This study aims to examine the effect of governance on the performance of village-owned enterprises. The governance variable consists of 6 principles, namely transparency, accountability, cooperation, participation, emancipation and sustainability. Organizational performance includes financial and non-financial performance. This study uses quantitative data with primary data sources. The research data comes from questionnaires distributed online and offline to village-owned enterprises administrators in East Java. Quantitative data were processed using SPSS 25 software. The hypothesis in this study was tested using simple linear regression. The results of this study found that governance has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village-owned enterprises organizations in the East Java region. This finding is expected to provide a reference in Good Governance for BUMDes in Indonesia. Armed with the knowledge gained from this research, it is hoped that local governments will improve the governance and performance of BUMDes. In addition, the BUMDes Management is expected to improve organizational performance which is assessed both in terms of financial and non-financial through good governance of BUMDes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the price picture and customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. Next to determine the effect of prices on customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data and data sources are derived from primary data and secondary data. Research data were collected by conducting interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis includes qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study can be concluded from the total respondents' answers about prices with the dimensions of price affordability, discounted prices, and payment methods to obtain good answer criteria. Then from the total respondents' answers regarding buying interest got high answer criteria. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis it is concluded that there is a positive influence between price on customer buying interest.

<p><em>Village Local Assistance (PLD) is a program of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration, the goal is Assistance to Village Government Wheels in terms of community social and village infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of training recruitment on the competence of Village Local Assistants (PLD) in Karo district, also knows whether the perceived benefits moderate or mediate the effect of recruitment and training on the competence of Village Local Assistants (PLD) in Karo district. This research was conducted for one year. This research is a type of causality research, namely to examine the effect of recruitment and training on competence. This type of research data is primary data because it is carried out by means of field studies by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS veri 22 application. The results of this study were to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the competence of Village Local Assistants (PLD) throughout Karo district. Population 259 based on the equation in the Formulation Method and using a percentage of errors in sampling of 10%, the number of samples obtained: 72 people. The population of this research is all village officials in Karo. The research sample in Karo district was taken as many as 72 people and to determine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment and training on PLD performance. Based on the hypothesis and research results, it can be seen that there is a positive effect of training on PLD performance but the effect of recruitment has not had a positive effect on PLD competence because has been tested using Partial T and simple linear regression and the results are negative. And on the answer scores of all respondents, it can be seen from the category table.</em></p>

This study knows wheter or not there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The research conducted in PT.Telesindoshop Sorong city. The sample us of 65 people. As for the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the results of this study indicate that the provision of PT.Telesindo’s incentives has an influence on employee performance and significantly influence. Based on the results of data analysis, the incentive variable coefficient (X) is 0.564 while the constant is 28,282, so the regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 28,282 + 0,564 X. The provision of incentives influences the performance of PT. Telesindoshop employees. The results of the analysis indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Tesindoshop employees. With a significant value of 0.042, in this study used a significant level is 0.05 or 5% means 0.042 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, Ha is the effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Every increase in the provision of incentives to PT. Telesindo employees will increase employee performance by 0.564.

The problem in this study is whether the provision of incentives significantly affects the performance of employees at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. As for the types of data sources, this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research was conducted. The population of this research is all employees and managers of PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan totaling 93 people. The sample determination is saturated sampling. Data obtained using SPSS 21 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that based on the results of research that researchers conducted at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan that giving incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the results of statistical calculations through partial hypothesis testing which shows that t count > t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The aim is to analyze the effect of marketing, service and price strategies on the decision to buy airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. The quantitative approach used. The type of data is quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The population is the consumers of PT Duta Megah Wisata totaling 133 studies with a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of multiple linear regression data previously carried out classical assumptions. The result of the research that becomes the conclusion is that the marketing strategy has a influence on the decision to purchase airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Services influence in purchasing decisions for airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Prices influence on the decision to buy airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Marketing, service and price strategies influence simultaneously on the decision to purchase airplane tickets at PT Duta Megah Wisata. Corporate governance can potentially impact every aspect of how we conduct business today and more so, many companies internationally are willing to take the risk because results are great and outstanding. Adherence to corporate governance especially for public institutions can result in enormous reductions in cost or removal of unnecessary steps that cut down on time. The main research objective is to establish the influence of corporate governance practices and performance of Kenya Revenue Authority. The specific objectives of the study was to establish the influence of board structure on performance of Kenya Revenue Authority, to examine effect of ethical practices on performance of Kenya Revenue Authority, to establish the influence of CEO duality on performance of Kenya Revenue Authority, and to determine the effect of audit committees on performance of Kenya Revenue Authority. This study was guided by three theories which include the resource dependency theory, stewardship theory, and agency theory. The present study employed a case study approach and adopted descriptive research design. This study targeted all the employees at KRA (Kenya) which currently has a pool of 289 employees based in the Headquarters (Times Towers) (KRA, 2017). Simple random sampling technique was used to select 60 personnel from the population which represents 20.76% of the whole population. This study used both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews while secondary data involved other sources of evidence such as internal company documents and company websites. Questionnaires were administered to the respondents through a drop and pick method. The researcher left the respondents to fill the questionnaire at their own time and collect the completed form within one week. This availed the respondents enough time to read, understand and fill the forms with maximum concentration. The Data obtained from the field was checked. The study generated both qualitative and quantitative data. For the quantitative data, regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between the variables. The qualitative data was first organized into themes corresponding to the study objectives. Content analysis of qualitative data included text analytics and document analysis. The validity of the data was measured by data obtained from senior managers of various departments of KRA.  The significance of the study is that it would help researcher understand how corporate governance affects organizational performance. From the findings, the performance of Kenya Revenue Authority is significantly influenced by the corporate governance practices employed by the governance committee which also scrutinize all matters relating to corporate governance in the company and meets at least once during the year. There is also a nomination committee that lead the process for board appointments, make recommendations to the board and be involved with succession planning in the company. The researcher recommends that, the management should maintain and develop a responsible, creative, innovative board and a more appropriately elected and governed boards since transparency is one of the most essential indicators for evaluating corporate performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of CSR Index to the value and performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and to find out how much the ability of the variable CSR Index in explaining the variable Tobin’s Q, ROA, and ROE manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study uses data sampled during the 75 years from 2007 to 2009. A statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is a simple linear regression model. Therefore, before performing hypothesis testing carried out tests of classical assumptions. The results of this study prove that, CSR Index has a significant effect on Tobin’s Q and ROE with 95% confidence level. However, CSR Index has no significant influence on ROA with 95% confidence level. The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.
