One of the supporting industries that has high development in line With the rapid growth of aviation services in Indonesia the business Of aircraft including the procurement and production of spare parts and overhaul including the procurement and production of spare parts and the provision of supporting human resources. In 2012, there were 30 business entities engaged in the business of and aircraft is incorporated in IAMSA (Indonesian Aircraft Maintenance Shop Association). The purpose of this research was to obtain an overview of potential development of the Aerospace Park in Indonesia and find alternative airport that could be developed as an Aerospace Park in Indonesia. Based on the potential movement of aircraft and land availability, it is proposed to develop Aerospace Park in Soekarno Hatta Jakarta, Hussein Sastranegara Bandung, Kertajati Majalengka, Juanda Surabaya, Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar, Sam Ratulangi Manado, Sentani Jayapura, Segun Sorong, Hang Nadim Batam, Raja Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang. Smarinda Baru, Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya dan BIL Lombok. Salah satu industri pendukung yang sangat berkembang sejalan dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan jasa penerbangan di Indonesia adalah bisnis pemeliharaan dan perawatan pesawat udara termasuk pengadaan dan produksi suku cadangnya serta penyediaan SDM pendukungnya. Pada tahun 2012, tercatat 30 badan usaha yang bergerak dalam bisnis perneliharaan dan perawatan pesawat udara yang tergabung dalam IAMSA (Indonesian Aircraft Maintenance Shop Association). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengembangan Aerospace Park di Indonesia dan mengetahui alternatif bandar udara yang bisa dikembangkan sebagai Aerospace Park di Indonesia. Berdasarkan potensi pergerakan pesawat udara dan faktor ketersediaan lahan diusulkan pengembangan Aerospace Park di Bandar Udara Soekarno Hatta Jakarta, Hussein Sastranegara Bandung, Kertajati Majalengka, Juanda Surabaya, Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar, Sam Ratulangi Manado, Sentani Jayapura, Segun Sorong, Kualanamu Medan, Hang Nadim Batam, Raja Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang_ Samarinda Baru, Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya dan BIL Lombok.

Monthly Maintenance Depok Commuter Line Dipo is a place of care that forms inspection, preparation, storage, maintenance, and repair of rings counted monthly with regular maintenance, where P1 (maintenance every 1 month), P3 (maintenance every 3 months), and P6 (Treatment every 6 boasts). To support Commuter Line maintenance activities, the availability of spare parts / components, quantity and quality of human resources, work equipment, inspection equipment, location, conditions and supporting facilities are sufficient to facilitate maintenance. In conducting maintenance, Depok Commuter Line Dipo Monthly Maintenance has problems, including lack of maintenance equipment and maintenance personnel in the dipo are still lacking, both in terms of quality and quantity. To overcome this problem the method used is to identify the needs of the facility based on the MI (Maintenance Instructions) as a guide in carrying out maintenance and calculate the needs of employees both in number and quality or competence that must be owned by maintenance personnel. From the results of the analysis of the existing problems it can be concluded that the completeness of maintenance facilities in the form of work equipment is still damaged such as compressors and battery changers, lifting jacks, hydraulic jacks, and monthly manure Dipo KRL Depok still needs 24 additional maintenance personnel, and there are 19 People who have not yet participated in functional training competencies. Therefore, it is necessary to add work equipment facilities and increase human resources, as well as improve the quality and quantity of human resources to improve the performance of Depok Commuter Line Dipo Monthly Maintenance

Analysis of agricultural sub-sectors personnel of some priority and border geostrategic territories (regions) revealed negative trends and main problems in the human resources formation and management in the agricultural business. The personnel potential and the structure of personnel in the sub-sectors of the economy is formed without the practical application of educational standards and production competencies and the effective use of digital systems in the field of their management. In this regard, particular steps were undertaken to eliminate these inconsistencies, primarily related to the strategic development of agricultural business in priority and border geostrategic regions. The ways of the strategy for the agricultural business personnel potential development are formulated and measures for the formation of the strategy of the agricultural sub-sectors personnel potential of priority and border geostrategic regions are developed based on the monitoring of these territories on the issue of the efficiency of the functioning of the personnel of agricultural business. Indicators for assessing human resource management and strategic directions for human resources training (advanced training) in the agricultural sector and the practical application of educational standards and production competencies, as well as the effective use of digital systems in the field of their management are proposed.

PT. Trijaya Teknik Karawang is a manufacturing company that produces spare parts, namely the piece pivot. The increased demand make the company parties need to analyze the ability to do the production to make it more effective and efficient in order to win the competition. Preliminary observations on the production floor they still present problems that are categorized as waste. Based on it, lean manufacturing Approach used to solve these problems. First of all the waste identified by mapping the flow of production using Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Then determined the dominant waste going through weighting waste using Waste Assesment Model (WAM) with the result that the inventory is the dominant waste. Next choose a detail mapping tools with Value Stream Analyze Tools (VALSAT) and determine the cause of waste inventory with fishbone diagrams that result, the causes of waste inventory is the breakdown of the machine, the operator of conduct material handling and less nimble, the distance between the machine and the system far, the production batch manufacture. Recommendations for improvements are the application of the system production of one-piece flow with investing buying transfer dies and adds to the human resources division maintenance. The identification of the problem causing factors of the dominant waste activity, namely waste inventory using Fishbone diagrams is lack of engine maintenance because it does not have a maintenance division and the production system used is batch manufacture that produces goods in lot size so that there are WIP parts in each production process.

<p>Despite rapid growth in online type, the majority Indonesian retail market is offline shopping because of households disperse across thousand cities and islands. However, the threat comes from corporatized modern retailers.  Typically, attacks from modern retailers in the form of franchised minimarkets endangered the existence of traditional retailers which generally are small sized and independently owned by individual or household. This research investigates how traditional retailers can deliver a strategic response to the presence of modern retailers, and to examine whether there are differences in performance among business entities that use different strategic responses. We also investigate if there are differences, which strategic response would give the best result in performance. Questionnaires were distributed to 109 respondents using convenience sampling. An ANOVA was done at respective types of retailers' buyers. There is no significant evidence that the strategic response developed by traditional retailers differed from one another. Furthermore, we found that the performance of traditional retailers are below modern retailers, except for those that belong to a higher tier of performance. Higher tier traditional retailers are the best strategic group in traditional retailers and their performance statistically could equate to the performance of modern retail.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong>: Indonesian retail market, small-scale retailer strategy, strategic group, strategic response</p>

The article defines the essence of entrepreneurship and reveals the views of domestic scientists on this term. The characteristic features and functions of entrepreneurship are given, the subjects that are related to entrepreneurial activity are indicated and the categories of citizens who are not allowed to engage in entrepreneurial activity. The author reflects the types of business entities, which are divided into micro-enterprises, small, medium and large depending on the size, average number of employees for the reporting period (calendar year) and annual income from any activity of the enterprise. The dynamics of the number of operating enterprises in Ukraine, including agriculture, forestry and fisheries during 2016-2020, is analyzed, the reasons leading to the decrease in the number of enterprises and their competitiveness are given. The presented work reflects the main components of organizational and institutional support of entrepreneurship, which consist of two important parts - organizational and institutional. The importance of human resources is noted, because today in Ukraine there is an increasing question of improving its efficiency in enterprises. Wages are one of the ways to motivate staff, through which the company is able to retain creative and promising employees. The article highlights the need to provide enterprises with technical means and technologies, the formation of equity and borrowed capital, the use of the latest developments in science and technology. It is equally important to provide the company with reliable and truthful information about the domestic and global markets.

Research aims: The purpose of this study is to reveal/investigate how the organizational culture changes the readiness of human resources through entrepreneurial competence to run an organization. At present, the organization's existence is very competitive with other organizations, making human resources a strategic resource owned by the organization. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to many events that cause changes in the environmental forces that influence them.Design/Methodology/Approach: The type of research is quantitative research. This study used a questionnaire as the survey technique. The analysis of this research was carried out by conducting a classic assumption test, including the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed employing multiple linear regression analysis, namely the coefficient of determination test (R2), simultaneous significance test (F), and the test of the significance of individual parameters (T). Intervening variables were tested with path analysis and multiple tests.Research findings: This study’s results revealed that organizational culture, readiness for change, and competence positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational culture and/or readiness for change with competence as an intervening variable also positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship was influenced by 64% by organizational culture and readiness for change in human resources. Meanwhile, the remaining 36% was explained by other variables outside this study’s model.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The novelty of this research is that organizational entrepreneurship is a reference for business independence in an organization.Practitioner/Policy implication: Organizational entrepreneurship exists in organizations that have business entities for organizational independence.

Кадровая составляющая организации как ключевой фактор обеспечения ее конкурентоспособности, с одной стороны, и как один из наиболее затратных ресурсов с другой, требует построения рациональной системы управления. В статье рассматриваются возможности и ограничения, которые целесообразно учитывать при обосновании предложений по оптимизации системы управления персоналом. Стратегические приоритеты развития организации в данном случае актуализируют в качестве основной цели развитие компетентности персонала и организации, повышение качества кадрового потенциала. При этом необходимо использовать современные программы обучения, а также развивать внутриорганизационные коммуникации. Использование концепции кадрового маркетинга позволяет очертить границы необходимых усилий, которые должна предпринимать организация для достижения указанной цели. The personnel component of the organization as a key factor in ensuring its competitiveness, on the one hand, and as one of the most expensive resources, on the other, requires the construction of a rational management system. The article discusses the possibilities and limitations that should be taken into account when substantiating proposals for optimizing the personnel management system. The strategic priorities of the development of the organization, in this case, actualize as the main goal the development of the competence of the staff and the organization, improving the quality of human resources. At the same time, it is necessary to use modern training programs, as well as develop intraorganizational communications. Using the concept of personnel marketing allows you to outline the boundaries of the necessary efforts that an organization must make to achieve this goal.

Law of Republic of Indonesia Number 43/2009 concerning archives mandates that the university archival implementation is the responsibility of the university itself. Therefor the preparation of competent human resource in archives is very important It is predicted that there are universities or higher education institutions that have not yet been fully considered the importance of archivist competency. This research aims to determine the grand design of developing competency on archival human resources. This research uses qualitative approach. The data resources used is The  Regulation of The Head  of Indonesian National Archives number 12 year of 2017 concerning the  grand design of archival human resources development. The grand design of archival human resources development includes archival human resources development strategy; the pattern and implementation of archival human resources development; performance and funding targets. The strategy of archival human resources development is held through improving performance management and improving the quality of archival human resources. The pattern of competency-based archival human resources development is implemented to develop integrated competency management from recruitment, selection, training dan development, assessment, remuneration, and career. Fostering process of archival human resources is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. ANRI construct the performance target of archiving human resources development which is measured and evaluated periodically at the end of the current year. The fund resource of archival human resources development comes from the state budget which is carried out in accordance with statutory provisions. Funding for developing archival human resources can also be done through financial support from local governments, state-owned business entities/local-owned business entities and state universities. The The urgency of this research is to find out a grand design of a systematic well-planned archival human resources development that having major impact on developing universities as an educational institution for young generation.
