ABSTRACTThe incentive is an additional compensation given in monetary or non-monetary form so that the parties involved in a job try their best to complete their work properly without reducing the quality of work. The purpose of this study is to find out what dominant factors need to be considered in implementing an incentive plan and to find out whether this incentive plan model affects the residual material. This research was conducted by processing primary data in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. A Likert scale of 1-5 is used to measure the level of influence of an identified factor on the incentive plan. In the process, this research uses the Factor Analysis Method with a significance level of 5% and is assisted by the application of Statistics Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) or a statistical package for social sciences to test and calculate data. Based on the research results obtained 3 dominant factors that need to be considered in the implementation of the incentive plan, in the research interview some experts agreed and disagreed with this incentive plan model for the reduction of waste material based on several considerations.ABSTRAKInsentif adalah suatu kompensasi tambahan yang diberikan dalam bentuk moneter atau nonmoneter supaya pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam suatu pekerjaan berusaha semaksimal mungkin dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan baik tanpa mengurangi kualitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dominan apa saja yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam menerapkan rencana insentif dan mengetahui apakah model rencana insentif ini mempengaruhi material sisa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah data primer berupa angket skala likert. Skala likert 1-5 digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pengaruh suatu faktor yang diidetifikasi terhadap rencana insentif. Dalam pengerjaannya, penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analisis Faktor dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan dibantu dengan aplikasi Statistics Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) atau paket statistik untuk ilmu sosial untuk menguji dan menghitung data. The research aim was to analyse the quality of customer service satisfactory of BMT Tamzis at Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta and Jawa Tengah, as the syariah finance, who has 33 (thirty three) branchs, and its headquarter at Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah. It has at least 2.000 customers in 2018. BMT Tamzis needs some feedback in order to increase their quality of customer service satisfactory as high as possible to reach optimum level, and fulfill qualification of succeed finance business. This research wanted to measure the up dated customer service satisfactory and gave feedback to BMT Tamzis. The research method used quantitative approach to primary data of customer questioneer and scondary data of BMT Tamzis’s headquarter. The questioneers had distributed to customers by proporsional random sampling about 330 examplars, returned back about 320 examplars, and than have been calculated by SPSS method version 10.0. The result research was customer satisfactory perception toward BMT Tamzis reached good and significance level at all branchs, at point 4.031 root mean at 1 until 5 Likert scale. They favored assurance dimension at point 4.215, and than tangibles (3.990), responsiveness (3.989), reliability (3.976), and emphaty (3.986). To be adviced that all branch leaders must increase giving their services until reach the highest level of all dimensions, that are : tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, emphaty, dan assurance.Keyword: satisfactory, service, customer.

Pemimpin menjadi ujung tombak yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Begitu pula yang terjadi dalam pendidikan tinggi. PTS sebagai sarana meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dihadapkan kepada persaingan yang lebih ketat diantara PTS dan PTN. Hal tersebut menyebabkan PTS perlu mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dalam industri non pendidikan. Salah satu unsur dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, selain pimpinan adalah kinerja dosen, untuk dapat menjamin terjadinya penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi maka tingkat keprofesionalan kinerja dosen harus ditingkatkan pula. Pengelola PTS harus mulai menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan berorientasi pada mutu kinerja PTS yang ditunjang dengan kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan kinerja dosen, sehingga mereka dapat memenangkan persaingan atau paling tidak bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara efektifitas kepemimpinan dan kinerja Dosen dalam peningkatan Mutu terhadap Strategi Pemasaran PT. Data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei di Perguruan Tinggi X dengan sampel 22 responden. Analisis Data menggunakan Analsis Deskriptif dan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan Efektifitas Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Dosen mempunyai pengaruh dengan tingkat Signifikansi 0,013 dan 0,043. Faktor yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Peningkatan Mutu PT adalah Efektifitas Pimpinan.  Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi di Perguruan Tinggi X yang resmi diakuisisi oleh Universitas Y dan menjadi Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Y.  Private University as a means of improving the quality of human resources is faced with tighter competition between Private University and Public University. This causes Pruvate University to adopt a marketing strategy used in non-education industries. One of the elements in improving the quality of education, in addition to the leadership is the performance of lecturers, to be able to guarantee the mastery of science and technology then the level of professional performance of lecturers should be improved as well. Private University Manager must start their operational activities with the quality which oriented performance of Private University which is supported by effective leadership, and the performance of lecturers, so that they can win the competition or at least survive in Against competition.  This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership effectiveness and the performance of lecturers in improving the quality of the Marketing Strategy of  University. Data consists of primary data and secondary data. The study was conducted in May at University X with a sample of 22 respondents. Data Analysis using Descriptive Analysis and Linear Regression. The results is Effectiveness of Leadership and Lecturer Performance has an influence with a significance level of 0.013 and 0.043. The most influential factor on University Quality Improvement is Leadership Effectiveness. The results of this study are in accordance with the conditions that occurred in the University X which was officially acquired by the University Y as the Univerity Y at Health Faculty.

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pemangkat is a state-owned company tasked with distributing electricity and providing services to the public. PLN Rayon Pemangkat, Singkawang Area, West Kalimantan Region. PLN Rayon Pemangkat has two Units namely the Tebas and Sentebang Units. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on performance. The population of this research is all of the employees of PLN Pemangkat rayon, amounting to 109 people with the study sample using a census. Data analysis using SPSS V22, the results of the t test show that QWL (X) significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,005 or H1 accepted. Then based on the regression results it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.511. This means that 51.1 percent of the performance of PLN Pemangkat staff is influenced by Quality of Work Life, while the remaining 48.9 percent is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The advice given is, to maintain the performance of employees to remain good, then PLN Rayon Pemangkat must continue to improve the quality of work life of their employees in order to jointly achieve company goals. Purpose This study aims to investigate the attainment of quality in Government of Ghana’s (GoG) infrastructural projects through effective contract management and especially, relating to qualification, competence and experience of supply chain stakeholders. Design/methodology/approach A survey questionnaire and field observations were used to collect primary data from staff of the education ministry and construction professionals. Documentary analyses of contract documents were also undertaken. Findings The results show that executing agencies’ failure to apply appropriate contract management processes was linked to the gap between stakeholders’ knowledge and actual practice. This was confirmed by Spearman’s rho tests of correlation between overall mean ranks given by professionals and non-professionals, which indicated strong agreement between those groups. Factors such as contractors’ engagement of unqualified supervisory staff, lack of proper projects monitoring and evaluation by executing agencies mainly contribute to the poor quality of work. Research limitations/implications Investigations were limited to the Funds and Procurement Management Unit of the Ministry of Education, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies and local contractors. Nonetheless, the methodology used could be used in future studies to analyse the socio-economic implications on the quality of education infrastructure. Practical implications Construction is booming in Ghana but the capacity to improve the work quality through effective contract management is limited. However, with the effort of stakeholder and statutory bodies’ support in capacity building initiatives, GoG projects could offer some novel solutions to improve quality of work. Social implications Construction industry professionals and students’ knowledge and perception on construction industry and contract management is significantly improved. Originality/value This study provides information on respondents’ knowledge on contract management process, which, if not properly understood, can lead to poor quality of work and loss of money.

BackgroundA clinical audit measures specific clinical outcomes or processes against a predefined standard. However, many clinicians are unable to carry out audits given their time constraints. Alternatively, medical students may often wish to complete audits early in their career to strengthen their portfolios. As such, the student clinical audit platform was designed to connect willing supervisors and these medical students.MethodsProject supervisors were members of a regional trainee-led network. Interested students were familiarised with the various aspects of an audit and allocated to supervisors with similar interests. There was regular communication to track progress and anonymised feedback forms were distributed to all students and supervisors after a year.ResultsA total of 17 responses were received from the 19 students who were involved in a project. Based on a 5-point Likert scale, students displayed a mean improvement in their understanding of a clinical audit (1.18±1.07, p<0.001), the confidence to approach a supervisor (1.29±1.21, p<0.001) and the ability to conduct an audit by themselves in the future (1.77±1.15, p<0.001). Of the seven affiliated supervisors, five provided feedback with 80% indicating they had projects which remained inactive and all happy with the quality of work produced by their students.ConclusionDespite limitations to this programme, the platform produced projects which were disseminated both locally and nationally, demonstrating positive collaboration between medical students and clinicians. We present our findings and evaluations to encourage similar audit platforms to be adopted at other locations.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know the description of Quality of Work Life and Employee Motivation in UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang, and its influence is partially and simultaneously so that it can get information to increase motivation which will improve the quality of organizational performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 30 samples. The type of data used is the primary data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) The overall variables had a high average value that is in the category of 3.41-4.20 and the variable of pride to the institution had the highest average value of 4.21%. Thus the majority of respondents feel proud of the institution while working at UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang. In general, there are seven variables that have positive and significant influence and four variables that have positive but not significant influence. Variables that have positive and significant impacts are available facilities, workplace safety, employee engagement, communication, security, a sense of pride in institutions and work restructuring. While the variables that have positive but not significant are balanced compensation, career development, problem solving and work environment (3) Simultaneously the Quality of Work Life variable has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. This means that any increase or decrease in Quality of Work Life together will give a significant influence on employee motivation in UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Work Motivation, and Employee Motivation</em></p>

Many of the Gen Y workforce seen haven’t loyal like the previous generation that can work very long in a company. Researcher are interested to explore what factors can trigger the emergence of loyalty to appears in Gen Y. At a glance researcher consider the quality of work and job performance factors are affect the loyalty of the Gen Y labor. In this study the model used is a quantitative research model that serves to see whether there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables that affect the loyalty of Gen Y labor, such as the quality of work life and job performance. This study aims to determine how much influence the ability of village officials on the quality of village financial management in villages in Suwawa sub-district, Bone Bolango. In this study the authors chose the type of quantitative research, using survey methods. The survey research is research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool and uses Path Analysis as a data analysis method. The results showed that the ability of village officials simultaneously affected the Quality of Village Financial Management (Y), in the villages in Suwawa District Bone Bolango Regency was 0.944 (94.4%), and there was 0.056 (5.6%) influenced by external variables not examined. Education (X1) of 0.223 (23.3%), Training (X2) of 0.478 (47.8%), Experience (X3) of 0.325 (32.5%) partially influenced the Quality of Village Financial Management (Y).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kemampuan Aparat Desa terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan keuangan Desa pada Desa-desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei. Adapun penelitian survei adalah penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan koesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok dan menggunakan Path Analysis sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Aparat Desa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa (Y), pada Desa-desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango sebesar 0,944 (94,4%), dan terdapat sebesar 0,056 (5,6%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel luar yang tidak diteliti. Pendidikan (X1) sebesar 0,223 (23,3%), Pelatihan (X2) sebesar 0,478 (47,8%), Pengalaman (X3) sebesar 0,325 (32,5%) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan keuangan Desa (Y).

Management of drug is one of the factors which contribute to the quality of hospital services. This study aimed at finding out drug planning in Pharmacy Unit of Adelia Surgical Hospital by using ABC analysis method. This research is qualitative descriptive study involving informants. Primary data were collected by interview with respondents and secondary data report of general drugs purchased period of May 2018 – May 2019. The Result using ABC analysis indicate that there are 23 (17,42%) kindof drugs in group A, 35 (26,52%) in group B and 74 (56,06%) in grup C. Group A if in the event of an excess or deficiency will couse harm to the hospital. ABC analysis method will effectively improve hospital drug consumption plan.

The quality of the educational service is one of the factors that is present as the objective of every university institution and, therefore, the quality of training of professionals in Peru, both in its face-to-face and remote modality. The objective of the research was to determine the association of expectation and perception of the quality of educational service provided by the National University of Education. The selected exhibition consisted of 189 students from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. They responded to the survey based on the SERVQUAL model that measures the expectation of students of a university of excellence and the perception of educational service that is offered by the institution. The association between the two variables was evaluated through Spearman's Rho correlation. The results demonstrate a weak association of student expectation and perception variables at a significance level of 0.05. Likewise, these results are extended to the security dimension, in contrast to the other dimensions such as tangibility, responsiveness, empathy and reliability. This means that the gaps (P-E) that are the differences between perception (P) and Expectations (E) suggest that improvement plans must be implemented to obtain the quality of educational service that students demand.
