The following paper presents a Job Shadow Day undertaken by the Junior AchievementFoundation, a non-governmental organization with the aim of preparing children and youthsto live in market economy and to allow young people to gain knowledge and practical capabili-ties that facilitate the realization of the plans for career.The Foundation works within the framework of Junior Achievement Worldwide – the oldestand fastest developing organization in the world, which is engaged in youth economic educationin more than one hundred countries. Junior Achievement Foundation pursues its objectivesin cooperation with the business environment, the Ministry of National Education and the Natio-nal Bank of Poland.Job Shadow Day allows young people to see in detail what the ideal job looks like, to learnabout its specifics, to find out about the required qualifications and indispensable skills. Suchan experience makes it possible to compare visions with reality and to have a better idea of the fu-ture job.

Entrepreneurship as a style and way of thinking and working has century’s long history in the human society. Thanks to creative and open-minded people in the past and today, the human societies ensured rapid growth and improved the living standards. Innovative ideas triggered higher level of economic development in the world through new technologies, which has led to improving the quality of life. Unfortunately, not all countries in the world enjoy the same social progress, due to many problems in the areas of economic and political domain, access to natural and human resources, demographic issues, low level of education, etc. The history of economics has shown that in the countries with open market economy, the entrepreneurial spirit is developed on the higher level. The entrepreneurial culture provides many opportunities for implementation of more innovative business ideas, new technical solutions, advanced technologies, new working methods and continued life-long education aimed to improve the life of the society. Creative people and their ideas are crucial for the development and cultivation of the entrepreneurial spirit and culture in every country, which is closely connected to the education level gained through the formal and informal education systems, which depend of the country’s economic development. A good education system plays an important role in creating good economic policies in each country, has influence on the economic development, business performance and the progress of the whole human society. Innovation is a unique path to prosperity and well-being. Therefore, the economic scientists recognize entrepreneurship as a dynamic factor of production, in addition to labor, capital and land. The European Union (EU) recognizes and promotes many strategies and polices that focus on teaching entrepreneurship from early ages, starting within primary and secondary education, and continuing at the university levels. Developing new education curriculum in formal and informal education systems is a priority in the government’s policies of the developed countries. The curriculum might include compulsory courses in entrepreneurship, continuous learning, and tailored courses with specific task to teach people how to be creative and innovative, regardless of their cultural differences and traditions. Universities should play an important role in educating young people how to do business to work and succeed in the global market economy. The universities in many developed countries such as the USA, Japan, and Germany, have opened business centers, supported technological incubators and parks, and established specialized agencies that provide help and support to entrepreneurs. All these activities contribute to the development of the entrepreneurial society, where creative people can easily find their place for business and life. Thus, education is one of the key factors of economic development. The knowledge-based economy is a modern economy that makes the goal of many countries of today’s world. The less developed states should strive towards the modern trends in the education processes as well as business and entrepreneurial behavior, which is the critical factor in the development of economic and social welfare. They should make more efforts to support the business environment through progressive and modern education systems that would facilitate the development of entrepreneurial spirit and culture. Additionally, they should follow the new trends in the global economy that lead to social cohesion and better economic prosperity.

This article argues for an attention to the DIY digital studio as a key site where aspiring hip hop MCs in the contemporary moment negotiate between their desire for individual success and their commitments to various forms of local belonging, not least which includes staying true to a hip hop ethos of collectivity. We follow Sonal, a b-boy and MC we worked with in a studio that we set up in Delhi, India in 2013 to work with aspiring MCs in the city’s scene. We trace his subsequent rise to fame in India to argue for an attention to the DIY studio as the material and metaphoric realization of the digital infrastructures of global capitalism. The studio manifests economic and social opportunities for young men like Sonal in Delhi, and, we suspect, for young people across the world who now have access to social media and inexpensive production hardware and software. Yet, in creating opportunities for individual economic and social uplift, the studio poses a threat to the ideal of a hip hop community that undergirds its possibility even as it opens up opportunities to enunciate commitments to other forms of belonging.

Entrepreneurial education (EE) has recently become popular at universities of economics almost all over the world. Various teaching methods play a very important role in the development of the future entrepreneurs. Therefore, in order for a student to become a successful entrepreneur, it is important to find the most effective tool for the teachers to support entrepreneurship education and find the ideal connection between the needs of the students and the right choice of a teaching method. There is a large gap between the needs of the business environment and university studies of this area. The research is based on 214 questionnaires, which were filled in by the students of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice in 2018-2019. The aim of the paper is to find and analyse the preferences of teaching methods for students of management based on the following criteria: gender, faculty, degree of study. The students expected to be taught by active methods, e.g. experts lectures and business simulators. Differences in the use of teaching methods were the most evident among students from different faculties.

This book lays out a vision for how we should theorize about justice in a diverse society. It shows how free and equal people, faced with intractable struggles and irreconcilable conflicts, might share a common moral life shaped by a just framework. The book argues that if we are to take diversity seriously and if moral inquiry is sincere about shaping the world, then the pursuit of idealized and perfect theories of justice—essentially, the entire production of theories of justice that has dominated political philosophy for the past forty years—needs to change. Drawing on recent work in social science and philosophy, the book points to an important paradox: only those in a heterogeneous society—with its various religious, moral, and political perspectives—have a reasonable hope of understanding what an ideally just society would be like. However, due to its very nature, this world could never be collectively devoted to any single ideal. The book defends the moral constitution of this pluralistic, open society, where the very clash and disagreement of ideals spurs all to better understand what their personal ideals of justice happen to be. Presenting an original framework for how we should think about morality, this book rigorously analyzes a theory of ideal justice more suitable for contemporary times.

Banking industry has a very important role in economic development in a country. Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim country in the world, certainly has the prospect of the development of Sharia Banking Industry is very good in the future. However, the development of Sharia Bank has been slowing down in recent years and the profitability of sharia comercial banking is still below the ideal value. This study aims to determine the internal factors and external factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Bank in the year of January 2012 until August 2017. The variables used in this study are ROA, Inflation, NPF, and BOPO. The data used is aggregate data of all Sharia Commercial Banks recorded at Bank Indonesia. Measurement of Statistic Description, F-Test, T-Test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that significant negative effect of BI rate, NPF and BOPO was found, while Inflation variable showed negative but not significant. Overall, the above variables affect the ROA of 87.7%, while 12.3% is likely to be influenced by other factors.

The paper examines various approaches to the definition of the term «digital economy» in the scientific and business environment along with factors and forms of its development in different countries taking into account the specifics of the current stage of the Russian economy, which is a matter of particular importance in seeking new sources of the world economy growth. The subject of the research is opportunities and threats inherent in the process of digitalization of economies and their impact on the operation of international and national markets as well as the development of the world economy as a whole. The purpose of the paper was to analyze the practical experience in the formation and development of the digital economy in foreign countries and Russia and identify the changes it brings to the activities of state institutions and business structures, established rules of market exchange, the process of promotion and use of innovations. All the above made it possible to determine the country-level specifics of the digital economy evolution reveal the contradictory nature of its manifestations and justify the necessity for active participation of the state in stimulation and support of potentially promising digital innovations in various sectors of the economy. It is concluded that the level of the digital economy development depends on the real-sector performance, the maturity of markets, the state of the national economy. It is highlighted that the criteria for a comprehensive assessment of the results of the economy digitalization must be developed.

A novel titled BumiCinta written by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy takes place in the Russian setting, in which Russia is a country that adopts freedom. Russia with various religions embraced by its people has called for the importance of human freedom. Free sex in Russia is commonplace among its young people. Russia is a country that is free with no rules, no wonder if there have been many not embracing certain religion. In fact, according to data Russia is a country accessing the largest porn sites in the world. Habiburrahman in his Bumi Cinta reveals some religious aspects. He incorporates the concept of religion with social conflicts in Russia. Therefore, the writer reveals two fundamental issues, namely: 1. What is the characters' religiosity in the Habiburrahman El-Shirazy'sBumiCinta? 2. What is the characters' religiosity in the BumiCinta in their relationship with God, fellow human beings, and nature ?. To achieve the objectives, the writer uses the religious literary criticism based on the Qur'an and Hadith. It emphasizes religious values in literature. The writer also uses the arguments of scholars and schools of thought to strengthen this paper. This theory is then used to seek the elements of religiousity in the Habiburrahman El-Shirazy'sBumiCinta. In this novel, the writer explains there are strong religious elements and religious effects of its characters, especially the belief in God, faith and piety

In our plural society, interfaith marriages and multicultural families have become a new normal and are either considered problematic for the religious communities or welcomed as a contribution to a secular and more peaceful world. In the course of my work with European Muslims, I could accompany such families through a few generations. In this article, I am going to outline some typical challenges and crises in such relationships and their effects on young people growing up in mixed families, adding my observations of how they can be dealt with. Ultimately, there is a chance that, through dialogue, it provides a meaningful learning environment that prepares young people for the diverse reality of the world today.
