Competition in the business world is a challenge for the three second, three second always displays clothing models that are characteristic of young people, three second is a distribution that is well known among the public, especially in the city of Cilegon. (1) Is there an effect of brand image on buying interest in three second distribution in Cilegon City (2) Is there an effect of price discount on buying interest in three second distribution in Cilegon City (3) Is there an effect of brand image and price discount on buying interest . This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and price discounts on buying interest in a three second distribution in the city of Cilegon. The data collection method used was a questionnaire, with a population of 122 people, the number of samples used in this study were 94 people. Then the data were analyzed with SPSS version 2.0. (1) the results of the calculation show a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 or Tcount 4.034> 1.661 T table can be stated that brand image has an effect on buying interest. (2) the calculation shows a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 or Tcount 4.297> 1.661 T table, thus that the price discount is quite influential on buying interest. (3) The results of statistical calculations show 14,906> 3.10 F table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected. So with this it can be concluded that the variable Brand Image (X1) and Price Discounts (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y).

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

O  presente artigo articula dois fenômenos aparentemente  distintos, o Urbicídio e o Juvenicídio, enquanto expressões da crise estrutural do capital., que se agrava no Brasil e nos demais países dependentes no atual quadro. A cidade é palco de um modelo neoliberal que segrega a classe trabalhadora dos direitos acessados nos grandes centros urbanos, sendo as periferias desprovidas de equipamentos públicos. As juventudes, mesmo que legalmente reconhecidas comosujeito de direitos, são vítimas da  ausência  de políticas sociais, principalmente nas periferias, territórios violados pelo Estado Penal. As políticas públicas até então constituídas promovem ações limitadas focadas no recrutamento de jovens no mercado de trabalho desassociadas de políticas públicas de proteção social básica, cada vez mais precarizadas. No entanto, as juventudes, plenas de potencialidades, podem protagonizar movimentos de resistência a este projeto societário, que exclui, encarcera e mata.Palavras-Chave: Juventudes, Território, Juvenicídio, Urbicídio THE TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN: Urbicide and Youthicide in Brasilian Reality.Abstract: The present article discuss two apparently distinct phenomena, Urbicide and Youthicide, as expressions of the structural crisis of capital, which is aggravated in Brazil and in the other dependent countries in the present conjuncture. The city is the stage of a neoliberal model that segregates the  working class, without right to the city  and  the social services.The youth, even if legally recognized as subject of rights, are victims of the absence of social policies, mainly in the peripheries, territories violated by the Criminal State. The public policies e promote limited actions focused on the recruitment of young people in the labor market disassociated with public policies of basic social protection, increasingly precarized. However, youths, full of potentialities, can carry out resistance movements to this project which excludes, imprisons and kills.Keywords: Youth,Territory,Youthcide, Urbicide

This study aims to investigate the influence of trust, satisfaction, values, and brand image on the loyalty of MaxxCoffee. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire given to students of Universitas Pelita Harapan as respondents. The research design uses convenience sampling with a total sample of 249 samples. The data collection method is utilizing questionnaires and the data is analyzed by the Partial Least Square of Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of this study are trust, satisfaction, and value have a positive effect on loyalty. Conversely, the brand image has no positive effect on Maxx Coffee customers’ loyalty. The contribution of this study is providing input to the management of Maxx Coffee to concern and maintain their trust, satisfaction, value, and brand image of Maxx Coffee to maintain the customers’ loyalty.

RESUMOOs desastres relacionados às águas, ocorridos no Brasil, aprofundaram e ampliaram as pesquisas sobre tais fenômenos. Este artigo analisa os conflitos decorrentes da resposta do governo da cidade de Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ às consequências dos desastres: o programa de habitação popular “Morar Feliz”. Realizaram-se levantamentos bibliográficos, coleta de dados em órgãos públicos e entrevistas com moradores reassentados. Os resultados indicam a existência de conflito de interesses que opõem os moradores que reivindicam ficar no bairro em que residem, ou próximo a ele, e o governo municipal, que promove a expansão urbana em áreas com insuficiência de infraestrutura urbana.Palavras-Chave: desastres ambientais, habitação popular, risco.RESUMENLos desastres relacionados con el agua que ocurrieron en Brasil profundizaron y ampliaron las investigaciones sobre estos fenómenos. En este artículo se analizan los conflictos que surgen como resultado de la respuesta del gobierno de la ciudad de Campos dos Goytacazes / RJ frente a las consecuencias de los desastres: el programa de vivienda pública "Morar Feliz". La investigación se basó en la literatura sobre el tema, en recolección de datos en los organismos públicos y en entrevistas con residentes reasentados. Hospital Dr. R. Soedarsono is the only government-owned hospital and first in the city of Pasuruan, so this hospital is indirectly the main reference for residents. Parking space needs for hospital visitors motorcycle users are influenced by 2 things, among others: 1) Parking land users are indeed hospital visitors aiming for the needs of the hospital, 2) Parking land users are indeed non hospital visitors who deliberately leave their vehicles for purposes other than the hospital. Other needs such as entrusting vehicles to get out of the city, to the office and work in companies outside the city of Pasuruan, etc. This happens because the location of the strategic hospital is on the inter-city public transportation lane, triggering non-hospital visitors to leave their motorbikes. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of motorcycle user parking and to determine the characteristics of motorcycle users in the hospital. The research data collection method is by recording the number of motorcycle plates that enter and exit complete with time, as well as directly asking the needs of parking visitors. The research was carried out for 7 days / 1 week, whereas in 24 hours of sampling throughout the day starting at 06.00-06.00 WIB. The results of this study show: (1) 3353 vehicles entering parking conditions, there are 2917 visitors parking visitors and 436 non-hospital parking users, (2) the highest volume on Thursday 613 vehicles, (3) the highest accumulation of parking on Thursday at 19.00 - 20.00 as many as 340 vehicles and the average maximum accumulation value of 287 vehicles while there are 267 SRP, it is concluded that the accumulation of parking exceeds the area of the parking space unit, (4) the highest parking duration is vulnerable time 120-180 minutes, (5) the number of parking changes an average 1.79 vehicle / parking lot means that for one parking lot serving more than one vehicle, (6) the parking index is an average of 107.54%, so parking facilities are said to be problematic because ip> 100%. for that it is necessary to increase the area of parking or the creation of new parking spaces with vertical parking (multi-storey parking).

Architecture is inevitably involved in the most diverse processes that determine urban dynamics, and, therefore, it is important to contextualize it, understanding its heritage relevance, as well as the historical, cultural and urban value of the place where it is built. This article seeks, therefore, to build a panorama that links the urban evolution of the city of Teresina to the work of engineer Cícero Ferraz de Sousa Martins, who stands out as a relevant sample of the architecture produced during the first half of the 20th century in the capital of Piauí. This relationship is structured in the study of Avenida Frei Serafim, which houses a large part of this engineer's productions and whose construction represents, for Teresina, a milestone in its urbanization, giving the city a centrality independent of its initial site. Therefore, the methodology used is based on bibliographic research and data collection in public collections and virtual repositories, especially regarding the particularities of Avenida Frei Serafim and the productions of Cícero Ferraz. Thus, the research develops from the urban evolution of the city to the construction of the public place in question, emphasizing its consolidation as part of the historic urban site. Then, there is an articulation between different urban scales, through the construction-lot connection, as well as an analysis of the potential of this avenue as a “timeline” regarding the architectural development of the capital. Therefore, the work strives to reinforce the inseparability between architecture and urbanism while also ratifying the urgency that must be had in overcoming superficial and strictly formal diagnoses in this field.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Head of the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Cluster Team in the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Task Force Team of the City of Tasikmalaya was in accordance with the indicators of the communication strategy ranging from the communicator determination strategy, message determination strategy, media determination strategy and audience determination strategy. The communication strategy implemented resulted in the fact that the spread of Covid-19 in Tasikmalaya City had decreased due to the implementation of discipline carried out by the apparatus as the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Task Force Team and communication that was conveyed to the public with the right strategy. The implementation of the communication strategy that has been carried out by the Task Force Team, the implementation of the report on the results of the Tasikmalaya City discipline presentation is reported directly to the Governor who is charged to Kominfo with the local Government.

Every company would want the intentions to buy in their consumer. Purchase intentions could grows in the consumer when the consumer knows the brand well through the good images or surrounding environments. This study is to know how brand awareness, brand image, and word of mouth affect purchase intention of Nintendo Switch in Surabaya. Quantitative method was used in this research. To conduct this research, the data collection method was used questionnaires of 82 respondents. Multiple regression was used in this research to analyze the data statistically. The results showed that brand image and word of mouth are significantly affects purchase intentions while brand awareness is not strongly affects purchase intentions of Nintendo Switch in Surabaya.

Shared transportation, directly corresponding to research on the sharing economy, is an important issue, directly linked with the issue of city transport, as well as that of alternative transport when analysed from a broader perspective. Forms of alternative city transport may be classified into two basic groups, different in terms of the manner in which they use their shared vehicles. It is either ride-sourcing or vehicle-sourcing (further broken down to car-sharing, bike-sharing and scooter-sharing). All the above-specified forms require access to a mobile app or a website and, consequently, some Internet and app-using skills, so it is obvious that they are predominantly used by young people. The fact prompted the author to research consumer behaviour in the sharing economy area among young people, who are regular users of the public transport available in Krakow. The research was conducted on a group of 96 respondents using qualitative method (FGI). The objective of the research was to identify the factors which determine some specific mobile behaviours in young adults in the area of alternative forms of the public transport, as well as identification of these forms of transport which are preferred and most popular among users. With all certainty, alternative forms of transport represent an attractive transportation offer addressed to young people, complementing the city transport system. Young people pointed to the particular importance of hedonistic factors prevailing n their choices, as they particularly appreciated reaching their destination in a fast, pleasant and comfortable anner, as well as the feeling of independence and freedom. However, alternative transport was certainly not hosen for reasons related to the environmental protection or economic aspects.
