The aim is to analyze the effect of marketing, service and price strategies on the decision to buy airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. The quantitative approach used. The type of data is quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The population is the consumers of PT Duta Megah Wisata totaling 133 studies with a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of multiple linear regression data previously carried out classical assumptions. The result of the research that becomes the conclusion is that the marketing strategy has a influence on the decision to purchase airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Services influence in purchasing decisions for airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Prices influence on the decision to buy airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Marketing, service and price strategies influence simultaneously on the decision to purchase airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product availability and price perception on purchasing decisions and their implications for customer loyalty. Customers from PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia was taken as a respondent, both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Secondary data is taken from various sources such as journals, books and other data. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the target respondents. Using accidental sampling technique, the total number of respondents collected was 100 respondents. Path analysis is applied in this research. The results show that product quality, product availability and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. It was found that the quality of the product, Product availability and purchasing decisions have a significant influence on loyal consumers. At the managerial level, this research contributed to PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia, to improve product availability and product quality if you want to purchase decisions and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Product Design and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Yamaha NMax Motorbikes at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Primary data sources were obtained from distributing questionnaires.The results showed the Product Design, Price and Purchasing Decisions of the Yamaha NMax in the Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya as a whole were in the good category. Product design and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to buy a Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Product design partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Desain Produk dan Harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Yamaha NMAX di Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Desain Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Yamaha NMAX di Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. This study aims to examine the effect of governance on the performance of village-owned enterprises. The governance variable consists of 6 principles, namely transparency, accountability, cooperation, participation, emancipation and sustainability. Organizational performance includes financial and non-financial performance. This study uses quantitative data with primary data sources. The research data comes from questionnaires distributed online and offline to village-owned enterprises administrators in East Java. Quantitative data were processed using SPSS 25 software. The hypothesis in this study was tested using simple linear regression. The results of this study found that governance has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village-owned enterprises organizations in the East Java region. This finding is expected to provide a reference in Good Governance for BUMDes in Indonesia. Armed with the knowledge gained from this research, it is hoped that local governments will improve the governance and performance of BUMDes. In addition, the BUMDes Management is expected to improve organizational performance which is assessed both in terms of financial and non-financial through good governance of BUMDes.

Tourism in Indonesia has recently grown rapidly in one of them in the city of Bali. Bali has a very beautiful natural potential, one of the natural potentials developed is coastal tourism. Dream Island Mertasari Sanur Beach is one of the beaches that is still new but has a lot of potentials. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the existing conditions and marketing strategies that exist on Dream Island the Mertasari Beach Sanur Kauh City of Denpasar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study are data sourced from direct observation to the location of the study and by interviewing informants. While secondary data in this study are data obtained from documentation and literature to complete the primary data. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the existing conditions on Dream Island Beach based on Concept 4a were still lacking. The condition of the attraction is very good but for access and facilities still, have some disadvantages that need to be improved in the future. The reality that is on Dream Island Beach only consists of private parties and village institutions. The marketing strategy at Dream Island Beach has not been optimal due to several problems such as business license constraints and lack of cooperation with promotional media.   Keywords:  Marketing Strategic, attraction, Dream Island Beach

This study aims to determine the influence of location, consumer income, house prices, appetite for subsidized home purchase decisions in Manokwari Regency. The variables in this study are Location, Consumer Income, House Price and Taste. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained through agencies related to this study, the analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression models using the SPSS Statistic 16 program. The results of the partial study (t test) Location, Kosumen Income, House Prices and tastes had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase subsidized homes in Manokwari Regency. But together (simultaneously) variable locations, consumer income, house prices and tastes significantly influenced purchasing decisions at a confidence level of 95 percent.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of Social Media Marketing Instagram, Word of Mouth, and Brand Awareness of purchasing decisions at Arthenis Tour and Travel. This study uses primary data obtained from customer answers. The instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study are 105 Arthenis Tour and Travel consumers and taking a sample of 83 people. The hypothesis is used with multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the study, obtained the value of Fcount (198,348) > Ftable (2,72) related to simultaneous and partial on Social Media Marketing Instargram, Word of Mouth and Brand Awareness of the expected variables as a result of purchase. It is expected for travel agents can support their Instagram, using Word of Mouth and Brand Awareness so they can increase their sales.

Night entertainments become a special attraction for tourists to fulfill their holidays in Bali with just listening to the music’s or enjoying drinks provided in bars, discotheque/cafes. By these facilities, Bali become a magnet of both domestic and foreign tourists. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collecting is done with the observation field, in-depth interview, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative with the record and explain the results cleary based on the formulation of a problem that has been determined, as well as questionnaires are analyzed using quantitative data as data supporters of the research.   The results of this research explains that there are several different types of activities that can be done in place of evening entertainment, including dancing, enjoy music, and enjoy drinks and meals are offered in the café/restaurant. Then from the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the response of local communities included in the stages of Apathy, which previously accepted as tourism sector economic growth but this time its presence was felt not to mention everything. People living in the surroundings feel uncomfortable and insecure due to the activity of the night until the early hours Keywords :Response of Local People, Night Entertainment, Legian Kuta

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effect of Debt, Own Capital and Non-Stock Savings on profitability (ROA) and which variables were most dominant in KSP Kopdit Rukun, Sentosa, Setia Kawan, Karya Kasih and Patra Pertamina and to analyze these variables simultaneously and partially. In this study debt, own capital and non-stock savings are independent variables (X), while Profitability (ROE) is the dependent variable (not free). The type of data used in this study is secondary data that is quantitative. Data sources are financial statements for 2012 to 2017. The method used for this research is multiple linear regression, followed by a partial and simultaneous significance test through t test and F test. Research results within 5 years concluded as follows: first, KSP Kopdit Rukun that debt and capital alone have no significant effect on ROE, while non-stock savings have a significant and simultaneous effect that debt, own capital and non-stock savings have an influence but not significant, while Sentosa, Setia Kawan, Karya Kasih  and Patra pertamina have partial or simultaneous influence but not significant. For KSP Kopdit Rukun, Sentosa, Setia Kawan, Karya Kasih and PATRA Pertamina, it is better to use internal and external funding sources according to their conditions, in order to obtain maximum profitability (ROE).
