This study aims to explain, describe and analyze patterns of partnership between government, the private sector and civil society in the development of oil palm plantations as well as factors inhibiting and supporting factors. The research method using descriptive qualitative research. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that a partnership with a core pattern of plasma and partnership schemes MSA (Management One-Stop), KKPA (Primary Cooperatives Members), IGA (Income Generating Activity).There is a limiting factor and driving force in the partnership. Obstacle factor is lack of knowlegde about partnership and obligations in the course of partnerships at every actor partnership, conflict, limited land, in-consistency of each actor in the partnership, the decline in palm oil prices. The push factor is the regulatory and price.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan informasi tentang implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SD Sukorejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri khususnya pada tahap pembiasaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data yakni Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelas dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahap yakni data reduksi, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SD Sukorejo Gurah Kediri, penerapan literasi masih sampai pada tahap pembiasaan. Upaya sekolah untuk menggiatkan gerakan literasi adalah dengan cara membiasakan membaca buku non pelajaran 15 menit sebelum kelas dimulai, menata lingkungan yang mendukung literasi dan melibatkan mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi. Terdapat beberapa hal yang menjadi faktor pendukung dalam kegiatan ini yakni semangat siswa-siswi dalam membaca buku, terdapat buku pengayaan yang disediakan dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pembiasaan kegiatan membaca adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah ini karena belum sepenuhnya rutin dilaksanakan. ABSTRACT This study tried to describe about the implementation of School Literacy Movement in Sukorejo Elementary School in Kediri, especially in the process of literacy habituation and development. The research used descriptive qualitative research. Data sources are Principal, Class Teachers and students. Data collection in this study was by observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that at SD Sukorejo Gurah Kediri, the application of literacy was still at the stage of habituation and development. The principal tried to intensify the literacy movement are by getting used to read non-lesson books 15 minutes before class starts, arranging an environment that supports literacy and involving partners in the implementation of literacy activities. There are several aspects can support school literacy in this school that are enthusiasm of students in reading books, enrichment books provided and support from various parties. Whereas the inhibiting factor for the habit of reading activities is the not yet optimal implementation of the school literacy movement because it has not been fully routinely implemented.

Abstract The responsibility of religious education is the most important responsibility for parents and educators, because it is the center of all resources. However, in practice there are still many educators who do not pay attention to the religious education of their students, they prioritize education that is only worldly. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic education in Kuttab students is going well. Opportunities for the application of Islamic education to Kuttab students starting from the education system, curriculum, and teachers are extraordinary in maximizing education for children. However, it also has challenges that greatly affect children's education, namely gadgets, games and shows that are not beneficial to children, so it greatly influences the education of their faith. The advantages of the implementation of Islamic education in Kuttab, namely that children have begun to form creeds according to their age. While the drawbacks are that the application and understanding of Islamic education in Kuttab are not comprehensive and agree on all teachers and the environment that does not support the concepts that have been implanted in Kuttab. Abstrak Tanggung jawab pendidikan akidah merupakan tanggung jawab terpenting bagi para orang tua dan pendidik, karena ia merupakan pusat segala sumber. Namun dalam prakteknya masih banyak pendidik yang kurang memperhatikan pendidikan akidah peserta didiknya, mereka lebih mengutamakan pendidikan yang hanya bersifat duniawi saja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan akidah pada santri Kuttab berjalan dengan baik. Peluang penerapan pendidikan akidah pada santri Kuttab mulai dari sistem pendidikan, kurikulum, dan guru-gurunya sangatlah luar biasa dalam memaksimalkan pendidikan pada anak-anak. Namun, juga memiliki tantangannya yang sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan anak yaitu gadget, game dan tontonan-tontonan yang tidak bermanfaat bagi anak sehingga sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan imannya. Adapun kelebihan implementasi pendidikan akidah di Kuttab yaitu anak-anak sudah mulai terbentuk akidah sesuai dengan usianya. Sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu penerapan serta pemahaman pendidikan akidah di Kuttab belum menyeluruh dan sependapat pada semua guru serta lingkungan yang tidak mendukung dengan  konsep-konsep yang telah ditanamkan di Kuttab.

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program Policy or Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) in the area of ??the Ministry of Religion, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation with informants, namely application managers to verify the Smart Indonesia Program. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts.

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

This research aims to know the function of Traditional House of Toraja   and Typology, as a unique traditional architectural tourist attraction in Ke'te 'Kesu'. The   research is qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The research variables consist of: Function of Traditional House (Tongkonan), and it’s Typology. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, that is analyzing each variable descriptively, consisting of four activity flow, that is data selection, data presentation, analyzing, , and conclusions. The results show that: In general, the main function of traditional Toraja house (Tongkonan) and its built environment is as a container of human activities supporting Toraja culture, consisting of Rambu Solo’ that is the customary ceremony associated with death, and Rambu Tuka’  or all things good lifestyle as well ceremonies related to daily life. Then typology can be viewed from aspects of Layout, Spatial, Shape, Structure and Construction, and Ornaments.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan transmisi memori peristiwa 65 dari generasi pertama ke post-generasi dalam karya sastra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian postmemory Marianne Hirch. Sumber data penelitian adalah novel Pulang karya Leila S. Chudori dan Amba karya Laksmi Pamuntjak. Data penelitiannya adalah frasa, kalimat, atau paragraf yang merepresentasikan gambaran generasi pertama dan post-generasi, proses transmisi memori, dan rekonstruksi memori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif, yaitu dengan cara reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat tiga generasi dalam proses transmisi memori, yaitu generasi pertama sebagai tokoh yang mengalami peristiwa 65 secara langsung, generasi 1.5 dan kedua sebagai penerima transmisi memori; (2) familial postmemory dilakukan melalui garis keturunan keluarga dan afiliative postmemory melalui buku, museum, foto, surat pribadi, dokumen sejarah, dan narasi yang berkembang di masyarakat; (3) konstruksi memori oleh tokoh post-generasi yang diwujudkan dengan penerimaan maupun penolakan. Penerimaan memunculkan rasa trauma, was-was, atau perubahan identitas yang mirip dengan generasi pertama. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research is a postmemory study of Marianne Hirch. The source of the research data is the novel Pulang by Leila S. Schudori and Amba by Laksmi Pamuntjak. The research data are phrases, sentences, or paragraphs that represent first-generation and post-generation descriptions, memory transmission processes, and memory reconstruction. The data analysis technique used interactive techniques, namely by way of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) there are three generations in the memory transmission process, namely the first generation as a character who experiences events directly, the 1.5 generation and the second as a memory transmission receiver; (2) familial postmemory is carried out through family lineages and affiliative postmemory through books, museums, photos, personal letters, historical documents, and narratives that develop in society; (3) memory construction by postgeneration figures which is realized by acceptance or rejection. Acceptance creates a sense of trauma, anxiety, or a change of identity similar to that of the first generation. Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami tentang bentuk musik ritmik Gong Timor dalam upacara ritual Tfua Ton berdasarkan elemen-elemen irama yang terkandung didalamnya serta memahami lebih dalam tentang makna simbolik Gong Timor dalam upacara ritual Tfua Ton. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, bentuk musik Gong Timor terdiri dari beberapa elemen irama yaitu ketukan, aksen dan pola irama. Makna simbolik yang terkandung pada Gong Timor dalam upacara ritual Tfua Ton yaitu sebagai simbol komunikasi, keperkasaan, karakter dan identitas masyarakat Desa Napan. Simbol tersebut dimaknai dengan adanya perjuangan masyarakat dalam memperjuangkan kehidupan dan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Dalam ritual tersebut Gong timor dimaknai sebagai penghubung antara masyarakat dengan para leluhur dan alam yang mendiami tempat tersebut. Gong Timor tersebut mamiliki makna simbolik yang hanya bisa dipahami oleh masyarakat setempat. Gong Timor dalam upacara ritual Tfua Ton telah menjadi satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. The purpose of this research is to understand the rhythmic musical form of Timor Gong in the Tfua Ton ritual based on the rhythm elements contained therein and to understand more deeply the symbolic meaning of Gong Timor in the Tfua Ton ritual. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research design with phenomenology. Research data were collected using observation, interview and document study techniques. Data analysis technique is done through the process of reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, the Timor Gong music form consists of several elements of rhythm namely beats, accents and rhythm patterns. The symbolic meaning contained in the Gong Timor in the Tfua Ton ritual ceremony is as a symbol of communication, might, character and identity of the people of Napan Village. The symbol is interpreted by the struggle of the community in fighting for the lives and economic needs of the local community. In the ritual Gong timor is interpreted as a liaison between the community and the ancestors and nature who inhabit the place. The Timor Gong has a symbolic meaning that can only be understood by the local community. AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ciri dari pola tutur variasi akrolek, bentuk fungsi tuturan asertif, dan hubungan ciri pola tutur variasi akrolek pada bentuk fungsi tindak tutur asertif dalam siniar Deddy Corbuzier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah interaksi antara pembawa acara dan narasumber dalam siniar Deddy Corbuzier. Data yang digunakan yaitu kutipan percakapan antara pembawa acara dan narasumber yang mengandung variasi bahasa akrolek dan hubungannya dengan tindak tutur asertif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) ciri pola tutur variasi akrolek yang terdiri dari bahasa yang berkonotasi tinggi serta bergengsi dan tidak sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia. (2) bentuk tuturan asertif yang terdiri dari tuturan asertif mengeluh, menyarankan, mengklaim, membanggakan, melaporkan, dan memberitahukan. (3) hubungan ciri pola tutur variasi akrolek pada bentuk fungsi tindak tutur asertif menciptakan suatu respon serta memberikan informasi berdasarkan kenyataan.Kata kunci: tindak tutur, variasi akrolek, tindak tutur asertif. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of the acrolectic variation of speech patterns, the form of assertive speech functions, and the relationship between the characteristics of the acrolectic variations of speech patterns in the form of assertive speech acts in Deddy Corbuzier's narration. This research is a qualitative research. The source of research data is the interaction between the presenter and the resource person in Deddy Corbuzier's broadcast. The data used are excerpts from conversations between the presenter and the resource person containing variations of acrolectic language and its relationship with assertive speech acts. Data collection techniques using observation techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: (1) the characteristics of the acrolectic variation of speech patterns which consist of languages that have high and prestigious connotations and are not in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian language. (2) the form of assertive speech consisting of assertive speech complaining, suggesting, claiming, boasting, reporting, and notifying. (3) the relationship between the characteristics of the acrolectic variation of speech patterns in the form of the function of assertive speech acts creates a response and provides information based on reality.Keywords: speech act, acrolec variation, assertive speech act.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine community participation in the payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Padang Harapan Village, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through structured interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study explain that public participation in paying land and building taxes is good enough but there are indeed some taxpayers who are still late in paying land and building taxes. In addition, the level of community volunteerism is still lacking and the average person pays land and building taxes because proof of payment in full is used as one of the administrative requirements in all matters both at the village head office or in other offices. The conclusion of the research is that public participation in paying PBB has been good and smooth. The community is sensitive and active in paying taxes.
