This research method are Quasi Eksperiment with design Non-Equivalent Control Group. Research subjects areelementary school studentsgrades 4-6are divided intoan experimental groupanda control groupusing70samples. Statistical test with significant level (α=0,05) using Paired sample t-test, showed there is difference average value on knowledge level(p-value=0.000) andattitude(p-value=0.000) in the experimental groupaftertreatment and there is no difference average value on knowledge(p-value=0.202) andattitude(p-value=0.750) in the control group. The result of Independent t-test showed there any effect of health education with ladder snake about prevention of pest disease on knowledge level (p-value=0,000) and attitude (p-value=0,000). Suggestedto health practitionersto disseminate society how to prevention pest disease, especially about vector and reservoir pest disease

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap responden terhadap nutrisi pada luka kronik menggunakan desain penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan non-equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 responden yangdibagi menjadi 15 responden kelompok eksperimen dan 15 responden kelompok kontrol yang diambil berdasarkan kriteria inklusi menggunakan purposive sampling. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan pendidikan kesehatan berupa edukasi tentang nutrisi pada luka kronik. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk variabel pengetahuan dan sikap adalah kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan sikap. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat menggunakan Independent sample T-test dan dependent sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pengetahuan responden setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 84.67 dan pada kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan pendidikan kesehatan adalah 60.00.sedangkan rata-rata sikap responden setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 47.07 dan pada kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan pendidikan kesehatan adalah 42.33.Hasil statistik diperoleh p value untuk variabel pengetahuan (0.000) &lt; alpha (0.05), dan p value untuk variabel sikap (0.001) &lt; alpha (0.05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan pendidikan kesehatanberpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap responden dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap responden tentang nutrisi pada luka kronik berdasarkan perspektif budaya.ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to identify the effect of health education on respondent knowledge and attitude. Design of this study was a quasy experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The data was conducted by 30 samples which divided into 15 as the experimental group and 15 as a control group based on inclusions criteria using purposive sampling. The experimental group was given health education meanwhile control group was not. Knowledge and attitude were measured by questionnaire. The univariate analysis was conducted to show frequency distribution and bivariate analysis was conducted by an independent sample T-test and dependent sample T-test. The result showed that mean of knowledge after given health education in experiment group was 84.67 and in control group was 60.00, and mean of attitude after given health education in the experimental group was 47.07 and in control group was 42.33. The statistic showed p-value in knowledge variable (0.000) < alpha (0.05) and p-value in attitude variable (0.001) < alpha (0.05) which means that health education effective for respondent knowledge and attitude and recommended to be applied in nursing intervention to increase knowledge and attitude about nutrition in chronic wound based on cultural perspective.

Background: Adolescence showed maturation of the reproductive organs one of menstruation. When menstruation dysmenorrhea usually accompanied to disrupt the activities of youth and reduce quality of life of individuals. In Indonesia the incidence of dysmenorrhea amounted to 64.25%. Teens knowledge about dysmenorrhea showed 78.3% of young women are included in the category level of knowledge is lacking. Hence the need for health education about dysmenorrhea, the importance of knowledge about adolescent dysmenorrhea can change attitudes in dealing with dysmenorrhea appropriately and well, so as to achieve healthy behaviors (health behavior). Objective: To determine the effect of health education on the  attitudes of young women in dealing with dysmenorrhea. Method: The research design uses methods quasy Experiment pretest and posttest design with non-equivalent control group. The samples used were 36 respondents. Analysis of the data used is univariable and Paried bivariable analysis using t-test and Independent t-test with a significance level of p <0.05. Result: There are differences in the attitude between pretest and posttest in the intervention group with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). There are differences in the attitude pretest and posttest control group with a p-value  of p-value 0.028 (<0.05). There are differences in the attitude posttest between the intervention group and the control group with a p-value 0.003 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is effect on dysmenorrhea health education on attitudes of young women in dealing with dysmenorrhea in SMP N 1 Pleret. Keyword : Dysmenorhea, Attitude.

This study aims to analyze the influence of group investigation (GI) model on learning motivation of Student Environmental Education. This type of research is quasi experiment with non equivalent control group posttest only design. Research subjects consist of 2 semester students (2 classes) selected based on the value of Middle Semester Exam (UTS) odd semester of academic year 2017-2018 which has the average value is almost the same (homogeneous). The control class uses lecture and discussion models, while the experimental class uses the GI model. The instrument used to measure learning motivation is A Manual for the Use of the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) developed by Pintrich et al. Further data obtained were analyzed by using Independent Sample T-Test Test with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of GI model on the motivation to learn the environment of mahMahasiswa. It was based on the analysis results of the Independent Sample T-Test Test that showed the p-level 0.000. The p-level value is less than 0.05 (p <0.05). Introduction: Health education is the important experience of surgery to client that can used audio visual aids.  The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of audio visual aids to the capability exercise post laparotomy. Method: Research design was quasy experiment non equivalent control group design. Research sample was 20 patients whose laparotomy at Mardi Waluyo Hospital Blitar at May 25th until June 16th, 2012, its choosed with accidental sampling. The data collected by observation using checklist. Analysis using independent sample T-Test, with ≤0.05 significant level. Result: The results showed that audio visual aids at health education influence capability exercise post laparatomy, with p value 0.000. Discussion: Using tool and method appropriate at health education pre operatif effective to improve output learning.   Keywords: audio visual aids, exercise, laparotomy

IMPROVEMENT OF HEMOGLOBIN (Hb) LEVELS IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH ANEMIA WITH THE CONSUMPTION OF JAMBU SEEDS (PSIDIUM GUAJAVA. L) ABSTRACT Background Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the socio-economic condition of the community and its influence is very large on the quality of human resources. The incidence of anemia in pregnant women 2018 in Pesisir Barat Regency is 29.9%. The incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Krui Health Center is 67.5%. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of giving guava juice (Psidium Guajava. L) to the increase of hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women with anemia in Krui health center in 2019.Methods Quantitative Research Type, the research design is a quasi-experimental method with a Non-equivalent Control Group Design approach. The population in this study were as many as 60 second trimester pregnant women and third trimester who had anemia, a sample of 30 pregnant women. 15 people were given treatment with guava fruit juice and Fe tablets, and 15 people were given treatment with Fe tablets, with inclusion criteria Willing to be respondents, Willing to consume guava juice, Pregnant women with mild and moderate anemia with hemoglobin levels (Hb 7.9 - 10 g / dl). With purposive sampling sampling technique. Analyze data with T-test (univariat and bivariat).The results showed an average hemoglobin level before consumption of guava juice and Fe tablets of 9.72 gr / dl, the average hemoglobin level after consumption of guava juice and Fe tablets was 11.13 gr / dl, the average hemoglobin level before consumption of Fe tablets of 9.80 gr / dl, the average hemoglobin level after consumption of FE tablets was 10.60 gr / dl. Conclusion It was known that there was an effect of giving guava juice (Psidium Guajava. L) to Hb levels in pregnant women with anemia in Krui Public Health Center, West Coast District in 2019. The results of the t test were p value 0,000 <α (0.05).Suggestion  It is recommended for health workers, especially midwives, to encourage pregnant women to consume guava juice as a companion to Fe because it can raise hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Keywords              : Guava Juice, Tablets Fe, Hemoglobin Level ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Anemia pada kehamilan merupakan masalah nasional karena mencerminkan keadaan sosial ekonomi masyarakat dan pengaruhnya sangat besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat adalah sebesar 29,9%. Angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Krui sebesar 67,5%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Jambu Biji (Psidium Guajava. L) Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) pada Ibu Hamil dengan Anemia di Puskesmas Krui Tahun 2019.Metode Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian metode quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 orang ibu hamil trimester II dan trimester III yang mengalami anemia, Sampel sebanyak 30 ibu hamil. 15 orang diberikan perlakuan dengan jus jambu biji dan tablet Fe, dan 15 orang diberikan perlakun dengan tablet Fe, dengan kriteria inklusi Bersedia menjadi responden, Bersedia mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji, Ibu hamil dengan anemia ringan dan sedang dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb 7,9 – 10 g/dl). Dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisa data dengan uji T-test (univariat dan bivariat).Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum konsumsi jus jambu biji dan tablet Fe sebesar 9,72 gr/dl, rata-rata kadar hemoglobin setelah konsumsi jus jambu biji dan tablet Fe sebesar 11,13 gr/dl, rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum konsumsi tablet Fe sebesar 9,80 gr/dl, rata-rata kadar hemoglobin setelah konsumsi tablet Fe sebesar 10,60 gr/dl.Kesimpulan Diketahui Ada Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Jambu Biji (Psidium Guajava. L) Terhadap Kadar Hb pada Ibu Hamil dengan Anemia di Puskesmas Krui Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Tahun 2019. ABSTRAKWorld Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan setiap harinya 800 perempuan meninggal akibat komplikasi kehamilan dan proses melahirkan. Kematian maternal indikator penting dalam keberhasilan program kesehatan ibu sekaligus salah satu indikator dalam menggambarkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Senam hamil merupakan alternatif terapi latihan berupa aktivitas atau gerak yang diberikan pada ibu hamil untuk mempersiapkan diri, baik persiapan fisik maupun psikologis dalam kehamilan dan proses kelahiran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh senam hamil terhadap durasi Tidur ibu hamil trimester III di Klinik Etam Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen  desain penelitian  non equivalent control group dengan jumlah sampel 20 Responden dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai rata-rata durasi tidur pada kelompok intervensi 9,6 jam/hari dan pada kelompok control memiliki nilai rata-rata 6,4 jam/hari. Kelompok intervensi didapatkan nilai p value 0,005 dan kelompok control 0,157. Ada perbedaan efektifitas senam hamil terhadap durasi tidur pada ibu hamil trimester III.                                                    Kata kunci : durasi tidur; ibu hamil; senam hamil  PREGNANCY EXERCISE TO IMPROVE SLEEP DURATION IN TRIMESTER III PREGNANT MOTHERABSTRACTWorld Health Organization (WHO) estimates that every day, 800 women die due to pregnancy complications and childbirth. Maternal mortality is an important indicator in the success of maternal health programs as well as one indicator in describing the degree of public health. Pregnancy exercise is an alternative exercise therapy in the form of activities or movements given to pregnant women to prepare themselves, both physical and psychological preparation in pregnancy and birth process. The aim of this research was to identify effectiveness pregnant exercises towards sleep duration in pregnant mother trimester III in Etam Clinic in 2019. Type of research was quasi-experimental design with a non equivalent control group with 20 respondents. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average value of sleep duration after pregnancy exercise in the intervention group 9.6 and in the control group had an average value of 6.4. The wilcoxon test in the intervention group obtained p value 0.005 and the control group 0.157. This means that Ho is rejected; there is a difference in the effectiveness of pregnancy exercises against sleep duration in third trimester pregnant women at the etam clinic in 2019. Keyword: pregnancy exercise; sleep duration; pregnancy

Background: Choking deserves attention because it often happens to children. The inappropriate handling of choking becomes a vigilance. Caution and handling of choking become crucial even to cadres of Posyandu (the centre for pre- and post-natal health care and information for women and for children under five) in Karangsari Village. Thus, providing them with health education is necessary.Objective: To identify the influence of health education about handling choking on children through booklet media on the knowledge level of Posyandu cadres in Karangsari Village.Research Methods: This is a quantitative research using pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design approach. The research sample was taken through a total sampling technique. There were 30 cadres fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument consists of pre and post-test questionnaire, which was modified and had been tested for its validity and reliability.Research Result: The research result indicates that the knowledge average value obtained by the 30 respondents before being given health education is 61.50 and after being given health education is 88.00. The result of bivariate analysis using t-test sample paired test shows the p-value of 0.0001.Conclusion: There is an influence of health education about handling choking on children through booklet media on the knowledge level of Posyandu cadres in Karangsari Village.

Background: The total infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia shows that the infant mortality rate in Indonesia is still relatively high when compared to ASEAN member countries, which is 4.6 times higher than Malaysia, 1.3 times more. Purpose: Analyzing the causative factors and indications for high-risk events and to analyze the increased understanding of mothers about high-risk neonates. Methods: The research was conducted in 2 stages, with quantitative research methods. In the first phase, a survey was conducted of 100 mothers who have babies and toddlers in the Pamulang Puskesmas working area. In the second phase of research, with a participatory approach, namely the provision of health education about High Risk neonates. The research design was a quasi experiment with non-equivalent control group design with pre test and post test design. A total of 27 samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data were processed using the Willcoxon test. Results: In this study, the results obtained were p value 0.011 (<0.05), which means that there is a difference in understanding between the pretest and posttest, there has been an increase in the average value of respondents' knowledge about high-risk neonates after health education. The mean value of maternal knowledge increased from 25.8 when the pre-test was conducted to 27.4 at the post-test. Conclusion: There are changes when after health education is carried out, the community can understand well the material providedSuggestion: health institution to increase understanding of pregnant women and mothers who have babies and toddlers in a more innovative and participatory way about the factors that cause high risk neonates and indications of high risk neonates in mothers. For the community, it can increase knowledge and insight as a reference in order to prevent the occurrence of high risk neonates in pregnant women and mothers who have babies and toddlers. Keywords: Participatory Approaches, High-Risk Neonates, Mother's Understanding ABSTRAK                                                                                                                                                        Latar Belakang: Jumlah Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesia menunjukan bahwa tingkat kematian bayi di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara anggota ASEAN, yaitu 4,6 kali lebih tinggi dari Malaysia, 1,3 kali lebih.Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab serta indikasi kejadian berisiko tinggi serta menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman ibu mengenai neonatus berisiko tinggi.Metode: Penelitian dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan survey terhadap ibu yang memiliki bayi dan balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pamulang, berjumlah 100 ibu. Pada penelitian tahap kedua, dengan pendekatan partisipatif yaitu pemberian pendidikan kesehatan mengenai neonatus Risiko Tinggi. Rancangan penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan desain Non-equivalent Control Group Design with pre test dan post test design. Sampel diambil sebanyak 27 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling data diolah menggunakan Uji Willcoxon. Hasil: Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa diperoleh p value 0,011 (<0,05) yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman antara pretest dan posttest, telah terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan responden mengenai neonatal risiko tinggi setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Nilai rata-rata pengetahuan ibu mengalami kenaikan dari 25,8 saat pre-test dilakukan menjadi 27,4 saat post-test.Kesimpulan:Terdapat perubahan pada saat setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan, masyarakat dapat memahami dengan baik dari materi yang diberikan.Saran : bagi instansi kesehatan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil serta ibu yang memiliki bayi dan balita dengan cara yang lebih inovatif dan partisipatif tentang faktor penyebab kejadian neonatus risiko tinggi maupun indikasi kejadian neonatus risiko tinggi pada ibu. Bagi Masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan sebagai acuan agar dapat mencegah terjadinya kejadian neonatus risiko tinggi pada ibu hamil serta ibu yang memiliki bayi dan balita. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Partisipatif, Pemahaman Ibu, Neonatus Risiko Tinggi

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Kejang demam yang terjadi berulang akan mengakibatkan efek yang buruk bagi anak, terutama untuk kecerdasan dan perkembangan otak. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah kejang demam berulang adalah dengan memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada ibu. Edukasi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu, sehingga sikap ibu akan berubah kearah positif. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dalam pencegahan kejang demam berulang. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan teknik pre test and post test nonequevalent control group pada 58 responden (kelompok intervensi=29 dan kelompok kontrol=29). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner A, B, C dan media audiovisual. Responden adalah ibu yang memiliki balita pernah mengalami kejang demam dan pernah dirawat di rumah sakit. Kelompok intervensi diberikan edukasi kesehatan tentang pencegahan kejang demam berulang dengan media video, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan intervensi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bivariat dengan uji paired t-test dan independent t-test dan multivariate dengan MANCOVA. Hasil: ada pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan (p=0,001) dan sikap (p=0,001). Kesimpulan: Edukasi dapat dimasukkan ke dalam rencana asuhan keperawatan ketika anak pertama kali dirawat di rumah sakit karena kejang demam, karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu sehingga ibu dapat mengambil sikap yang positif untuk pencegahan terjadinya kejang demam berulang.Kata kunci: edukasi kesehatan, pengetahuan, sikap, kejang, demamThe Effect of Health Education on Knowledge and Attitude of Mothers in Preventing the Recurrent Febrile Seizures Abstract The Recurrent Febrile Seizures (RFS) could affect the children intelligence and their brain development. Health education is one of the ways in order to prevent the RFS. By providing health education among mothers, it might increase their knowledge and could lead to a positive attitude in preventing the RFS. Aim: This study was aimed at investigating the effect of health education on knowledge and attitude of mothers in preventing the RFS among hospitalized children. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study with pre- and post-test nonequivalent control group with total sample was 58 respondents (intervention group, n=29, and control group, n=29). The instruments used in this study were questionnaire A, B, C and audiovisual media. Respondents in this determination are mothers who have children who have experienced febrile seizures and have been hospitalized. The video guidelines on RFS prevention was performed in the intervention group, while there was no intervention performed in the control group.Data was analysed with univariate (paired t-test and unpaired t-test) and multivariate with MANCOVA. Result: There was a significant effect of health education on knowledge (p=0.001), and attitude (p=0.001). Conclusion: Health education should be included in the nursing care plan when the children with RFS were admitted to the hospital.Keywords: Health education, knowledge, attitude, febrile, seizures

Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatar belakangi bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat dapat memberikan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini. Pemilihan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat dapat menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini di RA Al Khodijah Purworejo Ngunut Tulungagung. Media audio visual memberikan suara dan gambar yang bergerak sehingga dapat menarik minat anak dalam pembelajaran dan mempengaruhi kecerdasan bahasa anak. Sedangkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan APE akan mempermudah dan memberikan kesempatan pada anak untuk berimajinasi, berfikir kreatif, menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dan menemukan berbagai alternatif dalam pemecahan masalah.Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi experimental dan desain penelitian non equivalent control group design. Populasi anak usia dini kelompok B di RA Al Khodijah Purworejo Kecamatan Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang terdiri dari kelompok B1 sejumlah 30 anak dan kelompok B2 sejumlah 30 anak. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sejumlah 30 anak. Variabel independen media audio visual dan alat peraga edukatif, variabel dependen pengembangan bahasa anak. Data diambil dengan lembar observasi pengembangan bahasa anak, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji paired sample t test dan independent sample t test.Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan: 1) Ada pengaruh media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap hasil pengembangan bahasa anak kelas B di RA Al Khodijah Purworejo Ngunut Tulungagung. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari uji paired t test pengembangan bahasa anak antara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran media audio visual didapatkan p value 0,000 &lt; 0,05. 2) Ada pengaruh alat peraga edukatif terhadap hasil pengembangan bahasa anak kelas B di RA Al Khodijah Purworejo Ngunut Tulungagung. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari uji paired t test pengembangan bahasa anak antara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dengan alat peraga edukatif didapatkan p value 0,000 &lt; 0,05. 3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh media pembelajaran audio visual dan alat peraga edukatif terhadap hasil pengembangan bahasa anak kelas B di RA Al Khodijah Purworejo Ngunut Tulungagung. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari uji independen t test pengaruh media pembelajaran audio visual dan alat peraga edukatif terhadap hasil pengembangan bahasa anak didapatkan p value 0,004 &lt; 0,05.
