Child education is very important to note because children or young generation is the next generation of nation that will soon be built nation building. Parents must pay attention to the quality of children's education. Mother is the first teacher for a child and also the greatest motivator for child development. Therefore, the mother is expected to encourage the success of children's education. A housewife who is an unemployed mother has greater time and opportunity to make it happen. It takes capital to do that. Individual characteristics of the intellectual capital of the housewife who is the greatest driver for the success of children's education. And this encouragement will increase as it happens by the increase in social capital owned by housewives. This study will accommodate the intellectual capital owned by housewives to the success of children's education with social capital as a moderate variable. Statistical test tool used is linear regression. The subject is the people of Central Semarang. Samples were taken by random sampling. The data used are primary data collected by questionnaire. The result of Social Capital has an effect on the success of children's education and intellectual capital expressed as excluded variable�Keywords: Success of Children's Education, Intellectual Capital housewife, Social Capital

The discussion of this research is the development of creative cities in a country is the result of the efforts of the government and creative actors in the city in the country. Creative city can not be separated from the potential of social capital that is owned by the people in the city. Social capital is a social organization concept that includes network of norms and social trusts that facilitate mutual coordination and cooperation including in developing the regional economy. This research aims to (1) know the contribution of social capital in making a creative city, (2) express the social capital and creativity of individuals and communities to realize creative city, and (3) know aspects of social capital that dominant influence on a creativity of the city. The method of this research is qualitative primary data with technic observation and indepth interview, also secondary data in the form of document and archive analysis from Bandung city as one of creative city in Indonesia. Research is done during 2015-2016. Conclusions this research are (1)Social capital that form trust, tolerance, cooperation, openness, and independence of the community greatly contributes in the creation of creative city because through the braided integration of social capital that forms a norm of behavior binding for its citizens to be creative and does not require material capital,(2)Individual urban creativity formed through the process of socialization of elements of social capital in the life of society to trigger creativity of individuals and society as a whole, and (3) The form of openness, tolerance, and cooperation are the dominant elements of social capital in growing the creativity of individuals and societyKeywords: Creatif city, Social capital

The role of mothers in the family environment plays a quite dominant role in terms of children's education that makes a mother hold high responsibility in the progress of a nation. Therefore, a mother is required to have high self-quality to be able to educate future generations. But in reality in Indonesia there are still many quality mothers who still do not meet the needs and eligibility as a teacher in a household. For this reason, this study wants to find the level of quality of children's education from the role of a mother by conducting a study of the data obtained and found solutions to improve the quality of the mother. The results of this study indicate that with some actions will provide a positive thing for the quality and role of mothers in realizing the future of the nation through the future of a child as the successor generation of his nation.

Humans and education are two important issues in planning the growth, development and advancement of a country. The basic education for an individual starts with the teaching at home, school and the environment. Children’s education is important in Islam. The importance of emphasising the development of children is a practice pioneered by Islamic scholars since ancient times based on the teaching of Islam that used Qur’an and Sunnah as their references. Parents today face with challenges in educating their children. They are required to ensure that their children are raised and given the education that covers the development of intellect, physical, spiritual, morals and social. Education can nurture the current and future generations to grow and be responsible to God, themselves, other people and the country. The aim of the present research was to examine about the effective approaches of children’s education in shaping a sustainable family according to Islamic references. The research method is based on reading of articles, journals, newspapers, books and others as primary data. The learning process involves mental, physical, emotional and social aspects. This article in general discusses about teaching in the aspects of education, which is classified into four types namely Formal Teaching, Informal Teaching, Non-Formal Teaching and Rasulullah pbuh Teaching Method. Generally, the aspects of children’s education are divided into aspects of faith, morals, physical, mental, spiritual social, emotional and sexology. Therefore, there are three main things that need to be emphasised in shaping children and their souls in forming a sustainable family which include strengthening of spiritual and worship activities, knowledge and noble values.

Creating Good Governance is the role of the Government to improve the welfare of thecommunity. For the essence of government is public service. The Fire Department is anagency of local government office which is engaged in the social community services,particularly services in the handling of the fire hazard. The purpose of this study was todetermine the quality of service in the fire department of Surabaya in accordance withservice quality dimensions of Agus Dwiyanto namely: the attitude of the officer, theprocedures, time, facilities and services. Informants were taken are the people who neverget the services and Surabaya City Firefighters. In the method of data collection, theresearchers used primary data by using a questionnaire to the informant. The results showedthat the quality of service at the Fire Department in Surabaya based on five dimensions ofservice quality in general has not been fulfilled optimally. Particularly on indicators ofresponsiveness officer, indicators ease of the procedure, according to SOP service indicatorand service satisfaction indicators get low grades. Therefore, the Government Office offires are expected soon as possible to fix the procedures and services as well as the attitudeof officers to serve the community with optimal namely by providing training andeducation to the intense fire officials that the ability and insight to grow.Keywords: quality, service

The swine stands out in some regions of Brazil and more specifically, in Santa Catarina, mainly by having national leadership in the slaughter of these animals. This study constitutes a very important tool, since the identification of the main consumed cuts and analysis of what it means meat with high quality for the consumer Xanxerense, will identify the user profile and contribute to the production system products meat. Field research with primary data collection using forms applied to pork consumers Xanxerê was used. Of the interviewed, 93.3% reported consuming pork meat. Moreover, it was observed that most of the people receive a personal or family income 2-5 the minimum wage in real. The rib was the main cutting preference. Further, it was found that the clear appearance and visible fa t are features that influence the high degree of quality of pork meat for men and women, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to invest in actions that demonstrate the socio-economic factors involved in the consumption of pork, as well as studies that analyze the quality of the product and the real environmental impact with its production.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected from 10 economics teachers in Pontianak City High School. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation and field notes / log books to see intellectual capital and social capital developed by economics teachers to improve the quality of graduates, and data collection instruments in the form: interviews to teachers about the social capital they develop and interviews with students and principals as a cross check data. It also observes the activities of teachers in developing social capital. The results showed that the social capital developed by economics teachers in Pontianak State High School includes Trust through the activities of teachers building mutual trust with their students in race activities. Keywords: Social Capital of Economic Teachers AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kota Pontianak. Teknik análisis data menggunakan tehnik deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan /log book untuk melihat modal sosial yang dikembangkan oleh guru ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan,  dan  Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa: wawancara kepada guru tentang modal social yang dikembangkannya serta wawancara dengan siswa dan kepala sekolah sebagai cros cek data. Selain itu juga melakukan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan guru dalam mengembangkan modal sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Modal sosial yang dikembangkan guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri Pontianak meliputi Trust melalui kegiatan guru-guru membangun rasa saling percaya dengan para siswanya dalam kegiatan perlombaan.Kata Kunci : Modal Sosial Guru Ekonomi

Education plays an important role in changingsociety. Thereforewhen there is a deviation, always folowed by criticism in the practice of Islamic education. Deviations are not identical with the concept of education. Conceptually, any education - including Islam - has the concept of benefit. The purpose of education is to spread the benefits to the people. To realize these noble ideals, so there is no destructive material. Reciprocally, the methods used in conveying messages are not bad, even those methods have the function of developing positive attitudes in each student, for example the group discussion method that emphasizes caring for others in achieving the same goals. In Al-Qur’an and Hadits there is the concept of children’s education that needs to be systematically reviewed. This article contains several verses in AlQur’an and Hadits that underlie children’s education, both from the objectives, methods, or educational material.

Education is one of the basic activities in all human societies because continued existence of a society depends largely upon the transmission of it heritage to the new generation. In its broadest sense, education is the process by which society seeks to transmit its tradition, customs skills and culture to the young generation. Education has been rationally regarded as a social obligation and is widely accepted that the major factor in nation's economic progress is the quality of its man power resources. Education is considered as one of the important factors in speeding up the process of social change in any society. In order to understand the complexity of the society itself and to move along with the change, one need to be educated. Education brings changes in the attitude and behaviors of the people. The recapitulation of the feminine responsibilities of the congregation of Harokah al Iman shows that the existence of self-values can be obtained by following the assembly of knowledge of Harokah al Iman. This type of research is qualitative which produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The primary data source is women's congregation Harokah al Iman, as many as 75 worshipers. The results showed that the responsibility of following Harokah al Iman was recapitulated by the intention of women in Wek IV in Padangsidimpuan Utara sub-district to: 1). Practicing Shari'a in the Book and Sunnah. 2). Syirik and Bid'ah, 3). Try to be able to maintain five daily prayers perfectly. 4). Trying to always do good to your neighbors, both parents. 5). Intend to pay attention to children's education. 6). Istiqomah to increase dhikr and almsgiving. The values obtained by women in following the assembly of the science of Harokah al Iman in Wek IV of Padangsidimpuan Utara District. 1). demands knowledge. 2) Hope forgiven sin, 3). Want to be happy like in a paradise garden. 4). Hoping to be shaded by angels, 5). Forgiveness, 6). Obtain a heritage of science, 7). Get peace and grace
