The purpose of this research is to evaluate, analyze the potential and existing of PT. XYZ. From this research Management, PT. XYZ is expected to be able to choose the proper strategic management action. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. For Business Development Strategy analysis, this study used EFE and IFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM. The study found that PT. XYZ was in a strong position in making use of the power possessed and able to overcome the existing weaknesses the total IFE was 3.57 whose value was classified as exploiting the existing opportunity level. Meanwhile, the value of EFE coping the threat was 3,25.  IE matrix showed that PT XYZ has used growth and build strategies whose alternative strategies can be used to develop its business.

The purpose of this study was to identify internal and external factors of SMEs of Junggo Village Goat, to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Junggo Goat Village SMEs, to formulate a business development strategy that should be done of  SMEs of Goat Village Junggo . This research uses participatory action research (PAR) approach to data collection and processing. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of SWOT matrix analysis, there are several alternative strategies such as increasing the number of permanent customers, increasing sales capacity, increasing production capacity, promoting, performing financial and administration recording system, conducting market research and development, providing quality goats, increasing synergism and partnership, provide supplementary food and preventive medicine and conduct comparative studies.

The smooth supply of broken stone will greatly affect and even determine the speed and accuracy of the completion of a project. The availability of large stones or blondos as raw material to produce broken stones must be guaranteed availability, for this reason it is very important to have a quarry or land containing blondos to maintain the continuity of raw material supply for the stone crusher business. Purworejo Regency has potential in terms of sand and stone mining. Most of the land consists of rock with a percentage of approximately 60% of the total area of Purworejo Regency. The type of raw material that is owned is andesite with a deposit of mining rock which can be exploited for mining for more than 20 years. Because of that potential, it is very important for PT. X to conduct a strategy analysis before constructing a new stone crusher unit. An appropriate business development strategy is needed. The purpose of this research is to create a business development strategy of PT.X by using the SWOT and TOPSIS methods. Based on the alternatives of the SWOT matrix obtained 8 strategies to develop the company and selected strategic priorities with TOPSIS found that market opportunities are very wide open and immediately expand the marketing network with a maximum value of 1.

Taman Wisata Lebah is an apiculture-based agritourism business own by PT Madu Pramuka. The emergence of competition and shift in business, demanding companies to develop and choose good business strategies, to ensure the companies survivability. Therefore, Taman Wisata Lebah need to conduct research concerning business development strategy, so that the business run by Taman Wisata Lebah, can develop in accordance with the times. The purposes of this research are to know the internal and external company factors, to know some alternative business strategies, also to know the priority alternative strategies to Taman Wisata Lebah. The research used IFE and EFE matrix to identify external and internal factors, the SWOT and IE matrix to formulate appropriate alternative strategies, QSPM matrix to determine the best alternative strategies priority. Based on the results of this research, the best alternative strategy to be applied is to develop Gerakan Pramuka-based activities for students in the Taman Wisata Lebah agritourism areas.

ABSTRAKDengan adanya teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin canggih, hal tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM). Salah satunya yakni dengan cara mempromosikan usaha yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana implementasi strategi pengembangan serta dampak implementasi strategi pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) melalui media online di Desa Karangpoh kec. Krian kab. Sidoarjo (tinjauan pemasaran islam). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi strategi pengembangan project bunga kertas terbagi menjadi empat macam yakni memberikan promo, iklan, penentuan harga dan menjaga pelayanan dengan customer. ABSTRACTBusiness Development Strategy Certified Rice Seed On Subak Guama,Marga District, Tabanan RegencyThe increasing rate of population growth led to increased demand for food. Inorder to achieve food security, the use of certified seeds is one of the factors thatinfluence the improvement of yield and quality of production. Attempt to capturethese opportunities, Subak Guama need to make strategic business development ofcertified rice seed. The purpose of research is to investigate alternative strategiesand priorities appropriate strategies run by Subak Guama in the development ofcertified rice seed business.The research location was at Subak Guama. Respondents were selectedpurposively regarding their expertise and knowledge of the research. Primarydata were collected focus group discussions, surveys, and in-depth interviews.Secondary data were collected from publications. Formulation of alternativestrategies and priority strategies using SWOT matrix analysis and analysisQSPM.The results show alternative strategies of business development certifiedrice seed include: 1) expand market share in order to meet the potential needs ofseeds, 2) the formation of youth groups farmer, 3) improving the quality of humanresources, 4) empowerment of farmers through the capital strengthening farming5) integrated pest and disease control, and 6) optimization of the certified riceseed business. The result also shows that the priority strategy selected is capitalstrengthening farming.In supporting the development of business certified rice seed, members of SubakGuama is expected to strengthen the capital to apply for credit farming throughfinancial institutions/banks so as to increase production and develop productsseed varieties vary, increase access to a wider market so as to maintain its marketposition has been achieved, as well as more effective cooperation betweenfarmers with KUAT Subak Guama.Keywords: SWOT, QSPM, Rice Seed, Subak

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions as well as compose and recommend the business development strategy of agro-industries of Civet coffee at Satria agro- tourism in the Gianyar Regency. The methods used in this research is a method of observation field and in-depth interviews using questionnaire. Data field observations and interviews are then analyzed to obtain formulation strategies using the SWOT analysis. The assessment weighting and rating conducted by 5 experts. Results of the study show that there are 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. Results weighting and rating values for the matrix that the weighted Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.72 and matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) is 3.75. This value indicates a strong position on the matrix Internal external (IE) and the strategy to do is intensive and integrative strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, priority alternative strategy is maintaining of price and quality to expand marketing. Keywords : strategy, SWOT, agro tourism, civet coffee, QSPM

The Ministry of Transportation has instructed to Airport Management to improve public service. The instructions contained in the Circular of the Ministry of Transportasion No. HK.209/I/16PHB.2014 dated December 31, 2014 about Improvement of Public Service at the Airport in Indonesia. This research is aimed to evaluate development strategy of Soekarno Hattta Airport in improving public services based on a combination of internal and external factors. The method used SWOT analysis which is then formulated in the Cartesian diagram, External Internal matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of the analysis shows that the Cartesian Diagram of Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng currently resides in quadrant I that means the Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng on the competitive position of a very strong market in the business of airport with high competitiveness. There are four alternative strategies (SO, WO, ST, WT) which can be applied in the development of public services at Soekarno Hatta International Airport Cengkareng. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Bandara Soekarno Hattta Cengkareng dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik di bandara berdasarkan kombinasi dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal bandar udara. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT yang kemudian dirumuskan pada Diagram Cartesius, Matrik Internal Eksternal dan Matrik Swot. Hasil analisis pada Diagram Cartesius menunjukkan bahwa posisi Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng terletak pada kuadran I berarti Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng pada posisi kompetitif pasar yang sangat kuat dalam bisnis kebandarudaraan dan berdaya saing tinggi. Terdapat empat alternatif strategi (SO, WO, ST, WT) yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta - Cengkareng. The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategy of developing the footwear business. Case studies were carried out at CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor. The initial analysis was carried out by identifying the business of the ongoing CV Hikmah Shoe model and analyzing the external and internal scope to identify problems that occurred in the company. The descriptive method used to identify CV Hikmah Shoes Bogor using, Internal Factor Matrix (IFE) and External Evaluation Factor (EFE) used to analyze internal and external factors at CV Hikmah Shoesr. SWOT matrix selected to determine the strategy to be implemented and Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used as a process to determine strategic priorities for the company. The results of the SWOT Matrix in this study produced six alternative strategies that were chosen as development strategies at CV Hikmah Shoes, Bogor. results The best strategy taken in developing the footwear business is to maximize promotion and marketing using social media or e-commerce and to continue with the improvement business.

Community-based tourism is one type of tourism that involves community participation to achieve the goal of sustainable tourism development. The purpose of this study is to determine the tourism potential to be managed by the community based on people's perceptions of the existing tourism potential, as well as identifying people's perceptions of national, regional, and also traditional policies in tourism. This research was divided into several data collection, internal-external factor analysis, data analysis and development strategy analysis using the SWOT matrix. The conclusions of this study are (1) Natural resources in Labuan Bajo which can be used as tourist attractions that have not been managed and developed properly. Those are Ara Mountain, Ina Mountain, Namong Island, Kelaki Island, Kima Island, Komodo, wild horses and buffalo, savannah, Rangka Cave, Gosong, Pasir Timbul, Mangrove and several underwater object such as Manta and coral reefs. (2) Based on a quantitative strategy, the development strategy that is suitable to be carried out in Labuan Bajo is the S-O Strategy which is carried out by utilizing the strength needed to achieve the opportunities that exist. (3) Based on a qualitative strategy, a suitable strategy to be carried out in Labuan Bajo is related to the improvement of public facilities, partnerships with universities, improvement of the people's economy, and the improvement of regional and group economies. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine alternative strategies in the development of bamboo handicrafts business in Pasirjambu Village Pasirjambu District in Bandung Regency. Method used survey with SWOT analysis. The results show that the total value obtained from the IFAS table is 6.40 (average 3.20) with a strength score of 3,550 and the weakness score of 2.850, it shows that the strength factor of the bamboo handicraft business is greater than the weakness factor, while the total value EFAS of 6.10 (average 3.05). A opportunity score of 3.10 and a threat score of 3.0. This means that the opportunity factor is greater than the threat factor. The result of calculation of rating value and internal factor weight of bamboo handicraft business development strategy in Pasirjambu Village as X axis equal to 0,100, while external factor as Y axis equal to 0,700. This means the right alternative strategy is the SO strategy. Metode yang digunakan survey dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil, menunjukkan bahwa total nilai yang diperoleh dari tabel IFAS  adalah 6,40  (rata-rata 3,20) dengan skor kekuatan 3,550 dan skor kelemahan sebesar 2,850, ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor kekuatan usaha kerajinan bambu lebih besar dari faktor kelemahan, sedangkan total nilai EFAS yaitu sebesar 6,10 (rata-rata 3,05).  Skor peluang 3,10 dan skor ancaman sebesar 3,0. Artinya faktor peluang yang dimiliki lebih besar dari faktor ancaman. Hasil perhitungan nilai rating dan bobot faktor internal dari strategi pengembangan usaha kerajinan bambu di Desa Pasirjambu sebagai sumbu X sebesar 0,100, sedangkan faktor eksternal sebagai sumbu Y sebesar 0,700. Artinya strategi alternatif yang tepat adalah strategi SO. Strategi SO adalah strategi yang menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Kata kunci : Kerajinan bambu, perajin bambu, analisis SWOT
