this end, the proposed methodology is based on a system of indicators that identify the main problem areas of the socio-economic condition of the territories. To form the rating, the studied indicators are normalized and integral indices characterizing the level of economic security of municipalities are calculated. The methodology proposes criteria for assessing the level of municipal economic security (high; above average; aver-age; crisis; critical). According to the results of the study, a rating of municipal districts of the Khabarovsk Terri-tory was compiled. The study showed that the territories of the region are characterized by an unstable socio-economic condition. The leading positions in the rating are occupied by areas with an average level of economic security. Most municipal districts of the region have a crisis level of economic security, which provides for the de-velopment of a set of measures aimed at eliminating existing problems.

The monograph provides a system of arguments that prove, based on the application of a historical approach, that the routing and filling of trade routes with cargo flows, the implementation of current infrastructure and integration projects are due not only to economic, but also political and military-strategic considerations. The results of historical research are given, according to which the Great silk road was not a specific route, not several routes, or even a transport and trade network, but, first of all, an entire political, military-strategic, social, economic, cultural and religious space, concentrated in certain points (centers). New results of constructing the theoretical base of the transit economy (TE) in terms of identifying the geopolitical base and directions of its functioning are presented. It is shown that Russia's priority in the Central Asian countries is not so much economic interests as political activity and the development of fuel and energy complex and the growth of the country's foreign policy weight and capabilities in global and regional cooperation are interrelated. The role of geopolitical and military-strategic considerations in Russia's relations with China, India, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Syria is revealed. It is proved that the basis for expanding Russia's influence in Central and Western Asia should be the development and implementation of joint regional infrastructure integration projects and their integration with global initiatives. Special attention is paid to the identification and analysis of positive and negative geopolitical results of digitalization of trade routes, scaling up the use of information technologies in the implementation of infrastructure and integration projects in Russia and in the space of Global Eurasia. It is shown that a large role in the implementation of Russian interests is played by solving the problems of generating, distributing and assigning revenues from the implementation of infrastructure and integration projects, forming nodes for creating added value in the conditions of creating and implementing intelligent transport systems. The monograph is intended for managers and specialists of public administration and corporate management, researchers, politicians, postgraduates and students.

At present, social philosophy is dominated by the view that the importance of mass culture is constantly decreasing, which soon is supposed to lead to the natural decay of this cultural form. The author refutes the arguments of those who are skeptical about the position of mass culture in the post-industrial and digital information society and shows that the functional nature of this type of culture allows it to successfully fulfill its role in modern social systems. The materials of the article can be useful in preparing courses in the framework of social philosophy.
