Empowerment of Subak Penarungan as an Agribusiness Institution in PenarunganVillage, Sub-District of Mengwi, Badung Regency The preservation of subak or Balinese irrigation organization is important because itssustainability in Bali based on the Tri Hita Karana concepts. Subak-based economicbusiness is a food-based agribusiness or paddy fields. The studies on empowerment ofsubak as an agribusiness institution aimed to improve the economy and welfare offarmers, so that the agricultural culture is in demand and not abandoned by the SubakPenarungan community. This study aimed to determine (1) the potentials of subakrelated to natural resources, human resources, and financial resources, (2) the effortsmade to empower Subak Penarungan as an agribusiness institution. The research wasconducted in Subak Penarungan, Mengwi Sub-district, Badung Regency. The selectionof research site was done purposively. The population of this study is active members ofSubak Penarungan, amounting to 167 people. The sample size was determined by usingSlovin formula, so the number of respondents was 63 people. The data analysis used adescriptive qualitative analysis method. The findings showed that the potential of Subakpenarungan was in good category with the average score of 3.55, and the results ofresearch on the efforts of empowerment of Subak Penarungan was in good category,with average achievement score of 3.50. Based on the results of this study, it can besuggested to farmers that the assistance in the form of agricultural machine toolsprovided by the government for subak should be utilized properly, so as to increase theirproductivity.

Measuring Empowerment Subak Umabun As Agribusiness Board at VillageAngantaka Abiansemal Badung District Research efforts empowerment subak as agribusiness board aims to boost the economyand the welfare of farmers, so that the culture of agriculture demand and not abandonedby society, particularly Subak Umabun. This study aims to (1) identify the potentialSubak Umabun related to natural resources, human resources and financial resources,(2) To know the efforts made to empower the board to Subak Umabun agribusiness.This research was conducted at Subak Umabun, the number of respondents 75 peopleappointed by the formula slovin, data that is used structured interviews and in-depthinterviews.The results showed that the potential of Subak Umabun aspects of naturalresources, human resources and financial resources are classified with an average scoreof 3,19. Further empowerment undertaken by Subak Umabun are classified by score of3,21. And the last institution in agribusiness Subak Umabun high achievement score of3,68. Based on these results, it is recommended to the government through theDepartment of Agriculture, Plantation and Forestry Badung need to deepen the study ofthis kind, so that the programs formulated by the government not only in the form ofsocial assistance

This research analyzed the application elements of the internal control amil zakat institutions. Sample selection methods was judgement sampling while the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis and comparison. These results indicate that Dompet Dhuafa Amil Zakat Institutions better implement elements of internal control includes the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring.. The research alaso indicated that the internal monitoring Dompet Dhuafa Amil Zakat Institutions requires sufficient human resources and adequate internal control would be held in the specific time.ThThis research analyzed the application elements of the internal control amil zakat institutions. Tax areas as one of the components of the Original Local Revenue (PAD) which is given by the local Government to residents who stay in their jurisdiction without obtaining the consideration from the local governments that collect taxes area. Tanjung Jabung Barat District is one of the strategic areas and it has a potential of natural resources which is relatively large. The strategies and policies of financial development in Tanjung Jabung Barat is directed at the improvement of the effectiveness as well as the effectiveness of regional finance. One of the strategies is through the optimization of local tax receipts as a source of Original Local Revenue (PAD). This research aimed at investigating the magnitude of the potential and the local tax capacity in Tanjung Jabung Barat District of 2018. This research also intended to know the implementation of tax effort which has been attempted in Tanjung Jabung Barat District. Last, this research aimed at knowing the extent to which the original revenue dependency area toward the acceptance of tax areas in Tanjung Jabung Barat District.The data were collected through survey and direct observation to the research subject through the coordination with related agencies. In data analysis method, Diagrams Cartesius, Regression approach to Tax Business, Estimation and Elasticity Tax Formulas, analysis of Overlay and analysis of Potential local tax were used. The results of this research are expected to give input to the Government of Tanjung Jabung Barat in arranging the strategies and policies in optimizing the Local Tax Revenue.

The management of local asset is part of the regional financial management. Since the enactment of regulation of asset management area is expected to be a reference and strength of local government in managing its regional asset. To apply the system in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016 supervision and coorperation required to carry out the process of recording asset at SKPD level as well as management of regional assets including BPK BMD Minahasa district. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application on the system of coaching, administration, and supervision of goods in the management of local assets in BPK BMD Minahasa whether in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the implementation management of local asset, especially the coaching, administration, and supervision of assets in BPK BMD Minahasa accordance with Permendagri No.19 yaers 2016. Not yet supported IT equipment that has not been compatible with that asset user and the lack of human resources becomes an obstacle asset management in BPK BMD Minahasa.Keywords: asset, coaching, administration, supervision

Dendang Melayu Beach is a public beach that is being developed by the Batam City Government. Although various efforts have been made by the government to increase the number of visitors to this beach, it turns out that the number of visitors has not necessarily increased consistently but fluctuated up and down. Therefore, this research was carried out to further explore the behavior of visitors in the hope that it could become a material evaluation of the government in developing this tourist attraction. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer behavior on the selection of Dendang Melayu Beach tourist attractions. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who visited the Batam Dendang Beach. The data analysis method used is inductive statistics using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the four variables of consumer behavior namely cultural, social, personal and psychological factors partially positive and significant effect on the choice of tourist attractions.

Al Washliyah merupakan satu di antara banyak organisasi Islam yang menolak paham dan gerakan terorisme di Indonesia. Artikel ini mengkaji respons Al Washliyah terhadap terorisme. Kajian ini menarik dilakukan, sebab organisasi ini memiliki pengikut yang fanatik dan mengelola amal usaha yang banyak, tetapi masih relatif jarang diteliti oleh para peneliti. Kajian ini merupakan studi lapangan (library research) dimana sumber datanya diperoleh dari kegiatan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman: reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Didasari dengan teori Matusitz, Pranawati, dan Golose tentang doktrin terorisme dimana gerakan ini ingin mendirikan negara Islam, memaknai jihad sebagai perang, anti terhadap non-Muslim, dan melegalkan bom bunuh diri, kajian ini akan menelaah respons Al Washliyah terhadap empat persoalan tersebut. Kajian ini mengajukan temuan bahwa Al Washliyah menolak paham dan gerakan terorisme yang muncul dan berkembang di Indonesia, dan para ulamanya menilai bahwa kaum teroris telah salah dalam memahami ajaran Islam. Temuan kajian ini dapat berkontribusi bagi pemerintah dalam upaya menanggulangi gerakan terorisme di Indonesia. Al Washliyah is one of Islamic organizations that rejects the concept of terrorism in Indonesia. This article examines Al Washliyah's responses to terrorism. This study is interesting because this organization has fanatic followers and manages many business charities, but rarely investigated by researchers. This research is field studies where the data sources obtained from the interviews activities and document studies. Data were analyzed by using data analysis method according to Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Based on the theory of Matusitz, Pranawati, and Golose about terrorism doctrine in which the program wants to establish an Islamic state, interpret jihad as war, anti to non-Muslims, and legalize suicide bombings, this study will examine the Al Washliyah's responses to those four issues. This study proposes that Al Washliyah rejects the concept of terrorism which appears and develops in Indonesia, and ulama consider that terrorists have misunderstood on Islamic concept. The findings of this study may contribute to the government in combating terrorism movement in Indonesia.

Tourism destinations in Indonesia have a variety of interesting tourist attractions and many of these tourist attractions become shooting locations or taking pictures of a film scene. By making a tourism destination and tourist attraction becomes a setting of shooting a film is expected to make tourism developing and films “Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2” is one of the films that took the place of shooting for the film scene in several tourist attractions in Magelang. the purpose of this research are to know determine the influence of the film “Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2” product development, market and marketing at the Rumah Do’a Bukit Rhema. This research uses qualitative data collected through observation , interview , documentation , informans are selected using purposive procedures. Data analysis method used qualitative data analysis.The result of the research shows are the occurrence of product, market and marketing developments at Rumah Do’a Bukit Rhema after being shooting and appearing on scene films Ada Apa Dengan cinta 2. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence competitiveness of Indonesia’s priority industrial sector in facing the ASEAN market by using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and panel data analysis. The study period was in 2001-2013 and variables are used, among others, the export price of products in the industry priorities, labor productivity, fixed capital and riil exchange rate. Based on the calculation of the level of competitiveness by using RCA, showed that the Indonesia's priority industrial sectors have strong competitive (RCA>1) in the ASEAN market, except for the chemical industry and machinery and equipment industry. That is, Indonesia has a comparative advantage in most of the priority industrial sectors, so that it can be used to support the government's strategy to expand the national industrial market to the ASEAN region. While the results of the panel data analysis showed that the export price is the most influential factor for the competitiveness of priority industrial sectors in Indonesia. In this case, the export price is a reflection of the production cost. The high of production cost indicates that the purchase price of inputs by exporting companies is also high, so that the export price was high. Because the essence of competitiveness is relatively low cost, the high export prices showed a decreasing competitiveness. Other factors that affect are the real exchange rate and labor productivity. Rupiah depreciation can encourage the growth of exports, which in turn can improve competitiveness. Meanwhile, the development of human resources that make industrial policy was originally based on cheap labor and natural resources can be developed into a productivity-based industries are supported by qualified human resources as well as science and high technology. On the other hand, the addition of variable fixed capital does not affect the competitiveness of priority industrial sectors. This is because the impact of the increased competitiveness of the addition of fixed capital in a given year is not directly felt in the year, but will be felt in the next few years. Thus, the strategy can be formulated to improve the competitiveness of the priority industrial sectors, including developing the upstream industry and among industry based on natural resources and the control of exports of raw materials, develop human resources industry players in the Indonesia’s priority industrial sectors with training and innovation activities, developing downstream industries as well as the increase in value-added products in the priority industrial sectors through product diversification and improve the pattern of cooperation with the manufacturers of other countries in the ASEAN region through the export promotion.  Keywords: ASEAN Integration, Manufacturing Industry, Competitiveness, Panel Data Analysis

Deregistration in the legal dictionary means deletion. The deletion in question is the abolishment of the mortgage right on the land title book and the certificate. If the mortgage right is removed, the Land Office shall make deregistration (Deletion/Roya) to the record of mortgage rights on the land title book and its certificates. The method used by the writer in this research was sociological juridical research, with descriptive analytical research specification, while the data analysis method used was qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the Deregistration Consent Agreement is as a statement from the debtor in notarial, the content is about the debtor has paid off the debt and the creditor agreed to remove the certificate of land rights burdened by the Guaranteed Right to be a clean certificate of any engagement. The Deregistration Consent Agreement does not have the executorial power as the Mortgage Right Certificate. The authority of a Notary in making the Deregistration Consent Agreement shall be based on the statement of the debtor before the Notary, so that the statement or agreement is conveyed by the Notary in an authentic agreement. This is in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 paragraph (1) of Act No.2 Of 2014 on Amendment to Act No.30 Of 2004 regarding Notary Position.Keywords: Public Notary; Agreement; Mortgage Rights.

Natural wealth is an invaluable resource so it must be preserved. Indonesia as an agrarian, archipelago and maritime country located on the equator is one of the countries in the world that has abundant natural resources compared to other countries. To manage these crops, the community and the government support each other in the process of conservation through a positive management process. Institutions related to the process are expected to be able to join hands with the community, so that the community, government and the state can enjoy the results in the long run. One way to help the community, especially in areas far from the center of government, or the community wherever located. Cooperative allianz is one of the solutions that is considered in accordance with the conditions and culture of the community. Because Cooperatives allianz are a form of business that has long existed and been run by Indonesian people since ancient times. As a supporting effort for the development of cooperatives, the government should provide support in the form of training for human resources manager of cooperatives and communities around cooperatives, so that the initial purpose of forming cooperatives can be achieved well and satisfactorily.
