This study aims to determine how much influence the ability of village officials on the quality of village financial management in villages in Suwawa sub-district, Bone Bolango. In this study the authors chose the type of quantitative research, using survey methods. The survey research is research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool and uses Path Analysis as a data analysis method. The results showed that the ability of village officials simultaneously affected the Quality of Village Financial Management (Y), in the villages in Suwawa District Bone Bolango Regency was 0.944 (94.4%), and there was 0.056 (5.6%) influenced by external variables not examined. Education (X1) of 0.223 (23.3%), Training (X2) of 0.478 (47.8%), Experience (X3) of 0.325 (32.5%) partially influenced the Quality of Village Financial Management (Y).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kemampuan Aparat Desa terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan keuangan Desa pada Desa-desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei. Adapun penelitian survei adalah penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan koesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok dan menggunakan Path Analysis sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Aparat Desa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa (Y), pada Desa-desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango sebesar 0,944 (94,4%), dan terdapat sebesar 0,056 (5,6%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel luar yang tidak diteliti. Pendidikan (X1) sebesar 0,223 (23,3%), Pelatihan (X2) sebesar 0,478 (47,8%), Pengalaman (X3) sebesar 0,325 (32,5%) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan keuangan Desa (Y).

This study aims to examine the effect of the regional financial accounting system, the accessibility of financial reports and internal controls on the accountability of regional financial management. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the whole part involved in the management of regional finances in the villages in Bekasi City. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study using survey methods. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) version 26. Based on the results of the study showed that the regional financial accounting system, the accessibility of financial statements, and internal control have a significant positive effect on the Financial Accountability Of Local Government.

AbstractCompetition between companies is increasingly stringent in providing high levels of satisfaction to consumers, demanding that business people identify problems related to customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is the willingness of the company's customers to use products or services in a long period of time and cause purchases on the same brand. If the loyal attitude of the customer occurs longer, then the profit obtained by the company from the customer will be more and more. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the quality of beans on the loyalty of CV. AS. The respondents of this study were A.S. brand beans bean customers. The number of respondents is as many as 50 farmers located in Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of AS bean seeds has an effect on customer loyalty with a loading factor of 0.442. In product quality variables from the 8 indicators that have the highest loading factor, the seeds are not susceptible to disease.AbstrakPersaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat dalam memberikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi kepada konsumen, menuntut agar pelaku bisnis mengidentifikasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan adalah kemauan pelanggan perusahaan untuk menggunakan produk atau layanan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan menyebabkan pembelian pada merek yang sama. Jika sikap loyal pelanggan terjadi lebih lama, maka laba yang diperoleh perusahaan dari pelanggan akan semakin banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas biji terhadap loyalitas CV. SEBAGAI. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah A.S. kacang merek pelanggan. Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 50 petani yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas biji AS berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan faktor pemuatan 0,442. Dalam variabel kualitas produk dari 8 indikator yang memiliki faktor pemuatan tertinggi, benih tidak rentan terhadap penyakit.Keywords:   Bean Seed, Path Analysis Influence

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of SPI, HR Quality, Transparency and Supervision on Village Financial Accountability in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research and uses primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire given to village officials in Pahae Jae District, totaling 40 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially, SPI, Quality of Human Resources, and Supervision have a positive and significant effect while Transparency has a negative effect. Simultaneously SPI, Financial Accountability can be influenced by the quality of Human Resources, Transparency and Supervision in a positive and significant way in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of fraud prevention on village / village financial management as the dependent variable and the competency of village apparatuses, compliance of government financial reporting, internal control systems as independent variables while moral sensitivity as amoderating variable. This research is a quantitative research or hypothetic - deductive method that aims to answer such questions that are related to exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and predictive studies. Primary data is mainly used in this research. Data collection is conducted using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire that lists the statements, which were given to the respondents to be filled in order to get information, and then the data analyzing was conducted using the Warp-PLS 5.0 Application software. The study results show that the competence of village officials influences fraud prevention, financial reporting adherence affects fraud prevention, and meanwhile the internal control system does not affect fraud prevention. Furthermore, moral sensitivity does not moderate the competence of village officials, adherence to financial reporting and internal control systems.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision. This study aims to identify and describe the results of the feasibility analysis of the contents of the Islamic Religious Education Smart LKS content in terms of the suitability of the material description with KI/KD, the accuracy of the material, and the content of supporting learning materials. The type of research used is library research. Literature research is research based on literature searches related to the problems to be discussed. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The primary data sources in this study were obtained from the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education with Character, while the secondary data were obtained from books, journals, articles, laws and regulations, and so on. All data will be collected, analyzed, interpreted as well as by interpreting the object under study. The results showed that the suitability of the description of the material with KI-KD obtained a percentage of 65%, while in terms of the accuracy of the material it obtained a percentage of 72%, and in terms of supporting learning materials it obtained a percentage of 73.2%. When viewed as a whole, the percentage of sub-components is 70%, which shows that the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education is worthy of being used as a companion book for learning in elementary schools

This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. There is a rising interest in the Quality of Life (QoL) research in the Arabian countries. The study aimed to analyze the association between the health satisfaction, environment, age, and the physical functions to determine the quality of life among adults living in charity homes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The participants recruited for the study were adults, living in charity homes in Jeddah to analyze the results through a quantitative research design. The sample size included in the study was 136, which included the participants from different charity homes in Jeddah. SF-36 was appropriately used to examine the health status of the participants. WHOQOL-BRIEF questionnaire was used for the collection of primary data at the time of interviews. The statistically significant results have been evaluated through the independent t-test between the groups, based on the characteristics of the participants for average SF-36 domain scores. However, ANOVA test evaluated insignificant results on the basis of educational level as the p-value obtained is greater than the level of significance (0.850&gt;0.05). Positive responses for all four domains of SF-36 instrument have been obtained, which recommended that further improvements in the charity homes is required to provide the awareness regarding the security and medication facilities.

Abstract The article presents and compares the general situation of public libraries and readership in Finland and Poland at the beginning of the 21st century, based on selected statistical data on the topic. In order to correctly understand the library policy of Finland - a country in which it is impossible to implement cultural policy without taking into account the geographical and natural conditions of individual regions - the most important data on the country are presented and compared with data on Poland. Statistical schedules, online reports on the activity of public libraries, libraries’ homepages, legislative acts and professional library science magazines, among others, served as source materials for the conducted analysis. The comparative method, documentation analysis method and statistical method were used to achieve the assumed objectives. Considering the limitations on the article size, a decision was made to select a few specific aspects of the topic for analysis - the most important ones in the author’s opinion. Among others, these included information on public libraries made available in both countries, contemporary government policies implemented towards the institutions that the author is interested in, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, generating reports on the research, as well as the governments’ compliance with international and national standards of the quality of library collections, personnel and services.
