This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the recruitment process, selection process and employee competence on outsourced employee performance( in outsourcing Industries). Data was collected through questionnaires distributed and executed on 70 employees of outsourcing of commercial division, data analysis in this research using non- probability sampling technique and using saturation sampling where its data processing using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of the analysis show that the Recruitment Process, Selection process and Competence have the positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.

<em>To determine the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 85 Satpol PP Kecamatan Senen. Data analysis used simultaneously and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work environment have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen.</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi (X1), Pelayanan Prima (X2) dan Budaya Orgnaisasi (X3) dan pengaruhnya terhadp Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta, yang mana semua karyawan sejumlah 67 orang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu semua populasi yang ada di perusahaan turut menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data melalui teknik pengambilan survey yakni dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Meski setelah dilakukan, hanya 59 orang yang mengembalikan kuesioner untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi yakni SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, pelayanan prima dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif (signifikan) terhadap kinerja karyawan Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelayanan Prima, Budaya Organisasi, KinerjaThis study aims to determine the effect of Competence (X1), Excellent Service (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) and its effect on Employee Performance (Y). This research was conducted at Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta, where all 67 employees were respondents in this study. So the sampling technique in this study is saturated sample, that is, all the population in the company also become the research sample. The method of collecting data through survey collection techniques is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Even after it was done, only 59 people returned the questionnaire for further data processing. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using an application that is SPSS 25. The results of this study prove that competence has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance, Excellent service has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance, Organizational Culture has a positive (significant) effect on employee performance. Competence, excellent service and organizational culture together have a positive (significant) effect on the performance of Aston Rasuna Hotel Jakarta employees.Keywords: Competence, Excellent Service, Organizational Culture, Performance

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, prove and analyze the effect of teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at X Hospital, South Jakarta. Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative research by making permanent employees of Hospital X as many as 187 people as the population with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling, based on the solving formulas, a sample of 130 respondents was obtained. Data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program with a significance level of 5% (0.05). Results: The results show that teamwork partially has an influence on employee performance, work discipline partially has an influence on employee performance, organizational climate partially has an influence on employee performance, simultaneous teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate influence employee performance. Limitations: In the process of collecting data, researchers cannot directly see and assist respondents in completing the research because the health protocol implemented at hospital X south Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic is very strict. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can provide meaning and material for consideration to achieve increased performance in accordance with industry expectations and goals. And hoped that this research can provide positive benefits so that employees are motivated to maintain order and teamwork in carrying out their duties to improve employee performance.

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari; 2) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari; 3) Is there an effect of satisfaction on the performance of the employees of PT. Natafari; 4) Is there any influence of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari 2) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the performance of PT Natafari employees; 3) To determine the effect of satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari 4) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. This type of research is associative research. The variables used are compensation, career development, satisfaction and employee performance. The sample used is 70 people with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results show that 1) there is a significant effect of compensation on satisfaction and there is no influence on career development on satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of compensation and career development on employee performance 3) there is a significant effect of satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a significant effect on compensation and career development about employee performance through satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through organizational culture variables at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) which aims to test the proposed hypothesis about the effect of motivation on employee performance and organizational culture. This study uses quantitative data analysis with path analysis and classical assumption test using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit with a total of 104 employees. From the results of this study indicate that (1) motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a direct and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational culture can mediate indirectly between motivation and employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance. This research using quantitative research. Data were obtained by questionnaires to 37 respondents who worked at BSM Region III Office in 2020. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling, with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach is using a data analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis,  career development has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

Human resources are the driving force of an organization in achieving its objectives. So that employees who have good performance are needed to achieve the goals set by the company. To achieve good performance, support from the company's leadership is needed for employees. Support given by the leader can be in the form of appropriate compensation as rewards for employee performance. In addition, good performance can also be formed by creating good work discipline. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an interverning variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. The sample used in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y), the independent variable is compensation (X), and the interverning variable used is work discipline (Z). The data analysis test tool in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the study also showed that compensation indirectly had a significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05
