Human resources are the driving force of an organization in achieving its objectives. So that employees who have good performance are needed to achieve the goals set by the company. To achieve good performance, support from the company's leadership is needed for employees. Support given by the leader can be in the form of appropriate compensation as rewards for employee performance. In addition, good performance can also be formed by creating good work discipline. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an interverning variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. The sample used in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y), the independent variable is compensation (X), and the interverning variable used is work discipline (Z). The data analysis test tool in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the study also showed that compensation indirectly had a significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05

Human resources are one of the factors directly involved in carrying out company activities. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Ciledug Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method with an associative approach with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and verification with regression analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that partially the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Simultaneously testing the influence also concluded work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a probability statistic value <0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

The great potential of Indonesian tourism with its diversity of objects and attractions, supported by facilities and infrastructures as well as the potential of qualified human resources, made tourism as one of a major core businesses in Indonesia, especially in West Java . The developing tourism industry in Indonesia has spur a competition among the enterpreneur which involved in tourism business. It also has a great impact to Taman Bunga Nusantara, which is one of tourism objects in Cianjur and located strategically between the area of Jakarta-Bandung. The development of Taman Bunga Nusantara is quite good, but it deals with decreased numbers of tourists visit in the year 2006-2010. This is due to several factors, one of these factor is the competition among tourism businesses subject in Puncak and the opened access of Cipularang toll, therefore it impacts to several number of tourism objects in Puncak-Cianjur especially Taman Bunga Nusantara. Therefore, Taman Bunga Nusantara tries to attract visitors by offering a unique tour to emphasize the concept of nature. The independent variable (X) is distinctive capabilities which consists of two dimensions which are Reputation and Innovation. The dependent variable (Y), namely the decision to visit. The type of the study is descriptive verifikatif, and the method used was survey which use sistematic sampling technique, so it obtains 100 respondents of samples. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis test used was analyisis path (path analysis). The results showed that the distinctive capabilities provide a significant influence on the decision to visit. The biggest influence of distinctive capabilities of the Keputusan Berkunjung obtained through reputation and the smallest influence obtained through innovation. As for suggestions for the company in improving the decision to visit the Taman Bunga Nusantara is through the development of distinctive capabilities and a greater planning and innovative.

This study discusses how job satisfaction and workload affect employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi. The purpose of this study is to identify job satisfaction and workload that can affect employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a total of 80 respondents who are employees of BT Batik Trusmi. The independent variable in this study (X1) job satisfaction (X2) workload, while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). The analytical test tool used is SPSS 20 multiple regression analysis method. The results are  job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi, workload has a positive effect on employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi and job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance at BT Batik Trusmi.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

Providing compensation to employees is important for every company, including PT INTI to retain qualified employees today and in the future. PT INTI is a company whose primary based as telecommunication contractor located in Bandung. This study was conducted to determine the effect between direct financial compensation variables and indirect financial compensation toward employee performance. This research uses the descriptive method and data analysis with the path and regression analysis. The result of this research is a descriptive condition of direct and indirect financial compensation in PT INTI in the reality of 2008 is not good based on continuum line where the average percentage is 30,21% where employee expectation to incentive and celebration of the holiday is large. In addition, the simultaneous test shows that there is no linear relationship between direct compensation and indirect compensation for employee performance at PT INTI. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

<p class="Abstrak">Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value t<sub>count</sub> for the partial (sequential) starting from X<sub>1</sub> = 2,639, X<sub>2</sub> = 3,379 and X<sub>3</sub> = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of F<sub>count</sub> simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R<sup>2</sup>) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.</p>

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>
