Improving self-expertise is one of the individual efforts to be able to compete in the professional world. Education is now not only formal in schools, but there are many places that provide learning programs, especially in the digital era. Needs of the expertise to create multiple platforms for individuals to develop and learn like BootUP.ai in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of E-module online learning content on the level of understanding of participants in BootUP.ai. The literature review used in this research is stimulus-organismresponse communication theory, message processing theory, communication media and level of understanding. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive and survey methods. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 67 samples of respondents in the online class BootUP.ai, after which the data obtained were tested for their validity by means of validity and reliability tests. Data processing and analysis techniques in this study used classical regression assumption test using normality test techniques, simple linear regression test, correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and t test. The results showed that there was an influence between the E-module content on the level of understanding of participants in BootUP.ai, with the results of the t test showing the t value of 7.226> 1.997 t table. In addition, the results of the determination coefficient test showed the number 0.437, which means that the E-module content affects 43.7% of the participants' level of understanding Meningkatkan keahlian diri merupakan salah satu upaya individu untuk mampu bersaing di dunia professional. Pendidikan kini bukan hanya formal di sekolah, namun sudah banyak wadah yang menyediakan program belajar terutama di era digital. Kebutuhan akan keahlian menciptakan banyak wadah untuk individu berkembang dan belajar seperti BootUP.ai di Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konten belajar online E-module terhadap tingkat pemahaman partisipan di BootUP.ai. Tinjauan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi stimulus-organisme-respon, teori pemrosesan pesan, media komunikasi dan tingkat pemahaman. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan survei. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 67 sampel responden partisipan kelas online BootUP.ai, setelah itu data yang diperoleh diuji keabsahannya dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi regresi klasik dengan menggunakan 1ebagi uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara konten E-module terhadaptingkat pemahaman partisipan di BootUP.ai, dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung 7,226 > 1,997 t tabel. Selain itu juga ditemukan hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan angka 0,437 yang berarti konten E-module mempengaruhi 43,7% tingkat pemahaman partisipan. Kata

This study aims to determine the effect of Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day promotion on users' buying interest during Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the DKI Jakarta area. The literature review used in this research is marketing communication theory, integrated marketing communication, promotion mix, and buying interest. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive and survey methods. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples of Shopee user respondents in the DKI Jakarta area, after which the data obtained was tested for validity by validity and reliability tests. Data processing and analysis techniques in this study used classic regression assumptions test using normality test techniques, simple linear regression test, correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and t test. The results showed that there was an influence between the promotion of Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day on the buying interest of its users, with the results of the t test showing the value of t count 10.672> 1.984 t table. In addition, the coefficient of determination test results showed the number 0.533, which means that the Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day promotion affects 53.3% of users' buying interest.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day terhadap minat beli penggunanya selama Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan survei. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 sampel responden pengguna Shopee di wilayah DKI Jakarta, setelah itu data yang diperoleh diuji keabsahannya dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi regresi klasik dengan menggunakan teknik uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara promosi Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day terhadap minat beli penggunanya, dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung 10,672 > 1,984 t tabel. Selain itu juga ditemukan hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan angka 0,533 yang berarti promosi Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day mempengaruhi 53,3% minat beli penggunanya.

This study aims to examine the effect of variables with the title “The Effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement in Bekasi City”. This research was conducted on employees at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik in the city of Bekasi. The sample used was 60 predetermined employees. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability test, regression analysis, correlation, determination coefficient, t test and f test by first testing classic assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the training variable partially (XI) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) where t count = 4.598 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Work discipline variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), where t-count = 2.720 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Simultaneously obtained the results of F-count 22,392 F-table which is equal to = 3.16 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that training variables and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The determination coefficient of 44% is explained by training and work discipline while the rest is explained by other factors outside the research variable.

ABSTRACT Tax revenue is important in increasing tax revenue in Yogyakarta. Tax rates for boarding houses with more than 10 (ten) rooms are set at 5% (five percent). Increase tax revenue which is supported by an understanding of the tax owned by the boarding house owner, so that he complies with taxation. This research is intended to study the level of understanding of taxes for taxpayer assistance. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the owner of a tax business in Yogyakarta's Umbulharjo District which holds 710 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique, which is a boarding business owner in the Umbulharjo District of Yogyakarta City which holds 256 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed there were significant and significant differences in the level of  tax understanding of tax liabilities. This is evidenced through the t test with the results of t count 15.920> t table 1.650 and the regression equation Y = 14.516 + 0.671X. From these results it means that the higher the cost of income tax, the higher the taxpayer approval. This is also supported by a significance value of 0,000, which means this significance value is less than 0.05.   Key Words: understanding boarding tax, tax obligations, boarding businesses in Umbulharjo District


An undergraduate project evaluation is measured using a rubric assessment. The tendency for the examiner to be biased is high. Otherwise, these subjective evaluations will threaten the validity and reliability of the assessment. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the effect of halo in the evaluation of undergraduate projects using analysis software program Multi Facet Rasch Measurement (MFRM) version 3.82.2. The methodology of this study is by using a design approach quantitative form. A total number of 98 students and 43 lecturers who serve as examiners of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia University were involved in this study using purposive sampling. Halo effects were analyzed based on the objective of the study and detected using two methods, as a group and individually. In the analysis group there were four indicators examined (i) A Fixed ChiSquared Test (Fixed) (ii) The trait separation ratio (iii) The trait separation index and (iv) The Reliability of the trait separation index. Meanwhile, in the analysis of individual level was examined by identifying significant bias interactions. From the study, it was found that studies show that there are halo effects at the individual level while halo effects cannot be detected at the group level. The findings of the study are to create that measurement is an important element in interpreting student performance. Although halo effects can be identified individually among examiners. But it does not affect the assessment because it does not exist in the group. Training and coordination need to be done to further develop the same level of understanding to improve student's ability to be translated to actual ability. Quality assessment will produce excellent and valuable human capital in the future

This research is conducted in order to assess the effect of competency, motivation, and communication on employee’s performance (case studies at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang West Bandung Regency) partially and simultaneously. There are many factors that affect the employee’s performance, but this research is only limited to the factors of competency, motivation, and communication. The researcher used primary and secondary data. The research approach used is quantitative approach which the samples are 55 civil servants which is assessed by 5 Heads of Fields and 2 Heads Sub-Division. Before analyzing, all research validity and reliability instruments are examined. After the data are valid and reliable then analyzed by using classical assumption test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) helping by IBM SPSS version 23 software. The result of analysis showed that competency, motivation, and communication variables are affected positively significantly and partially to the employee’s performance. Competency, motivation, and communication variables simultaneously affected positively and significantly about 54,3% and the rest is about 45,7% affected by other variable that is not observed in this research.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

Aims and methodThe Individual Recovery Outcomes Counter (I.ROC) is to date the only recovery outcomes instrument developed in Scotland. This paper describes the steps taken to initially assess its validity and reliability, including factorial analysis, internal consistency and a correlation benchmarking analysis.ResultsThe I.ROC tool showed high internal consistency. Exploratory factor analysis indicated a two-factor structure comprising intrapersonal recovery (factor 1) and interpersonal recovery (factor 2), explaining between them over 50% of the variance in I.ROC scores. There were no redundant items and all loaded on at least one of the factors. The I.ROC significantly correlated with widely used existing instruments assessing both personal recovery and clinical outcomes.Clinical implicationsI.ROC is a valid and reliable measure of recovery in mental health, preferred by service users when compared with well-established instruments. It could be used in clinical settings to map individual recovery, providing feedback for service users and helping to assess service outcomes.

Festinger’s (1) hypothesis cites belief as a variable that influences selective exposure. However, a review of other experts’ research proves that selective exposure is not only affected by the psychological aspect but by the message and the social aspect as well. In contrast to previous scholars who focused only on one variable, the researcher examines belief, utility of information, and group support simultaneously and integrates them into a model. The research design is a case study involving the use of pornographic information. This study’s subjects comprise 400 senior high school students in Jakarta, Indonesia. The relationships among the variables were tested by using structural equation modeling. The validity and reliability analyses utilized the LISREL 8.80 application. A questionnaire with a Likert-scale model was used as the data collection method. The structural test results show that the theoretical models for the three variables have a significant effect on selective exposure (t value ≥ 1.96). On the other hand, the findings also prove that communication in the context of selective information on pornography is divided into three levels. First, at the intrapersonal level, the individual holds on to his or her belief in selecting the information. Second, at the interpersonal or group level, the individual adjusts his or her belief to the existing reality (environment or social group). Third, at the mass communication level, the individual selects the information according to its utility, that is, to fulfill the need for information.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. The number of taxpayers from year to year increases. But the increase in the number of taxpayers is not offset by taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. The compliance issue becomes an obstacle in maximizing tax revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness on the compliance of individual taxpayers. The population of this study is determined based on purposive sampling method, the data collected by division of questionnaires in KPP Pratama Manado. The method of research analysis used is multiple linear regression. based on the result of t test, it can be concluded that the tax sanction has positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance of the individual, with the value of significance smaller than the significant value (0.001 < 0.05), the consciousness of the taxpayer positively and significantly influence the compliance personal taxpayer, this is indicated by a value of significance smaller than the significant value (0.003 < 0.05).Keywords :Tax sanctions, Taxpayer awareness, Personal taxpayer compliance
