IMPROVING THE RELIABILITY OF TRAILED DUMP VEHICLES

Increasing the productivity and efficiency of agricultural cargo transportation in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is achieved through the use of tractor trains consist-ing of tractors and trailer links, the main of which are trailers. This method allows you to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural goods, as well as reduce the cost of transportation. During the analysis of the known designs of tractor-trailer dump trailers, it was revealed that a character-istic drawback is the imperfection of the design of the locking elements of the platforms designed to fix them on the chassis. As a result, a promising technical solution was developed, which, in comparison with the known ones, has a simple design and increased efficiency when fixing the bodies on the chassis. The article describes the design and the principle of operation of this tech-nical solution. The results of the structural strength calculation are presented. The conducted check showed that the obtained value of the safety factor, equal to 2.2, will ensure the operational reliability of trailed dump vehicles. The results of the study are recommended to both domestic and foreign research institutes, design and production structures of the automotive industry for further study and refinement of the proposed device with a view to its possible implementation in practice.

Today, automobile and tractor trains with trailers are quite popular vehicles used for transporting agricultural goods in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. Road trains and trac-tors with trailers are characterized by lower performance indicators (maneuverability, stability of movement) than single vehicles. Accordingly, special requirements for safety and trouble-free op-eration are imposed on motor-tractor trains. The author of the article proposes a technical solution that provides longitudinal stability of the movement of multi-link trackless vehicles, and has, in comparison with known analogues, simplicity of design and increased efficiency in the operating conditions of multi-link tractor trains. Analytical studies have been carried out, which made it possible to justify the rational kinematic and geometric parameters of the proposed technical solu-tion. The strength parameters of the damping device installed at the coupling point of tractors and trailers, and ensuring the operational reliability of trailed dump vehicles, are determined. The re-sults of the conducted research are recommended to both domestic and foreign research institutes, design and production structures of the automotive industry for further study and refinement of the proposed device with a view to its possible introduction into practice.

Based on the analysis of the state of agriculture in Russia, the trends that led to the need for the introduction of integrated reporting for agricultural enterprises are highlighted.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the development of technologies and technical means of transportation of grain cargoes by rail in Ukraine. Methodology. The research was carried out on the basis of methods for analyzing the state of development of the processes of transportation of grain cargo in Ukraine and in other states, as well as analysis of literature sources, statistical reports on the export of grain, the state of railways. Results. The paper deals with the history of development and the problem of organizing cargo transportation to seaports by independent carriers. The needs for reducing the cost of transportation of grain cargo are determined. It has been established that when solving this issue, one should use the achievements of domestic scientists, as well as the know-how of advanced developed countries in the implementation of grain transportation. The study shows the potential for applying foreign experience, taking into account the peculiarities of the local specifics of the development of political and geographic conditions and the existing infrastructure. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it provides a study of methods for organizing the transportation of grain cargo by rail, used in the world and an analysis of the possibility of their application in Ukraine. Practical significance. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that it can be used for further research, development of a state development program and assistance to the agro-industrial industry of Ukraine, in the analysis of the construction of new elevators, the introduction of new transportation technologies, as well as for assessing the costs associated with various logistics schemes for grain delivery to seaports.

The influence of the existing conditions of operational work at transportation of cargoes by group and single cars is investigated. An analysis of modern approaches to improving the efficiency of the car fleet and the competitiveness of railway transport in the transport market of Ukraine. The most perspective approaches and directions of improvement of cargo delivery systems are allocated. A study of the efficiency of the organization of transportation by the criterion of total car-hours of downtime under accumulation. A mathematical model of chemical cargo transportation by carriage, group shipments and transportation of container trains with accumulation to technical norms of trains in the directions of transportation has been developed. The efficiency of two models of chemical cargo shipment organization is compared and a more efficient transportation option is identified. It is established that for more efficient use of rolling stock and reduction of car turnover there is transportation of goods in cars as a part of a container train. The influence of the components of the car turnover on its final value is analyzed. A study of the cost of transportation of benzene in tanks and tank containers in some areas. According to research, the cost of transporting benzene in tank containers on railway ownership platforms is twice less than in private tanks and tanks of Ukrzaliznytsia fleet. These recommendations will improve the process of transportation and increase the volume of goods by rail.

The article considers the history of the Northern sea route formation and the current state of this transit artery, which makes it possible to determine the potential, existing problems and prospects for using the considered communication. The importance of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation as a strategic region rich in minerals is noted. The main export and transit orientation of the Arctic communications was revealed. Attention is paid to the development of international cooperation. A review of cargo flows is given and an analysis of the state of cargo transportation in the SMP is carried out. Alternative schemes of cargo transportation from region to region are proposed, which allows to significantly reduce the cost of transport services — this will further reduce the cost of transported products for the end user. It is proposed to organize intra-basin transportation through or through the operation of all types of transport that can participate in the «SMP-regions» system. The selection criteria for each participant will be the cost of transportation. The key positions in this system are occupied by river and sea transport, since there are no other types of transport. In connection with the active development of the SMP, the system proposed by the authors will be actively developed as it coincides with the key positions of the strategy for the development of the economy and transport of the Russian Federation.

The article deals with the conditions for the formation and implementation of innovation policy in the agro-industrial complex of Russia, including in the food industry. Against the background of the growth of positive dynamics of domestic research and development expenditures in the Russian Federation, the share of high-tech products in the Russian agro-industrial complex in 2018 is only 7.1% of the total volume. The share of food industry enterprises engaged in innovative activities increased from 11.6% to 14.2% in 2010-2018, while the cost of innovative products increased 2.3 times. The most important factor in the activity of innovative activities of enterprises is state support. Innovation policy in the agro-industrial complex is designed to promote the development of the food industry and the growth of its national and global competitiveness.

An adequate and balanced choice of a model for regulating tariffs for the supply of hydrocarbons through pipelines has a decisive impact on the level of costs of participants in the transportation process, and the profits of economic entities. The classification of methods for determining tariffs for oil transportation, the specifics of the formation of tariffs in the United States and Russia, as well as a comparative analysis of the cost of transportation by various modes of transport for these countries are presented. The choice in the work of the American and Russian markets is due to the fact that the US oil transportation infrastructure is the closest in terms of the scale of development of the oil industry, as well as the degree of development of the pipeline system to the Russian Federation.

The current state of agricultural machinery in the agro-industrial complex shows that service as a direction of production activities aimed at maintaining machinery in working order has ceased to exist. Foreign and domestic experience in the operation of equipment shows that maintaining equipment in working order for consumers is an important economic task. In the current market conditions in Ukraine, technical service in the agro-industrial complex should be considered as a strategic direction to ensure the efficiency of equipment during operation from the standpoint of legal, economic, regulatory, technical, technological and personnel support, as an integral link between producer and consumer. techniques. The issues of problems in technical operation of vehicles and machines and foreign experience in organizing technical service in order to comprehensively study the basics of operational reliability of equipment, advanced technologies of technical service used in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and abroad. The experience of the organization of repair and maintenance in foreign countries, which is based on reducing the cost of agricultural mechanization. It is established that in modern economic conditions one of the main resources is information about the market, production technologies, various "know-how", which are the result of combining the efforts of scientists and specialists in various fields of production, etc. It is determined that for the effective implementation of scientifically sound methods of management, promotion of knowledge-intensive technologies in production, analysis of the information environment in which the enterprise operates, it is necessary to have a separate subject of market relations, which could perform such work. The set of services provided to the consumer is called a technical service. The motivating motive for improving the technical service is not to lose a potential buyer of its products, to attract a new buyer, to win a competition with a competitor, to ensure its survival and prosperity.
