Statisticaly proved that the percentage of micro small businesses (MSEs) reaching 98.84% still dominates the province of West Java when compared to medium and large businesses (UMB) of 1.16%, in Kuningan regency particularly there were 94.09 thousand MSEs or a distribution of 2.05%. Thus business competition between MSEs will be increasingly fierce over market share to increase business revenue. This was a big challenge for MSEs in Kuningan District in general and in particular for Mr. Aef as the owner and manager of Pastel Mini's business to determine the right and appropriate business strategy to increase his business revenue through the marketing mix. This community service was carried out through a survey to the place of business and counseling which was located in the Village Hall and attended by the people of Tenjolayar Village, Pancalang District, Kuningan Regency, West Java. Keywords: Distribution, Price, Products, PromotionAbstrakData statisitk membuktikan bahwa persentase usaha mikro kecil (UMK) mencapai 98,84% masih mendominasi provinsi Jawa Barat jika dibandingkan dengan usaha menengah dan besar (UMB) sejumlah 1,16%, di Kabupaten Kuningan khususnya terdapat 94,09 ribu UMK atau berdistribusi sebesar 2,05%.

This Community Service Program aims to empower the people of Cileuksa Village to improve the community's economy through MSMEs. Cileuksa Village is one of the villages in Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In the village of Cileuksa there is also a lack of awareness in managerial business management and tax aspects of MSMEs. Success in managing a business is largely determined by the expertise of business actors in obtaining sources of capital and procedures for managing finances, plus knowledge in terms of regulations such as taxation and related rules in the MSME business sector, such as MSME taxes and regulations regarding goods for consumption must be fulfilled and implemented. Limited knowledge is one of the challenges that must be faced by rural communities in managing their business, so that village MSME businesses can run, it is necessary to have socialization on how to obtain and manage MSME capital and know taxation.

Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution which reads Earth, water and natural resources in it are controlled by the State and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. This article is one of the foundations for the birth of a law on basic agrarian principles. In the UUPA, land rights include property rights, rights to build, right to cultivate, use rights and other rights. So far, people in Indonesia control land with the status of ownership rights and building use rights. The strongest and most fulfilled status of land a person has is only property rights. Meanwhile, the right to build only has a certain period. We chose a place of service in the village of Satria Jaya because in this village there is a housing complex, namely Perum Graha Prima which is intended for Civil Servants and Members of the Indonesian National Army who are certified Building Use Rights. Most of the residents in this housing do not know how to qualify and how to change their rights position. From building use rights to ownership rights.  So that giving understanding to the community about the importance of property rights and how to improve the position of land rights is a solution given to local communities. The implementation of community service activities is carried out virtually by using the Zoom application. Where the resource person delivered material about Property Rights, Building Use Rights and the process of increasing the status of land rights.ABSTRAK:Pasal 33 ayat (3) Undang-undang Dasar 1945 yang berbunyi Bumi, air dan kekayaan alam di dalamnya dikuasai oleh Negara dan dipergunakan untuk sebesar-besarnya kemakmuran rakyat.

In this study, the researcher used a normative research methodby examining the village regulations in depth. Primary legal materials are authoritatuve legal materials in the form of laws and regulations. Village dependence is the most obvious violence against village income or financial sources. Various financial assistance from the government has made the village dependent on financial sources from the government. The use of regional development funds is intended to support activities in the management of Regional Development organizations. Therefore, development funds should be managed properly and smoothly, as well as can be used effectively to increase the people economy in the regions. This research shows that the law was made to regulate and support the development of local economic potential as well as the sustainable use of natural resources and the environment, and that the village community has the right to obtain information and monitor the planning and implementation of village development.

The Grajagan village had a library located at the village office. So far, the library has not been managed and utilized optimally. The problems that occur in this library include the lack of book collections, the absence of chairs and tables for readers, the condition of the library is not well organized, and the library staff were not trained in managing the library. These problems have resulted in the low interest of the people of Grajagan village to visit the village library. To solve the problems, it was necessary to provide assistance in library development. Library development is carried out through the addition of book collections, providing chairs and tables for readers, arranging library space, and training for library staff. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, it can be stated that the library's book collection has increased by 88 books, the library space becomes more comfortable with the increase in furniture, and the library staff has increased their knowledge in terms of library management. To further increase the role and function of the library, promotion or introduction to the library's book collections and facilities to local villagers is required.

The organizational workforce has always been a complex landscape. The varying personalities, demographics, and needs have challenged organizations to be legal, fair, and just, while simultaneously competing for market share and profit margins. Although these conditions are not mutually exclusive, due to the global reach for market share and use of supporting technologies, workforces have grown increasingly diverse over the past three decades. Organizations have looked to their Human Resource (HR) division to support business strategy, growth, and development. While a few have stepped up to accommodate, many HR divisions have struggled to support business needs in perhaps the greatest time of flux in modern day business. This is creating a serious issue for most organizations who recognize the competitive way forward is through effective Human Resource Development (HRD). Business success has always been about the people and it will continue to be so. Therefore, organizations struggling to develop their workforce to perform in complex, highly distributed situations will continue to lag (often far behind) the effective workforces of their competitors. This chapter offers best and next practices from HRD leaders accommodating the needs of their businesses.
