<p>The text of Tutur Bhuwana Mareka is a lontar text that has a Shivaistic nuance and is <br />thick with Tattwa teachings. The text of Tutur Bhuwana Mareka has a core teaching that discusses a lot about the creation, maintenance, and destruction of the universe or what is known as Virat Vidyā. This study will discuss three basic consensus as the formulation of the problem which includes the meaning of harmony in the process of creation (uttpti), maintenance (stiti), and destruction (pralina). This study uses the theory of Hermeneutics from Friedrich August Wolf to discuss the overall problem formulation in this study. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with several stages, namely: determining the type of research, finding sources of research data both primary and secondary data, determining research instruments, determining informants using purposive sampling techniques, collecting data using library, document, and descriptive methods, interview, then<br />analyze the data, and present the results of the data analysis. The meaning of harmony in the process of creation (uttpti) of the universe in the text of Tutur Bhuwana Mareka is the existence of Sang Hyang Mareka Jati to respond to an empty and silent situation without any creation. All objects and living things that He created are correlated with each other and this is what shows the existence of harmony in the universe. Because in essence the universe without its contents is incomplete and living things cannot live and settle without the existence of the universe. Furthermore, the meaning of harmony in the process of maintaining (stiti) the universe in the text of Tutur Bhuwana Mareka is the existence of Sang Hyang Mareka Jati in protecting the universe and all its contents. Then the last is the meaning of harmony in the process of destruction (pralina) of the universe in the text of Tutur Bhuwana Mareka which is<br />the return of the elements of creation to the creator, namely Sang Hyang Mareka Jati. The destruction process in this text shows the existence of a cyclic cycle, proving that there is harmony, balance, and harmony in the universe. Creation, maintenance, and destruction are forms of harmony created by God in his manifestation as Sang Hyang Mareka Jati to give understanding to humans that the entire contents of the universe are His manifestations and will surely return to Him.</p><p> </p>

Panji's story is a classic romance originating from East Java. One variant of Panji's story is Wangbang Widèya: A Javanese Panji Romance. Research on this manuscript is rarely done, or there is research on the same topic, but different theoretical basis as a tool for study. The purpose of this study is to indirectly examine the literary aspect that possible further research coupled with intrinsic research. Research focuses on studying intrinsic aspects that include: theme, plot, character and characterization, and background story. This research is library study using qualitative research method. The source of this research data is Wangbang Widèya: A Javanese Panji Romance. This process begins with data collection in the form of primary and secondary data. The analysis comprises data reduction, data classification, and data display. In the final process of data display, it has presented data ready to be analyzed. The results show: (1) the theme of romance is an absolute theme in Wangbang Widèya: A Javanese Panji Romance; (2) the groove is loose because it is easily inserted with other stories that complement the story as a whole; (3) the characters and the characterizations are static, namely if the character is good then he will get the victory, but if the character is evil it will get defeated; (3) the settings in Wangbang Widèya: A Javanese Panji Romance cover the setting of place, time, atmosphere, and social aspect as the explanation of the character strata. Iklan merupakan salah satu alat promosi yang digunakan untuk komunikasi dengan penonton yang yang dapat dilakukan melalui surat kabar, majalah, internet, radio dan atau  televisi. Menggunakan iklan, sebuah produk mencoba untuk membuat tanda kepada penonton untuk meyakinkan mereka benar-benar memahami pesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana bahasa yang terdapat dalam lirik yang ada pada iklan Oreo: “Wonder if I gave an Oreo”  di televisi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis Etnolinguistik. Pendekatan Etnolinguistik Humboldt digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengungkap bahasa terhadap pandangan iklan tersebut. Data sekunder yang digunakan, juga didukung oleh studi literatur, untuk melakukan analisis mendalam dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan makna dari iklan yang digunakan berdasarkan cara pandang Oreo. Advertisement is one of promotional tools used to communicate with its audience which can be done through newspaper, magazine, internet, radio, and/or television. Using advertisement, the product tries to create signs in the message to the audience to make sure they really understand the message. The objective of the study is to analyze how the languages are created in the lyrics on Oreo: “Wonder if I gave an Oreo” TV advertisement. The metodology is qualitative research using Ethnolinguistic analysis. Humboldt Ethnolinguistic approach is applied to explore the language based on the advertisement’s view. Secondary data were used, also supported by study literature, to conduct a deep analysis of this study. The research finding shows meaning were used to deliver the message of Oreo.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

This study is aimed to know the mechanism of risk management in the management of unredeemed non-gold pawn in Blauran Sharia Pawnshop. Through the three phases of risk management that is risk identification, risk ranking, and risk control Blauran Sharia Pawnshop expected can be more minimize the risks, one of them is unredeemed non-gold pawn. The research method used was qualitative. Research data is obtained by doing interview techniques and documentation to the informant that was assistant deputy manager Pawnshop of Surabaya Regional Office, Head of Blauran Surabaya Sharia Pawnshop branch, and staff of Blauran Surabaya Sharia Pawnshop. The research showed that Blauran Sharia Pawnshop has run the risk management process in three ways: risk identification, risk ranking based on potency and the most influential risk, and risk control by conducting auction on non-goldpawning items that were not redeemed.Keyword: Risk Management, sharia mortgage, sharia pawnshop,unreedemed non-gold pawn

The purpose of this research was to analyze ten covers of 2019 best-seller fantasy novels through multimodal. The research method used was qualitative research. The objects in this research were ten book covers of 2019 best-seller fantasy novels. The instruments used were documentation that aimed at obtaining data, including relevant books, study, activity reporting, relevant research data. Content analysis was used to obtain the data. This study used five phased cycles in analyzing the data; compiling, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting, and concluding. The result of analyzing the novels is emphasized in two focuses, including representation and interactive function. Several novels have a narrative aspect, while others contain conceptual interpretation, which is part of a representative function. It was very challenging to interpret some implicit meaning of the symbols in some of the novels as it requires mythical knowledge. Therefore, it is expected that understanding the implicit meaning comprehensively will make readers easier to understand the story outline of the novel.

This study aims to explain, describe and analyze patterns of partnership between government, the private sector and civil society in the development of oil palm plantations as well as factors inhibiting and supporting factors. The research method using descriptive qualitative research. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that a partnership with a core pattern of plasma and partnership schemes MSA (Management One-Stop), KKPA (Primary Cooperatives Members), IGA (Income Generating Activity).There is a limiting factor and driving force in the partnership. Obstacle factor is lack of knowlegde about partnership and obligations in the course of partnerships at every actor partnership, conflict, limited land, in-consistency of each actor in the partnership, the decline in palm oil prices. The push factor is the regulatory and price.

The covid-19 pandemic has caused a global economic slowdown. Trade institutions and customs institutions provide facilities that are expected to encourage the economy not to fall into a sharp decline. The World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) as world organizations that regulate the movement of goods between countries have also issued instructions for their member countries to deal with this pandemic situation. This study aims to determine how the implementation of customs facilities and international trade during this pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive techniques. The data used in this study are secondary data such as reports, research, and guidelines. The results of the study show that Indonesia has implemented customs facilities and international trade during this pandemic. This is following the guidelines published by the WTO and WCO, which are world organizations related to international trade. Programs carried out by Indonesia are also carried out by other countries which are good practices in international trade activities. The implication of this research is to recommend the customs institution to continue to increase cooperation with other border agencies in the form of coordinated border management..   Pandemi covid-19 telah membuat perlambatan ekonomi secara global. Institusi perdagangan dan institusi kepabeanan memberikan fasilitas yang tujuannya diharapkan dapat mendorong perekonomian tidak jatuh dalam penurunan yang tajam. World Trade Organization (WTO) dan World Customs Oganization (WCO) selaku organisasi dunia yang mengatur pergerakan barang antar negara juga telah mengeluarkan petunjuk bagi negara anggotanya untuk menghadapi situasi pandemi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi fasilitas kepabeanan dan perdagangan internasional dalam masa pandemi ini. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder seperti laporan, penelitian, dan buku petunjuk. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan fasilitas kepabeanan dan perdagangan internasional selama masa pandemi ini. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan panduan yang diterbitkan oleh WTO dan WCO yang merupakan badan dunia terkait dengan perdagangan internasional. Program yang dilakukan Indonesia juga dilakukan oleh negara lain yang merupakan good practices pada kegiatan perdagangan internasional. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasikan kepada institusi kepabeanan agar terus meningkatkan Kerjasama dengan badan perbatasan lainnya dalam bentuk coordinated border management.

The study investigates the government policies in the waqf's regulation in Indonesia and the essence of waqf as an important instrument of economic empowerment in Islam. The study aims to provide solutions to the lack of the benefits of waqf for people's welfare, especially in terms of economic empowerment. It is qualitative research with a normative approach. The research data used is the secondary data from library resources. An analysis of the data is by interpreting the concept. The result of this study shown that waqf has played a major role in citizen empowerment from the time of God's messenger, Muhamad peace be upon him until now, even the benefits of a waqf can still be felt up to today.   Keywords: waqf, political law, legislation.

This paper discusses how the renewal of Islamic law occurred in Egypt and Sudan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a normative approach. The data source used in this study is a secondary data source, because it only examines the literature or literature. From the results of this study, it can be understood that the role of the countries of Egypt and Sudan in fighting for qanunization (taqnin) and the formalization of Islamic law is very large. Even though they have to go through the challenges of Western imperialism and secularism, so that Islamic societies and countries have variations in responding to Western civilization today. The renewal of Islamic law in Egypt and Sudan occurred because of the struggle of Muslims in Egypt and Sudan with the rulers of the Islamic world, between secularism and Islamic law.

This research aims tosynthesis of village financial management in the management of Village Funds. This type of researchis a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This researchcarried out using documentation techniques and interviews with parties involved in the management of the Village Fund. Descriptions are obtained throughanalysis of Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 by comparing the realization in the field.Village Fund Management from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting stagesand accountability in general can be said to be in accordance withPermendagri No. 113 of 2014 although there are several things in the planning,implementation and administration that are still not in accordance with the target time.
