IMPROVING THE STABILITY OF THE MOVEMENT OF TRAILED VEHICLES

Today, automobile and tractor trains with trailers are quite popular vehicles used for transporting agricultural goods in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. Road trains and trac-tors with trailers are characterized by lower performance indicators (maneuverability, stability of movement) than single vehicles. Accordingly, special requirements for safety and trouble-free op-eration are imposed on motor-tractor trains. The author of the article proposes a technical solution that provides longitudinal stability of the movement of multi-link trackless vehicles, and has, in comparison with known analogues, simplicity of design and increased efficiency in the operating conditions of multi-link tractor trains. Analytical studies have been carried out, which made it possible to justify the rational kinematic and geometric parameters of the proposed technical solu-tion. The strength parameters of the damping device installed at the coupling point of tractors and trailers, and ensuring the operational reliability of trailed dump vehicles, are determined. The re-sults of the conducted research are recommended to both domestic and foreign research institutes, design and production structures of the automotive industry for further study and refinement of the proposed device with a view to its possible introduction into practice.

Increasing the productivity and efficiency of agricultural cargo transportation in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is achieved through the use of tractor trains consist-ing of tractors and trailer links, the main of which are trailers. This method allows you to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural goods, as well as reduce the cost of transportation. During the analysis of the known designs of tractor-trailer dump trailers, it was revealed that a character-istic drawback is the imperfection of the design of the locking elements of the platforms designed to fix them on the chassis. As a result, a promising technical solution was developed, which, in comparison with the known ones, has a simple design and increased efficiency when fixing the bodies on the chassis. The article describes the design and the principle of operation of this tech-nical solution. The results of the structural strength calculation are presented. The conducted check showed that the obtained value of the safety factor, equal to 2.2, will ensure the operational reliability of trailed dump vehicles. The results of the study are recommended to both domestic and foreign research institutes, design and production structures of the automotive industry for further study and refinement of the proposed device with a view to its possible implementation in practice.

Vibroisolation systems of base desks for machine and testing facilities usually cannot effect efficient changing of their own frequencies according to operating conditions. Especially in the case of the automotive industry, the possibility of changing natural frequencies is very desirable. During varying operating conditions, the vibroisolation system needs to be regulated easily and quickly regarding the minimisation of dynamical forces transmitted to the ground and to ensure the stability of the testing process. This paper describes one of the options of tuning the base desk at a relatively short time and by sufficient change of own frequencies, which decides the dynamical behaviour of the whole system.

Согласно данным проекта Стратегии развития физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации до 2030 года, в 2008–2019 гг. численность систематически занимающегося физической культурой и спортом населения выросла в 2,5 раза. Это обусловливает необходимость создания инновационных продуктов для людей занимающихся спортом. Для определения перспектив создания продуктов специального назначения, в частности функциональных напитков для спортивного питания, проведен анализ патентов в этой области. Объектом анализа были 59 патентов, опубликованных с 1995 г. по май 2020 г. и занесенных в отечественную – ФИПС и международные – EAPATIS, USPTO, EPO, CISPATANT базы данных. Проанализированы следующие подклассы изобретений по актуализированной версии МПК: A23C, A23D, A23F, A23G, A23J, A23K, A23L, A61K, A61P, C12G. Результаты исследований представлены на рисунках в виде диаграмм. Установлено, что производство функциональных напитков для спортивного питания активно развивается. Российская Федерация имеет преимущество по количеству зарегистрированных патентов в этой области, но по объему производства продукции уступает зарубежным странам. Поскольку продукция агропромышленного комплекса России вполне удовлетворяет требованиям потребителей к натуральности сырьевого состава продукта, для обеспечения стабильности внутреннего рынка перспективно развитие отечественного производства функциональных напитков для спортивного питания. According to the draft strategy for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation until 2030, in 2008–2019, the number of people systematically engaged in physical culture and sports increased by 2,5 times. This makes it necessary to create innovative products for people involved in sports. To determine the prospects for creating special-purpose products, in particular functional beverages for sports nutrition, an analysis of patents in this area was conducted. 59 patents published from 1995 to may 2020 and included in the national – FIPS and international – EAPATIS, USPTO, EPO, CISPATANT databases were the object of analysis. Subclasses of inventions according to the updated version of the IPC A23C, A23D, A23F, A23G, A23J, A23K, A23L, A61K, A61P and C12G are analyzed. The results of the research are presented in figures in the form of diagrams. It is established that the production of functional beverages for sports nutrition is actively developing. The Russian Federation has an advantage in the number of registered patents in this area, but in terms of production volume it is inferior to foreign countries. Since the products of the Russian agro-industrial complex fully meet the requirements of consumers for the naturalness of the raw material composition of the product, the development of domestic production of functional beverages for sports nutrition is promising to ensure the stability of the domestic market.

The paper considers a new doubly-fed freight electric locomotive taking into account the world experience of locomotive construction, the regulatory base and operating conditions on the railways of Russia. Its parameters are presented: the main technical characteristics in comparison with currently used electric locomotives of new series, standard traction characteristics, and the characteristic of electric braking. Features of the design of the units and parts of the undercarriage and brake equipment are given. The studied doubly-fed freight electric locomotive is designed taking into account the optimal combination of equipment backup capabilities and increased operational reliability with minimization of the failure flow causing the withdrawal of two or more traction axles due to the faults. It has promising possibilities for replacing outdated locomotives with alternating and direct current, operated on sections with changing and adjacent stations, electrified on a constant and single-phase alternating current in the places where such sections are joined to the extent of the organization of traffic control according to the principles of working domain technologies. In this case, the joints between the two types of the train current can pass nearly without stopping, their running time is shortened, and the performance indicators are improved.

The article presents the results of analysis and research on the state of the engineering service of the agro-industrial complex, as well as the analysis of the "Strategy for the development of agricultural engineering in Russia for the period up to 2030" from the standpoint of its eff ectiveness in providing the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation with the necessary amount of agricultural machinery. Assess the actual state of the agricultural machine-building industry and the needs of the Russian Federation agro-industrial complex in updating the machine park. To substantiate the organizational and technological models for maintaining the performance of agricultural machinery, primarily energy-rich, in modern operating conditions using new technologies. The analysis of publications of domestic and foreign authors, refl ecting the state of the engineering service of the agroindustrial complex. The factors that determine the choice of an organizational and technological model for maintaining the operability of equipment in relation to the conditions of the agro-industrial complex of Russia are investigated. Received and processed statistical information on the current state of the equipment park and enterprises of the repair and service base of the agro-industrial complex. Based on the results of the study, the state of the fl eet of agricultural machinery used was determined, as well as the ability of the repair and maintenance base of the agro-industrial complex to ensure its performance. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the positive capabilities of various life support systems of equipment and systems for maintenance and repair is hampered by the unstable position of participants in the processes of production, use and renovation of equipment. It was also revealed that the fl eet of equipment is outdated, requires large volumes of maintenance and repair, and the repair and maintenance base of the agro-industrial complex in Russia as a whole is not able to fulfi ll the tasks of providing the necessary level of technical assistance when using agricultural machinery

The main objective of the article is to substantiate a systematic approach to the introduction of all types of innovations in the development of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern world it is especially important to ensure the national security of the country and the defense industry plays a crucial role in this. At the same time, one cannot but note the importance of the defense industry in the production of high-tech civilian products and dual-use products, which enhances the country's competitiveness in the world market. In addition, the relevance of the topic is due to the presence of rather serious problems in the Russian defense industry, which require immediate resolution. The article uses the methodology of structurally functional analysis, the institutional approach and the method of comparative assessments. The authors conclude that technological innovation alone will not be able to achieve strategic results for ensuring national security, only in conjunction with organizational, product, social and marketing innovations, the domestic defense industry is able to solve its tasks.

<div>In the atomic layer deposition (ALD) of Cobalt (Co) and Ruthenium (Ru) metal using nitrogen plasma, the structure and composition of the post N-plasma NHx terminated (x = 1 or 2) metal surfaces are not well known but are important in the subsequent metal containing pulse. In this paper, we use the low-index (001) and (100) surfaces of Co and Ru as models of the metal polycrystalline thin films. The (001) surface with a hexagonal surface structure is the most stable surface and the (100) surface with a zigzag structure is the least stable surface but has high reactivity. We investigate the stability of NH and NH2 terminations on these surfaces to determine the saturation coverage of NHx on Co and Ru. NH is most stable in the hollow hcp site on (001) surface and the bridge site on the (100) surface, while NH2 prefers the bridge site on both (001) and (100) surfaces. The differential energy is calculated to find the saturation coverage of NH and NH2. We also present results on mixed NH/NH2-terminations. The results are analyzed by thermodynamics using Gibbs free energies (ΔG) to reveal temperature effects on the stability of NH and NH2 terminations. Ultra-high vacuum (UHV) and standard ALD</div><div>operating conditions are considered. Under typical ALD operating conditions we find that the most stable NHx terminated metal surfaces are 1 ML NH on Ru (001) surface (350K-550K), 5/9 ML NH on Co (001) surface (400K-650K) and a mixture of NH and NH2 on both Ru (100) and Co (100) surfaces.</div>

Scientifically substantiated personnel industry policy contributes to the implementation of an innovative development scenario, provides better results with reduced production costs, which determines the relevance of the studying. The main goal of the work was identified factors and indicators which have regulatory influence on the state and development of the personnel potential of the industry. Diagnostics of the labor potential of land reclamation by federal districts revealed leaders and outsiders of sectoral development. The studying made it possible to justify the steady trend of the shortage of reclamation personnel in comparison with the calculated indicators. Objective and subjective reasons and factors that hinder the effective using of the industry’s personnel potential are distinguished. The concept of industry’s labor potential is clarified. The studying of changes in labor productivity in agriculture has confirmed a twofold increasing in this indicator for the period from 2014 to 2018. Methodological approaches to the indicators of assessing the labor potential of the reclamation industry are substantiated. The groups of socio-economic indicators of the reclamation industry’s effectiveness are identified. The methodology for determining the quantitative characteristics of labor potential on irrigated lands is specified, which is depended on the area of irrigated lands. The labor potential of the reclamation industry in terms of staffing the industry is studied. The main positive and negative trends of the personnel policy and the labor potential’s formation of the agro-industrial complex’s reclamation sector of the Russian Federation are specified, the industry personnel policy is assessed as passive, which does not allow predicting the needs for industry personnel, evaluate staff activities and analyze personnel problems. Highlighted characteristic trends in personnel potential in the federal district and regions of the Russian Federation allow: to develop unified approaches to manage this industry development factor; to develop recommendations to improve the efficiency of advanced training and retraining of personnel in irrigated agriculture. The implementation of the recommendations will contribute to increase the efficiency of the managing the human potential’s process of irrigated agriculture at the level of federal, regional and municipal authorities of the reclamation sector of the agro-industrial complex of Russia.
