Pengembangan Karakter Ikari Shinji Dalam Anime Neo Genesis Evangeliom

This research discusses the character development of the main character Ikari Shinji from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. Neon Genesis Evangelion is an anime series directed by Hideaki Anno that tells the story of humanity's struggle against shitos using a giant robot called Evangelion. To interpret the character of the main character, the method used is descriptive analysis, and the analysis refers to Weiland's theory of character development. The results of the research show that Ikari Shinji at the beginning of the story has a ‘lie’ that he believes in, namely running away from problems. However, he has the capability to beat ‘the lie’. Throughout the story he gets the consequences of his ‘lie’, he also finds out the truth and what he actually needs. At one point he had to make a decision between the truth and the ‘lie’. The result was Ikari Shinji's old self becomes 'dead' after he made that decision. He left the ‘lie’ and proved that he had developed into a better person. The story’s ending is the answer to this anime thematic question.

The purposes of this research are to find out the types of politeness strategies used to save the face of the characters in Once Upon A Time season 1 and to identify the dominant scale of social dimensions when using politeness strategies in Once Upon A Time season 1. This research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis method and to get the data needed in this research the writer did the following steps: watching the movies, transcribing the speech, searching the data, classifying the data, analyzing the data and drawing a conclusion related to the types of politeness strategies and the dominant scale of social dimensions. The source of the data used is taken from the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1 by Edward Kitsis dan Adam Horowitz. The results of this research show that there are four types of politeness strategies found in the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1. They are 10 data of bald on-record (28,6%), 8 data of positive politeness strategies (22,9%), 13 data of negative politeness strategies (37,1%) and 4 data of off-record consists (11,4%) and the most dominant scale of four social dimension scales is social distance scale 14 data (40%).

Character education is considered the best solution to produce excellent students in character, personality and uphold the nation's noble values. Through local wisdom in each area, such as the Dongkrek dance culture, it is important to understand and improve character education in students. Therefore, it is necessary to explore more deeply character education based on local wisdom by exploring the Dongkrek dance culture to internalize character values in learning art in elementary schools. This study aims to describe the character education of Dongkrek dance and efforts to internalize it in learning arts in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis and a library research approach. Five main character educations are explored in the Dongkrek dance, including religion, cooperation, nationalism, independence, and integrity. Meanwhile, efforts to internalize it into art learning are by understanding the contents of the dance, performing, and developing the Dongkrek dance into a show.

Regional Property is one part of the regional Government’s assets that are very important to be used and utilized to support the running of the task principal and function of each government agency in the Permendagri 19 year 2016 on guidelines for management of regional property set up government agencies in especially the regional work unit (SKPD) which became the user of regional property to carry out the management of regional property effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to determine the use and administration of local property in the City Government of Manado, especially on the Regional Financial and Asset Management Board. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of the research show that the use and appropriation of regional property has been done in accordance with the prevailing regulations and has been running well, even in the inadequate use of assets. To the Head of Manado City BPKAD in order to continue to carry out technical training to the employees so that in the implementation of the use and administration of local property carried out property and in accordance with Permendagri 19 year 2016.Keywords: usage and administration of regional property

RÉSUMÉ. Cette étude vise donc à prouver surtout la relation entre le ballet, l'anorexie, et l'image de soi chez le personnage principal du roman Robert des Noms Propres, écrit en 2013 par Amélie Nothomb, une auteure francophone de Belgique. Cette recherche utilise la méthode d'analyse descriptive, pour obtenir une vue holistique des problèmes dans l'œuvre littéraire, qui ont été étudié en utilisant l'approche psychologique. Cette écriture est préparée en utilisant un large éventail de documents liés au thème du ballet, l'anorexie, et l'image de soi chez les filles. Le résultat de la recherche montre qu'il existe une relation causale entre ces trois elements cités. Le trouble de l'alimentation s’est montré depuis l’enfance du personnage principal qui devient anorexique en raison d'un traumatisme, les influences de l'environnement, ainsi que les exigences de sa profession en tant que danseuse de ballet. Cette recherche apporte également l’information que l’image de soi chez l’adolescente s’est formé dans les aspects cognitifs, affectifs, et psychomotoriques. This study aims to prove above all the relationship between ballet, anorexia, and self-image in the main character of the novel Robert des Noms Propres, written in 2013 by Amélie Nothomb, a French-speaking author from Belgium. This research uses the method of descriptive analysis, to obtain a holistic view of the problems in the literary work, which were studied using the psychological approach. This writing is prepared using a wide range of documents related to the theme of ballet, anorexia, and self-image in girls. The result of the research shows that there is a causal relationship between these three elements. The eating disorder has been shown since the childhood of the main character who becomes anorexic due to trauma, environmental influences, as well as the demands of her profession as a ballet dancer. This research also brings the information that the adolescent's self-image has formed in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric aspects. Keywords: ballet, anorexia, self-image, adolescent girls

General Method

This study aimed to analyze the value-added of salted little tuna in Bandung Regency. The general method used in this research is the case study method. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. And to analyze the value-added, the Hayami’s methods were used. The research conduct in Bandung regency from July to August 2021. The results of this research show that value added of salted little tuna in Bandung regency is 27% it means the price of salted little tuna increase 27% from the price of fresh little tuna fish. So, the value-added of salted little tuna is relatively still low. The strategic that used to increase the value added of salted little tuna i.e., increasing in production, increasing in price, and decreasing in costs.

This research is about the influence of financing mudharabahincome of the result of profitability (return on assets) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. for period 2011 until 2015. The main problem in this research is how much financing mudharabahincome that calculated by ratio of mudharabahwhich is ratio of mudharabahincome and total revenue sharing income, influencing the profitability that calculated by return on assets (ROA) which is ratio of net income and total assets. This research has a purpose to describe and explain the influence between financing mudharabahincome with profitability (return on assets) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. for period 2011 until 2015. Research methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of financial statement of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. as the population and the samples consist of quarter financial statement of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia that published from 2011 until 2015. The statistic method used to test the research hypothesis is simple regression. After following the quantitative procedural, the result of this research show that financial mudharabahincome has influence the profitability, which is proved with the significant value is 0,009 that smaller than 0.05. Florentino Arriza is the main character in Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s novel, Love in the Time of Cholera. This main character experiences the change from an innocent young man to become an indecent man. This change is mainly caused by his love to a woman named Fermina Daza. Destiny makes him wait for more than half a century to finally win her love. This article results in several conclusions. First, Florentino Ariza fits the criteria of the combination of the dynamic and round characters. Second, he belongs to the group of Melancholy. In addition, there are two factors for his personality changes: lovesickness and environmental temptation.

Mira Lesmana, produser terkemuka Indonesia, membuat gebrakan dengan meliris dan menulis sendiri cerita film Ada Apa dengan Cinta 2. Kekuatan film ini tidak semata-mata bersandar dari sekuel sebelumnya, namun juga dikemas dengan aliran cerita yang menarik. Alur menggantung pada sekuel sebelumnya merupakan peluang besar untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas. Bentuk kreativitas Mira Lesmana dalam menulis cerita film ini adalah untuk mengubah karakter utama, Rangga. Karakter Rangga sengaja dibuat berbeda didasari tokoh Cinta. Perubahan karakter Rangga terjadi pada awal dan akhir cerita. Perubahan karakter Rangga dapat dilihat dari ekspresi, dialog dan tanggapan dari orang lain mengetahui sehingga dapat diketahui perubahan karakter dasar (karakter tokoh 3D) adalah fisiologis, sosiologis, dan psikologis. Perubahan karakter Rangga dapat diketahui melalui pendekatan psikologi yang didalamnya memuat karakterisasi tokoh, kostelasi tokoh, dan konsepsi tokoh. Melalui pendekatan tersebut akan nampak struktur, dinamika, dan perkembangan tokoh Rangga sehingga dapat diketahui perubahan karakter Rangga yang berdampak pada kehidupannya dalam film ini. Mira Lesmana, Indonesia's leading producer, made a breakthrough by writing story itself and released the film “What’s Up with Love? 2”. The strength of the film is not simply leaning on the previous sequel, but also packed with interesting stories flow. Flow hang on previous sequel is a great opportunity to develop creativity. Mira Lesmana form of creativity in the writing of this movie is to change the main character, Rangga. Characters of Rangga deliberately made different based on the character of Cinta. Rangga character changes occur at the beginning and end of the story. Character of Rangga change can be seen from the expression, dialogue and feedback from others to know that it can be seen changes in the basic character (characters 3D) is a physiological, sociological, and psychological. Rangga character change can be known through the psychological approach which includes the characterization of the figures, kostelasi character, and character conception. Through this approach would seem the structure, dynamics and character development that can be known Rangga character changes that have an impact on life in this film.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan model pembelajaran berbasis multikultural melalui analisis studi literatur dan survei lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Studi literatur yang dilakukan meliputi dua hal yaitu analisis kurikulum dengan mengkaji Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan tahun 2016 mengenai kurikulum 2013 untuk mengetahui kebutuhan kurikulum pada mata pelajaran sejarah terkait model pembelajaran dan analisis teoretis dengan mengkaji beberapa literatur mengenai model pembelajaran dan karakteristik mata pelajaran sejarah yang digunakan dalam mendukung pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis multikultural. (2) Survei lapangan dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran sejarah di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2, Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 9 Kota Pontianak. Pada intinya guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis multikultural, tetapi tidak didasari pada pemahaman pelaksanaan pendidikan multikultural. (3) Dirumuskan sintak model pembelajaran berbasis multikultural. Kata Kunci: analisis kebutuhan; model pembelajaran; multikultural; mata pelajaran sejarah; AbstractThis research aims to analyze the needs of multicultural based learning through analysis of literature studies and field survey. The research was done with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection technique used literature studies and interviews. The data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of research show: (1) the literature study was done includes two things, curriculum analysis reviewing The Minister of Education and Culture Regulation 2016 about the 2013 curriculum which is done to know the needs of curriculum in historical subjects related to the multicultural based learning model and teorethical analysis reviewing some literature about the model of learning and the characteristics of historical subjects use in support of development multicultural based learning. (2) The field surve y is done by interview history teachers on senior high school 2, senior high school 8 and senior high school 9 of Pontianak. Basically the teachers have done multicultural learning process but they not aware about understanding the implementation of multicultural education (3) The formulation of multicultural based learning syntax. Abstract This study aims to explain death wish in the characterization of the main character. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with the psychology literature approach. The sources of data used were the novel Jisatsu Yotei Bi by Akiyoshi Rikako (2016) and the Indonesian translation of the novel, Scheduled Suicide Day (2017). The object of this research is a quotation in the form of narrative. The results of this study are the main character has a desire to die and it is shown by her always thinking about death and finding out in one website about ways to die that she thinks are comfortable and appropriate.
