Loyalitas Konsumen dalam Penggunaan Jasa Rumah Duka (Studi Kasus pada Rumah Duka Jelambar)

This study discusses consumer loyalty in the use of funeral home services. The theory used in this research is the theory of consumer loyalty, word of mouth theory, promotion theory, and service theory. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data in this study were obtained from 1 staff member and 5 (five) users of funeral home services. Funeral home services are usually used by Chinese Buddhists, Confucians, Christians and Catholics. Funeral homes don't really do marketing promotions, such as price discounts, advertisements, social media activations, and so on. Initially people know and can use the funeral home services through word of mouth. In addition, the area where they live is also close to the location of the funeral home. After using a funeral home service, they are satisfied with the service provided, so they will use the same funeral home service if needed. Because of the use of more than 1 (one) time, consumers can be said to be loyal or loyal. Consumer loyalty can be seen from their willingness to give recommendations (word of mouth) of funeral homes that they use to others. The conclusion of this study, one form of consumer loyalty is in the form of word of mouth. The location and services provided are some of the considerations underlying the funeral home consumer loyalty in this study. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai loyalitas konsumen dalam penggunaan jasa rumah duka. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori loyalitas konsumen, teori word of mouth, teori promosi, dan teori service atau pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 1 satu orang staf dan 5 (lima) orang pengguna jasa rumah duka. Jasa rumah duka biasanya digunakan oleh masyarakat Tionghoa beragama Buddha, Konghucu, Kristen, dan Katolik. Rumah duka tidak terlalu melakukan promosi pemasaran, seperti potongan harga, memasang iklan, pengaktifan sosial media, dan lainnya. Awalnya orang mengetahui dan dapat menggunakan jasa rumah duka melalui word of mouth. Selain itu, daerah tempat tinggal mereka juga dekat dengan lokasi rumah duka. Setelah menggunakan jasa rumah duka, mereka merasa puas akan service atau pelayanan yang diberikan sehingga mereka akan menggunakan jasa rumah duka yang sama apabila membutuhkan. Karena penggunaan lebih dari 1 (satu) kali, konsumen dapat dikatakan setia atau loyal. Loyalitas konsumen dapat dilihat dari kesediaan mereka akan memberikan rekomendasi (word of mouth) rumah duka yang mereka gunakan kepada orang lain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, salah satu bentuk loyalitas konsumen adalah dalam bentuk word of mouth. Lokasi dan pelayanan yang diberikan merupakan beberapa pertimbangan yang melatarbelakangi loyalitas konsumen rumah duka pada penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the dynamics of the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students and what factors are behind the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students. The reason is because overseas there are changes in conditions and situations, so that students who leave will experience dynamics of independence. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research approach. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique, which is based on the characteristics of the subject in accordance with the research objectives to be carried out. The object of this research is the dynamics of independence, the subject is 5 overseas students. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Based on the results of research that overseas students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin need a process to be independent in living their lives overseas. That is because overseas there has been a change. Factors that influence the dynamics of independence of overseas students at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin are factors of parenting style, the order of children in the family, age and the education system in schools.

Syarikah al-abdan is a form of muamalah that can be applied today in improving the welfare of the people. However, in practice today, it seems that there are problems among Muslims in seeing and sorting out the practice of syarikah al-abdan which is following the Shari'a. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the syarikah al-abdan scheme and its current contemporary application forms. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with library research techniques and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that syarikah al-abdan is a form of business cooperation between two or more people preceded by mutual agreement in determining the results of the profits and/or wages between them. However, in its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pillars and requirements of the syarikah al-abdan, and to consider the views of the majority of madhhab scholars and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). In practice, this study describes the form of syarikah al-abdan in the profession of fisherman and tailor.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning in vocational colleges in Hindu theory courses and electrical installation practices. Assessment indicators are student learning outcomes, learning completion, student interests and motivations as well as attractive learning experiences experienced by students during online learning. Quality research with qualitative descriptive research approach is used in this study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of essays are disseminated through the google form platform and interviews conducted with google meet. Respondents numbered 50 students. The results of online learning research are effective if reviewed from indicators of the value of learning outcomes and complete materials but are not effective if reviewed from behavior changes. Indicators of attractive learning experience will be fun assuming the media used and lecturers can package materials in an interesting, interest and motivational learning students more to the obligation to get value and no other learning alternatives except online.

This study aimed at determining the managerial implementation of school principals at SD Negeri 24 Pulau Rimau. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The subject is the school principal at SDN 24 Pulau Rimau. The informants are the school principal and teacher. Data collection techniques were (1) observation; (2) interview; and (3) documentation. The collected data is examined for the validity of the data, using triangulation, with verification and checking of the adequacy of the references. The results of this study were the ability of the managerial implementation of principals at SD Negeri 24 Pulau Rimau was very good seen from planning, organizing, directing, and supervising.

This study discusses how faith-based private universities run strategies to build organizational culture to gain excellence in the era of market liberalization. Private universities are considered institutions that are vulnerable to the influence of changes in the constellation of society and government regulations. On the other hand, religion-based private universities are still able to survive and contribute to educating the nation's children. This study intends to explore information about strategies to build organizational culture in private universities that support the competitiveness of institutions. Religion-based private universities include those who are able to survive in competition, how they determine the strategy of building the organizational culture of the institution. The main focus of research on leader strategies builds organizational culture to achieve competitive advantage, using a qualitative descriptive research approach with a multicasus study design. The research data are in the form of speech, deeds, attitudes of the leaders and residents of the two faith-based private college campuses in East Java. Data collection through observation, active participation observation and interviews.The results of the study found that religion-based private universities tried to balance the development of external pressure on the achievement of compliance with standard standards, there were weaknesses in innovative capabilities and speed responsive to external pressure. The strategy of university leaders in building organizational culture in two institutions rests on the recruitment process that is strict enough to maintain the religious foundation of the institution's operations. Higher education also relies on the existence of a relatively fixed market segment to seize interested parties and maintain their existence.

ABSTRACTThis research discusses and analyzes the mechanism of using Brizzi E-money issued by BRI Bank Blora Branch Office, as well as the perspective of Sharia Economic Law on the use of the card mechanism. Especially the electronic payment instruments issued by Bank BRI namely E-Money Brizzi. This research not only examines law theoretically, but also looks at it from the practice and application side in the field. This type of research is field research, namely research activities carried out at BRI Bank Blora Branch Office. The research approach which used is a qualitative descriptive research approach, which is an approach used to understand the phenomena about what is experienced by the subject and object of research.The results of this study concluded that the use of Brizzi E-money cards had met the legal and legal requirements for consent. In addition, when viewed from the aspect of cases that in validate the legality of the sale and purchase law, the use of Brizzi e-money cards in the sale and purchase transaction does not include elements that cancel the sale and purchase such as elements of gharar, maysir, and usury. The deduction of administrative funds due to transactions using the Brizzi e-money card has a similarity to the wakalah bil ujrah system in Sharia Economic Law. However, base on the results of the analysis conducted by the author, it is found that th euse of Brizzi e-money cards is not in accordance with the theory of wadi'ah dueto the unfulfillment of conditions and harmony in theuse, alsois not in line with the concept of wadi'ah yad amanah and wadi ' ah yad dhamanah from the aspect of the burden of responsibility for the party entrusted. Besides that, the use of Brizzi e-money cards is also not in accordance with the qardh theory. This is because in addition to not fulfilling one of the pillars and qardh validity requirements, also in the qardha fter the contract is said, the goods or asset swhich become the object of qardh automatically be come the property of the party receiving the loan. Where as in the system of using Brizzi e-money cards, the electronic money that is on the card after being deposited to the bank remains the property of the card holder. This study elicited the experiences of nurses caring for children with life-limiting conditions and their family, within a community based intellectual disability service. A qualitative descriptive research approach was adopted where purposeful sampling recruited 10 participants. Data was collected using one to one semi-structured interviews and was subsequently analysed using qualitative thematic content analysis. The findings identified a range of complexities unique to the care of children with life-limiting conditions in the intellectual disability setting. From the findings, it is clear that this is a population of highly skilled nurses who work in a challenging and complex area of practice. Further supports are required in order to meet the practice needs and support the emotional needs of this population of nurses. In doing so, high quality practice within the area will be promoted, thereby ensuring high quality care for the children and families within the disability service.

Traditional Balinese architecture is a regional architecture that needs to be preserved in this globalization era. The knowledge and implementation of Balinese architecture is also increasingly diminished as the modernity influences the building (architecture). This is followed by the presence of a present-day architectural style dominated by minimalist architecture. The application of Balinese architecture today can only be found in the application of ornaments in the building façade. There are several types of traditional Balinese buildings that still survive until now such as Bale Dangin, Bale Meten/sakutus, Bale Dauh, Jineng/Kelumpu, Paon and others, the building is still surviving in terms of shape, function, and materials used since the first time. Bale Dangin serves as a place of ceremonies, so it is vital to the life of Balinese people who practice Hinduism. Therefore, it is necessary to do the effort to preserve and keep the cultural values of Bale Dangin. The research on Bale Dangin was conducted based on the lack of references that discussed the Bale Dangin thoroughly. This research also aims to determine the peculiarities of the building of Bale Dangin Sakenem seen from philosophical value, ethics and ritual, and get a form of guidelines regarding the building of Bale Dangin Sakenem which can be used as reference in designing or constructing the Bale Dangin Sakenem building. The research approach used in this research is based on qualitative descriptive research methods. Qualitative research intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, holistically and with descriptions in the form of words and language in a particular context that Nature and by utilizing a variety of natural methods. The method of descriptive qualitative research on this study was used to describe the facts in the field related to the condition of Bale Bale Dangin Sakenem in the case study used, judging by the function of building, form, layout, as well as Development process from the beginning until the building is ready to be occupied. This research is expected to produce a special reference to the Bale building of the sakenem in a traditional Balinese house seen from the philosophical value, ethics and ritual and construction process. The Impact

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of watching animated series Dora The Explorer to the level of student concentration in SD Negeri Tinjomoyo 01 Semarang. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive research approach that is research that describes events or phenomena with data in the form of information or words. Qualitative approach is expected to produce a deep description of the words, writings and behavior observed from an individual, groups, communities and organizations in a given contextual situation studied in a comprehensive, holistic and holistic perspective. This approach is used to describe and describe the focus of research, namely the analysis of the impact of watching the animated series Dora The Explorer to the level of student concentration. The emergence of student learning behavior in this study researchers can describe as follows: the emergence of student cognitive behavior as many as 30 students, as many as 30 students, the appearance of psychomotor behavior of students as much as 35 students and the appearance of language behavior as many as 29 students. So it can be said that the concentration level of students when the animated series Dora The Explorer animation is high.

This study examines the application of murabahah contracts on pension financing products conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso between the bank and its customers based on DSN-MUI fatwa Number 4 of 2000 concerning murabahah financing and DSN-MUI fatwa Number 88 of 2013 concerning General Guidelines for Program Implementation Pension Based on Sharia Principles. The problems that will be answered through this research are: (1) How is the application of the murabahah contract to pension financing products in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso? (2) What is the DSN-MUI fatwa review of the application of the murabahah contract to pension financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso? This research is field research, because research activities are conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive research approach. To understand and analyze the object under study, the author uses several approaches such as the legislative approach and the comparative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. While the data analysis technique uses a comparative analysis method.The results of this study are: (1) The pension financing contract in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso is carried out by using a murabahah contract by fulfilling the following conditions: (1) The contract is done by reciting ijab and qabul; (2) Contracts are clearly implemented; (3) The object of the contract has been fully owned by the bank before being offered to prospective customers; (4) Contracts are carried out by prospective customers and the bank voluntarily without any coercion or threat; and (5) Contract objects are goods that are not prohibited by sharia. In the event of default, the bank will carry out billing steps by sending a notification letter, collection letter, warning letter 1 to 3. If the customer becomes bankrupt, the Bank will give up the time when it is able to settle its obligations if the business is bankrupt in an agreement the bank with the customer at the time of the murabahah agreement. (2) In general, the application of murabahah contracts to pension financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa, both DSN-MUI fatwa Number 4 of 2000 concerning Financing of Murabahah, and DSN-MUI fatwa Number 88 of 2013 concerning Guidelines General Implementation of Sharia Principles Based Pension Programs.
