Despite challenges on minimum necessary competence, intentionality, reliability, and context, the example of cognitive archaeology presented in the target article holds up well. The commentaries also present perspectives on cognition and symmetry that suggest an alternative to the target article's characterization of the cognitive abilities of early Homo erectus. However, the major conclusion of the initial argument – that the human ability to coordinate shape recognition and spatial cognition evolved hundreds of thousands of year ago in conditions unlike those of the modern world – remains intact.

Public relations have always been full of contradictions. The roots of these contradictions are in the system of economic relations. It is not a coincidence that it has always been the task of economics, first of all, to reveal the nature of economic relations and, secondly, to find ways to resolve the social contradictions caused by these relations. The evolution of economic theories reflects the search for ways of solving the problem. Economic theory has constantly experienced pressure of certain social groups at various stages of its development, that benefited from the historical realities developed at the given time. The interest of these social groups have almost always been limited to the desire to prove that the existing system of economic relations is not historically transient, but the eternal and the best possible one. Having excluded production from the system of economic relations, reducing the extent of production relations to market relations, modern economic theories do not go beyond vulgar political economy. The article deals with the problem of property and social inequality, as a factor that slows down economic growth in Russia, as well as the possibilities of modern theoretical concepts to explain the essence of the economic contradictions of the modern world. There have always been poverty and injustice in the world. But if the gap between the rich and the poor has diminished in the last century, the world has returned to its state on the eve of the First World War by the beginning of the 21st century, as far as the degree of inequality is concerned.

This article discusses the idea of commonality within the system of philosophical-legal concepts through the prism of history and modernity. This problem is important for understanding the systemic nature of philosophical-legal concepts, considering that the philosophy of law throughout its conceptualization was often either replaced by the philosophy of politics or social philosophy, or veered off, virtually losing commonality with the “unified philosophy”. The research employs the components of comparative law, socio-philosophical, historical-logical, and political science analysis. The works of the foreign authors of the XIX – XX centuries served as the foundation for this research. The scientific novelty lies in the following: 1) the author establishes that the legal concept of commonality offers a means of reconsideration of the attitude of law towards the diversity of social groups and associations that characterize modern life; 2) an important trend is determined in studying the legal concept of commonality, developed for indicating the need for normative reflection of social relations based on trust; it recognizes the diversity of such relations and forms of their expression. This selected topic is relevant in modern world, as well as socio-humanistic knowledge, thus the author's approach allowed achieving the novelty of the formulated conclusions.

Innovation in creating consumer values as an important factor in socio-economic selection making  Consumption concerns many aspects of human life in both material and non-material dimensions. It shapes the attitude towards the family, spare time management, religion or culture. It sets the shape of our dreams, desires and life aspirations. On the one hand, it affects the system of our values, on the other hand, it is inspired by this system. Opponents of consumption, treating it as a secondary value and value in itself, accuse it of leading to the development of such phenomena as: mass entertainment, commercialization of culture or development of quite unnecessary, apparent needs. Instead, it removes the values generally respected in society, such as: interest in the fate of others, solidarity, care for the environment or the future of next generations. Today’s consumer is not a mindless human being subject to the rules of the market, they are increasingly educated, aware and responsible. They make choices based not only on their own needs but based on values existing in a given society. They purchase wisely and respectfully, remembering that today’s choices will be the legacy for future generations, thus the consumer’s interest must be synchronized with these generations. Nowadays, it is the consumer who creates the image of the company, forcing it to take ethical and moral actions, and also heading for conscious consumption. Such an attitude creates the opportunity to include the consumer in the processes of companies’ activities and their innovations, as well as treating them personally and more like a partner. In the realities of the new economic, political, and social system, new values of individuals, as well as of entire social groups associated with the behaviour of consumers of the modern world are developing. Consumption, on the one hand, determines the shape of dreams, desires and the way of life. On the other hand, based on an innovative approach to it, it performs a symbolic function that gives a deeper and wider perspective to existing products, emphasizing them as exceeding their useful functions. Consumers becoming more aware of their choices take into account not only the system of their own values but also the values existing in a given society. This innovative approach to consumption creates new quality, a new lifestyle, it shapes new roles, it draws attention to the environment around us, and it cares about the sensible use of its resources and its means. Following values in the selection of products reveals responsibility connected to decision making, its impact on the environment and on entire social groups. They allow the individual to realize themselves in the group and the human community, they enable human development, achieving customer satisfaction, and avoiding the plundering economy.

God created man with many uniqueness from all other types of creation, one of which is the ability to think and reason about something. The purpose of this uniqueness is for humans to become divine partners in protecting and caring for the earth and what is in it. But unfortunately that uniqueness is tainted by because man's own disobedience to God's prohibition in the Garden of Eden.Even so, the human ability to think and reason is not lost. Humans are given the opportunity to work to work on this damaged earth even with pain. This ability to think continues to develop in great works and has become an icon of human civilized history. seen from historical buildings, but also through thoughts that can influence the challenges in people's lives, that is the fruit of the uniqueness of human thought that was created by God.Human thought that has developed over a period of time has become a disaster, where God is no longer needed in the modern world, the rise of liberal theology brings out the power of intellectual thought and intuition. The purity of Christian teachings has become relative and dragged into a vortex of increasingly sharp criticism. Can the Bible dim the teaching deviations, straighten out the understanding that has been dragged into corrupted rationale.

Identity is a constant sign of social groups in peace and stability, but it is problematic in times of crisis (war, revolution, civil conflict, social crisis, etc.) when community is aware not only who he is, but also rethinking who it wants or should be. Especially when an enemy appears, or at least «the image of the enemy». Identity is the birth of a political subjectivity in a community that is geopolitically considered an object of international relations. In the literature, the cliché has already become a kind of statement about the fact that Ukraine is an object and not a subject of international relations, a change card in foreign geopolitical games. That is, the self-consciousness of the nation is worthless and does not affect anything. To refute this statement is the main purpose of this article. The objective of the article is to integrate, unbiased, objective analysis of the formation of the Ukrainian political nation, conducted from different points of view. In this regard, the article consists three parts, devoted to three different aspects of the problem: a purely geopolitical review of the works of the most well-known and influential scholars on the problem of Ukrainian-Russian relations after the revolutionary events in Ukraine and their futurological predictions; identity problems associated with the war on the Donbass; the influence of modern mass media into the formation of the ideology of the hybrid war and the hybrid world. The theoretical basis of the article is based, first of all, on the geopolitical postulates of freedom from ethical assessments and, on the contrary, the importance of geographical dates. The search and articulation of these data is the main scientific novelty of the article. In many respects, we relied on the methodology of geopolitical analysis introduced by John Friedman and Samuel Huntington, and tried to combine their positions into a coherent and holistic picture. The main conclusions of the work can be summarized in approximately these theses. Culture, not just politics and geography, matters. Identity is not a constant, it is a variable and super-complicated construct, aimed more for the future than the past. The ideology of nationalism can be both useful in the process of becoming a nation and state creation, and erroneous when it contradicts the picture of the post-modern world of the XXI century and the principles of democracy.

We look at some of the other secret groups in Second Temple Judaism: magicians, schools of magic and divination, priestly craft societies, and Hasideans. The possible connections of ultra-pietist groups mentioned in Rabbinic sources to the Essenes is noted, but regarded as unproven. Ḥāburôt and their possible Qumranite connections. The extreme concern with ritual purity is common to many groups. The possible debt of the Karaites to the Qumranite tradition is discussed and traditions about discovery of books in caves. This chapter narrates the meeting of the American and European worlds, a meeting that propelled Native people into a time of profound cultural, social, and political transformations. The forces that caused these transformations include military losses and cultural exchanges with early colonizers, the introduction of Old World diseases, and the consequences of political and economic incorporation into the modern world economy through a trade in Indian slaves. The impact of the European invasions played out differently in different regions and for different Indian polities and social groups. The full transformation of the Native world, then, must be viewed against a larger interpretive framework so that each instance of transformation can be understood as a distinctive phenomenon. This chapter offers such a framework through the concept of the “shatter zone,” which offers a regional frame for integrating events and people into a single interactive world.

The popularisation of drawing up codes that are addressed to various social groups is one of the features of the modern world. However, researchers of the phenomenon have not yet reached a consensus about the moral validity and utility of this activity. The article thoroughly reviews the Polish literature on the subject with regard to the reasons for taking a moderate stance on the codification of ethical standards. The essay describes the main concepts of ethical codes as well as arguments for their approval and rejection. Attention is drawn to the ways of improving the effectiveness of codes and to the ethical decision-making procedure that reconciles the positions of the supporters and opponents of codification.
